Hey, how can I see statistics on how many reminders has been sent per envelope per UserID? Thanks already in advance

I am the only person on a personal account that I used for business. I no longer have access to the email address and now can not complete the 2FA to access my account. I also can not access the account to place a support ticket! How do I access MY account without this. Based on previous responses I see the answer is I can’t and if that is the case, how do I cancel my account since I can’t use it, but have paid for it!?

Hi. I've created an envelope template using a number of Checkboxes. Each Checkbox has been given a value. Is it possible to create a Formula Field that uses the value within a Checkbox against a Number Field?

Hi community...as an admin, is there a super quick way to find details on an envelope ID without running a report...in other words, I have an envelope ID...can I enter that within the platform to find all associated details WITHOUT having to run an envelope report and look within that download? Is there a way to see the history on when reminders have been sent out  per envelope

We have recently got DocuSign for our company and integrated it with our OneDrive app. The sync between the two keeps slipping. We need signed documents to be saved to the original forlder. Can anyone advise on where this could be going wrong? It just saves to the primary folder in OneDrive. We had it setup initially but it keeps changing. 

Hi DocuSign Community,I’ve searched the forum and FAQs but seems couldn’t find a clear answer.I plan to purchase an additional 100 envelopes halfway through my billing period (around 6 months left until renewal) and will be charged a prorated fee for this purchase.My question is: will the envelope quantity itself also be prorated, or will I still receive the full 100 envelopes for the remaining term?Thanks in advance! 

Hello!Many users from Ukraine face the problem of not being able to register due to an error in their phone.I know for sure that the phone number is entered correctly, the advice to enter the full number does not help.This applies to some operators from Ukraine (but not all).Is it possible to fix this problem? Or is there another way of authorization besides the phone?  

When installing PKI Docusign, the platform still does not identify the presence of the software on the machine. And I also tried to sign using the alternative method you have on your website, I have suppliers who send me contracts to sign from docusign. Is there anything that can be done to solve my problem?

Dear DocuSign Support,I would like to ask about the possibilities of automating the process of filling in DocuSign templates using data from an Excel file.Currently, I need to manually enter recipient details and custom fields for each document. To speed up the workflow, I would like to know: Does DocuSign support bulk sending where recipient and field data can be imported directly from an Excel (or CSV) file? If so, could you provide guidance or documentation on how to configure the template fields so that they map correctly to the Excel/CSV columns? DocuSign hasn’t enabled Doc Gen on our main account. It appears a trial was allowed to lapse despite having confirmed it was switched on. Does anyone have a useful contact email or number to escalate business-critical issues to in UK?

I seem to have hit a limit in envelope creation so upgraded my account and now envelope creation should be unlimited….I need to be able to keep testing/developing, how do I reset 

Hello - on a prior/older version of a template that is accessed through a powerform, the person accessing the form is prompted to input their name/email (which is used to notify them to sign if they stop halfway through).A new version of the form, I created and matched the settings on it to the prior version. But the user is no longer prompted to enter their name/email. They are prompted to acknowledge the validity of esignatures, and at the end of the signature process they can download a copy of the signed document, but the signer’s esignature is not being collected. I want that, and hoping someone can point me to the right place. Thank you in advance.

I am a Docusign admin for my organization. i have a user who needs to occasionally send an envelope that must be signed using a drawn signature. This is NOT something we want to require across the organization. I want the user to be able to add that requirement at the time he sets up the envelope.  Is this possible?

Having done the identification process with the DocuSign twice on video, I am being asked to go through identification process once again for 3rd time. I logged in to DocuSign beforehand, tried Review Document link, Access Documents but it still asks to go through identification process. This is really embarrassing and I need a plan to open a support case which in itself is “great”

I’ve placed the anchor tags for my document in a 3 column table.  The first cell has anchor tag \c1\ for recording a Text Tab value for signer’s company, the second cell has anchor tag \n1\ for recording the signer’s full name, and the last cell has anchor tag \s1\ for recording the signature.The problem is that the displayed value for the anchor tags are not wrapping within the cells of the table.  So if the company names or signer’s names are long, they run into the values of the other cells causing the text to overlap.  Is there a way to force the injected text to wrap in the cell and respect the layout where the anchor tag is defined? I’ve tried to specify the “width” property to 100 and “anchorUnits” property to “pixels” (also tried “inches”), but it doesn’t seem to affect anything:"recipients": {    …    "signers": [      {       ...        “Name”: “Sample Name”        "tabs": {          "signHereTabs": [            {              "anchorString": "\s1\",              "anchorUnits

Hi everyone,I had a few queries around the Template matching and general restrictions which can be applied to users. The users are Bank Staff sending out confidential and critical onboarding/contract documents to customers for their signatures.Can we prevent users from sending out envelopes with uploaded documents where the document has not been template matched, as-in a hard block? We’ve experimented with the Sending settings feature - “Require a template for all envelopes sent from this account”; however, bankers can still get around this by selecting ‘Advanced edit’ and adding additional documents to the envelope canvas which are not template matched, before sending them out.Is there any setting which blocks the ‘Send’ option when a document has not been Auto-template matched. For example, a banker has uploaded a document and it's not auto-template matched for legit reasons, can we prevent the banker user from sending out that envelope?Would love to receive feedback and options on h

Hi, I am using the C# eSign SDK and am trying to allow users to open a sender view for envelopes that they are not the sender on, but have been granted shared access to. i.e. User A creates a draft envelope and User B opens the sender view for that envelope.The documentation says I need to attach a header ( X-DocuSign-Act-On-Behalf) with the principal user id (User A’s id) as the value in order to act on their behalf.Here’s what I am doing generally in my code (language is Visual Basic).
