HELP! Docusign Certificates of Completion Template changes

In the body of the Certificate of Completion that you receive after a doc is fully executed/signed there are several paragraphs of the ELECTRONIC RECORD AND SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE section that have a former employee’s name in them as a point of contact that I need to change. Who do I contact to make that change or How can I make the change myself? (Image removed due to personal information)

Docusign is changing document during upload to template

I have used the classic version of templates in the past, and would like to continue.This is the first time I have uploaded a Word document into templates and Docusign has changed the document during upload by changing my top and bottom margins. Now I have dangling signature fields instead of being grouped on one page as in previous design.How do I get Docusign to stop changing my document?Also, is there a way to set my preferred font once to be used on all documents?

Different business address stamp to profile

I have a business account in Docusign. The address in the profile is our correct address where the business has been located for 3 years. However, I notice that on signature certificates, the address for our business shown is one we were at, 3 years ago. The profile is correct and has been for 3 years, but all summary documents are recording an old address and I have no idea how to change that - other than updating the profile. But it is already correct. Hope you can help ta.

account.docusign.com refused to connect.

I have been a ZipForms, DocuSign and DocuSign Transaction room user for several years. I have received this error on more than one occasion in the past 6-10 months. Sometimes I have time to wait for it to "clear up" but it's nothing I'm doing wrong. It just refuses to connect. I've refreshed the tabs but it starts when I am using Zip Form to create and tag the docs in a "package" that when I click NEXT it automatically opens a new window in DocuSign and brings the docs in for further tagging before sending out for signing. account.docusign.com refused to connect This is what pops up in the window of DocuSign.

Dropdown values error

Hello, I am working on a template to create a Webform. I have a Dropdown field that is replicated and has a unique Data Label as shown: I am getting an error message when attempting to create my Webform stating that the Dropdown Valuses must be unique. Each option is unique. Is the issue that the listed option and listed values are the same? If not, can someone help me figure out how to fix this?

Hey,I’m sending via API to a signer an envelope created from template, which has fields to fulfill including attachments (multiple)I need to separate the attachments that are added by the signer, sometimes it’s just one page, sometimes multi-page documents.I already https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/getting-signer-attachments-using-the-esignature-rest-api and I don’t get desired outcome.What I have noticed is that once the signer add any attachment it’s added to the document as new page, and there is not ID I could use to distinguish which page is from initial document, or is an attachmentHow can I separate the initial document and each attachment filed?

Do Drafts get purged automatically?

Hi, I need some clarifications on the retention of Drafts.From what I understand from Setting, by default draft envelopes are retained for 30 days from the creation date. At the 30 day mark, all draft envelopes will be cleared from the draft folder. My question is: Does cleared from the draft folder mean purged? If the drafts are not purged after 30 days, where do they go other than not in the Draft folder?On the other hand, in Docusign eSignature Admin Guide’s Purging Envelopes, it says “To be purged, envelopes must have a status of Completed, Declined, or Voided. In-process and Draft envelopes cannot be purged.” This seems so confusing. Please help. Thanks. Regards,ykad

tabs are filled with the same value in power automate

HelloIn power automate I have a flow that uses docusign and I am puttin some tabs on a document. When I start typing on one of the tabs, the same value is entered in all the tabs. The anchors are all different for each tab. Moreover even if I set the tabs to optional they appear as required when I hover over them. I’ve tried both old and new designer in power automate

DocuSign Gen for Salesforce document rule using field on related object

Hi there,I’m testing out DocGen for Salesforce and have been really impressed by the tool so far. The process is pretty smooth and easy to use, but I’m wondering about the flexibility of “Document Rules” under the “Upload Documents” step. As I understand it, these are designed to give you some conditional logic for dynamically deciding what documents are generated based on field data in the primary object. However, I’m wondering if there is any way to build rules that reference field data from related (parent or child) objects. In my case, the object I’m using is a junction for multiple related objects, so it doesn’t have all the field data immediately available. This was fine when building the document itself, but it doesn’t seem like I can reference any of those related objects for the purposes of a document rule.For example, my primary object (Contract) is related to the Product object, which contains data about the “type” of document I want to generate. After we made the updates to the Resource file we notice this , the Document is loading with the header however when we click on Continue the header is disappearing. I have posted both screenshots. Any idea why this is happening. We not sure why this is happening. Regards

How to locate my address book and edit contacts

As per the older posts I have tried to locate the "My Preferences" tab and the "Contacts" tab of which i have neither anywhere on my profile, even when clicking my account icon. The only way i can see my contacts is when I click on the address book icon when inserting the name of the addressee. However when I click on this, I am unable to edit the contacts information. I am at a loss and I do not understand how something which should be incredibly simple is turning out to be such a difficult task.

