Hello Community,I was using docusign to create documents, and send them for signatures. but I also wanted to create custom fields and fill them via the API and send them for signs.and I also want to be alerted (on a webhook/something) when a person signs the document.Now I was able to figure out that the DOCUSIGN API does provide this, but as a addon to a plan, and we can also watch events on when they are signed. On the API pricing page, I cannot see anything relevant. So please guide me, which API plan should I get? is the Starter ($50/mo plan) enough for my use case?And how do I get the add-on for docgeneration? do I first buy the API plan?

Hello,Like many, we received a notice about DocuSign migrating to Azure.  There is a mention if inbound connections/allow-lists from DocuSign.  Currently, we do not have any inbound connection rules on our firewall relating to DocuSign.  We are uncertain as to why there would even be incoming connections.  What would these connections be for?  Are we talking about email whitelists, perhaps?Thanks!

Hello everyone.I'm adding a textbox to a contract I'm trying to fill out and when i try to resize the text to fit along the according lines it doesn't let me. The selected text box only lets me move it around but does not let me resize it using the expanded arrows on the corners. its like the text box has a fixed size.Is there a fix to this?

I am trying to initiate a CLM Workflow from a Salesforce Flow. I am able to initiate the workflow from Flow, but am unable to figure out how to pass a recordId. I see that the Salesforce Flow Action “Start DocuSign CLM Workflow” which calls DFSLE__CLMWORKFLOWREQUEST expects a Salesforce recordId because it fails when I put a random string of text or a Docusign ID with the message “An Apex error occurred: System.StringException: Invalid id: cxxxxx” and succeeds when I populate the field with a valid SFID.I see that I am initiating a workflow in Docusign CLM as I get a record of the workflow’s execution.But I can not access the recordId in the workflow.I have tried creating variables with all sorts of name to see if they are populated, but none of them work. (recordId, Record_ID, SalesforceID, id, userId, accountId, contactID etc...)Does anyone know how I can access this record id from within SF?ThanksGretchen

Hello All:In the past few days I’ve noticed I do not always get an email notification when an envelope is signed/completed.I have been receiving the “viewed” notifications for every signer on every envelope, and I get most of the notifications for the “completed” envelopes. But not all of them.The most recent: I received both “viewed” notices (one for each signer) but did not received the “completed” notification - one of the signers (someone in my office, with the same email domain) forwarded me the notice to let me know it was complete.I have checked all my preferences/settings and ALL notifications are checked off. No changes have been made to any notifications. Any idea as to why this is happening and how to fix it? thanksmr1

Business logic requires information gathering from both applicant and coapplicant which has been configured on the docusign form. Similarly, applicant and coapplicant role has been created with ‘needs to sign’.Now the issue arises when we use the power form, the first person (say applicant) can start the application by filling out his/her name and email as they are marked mandatory. Coapplicant information (name and email) often times are missed as there is not a clear indication that the fields are required for applicant to fill in the same way they fill in the name and email section of the applicant portion. Is there a way to make the coapplicant detail fields required fields as applicants fields; inorder for applicant to initiate the form. 

I am looking for more documentation regarding the Finish Later Button experience. Is only one email sent out? Are there additional emails sent that contain the link?

Hi Team,I am using REST API to create envelope and get it signed by supplier. Once its signed, on top of that signed document we need to add CEO signature automatically. Is it possible in DocuSign. I see its not possible to add directly on my analysis. Can we use composite templates to get this done. Any thoughts would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

We use DocuSign to manage agreements across approximately 70 customer organizations. For our tracking purposes, it's essential to capture the organization name that has signed the agreement, rather than the name of the individual signer.However, we've encountered a challenge: the notifications we receive and the reports we can generate from DocuSign do not include the organization name. It appears that this information is not being pulled from the signed agreement, even when it's entered there.Is there a clever way to be easily notified of the signing organization rather than the signer, or do I have to make sure that the contacts within the DocuSign platform have the organization name included somewhere?Thanks

For three days, I have clicked the button for Promote to Production. I click through to my paid account, select the user there, and the system then says there will be a go live decision in 48 hours.24 hours later, I go back, and the Promote to Production.Looking to contact someone in Support fails, as the question mark only has the Support Center, and no option to contact support.How, exactly, do I go live if the automated system doesn’t work and there isn’t support to contact? Or do I need to rewrite my integration to use a service that actually works?

I’m sure no one will see this in time but I am still having issues logging into the Zoom session for Peer Group.  I got the invite but no matter what combo email/password I try to use it does not work.  I also tried to register again and shows my email address is already used.

Hi everyone,I believe I can create a public link on the website for customers to sign a form based on the template i’ve created. I have some questions:Can the customer upload a PDF document with prepopulated fields into Docusign and then sign the document?  Can additional supporting attachments be uploaded as part of the envelope but does not populate into the template/form e.g an image of license Can certain fields (excluding the signature field) be completed in Docusign after uploading the PDF where some information is prepopulated? and can that be any field? Hello All,I set up a DocuSign template where users can send agreement us customers. Once customers sign the agreement, I want those agreements to be stored in a SharePoint document library. I set SharePoint app in the Connection.Then I set up rule and action in the DocuSign.In the action part under the Customize file and folder name/path, there are several options which do not help my idea.I want to capture some document custom fields into the file name so that when it stores into the SharePoint it is easy to find by the document custom fields.Unfortunately, I could find any available solution out there.I would appreciate if some can help me on this.Thanks PS: Please see the attached image for clarification.  

Hi,Are Docusign fields supposed to have solid white backgrounds during the signing phase? I expected them to be transparent and not cover up any of the form lines/text all the way through, but in my account as soon as I kick a doc out for signing all of the fields take on a solid white background which looks terrible and is concerning since they turn to the expected transparent upon full execution...when I sign something I want to look exactly like it did when I signed it.Is this a bug or some setting I can change? Screenshots below (read captions): Editing Doc in Room (all good)Preparing for signing, still goodPreviewing...OK whaaaaaat is this.
