I would like to know how to, or request a feature, that makes it possible at admin level to customise the default subject line prefix that appears in sending emails.Currently this always defaults to “Complete with Docusign:” and this wording has on many occasions caused documents to be overlooked by recipients - the feedback I get is they see the word “Complete” and think it is a completed document, not a request for a signature, especially for our internal signatories who receive lots of documents for signing. This problem is compounded by the default subject line for finished documents starting with “Completed” - this just seems like a major UX oversight.It is frustrating to have to go in and change this on every envelope. I did see a ‘solution’ that involved setting up templates, but I send lots of different docs, I don’t want a template for each one, and navigating to templates just to send a quick doc seems unnecessarily onerous when you have made all other aspects of the system e

I’m an admin and have provided shared access to one user account to multiple users. When the users are trying to correct bounced back emails by using the Resend button, they can go in and commence correcting it, but then an error message appears “Something went wrong. Please try again”. The envelope is then showing status of Correcting, but no one can access it. The help material says this should be ok in 15 minutes, but not the case. When I test out trying to correct the envelope there is no issues. All users have been given “edit” access.

Is there a way to get envelop status?I want to set some condition based on the status of the specifict envelop I sent via PowerAutomate in the same flow.If is signed: Update to SharePoint If is waiting for signature: Wait/Send reminder If is declines: Send email + additional actionsThanks you and best regards.

I am trying to set up a template where the first person has “Allow to Edit” but the option is not showing in the list. I am using a production account. I have attached screenshots of both the option not there and showing up (in my developer account).Please let me know if there is something I can do. 

Hi, when using the text box field i am trying to change the number of characters allowed in the text. i try to change it but it automatically goes back to 4000. why is this and how can i fix it?

I have been trying since last April to get subscription canceled, get refund and thought it was taken care of until I got renewal notice in email tonight. Hi, I’m creating a contract template and put in conditional logic to display certain sections based on a drop-down field. I also placed Document Generation Fields in those sections, is it possible to do so? I published this Document Template but am getting an error when I try to use the Document Template saying that my document failed to generate. I am trying to brainstorm why it isn’t generating.Thanks!

I have a service agreement that can be filled out by 1 of 9 school districts. I have a dropdown on a webform with the 9 districts as choices. This is the functionality I want to achieve:- When a district is selected from the dropdown, the district information (address, city, state, zip, etc.) is automatically filled.- The recipient for the signature is different depending on the district. I want the signature request to go to the superintendent of whichever district is selected in the form field.Is this possible? Is there another way to set this up to achieve the functionality I am looking for?

 After changing my development account to a production account, the last step was to get this authorization code. I allowed access (granted permission) and tested it in Postman. I keep receiving this 400 error “Invalid Grant” “ Unauthorized Client”.  Has anyone encountered this error before? 

I'm new here. When I use email to send signature request emails, I want to modify the style of the emails that users see. I have only found how to modify the color, subject, and email description, but there are many things I can't seem to modify, such as the text on the button, the text description for requesting signatures, etc. Are those can be modified?

I’ve been USING docusign for a number of years now as a customer.  Now I’m sending them TO customers.  So far it’s been a really good tool for allowing my customers the freedom to complete a transaction that doesn’t require yet another visit to a store and for me to alter jobs and get a signature for signing off on change orders. Wonderful.To which, I recently had a customer ( elderly, 1st time user ) some how calling me after signing that they some how ended up paying $300 to put the signature on my document.  This raised a large level of concern as I’ve never had a customer have this experience.  I sent myself the same document, but it was as clean as I’d expect it to be, with nothing veering the customer to pay.  I’m supposing that as a first time customer, the site brought them through an onboarding page, where they wandered into signing up for an annual standard subscription ( based on the $300 price tag ).Is there a repeatable way to help new users from accidentally creating a pa

Hi,As a government entity after a document is signed we must often post it on our county website.  We’ve noticed that the post-signature download pdf looses its tagging.  At least we think that is what is happening.  Thus I have two questions:1st QuestionAssuming the Word document originally uploaded to the envelope meets the following accessibility standards:Alternative text Use of Style Headings Accessible table formatting Meaningful Document Properties Title Properly tagged email and webpage links.Shouldn’t the signed document keep these tags in the signed PDF version?2nd QuestionI’m attaching two post-signed downloads.  When I run the documents through Adobe Pro’s accessibility checker there is one error.  The error is the same for both documents.  Tagged annotations - Failed.  Element 1.Normally I can click on Element 1 and the offending object highlights on the document.  But for some reason I can’t on these documents.  I’m assuming it is because the document is locked down.  Can

I write multiple contracts with 200+ pages for backup, fairly frequently. Due to the current max 25MB restrictions, if the backup exceeds the current capacity, I use another platform for electronic signature, such as BlueBeam. So, what are the benefits to Docusign if another platform can preform the same electronic signature functionality with no size restrictions?

I would like to print out a copy of the E-Sign Act Disclosure in Docusign for Compliance Department review. I am in the Legal Requirement portal where I have selected the preferences, but I do not know how to view a copy of how the Disclosure appears to ensure it meets our regulatory guidelines.Thank you