Hi All, We use DocuSign for Salesforce to send out the documents for E-Signature, that being said, when we send out a template, I have an optional text field A, I also have a checkbox B, so my scenario is whenever the checkbox B is checked the optional text box A should be made required or else it should be optional. Unable to Attach PDF to send and unable to save draft

Hello, I am new to DocuSign but I have followed all the steps and watched videos. I have a PDF with already fillable signature fields and when I try to send it through DocuSign I can't. I get the message "unable to load envelope" or something very similar and when I tried to save a draft it wouldn't let me. I'm running out of options as I do animal rescue and need Adoption Agreements filled out and signed prior to adoption but I have been unable to send a single PDF through DocuSign where it was returned signed. Having to piecemeal everything is very time consuming and frustrating. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have a fillable PDF and simply emailing it to a recipient sometimes works but if we have issues (which we do) I'd like a definite system so all the adopters can fill out and sign without their having DocuSign on their phone. It's very aggravating paying for a product that doesn't work. Maybe it's me. Who knows. Thank you for any a

Security considerations for Sending Documents as .PDF attachments?

Hi community...I am assessing the risk of sending documents as attachments (as opposed to the embedded link solution / option). I appreciate this is way more risky but have some basic questions I need help with before I engage with my DPO!! From my analysis / research...my understanding is that emails sent to a recipient are transmitted via HTTPS utilising TLS 1.3 (or lower, depending on the recipients end point capability) so as to prevent interception by a bad actor en route...but once that email has landed in the recipients email account - that’s where the risk lies as if that email account is hacked, the data contained within the .PDF is unencrypted (so whoever gains unauthorised access to that account, can freely access and ‘see’ the personal data contained within)...is that correct Please?

Regular Pattern for date 1 day after another date field

I am trying to input a Regex Pattern to a text field so it will date 1 day after another date field. I am using the Custom Validation and the pattern I am using is: AddDays([Expiration_Date],1).Expiration_Date is the name of the field that has the date I am trying to get this text field to date 1 day after. I do not have full Devloper/Formula access and wonder if a simple Regex pattern will not suffice for this instance. I am a novice and very new at this and would be greatful for any assistace. I would be wiling to ask my orginization to get formula or developer access if it would assist.

Regex to prevent the use of newlines in a text field

I’m no regex expert but I’ve managed to fudge together what I thought would be a functional check for whether a form filler is trying to use new line characters in text fields. My regex is:(?<=[^\r\n])\R(?=[^\r\n])It looks like it should work: But when I implemented the regex in my web form entering anything in the field results in the input failing the validation check: What am I missing? Do web forms use new line characters as part of the field? Why would a single word with no spaces or anything match my pattern?

When I put in a recipient to receive a copy of a document between signers in our routing, is there a way for them to receive a copy of the document as an attachment in all of the email notifications they receive during the signing process?

For example, we currently have Signer A, then recipient who receives a copy, then Signer B. After Signer A signs the document, recipient who receives a copy will get an email notification that Signer A has signed along with a link to view the document in DocuSign, but will not receive a copy of the document as an attachment in that email notification. Recipient who receives a copy will only get a copy of the document as an attachment in an email notification after both Signer A and Signer B signs. We would like for recipient who receives a copy to get a copy of the document as an attachment in all of the email notifications they receive during the signing process and not just at the end after everyone has signed. Thank you.

Focus View issue with Reloading iFrame

Hello,I am trying to implement the Focused view for embedded signing in my application. While I can complete the signing process in one shot, there are cases where I would like to reload the iFrame, i.e., call DocuSign.signing again with the same URL and resume my session as it was. Is this possible?Currently, when I try to reload the iFrame, I see a loading page and a document with the URL chrome-error://chromewebdata/ instead of https://demo.docusign.net/Signing/?insession=1&ti=<id>.
