I am wanting to be able to share my previously used contacts that are saved with a colleague so that they my use them as well. Is this something I am able to do?

Can I please get some confirmation on the 21 CFR Part 11 module requirements for users RECEIVING a signature request, when the receiving user does not have the 21 CFR Part 11 module.Say I am a 21 CFR Part 11 module user, and I send a signature request to a user with a FREE DocuSign account (assume their org uses a different signature platform, so no DocuSign licenses). Is the signing users signature 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, and they are forced to provide a second method of authentication as part of this compliance? I would hope/expect that it does work this way, just looking for total confirmation as i’m struggling to find a concrete answer for certain...

I have a template with three roles and the order I want to keep is:Role 1: Needs to View Role 2: Needs to Sign Role 3: Needs to SignMy ideal workflow consists of the role 1 viewing the document and only after the approval, the envelope is sent to role 2 and 3 for signatures. However, I noticed that as soon as the role 1 opens the envelope, role 2 also receives the notification.How can I prevent role 2 from receiving the envelope notification while the role 1 is still reviewing it? Should I actually set role 1 as Needs to Sign and request the consent via an Approve button? Thanks!

If a template has several documents (pages) within it and only one documents (page) needs to be edited (i.e. replaced) or another needs to be added in the middle of the template, how can I make that change without losing all of the other pages fields that were already assigned? Example: I have a 50 page document that I have assigned all fields within all pages. I have to update one page within this document, how can I do that? It is letting me remove a page, but not add one. Further, I do not want to have to start all over and reassign all fields if I add a page within the entire document. Is this possible with DocuSign?

Hi, newbie on DocuSign here… just my 2nd day on plataform! We have a complaince training today 2pm (+30min from now). After training all people needs to sign a document do say they were present and listen to training (please do not ask why… here is Brasil!). How we already did it:We generate a new doc in Word, with all legal terms and send it to 20 people!  Very hard work! What we need / I wish we could to do:Generate the .DOC withe legal terms and ONE space for signature and date/time and attach a CSV file for recipients (name, e-mail). They receive the e-mail, open it, sign their names and it´s done.Later we go to plataform to download ONE document with all 20 signatures to add to complaince process! We’ve used to do it using a manual process to put each people name and indicating the exact space for his signature . So if there are 18 people, we need to put 18 signature fields, one for each person on template!It’s SLOW and boring to do it. There are any ways to create a single docume

 I have a document  that needs to be signed to either  confirm acceptance of terms or  signed to confirm their refusal of terms. I have added the sign  action arrow to both the acceptance and the decline option. If both options are tagged with the Sign action will DocuSign allow for the person to only sign one option? I am concerned that DocuSign will want both spaces to be signed and will give an error message if one isn't. Please advise what you think is best. Hi I am new to using Docusign and have created a template which contains a date field but when I preview it appears in the American format and not the UK format of DD/MM/YYYY. I have changed the Regional settings to UK and the time zone but it is still appearing as MM/DD/YYYY. Is there somewhere I can change this permanently please.

Hi, I was wondering if there is a limit on how many submissions a Web form can have. Context: I am planning to send an embedded link of a web form, in a bulk communication using another tool.But I am wondering if the form can handle more than 13000 (13 k) submissions without crashing.

Using Salesforce/ docusign app launcher v 6.12 Is it possible to receive a chatter notification when a doc is signed? 

We use Purview and have word docs protected by information protection that encrypts the docs at time of sending/creation.When a user uploads doc for e-signature it fails.What is best process to enable the user to sign these docs?

Is there a way to add a custom email message to recipients with “Receives a copy”? Idealy, when the recipient receives the email “Completed” there will be a custom email message and not only “All parties have completed this document”.If that is not possible, what options are there to get a custom message to the recipient once the document has been completed? I tried, “Private Message” but when testing it, I wasn’t able to see these message as “Receives a copy”. Wether in the email nor in the document itself.many thanks, Lea

Hi, A question from a complete newbie, both in DocuSign, both as signed electronically documents. Once I signed a document, is the signed document “stay signed on its own”? What I mean is … do I need to keep paying DocuSign to have a copy of the signed document? Or, if I keep a copy of that signed document in a folder in my computer or my email as attachment, the document is still signed? Related to this, I will need to sign 5 documents a year. I can imagine that whenever I need to sign a document, I will have to pay DocuSign for that month, right? I dont need to pay the months before or after. Thanks, Juan 

One of our users says that the edit page is missing from his login, he states that instead of the screen going to add recipient it goes directly to the templates and does not give him the option to add recipient details. When I log in I can start an envelope and proceed from there, all of a sudden he can’t but was able to yesterday. Any ideas?

Dear all, I made a power automate flow who create a envelope in docusign.When a user create a contract in dataverse/dynamics 365 CE an envelope is created in docusign.The sender of the envelope is now the owner of the connection in power automate. Is it possible to change the sender in to the person who triggers the flow? Gr Ronald  

Hi,This might be trivial but never the less. When we send documents for signing its quite common that the authorised signatory want a legal to paginate/verify the content first, how is that done in the best way? Order is not an issue, its the action, view or need to sign.

I was wondering if anyone else figured out how to make the assignments “Resolve Comments” to show up in TASKS in Salesforce.  We created an @task assignment by adding comments on the landing page in Document Preview and assigned it as a task.  This generates emails and shows in Tasks in DS CLM but does not show in Salesforce.  Should I be doing something differently?  Most of my users are SF users, so this would be great if it showed there too.  

Hi, I installed the Docusign Apps Launcher and eSignature for Salesforce product yesterday in Salesforce. I successfully connected to Docusign via Salesforce... I see the Apps Launcher record in Docusign Connect. Things look fine, however, I'm unable to create an envelope template from Salesforce. I'm getting a "You are not authorized to access the envelope." error when I try to create a template. I'm the admin in both Docusign and Salesforce. I have all permissions that I can think of. I am looking to input a text field for customers. I want them to be able to put in numbers with decimals, between a certain target value and 100. In this case, lets say 3. The issue i am running into, is that docusign is recognizing only the 1st digit in the sequence, and so while answers like 35, 62 and 90 are accepted, answers like 12 and 29 are not. I would like docusign to recognize double digit numbers, while still adhering to the lower end threshold.Here is the formula i currently have, any advice would be greatly appreciated. ^(?:[3-9]?\d(\.\d{1,2})?|100(\.00)?)$ 

I invalidated an envelope, because this person keeps receiving reminders from docusign, which is not needful anymore. This person still receives reminders from docusign. Why isn't this canceled? And how can I make sure docusign stops with sending these reminders? See the printscreen below, which says that the envelop is invalidated at 19 januar 2024. 

I’m looking into the possibility of merging together two (or more) server templates into a single PDF; currently I’m creating envelopes through Python and using Composite Templates. We licensed DocuSign Gen and installed the Apps Launcher for Salesforce. We are following the Administration Guide to connect the Salesforce Production Account with DocuSign. When setting up the connection, we are presented a list with different DocuSign "Accounts" (we use one per legal subsidiary) and have to pick one. However, the users who will be using DocuSign with Salesforce are coming from various different subsidiaries and I can't seem to find further information on how we would achieve the connection from one Salesforce org to one DocuSign Company account with many "sub accounts" or Accounts. Can anyone help here on this community? Thank you!Benjamin
