I am referring to the IAM Core - Professional Edition plan.In our case, we intend to use the Salesforce Extension App along with Maestro. Do we need to purchase the DocuSign Salesforce Connector add-on ?

We are receiving an error message "The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded." What does this mean?

I would like to copy a Document Generation Form from our PROD environment to our UAT environment to ensure they are the same.   I see the ability to make a copy of a form, is there a way to export it to .json  like I can for a workflow? or xml? I could not find any information in the DocuSign CLM Support information.

Business Requirement:  Allow users to bulk send documents to multiple people for signature.  The email content sent to different recipients should contain their names and positions, therefore should be dynamic values.  The names and position data are included in the bulk send csv import file . So how can we ensure the email content sent to the people contains unique values based on who we send to ?   For Example, person A’s name:  David, position:  CEO,  person B’s name:  Rob, position: Manager In the email content: When send to David, the email shows as ‘Hi David, please sign the document for position ‘CEO’. When send to Rob, the email shows as ‘Hi Rob, please sign the document for position ‘Manager’ 

HiThis is my first time using Docusign and would like basic information to sign my own Offer to Purchase and also get my partner to sign along with a witness.  Then I would like to send this Offer to Purchase to 4 sellers and have this as one document.  How do I do this please? 

When correcting the reminders on an envelope, does it get re-sent to the client when I finish the correction?For instance a client says they want to come back to considering the envelope in a month. So I correct the reminder time. When I hit correct, does it resend the envelope or just record the change in the reminder period?Thank you

Hi, as the Sender of an envelope is it possible to set a notification to be automatically received when an envelope is due to expire? I’m aware that notifications can be set for a recipient to receive a pending expiration however I can’t locate any settings for the Sender. Currently the Sender is required to access DocuSign on a daily basis to check for any voided envelopes.

Hi,I’m hoping someone might have come across a solution to the problem I’m trying to solve.I have a document generation form, where one of the fields is a “Custom Table”. The table consists of two columns, with a date fields in the first column and a number field in the second column.When completing the form, you can add multiple rows, so therefore the submitted “Params” XML data for this field contains a “Container” node, with a XML node for each row with a date value and a number value.Within a CLM workflow, I’m trying to map the submitted data for this field to a document attribute. If I map the “Params” XML data’s “Container” node to a variable, it just saves as a raw ‘non’ delimited list of values from all the fields in the table, which is unusable. Can I iterate over the rows in the table’s XML data and save to separate attributes? Or is there another approach?Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks,Josh

Hello,  My CFO is the past has signed over 100 docusigns that we send to him and each of our customers each year on one date. Is there a way to get the CFO to sign one copy and then have it be sent to all the respective parties to sign their individual copy?  I am trying to avoid him having to sign 100 copies again of the same document. 

I’m working on updating our Java SDK usage from 2.17 to 6.0.0 and API from v2.0 to v2.1. Given some signature changes I’m comparing with the API references to make sure I’m making the correct changes. We have a process to create templates, and we set a password to prevent accidental editing - in v2.0 it’s part of the envelope template definition (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/v2/reference/templates/templates/create/#schema__envelopetemplate_envelopetemplatedefinition). In v2.1 at some point I believe the fields in the template definition object were flattened to the envelopeTemplate object, including the `password` field (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/templates/templates/create/#schema__envelopetemplate_password). However the documentation for that field (at that link) indicates that it’s the **user’s** password instead of the template password. I think that’s incorrect? I will at some point probably test this but it would be helpfu

Our DEMO and LIVE Azure SSO certificates have been updated as per planned maintenance. I have noticed that the ‘old’ certificates are still showing in both environments and are still in date.Taking the below screenshot as the example, will I need to manually remove the ‘old’ entry on the 22nd, will it cease to work, or will it disappear?

How can I make email notification bodies smaller? They’re massive. Not only am I having to scroll up/down (which is to be expected as most emails do this) but I have t scroll side to side. This is happening to notifications I receive as well as the ones signers receive. 

I am having difficulty figuring out how to Change the form used in my workflow.  I go to the Document Generation Configuration screen an see the below.  If I click on the link that says NDA / DNA MOU Configuration, it only shows options for the workflow and a template and few other settings, I don’t see the ability to change the Workflow to use a copy of the form such as below NDA MOU FORM_Copy. What am I missing? If I open up a form not attached, it will display This form is not being used by any configurations. Open Configurations to start using this form.,I open up configurations and am in the same spot again...

Does re-sending an envelope subtract from monthly envelope allowance?I have a limited number of envelopes per my subscription and need to keep track of this.

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove showing signing location from DocuSign Agreement details if a signer has opted-in via their browser to share location information? I understand in those cases people with access to the agreement details can see on a map a physical house address.  Some staff are concerned about their privacy and there are conversations happening re: over-collection of personal information for the business need.  To clarify, I am aware how to turn location off with advanced branding/resource file and this is not what we want to do. I am specifically asking about the option to view signing location when in DocuSign | Agreement details. We are ok with IP location, not this additional information. Thank you!
