Hello, I have used the Apex Toolkit to define the writeback of my envelope.The docs are correctly attached to the case and the status on the case is correctly updated.However, the doc title is not updated as specified in the writeback. It retains the original name. I need to add ‘_completed’ to the initial title when it is signed. Anyone encountered this issue or has an idea how to resolve this? Is it possible for someone who filled out a webform to track the status of the envelope until its completion, without being the owner of the envelope/webform?Here, we use webforms so that salespeople can fill out a commercial proposal and send it to the client for signature only, but they are unable to track, after sending the form, whether it has been signed or not. Is it possible to configure the system to enable this tracking?

The Admin Release Notes dated March 12th indicates that all users now have the ability to contact Support directly.  Is there a way to disable this new feature?  We want our users to direct all their issues to our internal HelpDesk.

I have made some templates with pre-fill fields for HR colleagues to fill in before sending an envelope. However, I also want to inlcude the approval/decline button for our HR manager in the template and signing order. However I can only add the buttons when I switch to the classic editor. But when I do so, all the pre-fill fields dissappear. It seems I cannot use the newest editor with pre-fill fields in combination with the approve/decline buttons. The only alternative I found is that the buttons can be added manually before sending an envelope.That makes the process more time consuming and prone to errors.Are there other solutions within e-signature and is this something that is easier to organize in CLM?

I have several conditions on the Forms in General Forms Library that use contains and then some text.  Every time I have an update to the Form, the system wipes out the text in the rule.  Does anyone else have this issue?  Is there a way to make it stop wiping out the information?

Hello, after I sent out the documents, one of the receivers told me that he didn’t receive it, after checking, I sent the envelope to the wrong email address… and another receiver already e-sign the document, how could I correct/revise the wrong email?

I am using eSignature API with the C# SDK, working in developer/test mode. I have everything working really well, except for my Connect webhook isn’t getting event notifications. I have a working endpoint which tests well using CURL and a mock SIM payload. And the Admin Connect logs show ‘Success’ for every event. But my callback listener nor the server register any incoming requests. I have envelopes created through an integration with a legal management system that have the status "sent." With an administrator profile, can I view these envelopes or see who sent them? In the exported report, "multiples" appears.

Hi, I have a problem with EU qualified signature.after adding the document the system goes through all the steps but at the end it informs that:  We cannot use this certificateThe certificate was revoked.  my signature: Issuer: COPE SZAFIR - KwalifikowanySerial: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxExpires: 2027.03.10 so it is valid. I will add that previously everything worked properly. However, my signature expired and I made a new one. This new one in other systems works correctly only not in DOCUSIGN. Piotr. 

I am the company contract administrator, and I need to be notified when every envelope is fully executed/completed within the company account. How do I set myself as a copy recipient by default? Is it possible?

I recently started a new job, where Docusign is used frequently and we have a corporate account. I created a Docusign account using my work email address, thinking the email domain would automatically get me into the company’s plan, but it didn’t; I just got a regular free account, with no access to edit (or even see) envelopes etc. Turns out I have to have an invitation to join under the company’s plan.I deleted the account I had created and our admin sent me the invitation. However, after waiting the two days for my old account to be deleted, I still can’t sign in with the invitation I received; Docusign thinks I want to reactivate the free account I had previously under this email address.Does anyone know how I can completely erase my old account in order to use the invitation from my company?Thanks in advance!

I have created a application in developer account and verified it after making 20 API calls. I am using JWT authentication. After that I logged in to my production account and granted access again using https://account.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature%20impersonation&client_id=<YOUR_CLIENT_ID>&redirect_uri=<MY_REDIRECT_URL>.I also updated the UserId and API Account ID. Now when I am trying to send document to sign using my application, I get error {"Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code with response Body: {\"error\":\"consent_required\"}"}How can I resolve this issue? Will I get this error of I don’t have plan with API Access?

Hello Community,Signatories without a DocuSign account have forgotten an important prefix when signing for the very first time. So they added this prefix in front of their name the second time they signed the document. On the third document, they are again offered the first signature without the prefix and have to change it again. Why doesn't DocuSign save the last signature used?

We have several envelope templates with merged fields in the DocuSign email alert. For example, the subject line for the email alert is: Please Sign: {signer email address}. We use a PowerForm with each of these templates.We created the templates and PowerForms in 2022. In September 2024, I noticed that the merged fields were not appearing in the email subject when the template was initiated via PowerForm. I submitted a support ticket (case # ********) and after several weeks, this was their response:We have explored several workarounds to meet your needs, but unfortunately, the existing behavior of Docusign with power forms does not allow for the intended functionality. Is it possible to have a formula detect multiple variables from a dropdown tab using an if statement? For example, If([dropdown menu]= 9 OR 8, 1,0) → the goal here is to have the formula produce a 1, if the dropdown menu is either 9 or 8. currently, it seems to only work with one variable. If this is possible, what is the correct syntax or formula structure? 

Can I send multiple documents in one envelope, but merge each document with Certificate of Completion separately?I understand that only one CoC is accountable for one envelope. However, I have multiple documents required to be signed by one person, but needing to be uploaded into internal company server separately. I know document itself without the CoC is valid, but I want to be able to merge CoC + each document for archiving purposes. I downloaded the files separately and merged this myself outside the docusign system, but when I open the file, “signature not valid’ appears on the top. Please help me if this can be done. 

Dear all,I’ve found this thread:as I was looking to download two documents sent in the same envelope separately. However, in my case I need to combine to each of them the certificate of completion to be compliant with the QA department guidance in our company which was not covered in that other thread’s answer. Would that be possible directly in DocuSign?I guess I could combine each of the pdfs to the general certificate of completion once I download the files separately but I’m not sure it that would break any kind of audit trail relevant thing in the process…? So I was hoping that I could extract that directly from DocuSign.Thanks for your help in advance! 🙂

Our users generate envelopes using a template. From the template, I would like to include placeholders that reference the signer’s organization and other custom fields used in the document (contract number, end date, etc).Is it possible to insert and populate custom field placeholders in envelope messages or private messages using templates? Can this be done when sending envelopes without a template?

Hi Guys. I’m brand new to Docusign. Trying to work out basic features like adding eWitness to a standard account - how to upgrade etc. Going round in circles and have been for some time. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to actually engage with Docusign to work out how to proceed? I use PDF files and fill them out before uploading them to DocuSign for sending. I set where the signatures should be, send the document, then open it from the email—but the information I entered is erased.I tried sending another envelope. I entered the text in the right places in DocuSign app, placed the signatures, and sent it. However, when I opened the document from the email, the information I typed through DocuSign was erased again.I do not have the option to open a New Case. I have one free envelope left, but after multiple attempts, DocuSign continues to erase the information in my document.How can I contact support regarding this issue? Additionally, how can I request a refund for documents that were damaged due to DocuSign?

Hi, I've created my first PowerForm, which requires three signers to complete. However, after each signer submits their part, a completion message pops up. Since the first two signers won’t have the final document, I want to prevent any confusion.Is there a way to disable this message? I typically work with WebForms, so I’m unsure if this is a setting that can be adjusted. Any guidance would be appreciated!
