I’m creating a DocuSign Template and in the custom email sent to the signer I want to include the senders job title. Ideally I could have a variable/command in the template that would pull the job title from their DocuSign account and place it in the message. My research into this seems to indicate this isn’t possible without either setting up a field where the staff member needs to type their title every time or setting up an API. This change would affect hundreds of our templates, so I just wanted to confirm this was the case before I select a path.  Could I please get a recommendation on the best path forward?

Is there a way to tell which administrative user created an agreement rule in our eSignature account? Also, if a user creates an agreement rule, but we close that user’s profile when they leave the organization, does this affect any existing, enabled agreement rules they may have created?

In a previous data ingestion effort by my former team, we integrated account data from another system into Salesforce. As part of this process, we established a mapping between Salesforce Accounts and DocuSign CLM Accounts using a naming convention that combines the account Name and ID. (not same as salesforce account Id but another field)However, we’ve encountered a problem: although the migrated account folders follow the correct naming convention, they are not being linked to the corresponding existing Salesforce Accounts. I have configured a brand for Signing. But unable to see it the header and footer in the signing document. I am able to see it in emails and forms however.

I need for my clients to be able to receive my contracts so they can sIGN them and return them through Docusign. I can’t get the scanned contracts to them without my initials and signature in the place they are supposed to sign? I need help setting it up please? As a security team’s representative, I’m interested in enhancing the monitoring and security of this system in my company, so I want to know if it’s possible to export this events to SIEM systemOur company has eSignature Business Pro Edition Plan and I have read the DocuSign has a Docusign Monitor, which can detect potential threats and it also has a pre-built alerts and SIEM integration capabilities, but unfortunately our plan doesn’t have this DocuSign Monitor. Are there any other ways to export the event logs to our SIEM system? Thanks everyone in advance.

I need to configure below:The download option is disabled while recipients are reviewing and signing the document, andThe download option is available once the document is completed (via the completion email or DocuSign portal).I used the following configuration as per the attached signing resource file guide<data name="DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload">false</data><data name="DocuSignComplete_AllowDownload">true</data>With this setup, the download option is correctly disabled during signing, but I still cannot see the download option after the envelope is completed.Could you please suggest the correct way to achieve this behavior? 

I have a Personal account with a credit of 5 envelopes per month.I cannot find when the counting starts of this credit. Is this per the 1st of every month of per de date of the contract for example the 15th of every month?

I am the admin/owner of the account.  I cannot see bulk send.  i have watched the videos.  I have the $65 account.  

We are supporting a Human Resources process.  The routing includes the employee (signature), department head (signature), HR officer (signature) and a labor relations officer (delayed signature).  In a perfect world, only the employee and the HR officer would receive a completed copy of the envelope, as the others should not be retaining a copy.  Is there any way to design a template in ESignature to do that?

I am working with Docusign Gen Templates that will integrate with Salesforce CPQ quote fields.  I am trying to display address text on document based on the client address. If the client is in the USA I want to display the company’s US address.There is a formula checkbox that is intended to trigger visibility ("/SBQQ__Quote__c/US_Account__c" ). I have tried multiple versions to get this working but they all result in error messages that change from time to time. Using this checkbox field, how should I enter it on the Word document?found and tried the following:But received this: 

I have triple checked that a client’s name is spelt correct in my contacts area as well as their email address. When they sign, the last name is spelled in their signature incorrectly. So odd. Where is the error and how can this be fixed??

I assume if this existed I would have found it by now, but is there any way for me, as an Admin (or anyone) to officially assign DocuSign University courses to a User for our account? And know whether they’ve completed a course? I’m getting really tired of answering the same questions from staff because they’re not going through the training I’ve asked them to watch.

Hello everyone,I am trying to create a table that has a dropdown populated from a CSV file. The problem is:When I Add a Column, I have the option Add Field, and I choose Dropdown → Link to CSV Document.Then I edit the document and put the mergetags, I noticed that they where with absote path "//” then changed to relative "./”.With I first tried with absolute path there are templateErros because the node returned more than one node, but with the relative, nothing appears, no error message but no content either.What can I do? How do I use a dropdown populated by a CSV file inside a table?Please help

I am a paid customer of DocuSign.I tried to document to sign, I could not and I got the following error message:A Required field is incomplete. TabId: abd948d2-c95a-49c8-9d06-78532a4f5bd1 I tried to have support to call me and I could not either. They give me 4 options to login:Partner LoginDoD LoginInsight & Analyzer LoginApplications Rooms, CLM, Notary LoginI could not sign in to any of these options.

Every time I download a PDF file I get a ZIP file that I have to unpack and toss.I know ZIP files are still very popular in the Windows Environment. However, we are deep in the 21th century. Nonebody with a brain still uses that platform. Stop waisting my time and drop the ZIP nonsense. I have enough bandwidth in the Netherlands, perhaps it is still a probably in the US - I lived there for 8 years and OMG what a nightmare, so happy to be back.Kind regards,Dr. Hans Kramer

Hi all,I am getting the following error in one of my Salesforce sandboxes, not in others. The error is from a Docusign log, the actual page when I try to access DAL, Gen Templates, or sending a Docusign from a button is blank page with a loading wheel.Failed to complete product setup. dfsle.APIException: [401] Unauthorized Reference ID: (dfsle)I have tried the suggestions in this article however to no luck. Could anyone share any guidance on how to resolve this?Many thanks!Molly
