Hi community,I need some help with the Go-Live process. I’m trying to get my Integration-Key into production since round about a month. There is no problem with the automatich review (20 successful API calls, no polling). But there seems to be some sort of manual review when I try to promote the Integration-Key to a production account. The first two times I tried it took 10-14 days and in the end the review was declined. Today I created a new Integration-Key and tried again and it got declined within a few hours.I actually have no idea why the promotion is declined. I didn’t get a mail or any sort of information about the decline.While waiting for the promotion the first time I created a support ticket with our production account and I was told that there is no support on basic API plan.So what are my options? Currently we’re paying for an API plan that we cannot use.Best regards,Dominik

We have created eSignature template in Salesforce. I was granted DS Admission Permission for creating templates After template creation is completed and tested, I should ideally be assigned the DS Sender role in DocuSign. However, after this change, I lose access to the DocuSign Apps Launcher entirely, despite having the correct DocuSign Salesforce permissions. Is DS Admin Permission required for sending envelopes?

Is it possible to send specific documents from a completed envelope to different people with the CC option?I can split the envelope template and have two different templates to achieve this, but wondered if I can route each of the signed documents to different email addresses for action?

Recipient authentication was requested from signers even when it was disabled. Now when these authentications are sent, most of the recipients are not based in US but are mandated to fill out us based codes. please how do i resolve this?

I have an agreement that I never signed that was provided to me by my company, signed via DocuSign with a Certificate.Two documents within the envelope but we're provided to me separately. The second document has the same envelope ID visually, but if you open within Google docs two ID's are in the header. The top left is a unique ID, the top right ID matches the certificate.Neither documents signature block has the DocuSign security feature.I believe I need an expert to certify this but don't know who to ask.Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you! 

Hello!  Is it possible to use Signing Group in a “Set up Invite” and “Get Signatures” steps within a Maestro Workflow?  If the answer is yes, then how?  Should I create a new Signing Group.  Then manually type the new of the Signing Group as one of the Participants of the Maestro Workflow?  When configuring the “Set Up Invite” or “Get Signatures” steps I would be able to select that Participants, but what should I put as Name and Email?  Can someone please clarify my misunderstanding?  Thank you!

I have a Node.js application where I create a DocuSign envelope. Currently, I use the Authorization Code Grant flow to manually obtain the access token and refresh token. However, the refresh token expires every 30 days if not used. Is there an alternative method that would allow me to avoid manually generating a new access token and logging in each time the refresh token expires?

What scope parameter value should we use for the Authorization Code endpoint to ensure that the refresh token never expires? Currently, we have set the scope to "signature extended," but the refresh token still expires after 30 days. 

Hello, This endpoint is listed on Docusign’s postman workspace, however I see no documentation for it. Is this a supported endpoint? Thank you!

Long time user of DS and for the life of me, I cannot fathom WHY we are subjected to the same “Switch recipients” pop up for every single envelope, including ones saved to draft and returning to them later to complete. There should be an option to turn this notification OFF and I have dug everywhere within my preferences and settings and so far, I can’t find one. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS LEFT OF MY SANITY - Tell me where this might be found OR make it an option!   

Hi all,Has anyone ever had an issue with their logo coming through as low quality when sending out documents? The logo we are using is 253KG and a JPG file. 

I've looked through search results for "reason void" (and variations of that query) and can't seem to locate what a sender can find out about a voided document, specifically what reason a decliner gave for declining to sign. Is this text in the certificate of completion or somewhere else?  Would it be available to anyone who has access to that certificate, such as other signers?

On our DocGen form there is a field called “Requester Address”, and its Merge Tag is <# <Content Select="//Requester_Address" Optional="true"/> #>  (“Original Merge Tag”)I want to change “Requester Address” to “Requester Full Mailing Address” to make it more clear for the user.  When I do this, the merge tag is automatically changed to <# <Content Select="//Requester_Full_Mailing_Address" Optional="true"/> #>  (“New Merge Tag”)Since we already have many Merge Template documents that use the Original Merge Tag, I do not wish to go back to all the Merge Template documents and update them to the New Merge Tag.So I’m thinking that if I just use Edit Merge Tag and change <# <Content Select="//Requester_Full_Mailing_Address" Optional="true"/> #>back to <# <Content Select="//Requester_Address" Optional="true"/> #>then this should not disrupt anything and my Merge Template documents and workflows would continue to work without any problems.Please

Hi everyone, I have a question about emails. When a person completes signing a document, should they receive an email with a copy of the signed document? Is this option enabled by default, or does it need to be enabled somewhere?

Unable to login to Docusign. The "update" Docusign is providing below: https://status.docusign.com/incidents/z0n5pff9sx55 - does NOT help, this is a new issue that has come up today (5/15/23) for many DocuSign members. Is there a new problem site?

My “Completed” contracts is not in sync with the emails that indicate completed. The completedfrom DocuSign emails is showing the actual number of documents signed and completed? Would there be a reason why it is not showing the correct competed contracts in the Completed link from the homepage? 

If an envelope is set to expire on a given date, does it expire at the beginning of that date or at the end? Or does it depend on the time the expiration date was set?Thanks,Teri

Hi everyone,I am using templates with fields that the first recipient needs to fill. These fields are for instance purchase order numbers, part numbers,...It is a kind of certificate of compliance for our customers. There is a lot of informations in that document and sometimes mistakes happen.The first recipient fills the document. The next recipient  reads it and is supposed to sign if it’s correct.If the second recipient detects a mistake, he voids the document. That’s how the process seems to be in docusign. The issue is that if the document is voided then everything that has been filled by the first recipient is lost. I am looking for a solution that allows the first recipient to get back his document as he filled it and to correct it. Any idea?

I am unable to recieve documents directly to my docusign. Typically when someone sends me something to sign or view, I can usually find it in the Action Required tab. However, lately it has not shown up there. I get the notification in email that I have a document, but its not listed where it normally is. The only way to access documents that have been sent to me is through email. How can I fix this?

I'm trying to download copies of signed documents combined into one file with the signature summary page. However, when I tick the 'combine all PDFs into one file' box, the certificate of completion is automatically unselected. How can I work around this?

I have created a template for an activity report.  Each individual employee needs to complete and sign their form; it’s then reviewed by their supervisor and signed; then reviewed by their manager and signed.  The standard template works great and the .csv bulk send is successful.But here is the issue: some employees cross multiple projects and have multiple supervisors, meaning: the employee completes and signs their form; then it’s reviewed by two separate supervisors and signed; then reviewed by their manager and signed.If I attempt to bulk send to everyone with enough optional signatures to accommodate the multi-supervisor exceptions, I cannot bulk send.  Every employee would need an email for the second supervisor, even if they don’t have one.Any suggestions to accommodate a sometimes-used signature field?

I have a Minor Consent Form that only ages 14-17 can use. Is there a way to use a date field of their birth date to limit entries between that (rolling) 4-year period? Eg. someone too young, say 13 or younger, or, someone too old, 18 or older cannot continue. If I cannot solely use the date field of their birthday via formula to accomplish this, is there a way that I can list 2 date fields that automatically update between that 4-year window and say something like, “Your birthday must fall between Date and Date to use this Consent Form” and tie the birthdate field in via formula so if the birthdate field is outside of that range, it will flag/not let them complete the field and stop the Envelope process. I do have Formula access to my account but am unsure of the best way to accomplish this. If someone has a different Idea to accomplish this or a variant of the process, I am all ears. Thanks so much in advance for any assistance.

I have a number field currently that accepts all values. I want to add a validation/condition that would restrict the field to only accept positive values (values >= 0) How do I do this?
