Supplier CEO was asked for Sign-In & Password - is that something he creates or I provide please?
Trying to get an NDA signed with supplier so we can do development work with them.
Did you send a DocuSign to the CEO?
You may have “create an account” checked off - which makes all signers create an account with DocuSign in order to sign. You can turn this off in Settings - login requirements.
Or - if the CEO has a DocuSign account, it may just be asking them to sign in before they can do anything.
In either case - they would need to provide a login name/password - not you.
