Hello Community!I want to update the attribute in CLM with the pending signatory or signatories. At wait for signature step getting the updated audit logs.Example: There are 4 signers for the agreement. Initially, I can update the status to show that the signature is pending from all 4. However, if the first signer signs the contract, I want the attribute to be updated, indicating that the signature is still pending from the remaining 3 signers and same will continue. Thanks in advance!

I have configured a Docusign CLM Multiselect Attribute Field in the intake form. Currently, after selecting the options, it only shows the number of selected options (e.g., 2 options selected). However, i would like it to display the actual values selected instead of the count in the form. Please advise.

Hello. I viewed the video related to the ‘Correction’ feature. However, this seems to be referencing corrections to the envelope such as modifying the recipients, add new fields, add additional files. Is there a way to make corrections to the values within the field. For example. The document is sent for signature, the person responsible for reviewing and signing off sees an error, e.g. an incorrect amount value has been entered into a field. What is the process that would allow this type of correction to be made without having to VOID the entire envelope and start all over again. Thank you,Nancy 

Up until about a week ago, when I had a Completed Envelope I could move it to the completed folder. This way it would not show up in my “Sent” items list. I can still follow the steps to move it, but *everything* is showing up in my Sent folder (Void, Declined, Completed). Did DocuSign make a change to the process?

I can see the ‘specify recipients’ option in settings, but it is greyed out.  I am currently on a Business Pro trial subscription.  How do I enable these options?  Thanks.   

I have an urgent question and tried to open a case.  I have the standard plan but got this error message “Your Docusign plan does not support opening cases. Find additional help resources in the Docusign Support Center or learn how to upgrade your plan to access Support.”  I’ve logged on two different devices and get the same message on both laptops. Is there another way to submit my question to get assistance?   Also because it is not showing that I have the Standard Plan I can’t use advanced features such as Powerform that I would like to use. 

Greetings,I’ve received a couple obvious spam or fraudulent emails purporting to be from Docusign.  As per directions on your website and here, I tried to forward them to spam@docusign.com.Initially, my outbound mail host bounced it because it looks like spam and refused to forward it on.I changed my outbound mail routing to skip my outbound host and the mail was accepted initially then returned to me from the mailer daemon on a .pphosted.com address, again because it looks like spam.Obviously, the message has spammy content in it.How do we report these fake docusign emails if If Docusign’s inbound mail handling is going to bounce them because they are spammy?Thanks,--[Lance]

How can I enlarge a document for easier reading, in an increment smaller than 56%I am reading a document on a laptop. The document, at 100%, is somewhat blurry and I would like to see it larger. I clock on the + Magnifying Glass and the size jumps to 156%.  Now the document is wider than my laptop screen.How can I enlarge a document in an increment less than 56%Thanks!

Does DocuSign has any limit on number of envelopes created?   

I have been a customer of Docusign for many moon as a real estate broker and this is the last year I will renew.  I am very frustrated with the non-existent level of communication and service.  As a large community of realtors we rely on this service a great deal. Recently you have added a feature that the documents that are signed on our end and we forward are automatically encrypted and password protected.  While we never have set up this password.  I have gone to the security to dissable this feature, contacted support they are directing me to places and features that does not exist. What does it take for this app to work? 

​I have the character limit is set to 4000; however, I am only allowed to type as much will fit in the text box size drawn.

A signature has been done but it is not showing. Therefore the next person on line to sign don´t receive the document to sign.What can be done? 

I believe my account has been hacked. I received a notification that someone was attempting to log in and a verification code. I did not request these. I have since logged in myself and changed my password. Can you please look for fraudulent activity?

Currently my company is using several accounts and contracts with the same domain.Users can login either by SSO or username and password.The administration (using the admin portal) of the users is currently done manually and we want to use SAML in the future while still ensuring that username / password is still working for the accounts currently using it. Is it possible to use SAML without enforcing SSO in the whole organzation?  Identity Providers

Hi! I recently attended the Showcase, Best Practices and Q&A webinar on February 6th, where they mentioned that you can customize your account, including the colors of the screens, so that it looks more like the emails/agreements are coming from our company, rather than Docusign. I can’t seem to find this option in my account or Docusign University. Can anyone help guide me in the right direction?

I have read that there is NO technical limit to how many envelopes a specific user can send per year in Docusign Standard Plan. So if there are 3 seats with 300 Envelopes available per year, the envelopes are shared among the users and one user can send 101 evelopes if needed.Just wanted to confirm that.Thanks.

What is the solution for the "The response assertion is missing a required attribute" error faced by our user when she logs in to her Docusign account. 

Let’s presume I have 100 documents in 1 envelope.The one who needs to sign them will click 100 times to sign ?Is there a method to bulk sign all 100 only by 1 click ?  

The form fields in my pdf document disappear after I send the envelope. Does anyone know how to fix this? The fields are included in all previous documents sent

I downgraded to a free account a month ago. I was billed a $15 “recurring payment” in March for an account. This is not correct- I shouldn’t be billed, I’m not subscribed to any paid membership level. My account is labeled as “freemium.”None of the support articles are helping.I cannot contact support or place a case ticket because I’m not a paid member. I just need to talk to someone about why I’m still being billed, but I can’t find an avenue in which to do so.  

Hi,One of our teams wishes to ensure that users with permission to send on behalf of a Shared Access account always send on behalf of that account rather than sending as their personal accounts.The users do not need to send personal envelopes.Is there anyway to restrict their access so that they can ONLY send on behalf of the Shared Access account, or is there a way to default to the Shared Access account when they login? Thanks

I’m creating a template for a team that needs to send a document requiring initials and signatures from patients. After the patients sign, the sender or one of three people from a signing group needs to also initial and sign.Is there a way to setup this scenario so that a sender is automatically included as a recipient with the option to sign, or do I need to make separate templates for each possible sender?As of now, I’ve only been able to add the signing group to the template with fields for initials and signing (blue fields). If the sender creates an envelope and add themself as a recipient, it only gives the option to create another recipient (purple) that isn’t connected to those same fields.  Example of what I actually want:Tyr creates envelope from a template to send to a patient. The patient signs The envelope will then require either Tyr or the group (Raj, Mabel and Lola) to sign. Lola signs. Envelope complete.
