I have been using docusign for many years and have NEVER had an issue.  Suddenly my clients with yahoo email addresses aren’t receiving the envelopes that I email them for signatures. Being in the real estate business means that timing is crucial on our documents.  I am unable to wait for hours until the document finally delivers.I am now using another program (digisign) as they aren’t having issues with yahoo.  I am hoping that you correct the problem.  If not, I will not be in a position to renew my annual subscription.  I am not looking for suggestions but rather for correction of the issue at docusign’s end. Fingers crossed you can figure this out.

I downgraded my account and cancelled before our annual automatic renewal date, yet a $700+ charge appeared on our card statement on what would have been our renewal date. I can’t submit a support ticket because I have a free account and phone customer service is nonexistent. This is an incredibly deceptive business practice and if I do not have a response in a timely manner to resolve this, we will be initiating a chargeback. 

Hello I am using Docusign eSignature and DocGen. We have the Docusign enterprise pro for salesforce plan. Is it possible to group two checkboxes created in the Document Custom Fields section? I have created these and inserted them into the template but they act independently of each other. I need the person filling out the form to check either one option or the other, but not be able to select both. Also, I am having an issue when inserting a custom field for Title that the end user should fill in as it does not line up with where the tag is placed on the template. It seems that anytime I insert a field that the end-user has the ability to write-in, they are not aligned properly and require manual intervention. 

Hi everyone,I am trying to create a new Developer (Sandbox) Account, but I am completely blocked at the final activation step. I’ve already contacted standard support, and after exhaustive troubleshooting, they redirected me here so the product/developer team can look into a potential frontend or application bug.The Problem:During the registration process, I reach the "Activate Your Account" screen. The page displays the following message:“Thank you for choosing Docusign. Please complete the steps below and click ACTIVATE to continue. By clicking the ‘ACTIVATE’ button, you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy”When I click the "Activate" button, the page seems to briefly reload, but nothing happens. No confirmation email is triggered. The screen does not advance. The account is not created (Internal checks via "Forgot Password" return "You do not have a Docusign account"). If Electronic Seals can be used in Bulk Send?

I was looking into a project partner that is slow to Docusign things and the “Recipient Activity Report” is exactly what I needed. However, their “Average Completion Time” is within the allotted time - the issue is specific envelopes that they are slow to sign. Is there a way to expand the data behind a report into multiple line items addressing each individual envelope? I understand that I can simply look at Completed Envelopes and export that as a CSV. The gap I am seeing is that there is no “User Completion Time” column, at least with my current configuration. As a result, I would have to do some Excel magic with lookups to find all of the signers previous to my recipient of interest and get the time it actually takes them to sign. I can do so, but I figured I’d see if there’s a way to get that information out of the box that I’ve missed before putting in that effort. 

Sending the document link for signature can only be done via email, or can we create a link to send via Whatsapp, for example?

How do I stop Docusign from changing the name of my PDF when it returns to me?Eg: Docusign Contract 06-12-2024  (on return the name is ACGFBDZ23498AGFCBGKJNFLKDJLNFD)Why does it do this, its so time consuming to rename everything on download after signatures are complete. Jackie

We are using Salesforce Minimum Access and System Administrator profiles for users, where they have basic access to objects and fields. Access to custom fields is granted via the Permission Sets. When I try to generate template I have following error: Could not generate document “Template Name” [103] Please ensure user has access to all the fields in template. 'Activation_Fee__c' Reference ID: f0ee0172-0614-47be-969c-d30eaf2c704d.I have granted access to this field by assigned Permission Set. When I set this field read and edit on Profile, then the problem is gone. It looks that DocuSign checks access only on Profile level, not the Permission Set. Can anyone help with that?

Currently in our workflow we have one person send a pdf through docusign to a second person whom they’ve given edit rights. They will then prepare the document and place the signature fields before adding the recipients who they require to sign. What we’ve noticed is that the second person who edits the documents to include signature fields and sends it off is not getting email notifications for when they receive the document from the 1st person and when the third person signs it. is there a way where all 3 people in this process get the emails to keep track of this process? Also is there a way to make docusign send emails to a supervisor who isn’t a recipient but still wants to keep an eye on the progress of a particular agreement?

I've sent a document to the WRONG email address - how do I now edit to send it to the new email address???

I signed a contract a few year ago and I can’t seem to find the contract.  It was initiated by another company and I didn’t have a docusign login at the time.  The emailed copy of the contract I believe has been deleted.  Is there a way to pull it out of the archives?

Long time user of DS and for the life of me, I cannot fathom WHY we are subjected to the same “Switch recipients” pop up for every single envelope, including ones saved to draft and returning to them later to complete. There should be an option to turn this notification OFF and I have dug everywhere within my preferences and settings and so far, I can’t find one. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS LEFT OF MY SANITY - Tell me where this might be found OR make it an option!   

Some Admins of same DS account are not able to view replies sent by DS Support.  They are correctly set as Watchers.  For these Admins, the DS Support screen displaying the query does not display the answer given by DS Support.  The sender of the query can see the reply.  Is anyone else encountering this issue?

I have extended an envelope as I was adapting in the advanced settings section (like described in other posts). After save and correct it still shows the old expiration date. What went wrong?

We have a managed account, I am the admin.One of our users left so we closed the email address We now have people asking for the documents they signed, are they still stored somewhere?If so please can you advise where I might find them?The shared access option does not appear in the Actions tab and I don’t seem to be able to transfer the envelopes. The user is also not appearing the in legacy list in the shared access folder although access was previously shared 

Hello, For the Enterprise Pro Plan, how does the billing work?  If the user base declines (Fewer signatures etc.) does that translate to a cost savings?

Is there any way we can remove the expiration date set at the account level for docusigns? for the network fee project I’m having to resend all agreements every time they expire, and it’s causing a lot of extra work. I will still be able to choose an expiration date, but it will be further out than 30 days.
