We have a requirement to send a document using the "Email Document" step to the same recipient used in the "Review and Send for Signature" step. However, we’re unable to retrieve the recipient details during runtime, as the step doesn’t provide any useful output. Additionally, we can't predefine the recipient to use a common variable across both steps.Is there a way to dynamically access the recipient information—perhaps using XPath or a system variable—so it can be reused in the "Email Document" step?

The envelope was to be signed by two clients and an adviser from our company. The clients have signed but the adviser is now on holiday for two weeks. I want to change the third signatory to an adviser that is in the office and can DocuSign. Will making this correction resend the envelope to the clients to re-sign?

Good morning,I noticed that the shared envelopes module are being updated.I’m unable to remove a user from a shared envelope that was configured before DocuSign team updated this module.I followed the new instructions (please see below), but the use does not display in this list and still displaying in the previous list (where the users who belongs to my shared folder displays)I also want to keep the user in the same organization as he has other envelopes that he is responsible for.Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? View or Remove Shared Access with a UserLast updated: Jul 26, 20251 min readTagsDocusign eSignatureAs an administrator, you can view and manage the shared access with a specific user. Hello, Can you please help me? I am unable to access docusign documents sent to me. When I click the button in the email I receive I get an error message. I pasted it below. This happens both when using a VPN and not. 

Currently, text fields feel extremely limited. If I need to type more than ‘x’ characters, the text does not wrap to the next line but instead runs off the page. This forces me to create multiple separate text boxes just to capture a single message. In some cases, I’ve had to make 10+ text boxes for what should be one continuous entry.It would be much more user-friendly if text fields automatically wrapped text and allowed line breaks (e.g., pressing “Enter” to move to the next line). This seems like a straightforward improvement, and I believe many users run into the same issue. Adding this functionality would save significant time, improve readability, and make DocuSign far easier to use for longer entries

hello!I am using Docusign Gen + ESignature to deliver documents via Salesforce. I am using anchor tags in my docusign gen document. i AM asking for advice on how to send to the document to multiple contacts at once where they can all fill out the fields on the document.  for example: i have 3 client contacts to send the document to who could fill out document, however only need one signature.my fields in my document are not specific to any signers - i want anyone to be able to complete the information in the document.  how do i build that signer order to accommodate this request?  

In Docusign email notifications, the sender currently appears as the account's email address. Is it possible to add another email address so that the messages show more than one sender?If yes, how can this be configured?

How do I configure a document that requires one signature out of 3 people from same company ie one line in the doc for a signature so that the first approver moves the document and the others that didn't sign do not stop the workflow for the next company to sign.  Currently when I set-up multiple approvers when the first one approves it will not move onto the next company to approve.

We have some users of Docusign (not Signers) that get prompted to re-login if the system times out and then they get sent a verification code while others just get prompted for the password & get right back in.  What is different in their settings that we need to fix to avoid the verification code action?  Just to add, the users getting the verification code are NOT using a new browser or system.

We are using a webform to collect data that is then being transferred to another system.  The key is getting the CSV download so that we are not retyping the data. The volume of transactions requires that we look at transactions daily.  When we ‘download’ at the template level, we get everything, and then have to filter down to the ‘new transactions’.  The most efficient would be to schedule a report, but when I look at the webform data report, it does not allow scheduling, and it doesn’t give the date granularity I need- preferable I would want a daily report that says show me yesterday.  Any thoughts on how to make this a usable, efficient process? 

Hi, I have several envelopes that were sent, and I can see in the status that they are about to expire in 3 days. What can I do to extend the expiration date? I don’t see an option to correct them.Thanks!

Is it possible to use variables in the Welcome page text?For example, in Maestro I have a variable that stores the candidate’s name in candidateName. I’d like to display that value directly in the welcome message.I tried using the same variable syntax that works in CLM (<%#Variable.candidateName%>), but it doesn’t work in Web Forms.Is there a supported way to insert field values or variables into the welcome page content?Thanks in advance! 

Hello,Our organization uses DocuSign envelopes where we must collect information exclusively in English. To ensure compliance, we need to prevent signers from changing the language on the disclosure page or information intake fields.Currently, signers can use the language dropdown to switch from English. Our goal is to either: Hide the language dropdown entirely and lock the page in English, or Set English as the default and disable the option to change it. How can this be achieved through account, branding, or template settings?Thank you for your assistance. 

Hi Team, I am trying to create a docusign contract for one of our customer. Their email address is ********* However, even if we use an alternative, we still get the same error message.  Error: Incorrect email address format. Verify the email address or contact your administrator for the correct format.

Can you update a document’s prefill tab after the envelope has been signed once?If not, must I create a new envelope each time I need to update the prefill tab?I want the ability to mark a user as “Rejected”, and I believe the only way is to add prefill tabs, but they get baked into the document after a user signs. 

Sending two or more documents per envelope to a single signer.  They must sign the documents in a specific order.  Doc#2 cannot be available for signing until they have signed Doc #1, etc.  Any Ideas?  I’m using Power Automate because it’s a more complicated flow.  I have everything else but this piece of the puzzle.  Any ideas?

ello DocuSign Developer Community,I am using a DocuSign **Sandbox account** for testing and trying to create envelopes via the eSignature API. However, I am receiving the following error when sending envelopes:Error code: ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED  Message: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.The strange thing is that in my Sandbox Admin dashboard, the account shows **"Unlimited" envelopes** and only **51 envelopes used**. Environment details:  - Sandbox account email: ***email removed***- Account ID: **********- API SDK: PHP eSignature SDK (vendor/docusign/esign-client)  I would like to know:  1. Why is the API returning this error even though the dashboard shows unlimited envelopes?  2. How can I reset or fix the envelope quota for this Sandbox account?  3. How can the order of an attachment be manually set within a template? The default is that all attachments are appended at the end of the document.I am specifically using the Smartsheet-DocuSign integration so the option/solution would need to be available within that context.
