I am a DS Admin in my company’s Docusign account. I need to send some documents requiring drawn signatures rather than the preformatted type. I have read several help articles about how to do this, but my settings options do not seem to match up with the advice in the articles. Can someone walk me through how to do this? Thanks!

I purchased the DocuSign Business Pro plan, but it is not reflecting. It still shows the trail version with 17 days left.

When uploading a DOCX with a multi-level numbered list, it restarts numbering back to 1 every time it returns to that level of the hierarchy (see image 1 below). The source document has the numbering correct, and doesn’t include extra paragraph breaks (see image 2 below). My question is this: Does the new editor work with multi-level lists? Image 1: DocuSign’s editor Image 2: Source MS Word File (Formatting marks included) 

I’d like to preform an audit on the merge tags used for each Form Library form. Is there a way to extract all the merge tags from each form without having to copy & paste each one individually into excel?I’d like to capture the form field name AND the merge tag that it relates to. NOTE: I have tried to highlight them, then pasting into excel. However, when you paste with source formatting- the box appears and it’s not easy to extract. If you paste “values only” the merge tag information disappears.   

We had an implementation partner set up our workflow and they set the folder creation to create in a general ‘Parties’ folder.  I now want to have the workflow save the contracts to the specific department.  I have created the department folders within the system, have created a .csv with the department (along with their approver and legal’s email in other columns) and have pointed the doc generation form to that .csv where the user can pick the department.  The global config file has /Parties/ in the path to create the folder.  I have tried several variations in that field for {Department}, (/{Department}, /{Department}/) but it keeps erroring at the folder creation step with this error: Action failed with exception, returned: No folder found for path: 2|<%#MFC_x_GlobalConfigs.FolderPath%>. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I need to send a contract with the same information to 13 people to sign. The difference is with their names and rates of payment. Are those considered 13 different envelopes?

Hi DocuSign team,Hope you can guide on this concern, an envelope was sent for 4 recipients to complete, later it was voided (two days later) three of them completed before it was voided, the customer who did not sign the envelope still receives reminders to complete it but how if it was voided? Could you please advise? This error message appeared after the signer tried to sign using Singpass on the 3 separate documents in one envelope. “This envelope contains more than one document to sign. You can only sign one document at a time with . To finish signing, as the sender to combine all documents into one and resend the envelope."  Please advise solution. 

I have a situation involving three documents and three signers. These documents pertain to customizing their apartment, including options for colors and other interior design aspects. The first signer selects one document out of the three to sign. The second and third signers are co-owners and are required to sign the document selected by the first signer. Initially, we attempted to use checkboxes as conditional fields to control the signing field for the first signer. However, we encountered a warning from the system indicating that conditional logic rules may only involve one signer, preventing us from enabling the same document signing fields for the subsequent recipients. Can anyone suggest a workaround?

Pretty self explanitory.Have a user at my org that no longer needs part 11.Is there a way to simply remove it?

Never experienced this issue before- trying to send contract but cannot drag initials or signatures fields

Our admin has given me all permissions necessary to send bulk envelopes. I see “Bulk Send” in my left hand menu of the home screen but when I go to use the template I’m trying to send to our whole company, I do not get the option to upload bulk users. Any ideas on what the issue is?

actually I have already submitted a membership cancellation on February 11 2025 (I have received an email from DocuSign regarding the cancellation), but after the expiration date Feb. 28, 2025, DocuSign still charged $120 from my credit card. Ironically, my account is still a free account, I do not even have the authorization to create a case regarding this issue. There is also no customer support call to address this issue. VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!Here are some screenshot.  \ 

I previously had access to my real estate templates and no longer do.  When I attempt t add them under preferences by providing my name, company name, NRDS number and association I am told to “try back later”.  I’ve cleared my cache and used an incognito browser.  I’ve also submitted a case and requested a call back.  Please advise.

Is there a way to reduce the Part 11 signature to be just the signature without the date and time for other types of signatures needed, eg Board Consent, etc.?  Thank you!

I’m trying to receive webhook notifications from DocuSign on my endpoint but the request fails with the error:"The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."My server supports TLS 1.3 minimum. DocuSign webhook requests fail when attempting to connect.Does DocuSign support TLS 1.3 for webhooks? If not, is there a workaround or fix to make this work?

I have just updated my account from monthly to annual and discovered the branding functionality has been locked (with no warning).  On investigation I have been told this functionality is now only available to enterprise customers paying four figures a month.For small businesses this greatly reduces the value of platform and is a huge change to bring in without any kind of communication.Very disappointing.Hopefully this is something the platform will reconsider

I am creating an envelope using the API and adding multiple documents and using Auto-Place to add the “Sign Here” tabs. The anchor string is the same on both documents but I would like the tabs to only place on the document specified by the “DocumentId” on the tab. ok, this is my case. I’m using a template with a text fields that pre filled them using docusing sdk for C#. When i create the signerUrl using CreateRecipientView method, all is ok; but when I use CreateSenderView and the status is “sent” those text fields are empty. So, basically I want to those text fields (like, name, office, phone number) even when the status is sent or completed. Even I get the PDF document using “GetDocument” and it does not shows the text fields. Should I use another field different than a text field?The main idea is to somebody else (different than the signer) to review the document (signed or not)

Years back when I started with DocuSign it took a bit of time to set up the profile/branding, etc. for my e-signature documents. I unfortunately had no use for DocuSign last year so plan to cancel my subscription for now. My question is - Will my profile remain in the system so when I go back to DocuSign down the road and pay again I don’t have to start from scratch? Or will I need to create a new user account in the future and do the whole set up again?

My organization uses DocuSign for Salesforce, and we're trying to track adoption, including from which system users more frequently generate/send envelopes. Is there any way to report on this in the DocuSign portal? Hi, I am looking to reclaim and close old accounts associated with the claimed domain of our organization account. However, they are all paid accounts and cannot be closed. How can I claim these accounts when the original owners are no longer part of the organization and their emails don't exist anymore? Thank you.
