Is there some way to have prefilled fields that don’t show up on the customer side?  My use case is a follows:Sender fills in a few prefilled fields that are needed as part of contract text Also need sender to complete other fields for internal tracking and downstream use with API or automations - not visible to signer.Is this possible? How can I do this? 

We have a signer from China who needs to sign a document requiring identity verification with an official ID. However, it appears that neither the Chinese passport nor the Chinese ID card is supported by DocuSign.Could you please advise on the available options in this case?

Hello helpers !When I send a document to my customers for signature, when all parties have signed,  we all receive the PDF with separately the Document  signed and the Summary.Is there a way to always attached the Document and  Summary together (by default). Honestly it is a pain to always have to managed 2 documents . Why the Summary is not attached by default to the document ?In cas of dispute, the signed document , without the Summary , is not very strongthank you Jerome

I have several thousand agreements in my CLM.  There is a new Attribute I am being asked to track across them all that was not entered when we migrated them into the system.  I have the new values for all of the agreements in an excel file.  Is there any way to upload a change to enter values to Attributes across many contracts at the same time?  It is prohibitive to go into each contract and add this Attribute one at a time.  It would take far too long.

I would like to view a document still that was voided and then deleted to see what information was entered in the form fields and potentially shared with another signer. I found an envelope ID for the document in the Document and Envelope Retention Policy, but I cannot locate the actual document itself. How can I view the document? Thank you!

Hello community, We have been recently facing an issue consisting of our envelopes being massively blocked in quarantine or spammed by our recipients. Have you faced this before? If yes, what was the explanation/resolution for it?  Can you suggest a workaround -besides the SMS feature- that could make our recipients receive the envelopes we’re sending? -unfortunately it’s not possible to ask each one to check their quarantine and free up the blocked envelopes-Thanks dear community for your help,

HiBetween building Templates, creating Web Forms and then finding that some fields are / aren’t available I’m at a loss and hope someone can  - in plain english - help me! This is what I want…. Give a URL to a Sales Partner which they can share with their end-customerThis URL contains links to 2 documents that we need the end-Customer to review and acceptThe End Customer must also provide details like: Company Name, Address, Date Signed (agreed)Upon their acceptance, the documents are then sent to my company (to sign) When we and End-customer has signed, all 3 parties (Us, End-Customer and Partner) get a copy Is this possible and can anyone help guide me to any training / FAQs to achieve this? Many thanks

No matter how many times I do those trainings such as clm administration, implementation consultant, build workflows etc. I still don't feel comfortable and confident with DocuSign workflows and design solution knowledge is not as good as other architects in my org. Hello, I created a new Docusign envelope template in SalesForce and I have this error message “Source object is blank”.  I created this template using the “Clone” button from an existing template.  Also, I notice the “Main Data Source” column is blank for the cloned template, but not for others.  I think this clone feature is broken.  There is no screen I can find where I can make this selection.

I am creating a webform from a template to capture customer information. When generating the webform from the template it auto adds the signer role fields. This field is capturing the signer's/customer's name. This field name also flows through to the finished signed agreement. Its listed as By: on the completed agreements page. But to help everyone in our company, I need the By: to be the company name. Is there any way to do this? Thank you

We use to get the completed document attached to the completed email. In the last few weeks, DocuSign stopped sending the PDF document. What happened? How can this be fixed?

I’ve used Docusign in my RE business for many years and yesterday as I was working with documents forclosing 9/30, suddenly, none of my documents are accessible. This is a major issue. Need urgent help. Don’tlike not having a phone number or chat option to help with this.Thanks! 

We have been experiencing the DocuSign links we send to our customers expiring before they are set to. We have them set to expire 120 days after sending and remind every 7 days. However, for the past 2 weeks we have had customers call us only 4 days in to tell us their link has expired. We can “resend” it and it will successfully open it with saved information. But, this is becoming a bit of an issue.   Thoughts?  Please keep in mind we have been using DocuSign for over 4 years with no issues like this. We have not changed any settings.

I am following this guide:https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/how-to/request-signature-template-remote/ I have a template in my dev environment that contains all the fields for the user to enter and sign.When I use the guide above and send the template to the user, rather than the signing fields they are getting the document and need to add fields to the document.  How do I change this to be the actual document where they fill in the fields and sign, that is setup with the template? Thank you!

I prepare the activating of the “Document Retention Policy” including the option “Redact personally identifiable information” and have one question in this connection:Today I create different reports, for example the Group Activity Report to measure which user group send how many envelopes. This report - and a lot of other reports - work with the e-mail-address of the sender. Would the reports work correct despite of deleting the personally identifiable information?

I (KC) need to send a document to a client dept. manager and their team for signature by the manager and review by the team.Then a 2nd signature is needed (mine) before sending copies of the completed document to additional individuals and everyone else in the workflow.  See below.If the Dept Mgr is Role 1 (Needs to Sign) and their team members are all Role 2 (Needs to Review) and this is followed by Role 3 (Needs to Sign 2nd signer-me) followed by multiple Role 4 (Receives a copy) recipients.Will the 2nd signer receive the notification to sign only after Role 1 has signed the document all the team members reviewed the document? Am I the only one noticing that each Docusign’s signed pdf are now 1Mo heavier since mid July?Before July 18th, my 300Ko compressed empty pdf was transformed by Docusign into a 900ko to 1,1Mo signed pdf; but now, the same 300Ko empty pdf is more than 1,8-1,9Mo and can go up to 2,1Mo afted Docusin’s signature process, but with absolutely no change in the fields to be completed or the number of signatories. Doing so, my enveloppes including 3 to 4 contracts/documents are now more than 5Mo and Docusign no longer join my signed pdf in CC of the completion email ; and we have to download them from the ‘afficher les documents complétés’ link that expires in 48h.From my perspective it is a waste of time for our commercial and sales administration teams. But from a larger perspective, this increased weight has a huge impact on all our storage/email platforms capabilites.
