Hello, I want to see if there is a way to send a packet of documents to a new employee, and based on the document type, have it routed to the right person or department (compliance, HRBP, you, etc.), instead of everyone getting the whole onboarding experience as some of the departments do not need the whole onboarding experience packet.

Hi,  The certificate expiry for our SSO is coming up soon and I want to update the certificate.I was granted admin access recently and logged in with this url - https://apps.docusign.com/, but I do not see the Access management tab, so I can view the SAML configuration to update the certificate. Please advise, how can i update the cert.Thank you!

We are regularly using this great product for all kinds of approvals, reviews and signatures. However when adding separate documents to one envelope (for example base contract and appendices), after signing we are finding that we get multiple pdf documents, one for each document in the envelope. We would like to be able to have the contract signed, and then the resulting pdf produced include all appendices on the same document/pdf. Is this possible? Maybe we have missed it.

How to receive the Certificate of Completion? Documents are signed, however no CoC was sent.

I have filled out a rental application ( I have done this 100’s of times over the past 10 years) to be signed by a prospective tenant.  I have placed the text into the lease agreement as I have done for many times (names, dates, rent, deposit amount, etc).   When I sent the document out for signature...the lease agreement is blank...as if I didn’t input any fields.

Hello, I have a little problem when I select several check boxes and I want to set a validation rule, in fact the validation option disappears. Validation option only appears when a single box is selected, which is of no use. I am attaching a screenshot of what happens when you select multiple check boxes.

I was recently testing DocuSign features, I am a beginner, and encountered a problem that ended up with the agreement not being signed. I wouldn’t want to face this in real case scenarios so If someone can help me understand, I would really appreciate it.After sending a document to be signed, the recipient was requeated to fill a form and verify the access code she entered (VALIDACION DEL CODIGO DE ACCESO in Spanish). Why was she prompted to do so? See screen capture.Is it is a KBA method of verification? I didn’t request any kind of ID verification, I couldn’t since I was on a business pro free trial without add-ons or third party authentication providers. I only had the access code verification enabled. Plus we are not in the US, but Argentina.The recipient could not proceed with signing and the agreement is currently with state “error in delivery” due to a “wrong authentication”.Thank you! 

Using the email link for completed Docusign documents, how long does the link access the completed documents for people who don’t have a Docusign account?  Thank you! 

Within templates, the function to replace a document is greyed out for a DS Sender on our account.  As an administrator how do I to give permission to a DS Sender User to be able to replace. In the Admin section I see how to change profile permissions and clicked the template settings but see everything except "replace".  Can anyone please advise how to do this?  Thanks

I'm vahing issues downloading our invoice for July and August 2023. I encounter an error saying "We encountered an error when downoading invoice xxxxxx". We urgently need those invoices.

I’m wondering if there is something that isn’t right in my settings.  I received notifications in the past when someone signed a document but yesterday someone signed and I didn’t get a notification.  There were two people to sign, one did, one didn’t.   I thought neither signed because I didn’t get a notification.  This hasn’t happened before that I remember.  Please advise.  I didn’t see anything in the settings regarding sending notifications upon signature but may have missed it. Hello Everyone, I am a newbie to Docusign Admin and have requirements to support two department teams, HR and Finance, in my org to begin using DocuSign to facilitate form signing. There are the following security requirements: Any HR staff can create/edit envelopes, and they have access to other envelopes created by other HR staff.   HR users have their envelopes that are not seen/accessible by the finance team and vice versaI have created the envelope templates for HR and finance, but my challenge is with the next step and setup the security model that meets the above requirements. Can anybody guide me on the detailed steps for this configuration? I know that I have to use folders and security groups, but your help is much appreciated.  Thanks

Hi!! I need help with my form. Apparently, the edit merged tags button is missing?! I noticed it was gone after deployment from one demo account to another. You can see I already have edited merged tags because of the tag icon, but I can’t edit new fields anymore. How do I fix that? 

I have the following signature process.Person A: SignPerson B: Sign and specify person CPerson C: Fill in and specify person D and EPerson D: SignPerson E: SignI get an error message for person C because the name and e-mail address of person D and E are required. However, this cannot be determined at the beginning.Is it possible that two or in this case three persons can still be specified afterwards?Thank you very much. 

Hello Community,I like to add additional documents (supplemantal documents) to an envelope.The situation is as follows:The document is generated in Salesforce I use an Envelope Template, created in Salesforce and available at the Docusign website, to assigne the Roles to the contacts Docusign opens In Docusign I created two additional templates one with supplement document A and one for B Docusign matches the Template for A Expected behaviour: to the uploaded document from Salesforce supplement document A is added and send also to the customer Actual: the template is matched, but the supplement document is not addedWhen I add the documents to the envelope template from Salesforce, file A and B appears. Hope someone can help me. Thanks and have a nice day,Sven

Hi - following on from a previous query regarding change of domain, we have a similar challenge. On 17 March, we became Hampden Bank - our new registered address is (redacted) will be our trading name and our legal name will remain as Hampden & Co plc.DocuSign will have our current details as, hence that needs to be updated.As a part of the change, our email addresses have changed i.e.************** becomes *****************We obviously need any historic docs to be saved and we need any envelopes which started life with the previous email address to still be accessible from either email address.Your guidance please. Thank you.

The employee who used to take care of DocuSign bills is no longer with the company and we do not have access to her DocuSign account to check our billing information and update payment methods. Is there anyway I can take over the billing matters?

I’m a startup founder & would like to use DocuSign to share my pitch deck. I want to share a link that can be forwarded around throughout my network.  I want to be able to get the email addresses of those who open the deck.  I also want to be able to update the document without creating a new link / envelope (in case I find a typo or want to add/remove a slide).  I want this to be as simple, clean, & professional as possible.  PDF is ideal.One idea was to have the document link to a hidden google drive folder that is accessible only by link… but not sure how to make that work with DocuSign.I’ve looked at a bunch of videos, tutorials, community pages, AI help, etc & haven’t been able to figure this out. I have a very limited number of envelopes right now, so I want to nail it on my 1st shot.  Thanks for your help!!
