We are sending documents from Microsoft Dynamics 365 using DocuSignOnce a DocuSign sent contract is signed and is auto added to the quote, the document name changes to a system generated name. This will make it difficult to manage contract documents. How to retain the original document name?

One of the users from Sender do not want to receive Document Signed alert. If we try to uncheck the alert from email preferences it will be unchecked for all the other senders as well and there is no specific setting for user from admin view.And same alert should be sent automatically to a generic email address for eg. donotreply@test.com. who is not sender as well as receiver. How can we achieve this scenario?

Hello,I have been trying to resolve my issues for several days with searching in the community here and googling. My issue:We have Docusign setup in Salesforce for E-Signature, the data for a custom object should writeback to the DocuSign Envelope Template. This works in Production without issue. However in our Sandbox when the PDF is generated for our Customer to review and complete E-Signing the PDF is blank, and the PDF is not being brought back into Salesforce once signed.I am at a loss. The setup between the Sandbox and Production are the same from my review. I’ve been using DocuSign integration with our Salesforce solution for almost a year now, my experience with it, is pretty painful!It really lacks intuitive performance, you have to change your documents to make it a user friendly experience internally and externally.  DocuSign really should be less about management and more about an extension and ease to a workflow. One thing that is really problematic its making changes to existing templates, I make changes to our forms, add that form, move merge or standard fields to the new form from the old one. Add or move to new sections and then those fields disappear. You have to do back into DocuSign make changes to the template, then go back into Salesforce to make changes to ensure its done correctly. A lot of effort for such a gap for an “integrated tool”    Does anyone know of a smooth and easy way to manage existing templates and when you have to make changes to that existing forms without having to replace

Hello! I am using Microsoft Word with the Template Assistant for creating engagement letters. I have realized that when I use the Template Assistant and have applied contingency rules, there is extra spacing where the “hidden” contingent paragraphs are. Does anyone have a solution for this so that we do not have to backtrack every time to fix spacing and formatting? Thank you!

We use the DocuSign add-in for Outlook desktop and have to sign in every couple of hours to sign documents. Is there a way to change how long a user stays logged in to the DocuSign add-in?

Hello All, I am super new to Docusign and I am a Salesforce Administrator. I have a new user to set up for a docusign generator. I have assigned them all the permissions in SF and created an account for them in docusign.  They stated they received the email and activated the account, which is true since I see the status as “active” on their profile.However, they are still receiving this error code- Am I missing a step?  Not sure where else to go or what to do. I de-activated the account and will try again today. Any insight would be appreciated. 

Hello,We are using Zoom with the DocuSign Integration and we are having an issue where at the end of the signing process, a user is tasked with entering in their email and for some reason, it will only allow them to enter in a few characters and then it freezes. Our leads then take control over the session and finish it. Any ideas on this? Thanks

I am displaying related opportunity line items data in a table using TableRow for an opportunity. Number of rows depend on number of opportunity line item records for an opportunity. I want to calculate grand total of TotalPrice column for all the opportunity line items which are displayed dynamically. As i don’t know how many rows i will get in the table, how do i proceed with the formula field? In formula field set up, i don’t see such option anywhere. Any help is much appreciated!

We are trying to install these two applications in the Salesforce partial sandbox: Docusign Gen for Salesforce and Docusign eSignature for Salesforce, but we only have the option to install them in production. Is this a limitation of the apps, or are we missing something?Our user is an admin in the Salesforce partial environment and has all the necessary permissions.Could it be that we need to first install the packages in production, and then it will allow us to install them in the partial sandbox? We would like to test the functionality before releasing it to production.Looking forward to any valuable information on this.

I need a way to keep the envelopes sent by an ex-employee to be updated when completed, even when the Salesforce user is deactivated.I have tried transferring the envelopes to an existing employee, whose Salesforce user is still active. I republished all these envelopes.Then I deactivated the ex employee. The document was then signed. On DocuSign, I can see that the envelope is marked as completed. But on Salesforce it is still marked as ‘Sent’.Do you have a way or an idea why even after the envelope transfer, it is not updated when completed on Salesforce?Thank you

I have (What i think is) a really simple requestI have a Docusign Template I want to register new suppliers.    When an envelope status changes to completed, I want to be able to extract the data from the docusign document such as ‘Entity name’, ‘GST Status’, ‘ABN Number’ etc Once I have this data, populate a SharePoint List with the respective infoUsing the Docusign Power Automate actions, I have tried almost every action, and a combination of Tabs, Custom Fields etc.Nothing seems to work!Can someone please advise what actions / methods I need to use for this?

I would like to take data from airtable  to put on pdf template or any template. Then would like to take this template that is filled out with this data to be electronically signed with docusign.  For example If I am trying to do a lease renewal for an apartment I have a general template of the renewal that has about 10 places where it takes data from airtable to fill out. Then I need to take this document and be able to get electronic signature and then store the final document on airtable. I also have zapier and can pay for make to help get this done if needed.

Hi, I am building out a process that triggers the document envelope from Salesforce and then archives it in a SharePoint site. Is there a way I can retrieve the link to the sharepoint file and bring it back into salesforce? I want to add a link in the Salesforce record to point it to the signed contract. 

I am utilizing a Power Apps cloud flow to send out a single document/envelope to 2 separate recipients, with a separate signature tab for each. I am looking for a way to trigger a flow when one of the individuals sign, but before the envelope is ‘completed’ and update a record in Dynamics365 with a status that recipient1 has signed, and recipient2 is still pending signature. Upon review of the available triggers, I see one for envelope-completed but this is for after both signatures would have been received.Is this possible using the out of the box connector?

At our organization, we have two separate DocuSign accounts (different admins, different software versions) but we exist on the same server so we can transfer users across if they transfer from one work area to another.One work area (eSignature Account A) wants to leverage SharePoint connector for their work in our organization’s enterprise SharePoint solution.  Everyone uses this enterprise SharePoint environment regardless of which DocuSign account for eSignatures they use.Can the connector’s environment be configured for the organization versus one or the other of our eSignature accounts? If a client of eSignature Account B for example asks to leverage the DocuSign connector, can it work for them knowing eSignature Account A is already set-up to use the DocuSign connector?The goal is to configure DocuSign connector for SharePoint’s environment once for anyone in either DocuSign accounts to leverage.  There is a good chance I misunderstand but I have the impre
