How if at all possible can I retrieve documents from earlier this year and to print

I am creating a webform from a template to capture customer information. When generating the webform from the template it auto adds the signer role fields. This field is capturing the signer's/customer's name. This field name also flows through to the finished signed agreement. Its listed as By: on the completed agreements page. But to help everyone in our company, I need the By: to be the company name. Is there any way to do this? Thank you

i was sent a doc to sign  ,I signned it now the link expired  is there any way to pull that doc back up  again please anyone that can help me get my doc pulled up  HELP HELP!!!!!!

We use to get the completed document attached to the completed email. In the last few weeks, DocuSign stopped sending the PDF document. What happened? How can this be fixed?

I’ve used Docusign in my RE business for many years and yesterday as I was working with documents forclosing 9/30, suddenly, none of my documents are accessible. This is a major issue. Need urgent help. Don’tlike not having a phone number or chat option to help with this.Thanks! 

We have been experiencing the DocuSign links we send to our customers expiring before they are set to. We have them set to expire 120 days after sending and remind every 7 days. However, for the past 2 weeks we have had customers call us only 4 days in to tell us their link has expired. We can “resend” it and it will successfully open it with saved information. But, this is becoming a bit of an issue.   Thoughts?  Please keep in mind we have been using DocuSign for over 4 years with no issues like this. We have not changed any settings.

I am following this guide:https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/how-to/request-signature-template-remote/ I have a template in my dev environment that contains all the fields for the user to enter and sign.When I use the guide above and send the template to the user, rather than the signing fields they are getting the document and need to add fields to the document.  How do I change this to be the actual document where they fill in the fields and sign, that is setup with the template? Thank you!

I prepare the activating of the “Document Retention Policy” including the option “Redact personally identifiable information” and have one question in this connection:Today I create different reports, for example the Group Activity Report to measure which user group send how many envelopes. This report - and a lot of other reports - work with the e-mail-address of the sender. Would the reports work correct despite of deleting the personally identifiable information?

I (KC) need to send a document to a client dept. manager and their team for signature by the manager and review by the team.Then a 2nd signature is needed (mine) before sending copies of the completed document to additional individuals and everyone else in the workflow.  See below.If the Dept Mgr is Role 1 (Needs to Sign) and their team members are all Role 2 (Needs to Review) and this is followed by Role 3 (Needs to Sign 2nd signer-me) followed by multiple Role 4 (Receives a copy) recipients.Will the 2nd signer receive the notification to sign only after Role 1 has signed the document all the team members reviewed the document? If so, if 1 team member does not review the document is it possible to correct or by-pass that reviewer so the 2nd signer receives the notification to sign? Will the recipients in Role 4 (Receives a copy) only receive the copy after the 2nd signer signs the document? Am I the only one noticing that each Docusign’s signed pdf are now 1Mo heavier since mid July?Before July 18th, my 300Ko compressed empty pdf was transformed by Docusign into a 900ko to 1,1Mo signed pdf; but now, the same 300Ko empty pdf is more than 1,8-1,9Mo and can go up to 2,1Mo afted Docusin’s signature process, but with absolutely no change in the fields to be completed or the number of signatories. Doing so, my enveloppes including 3 to 4 contracts/documents are now more than 5Mo and Docusign no longer join my signed pdf in CC of the completion email ; and we have to download them from the ‘afficher les documents complétés’ link that expires in 48h.From my perspective it is a waste of time for our commercial and sales administration teams. Has anyone else had issues with color on the website. The DocuSign logo in the right hand corner and my logo in the top right is in color but the rest of it is black and white. 

I am submitting a document for approval and it only needs to be signed by a majority (3 out of 5 people) to be approved. How can I mark a document as completed once the majority has signed/approved the document?

Hello, I have a user with a DS Sender role that I shared a template with.  She was able to see all the fieldsthat I added to a template but now she cannot see them any longer.  Nothing has changed with herpermissions or the template permissions however when she sends an envelope with this template(and adds other documents), she changes the Envelope Type.  I tried this with another user and theyare able to see the fields, I have one that cannot.  Appreciate any help from the community. ThanksGary

Our IT staff is no longer with the company and we are unable to log on to our Docusign account.  I need assistance with getting reconnected to our dashboard.  Resetting the previous admin’s password doesn’t work as I do not have the answers to his security questions.

Hi, I paid for a year of docusign personal last August. I get 5 sends a month and have only sent 1 this month, yet docusign states that I am out of envelopes and it is asking me to upgrade. Has anyone else encountered this? I am on hold with docusign currently and hoping to get an answer but wanted to also post here just in case. Thank you in advance if anyone can help out!

I have sent 2 documents by separate invites to two parties.  Both were able to open one document and sign.  For the second document, one signed successfully but the other gets a constant undefined error message.  I have resent the invite to sign multiple times with the same error result.  I have been with the signer when clicking on the link and subsequent invites and witnessed the same constant issue.  The link being clicked is the latest invite.  What is going on?

I want to send an Rental Agreement to the Renter. He signs the Document. Then he send Back to me.Then I sign the dokument. And send it Back to Rental with both Signatures. 

I am an org admin and have created many developer accounts that I’ve linked to our enterprise demo environment for different business units to test in. I’ve always used the same company email to set up the new account but I’m receiving an email saying “you already have an account” with a login button that logs me into our demo environment via SSO. Did the process change? It has been a while since I’ve created one so I may not be remembering the steps clearly. Can I please receive instructions on how to create multiple developer accounts that can be linked to our demo environment? Thanks!

We deployed Docusign embedded signing and embedded CoC download into our own system. We have configured the Japan timezone in Settings > Regional Setting.But we are always got CoC timestamps in UTC timezone. Is it possible to change that into Tokyo Timezone? How can we do it? In addition, can we change language of "Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure" into Japanese in CoC?Looking forward to your guidance. Thank you
