Hello,I’ve made my template mobile friendly but it’s not allowing my staff to sign on their device as they get a pop up saying “Signing Mobile Not Allowed” and “Signing this envelop on a mobile device is not allowed, please use a computer”. This is our first day with it so I apologize for our ignorance.

I would like to display the following.I have a value that occurs e.g. 5 times in the form. (Example credit card number). I lead the user to the first credit card number field using the mandatory field and he fills it in.The other 4 fields should be filled automatically with the value of the first entry. Is that possible?Many thanks in advance.

Based on the documentation, I should be able to access my billing history and invoices through Admin > Plan and Billing, using this URL: https://apps.docusign.com/admin/billing but mine in empty and I need access to previous invoices. Since I downgraded my account to fremium since then I also don’t have access to support in order to open a new case. Is there a workaround available? Thanks in advance

Hello all, I am a developer using the eSignature API (specifically the Envelopes API) to construct Envelopes from multiple Composite templates.My goal: I have a use case where I need to download a specific document from a signed Envelope. I want to understand the best / most efficient way to accomplish this. After taking a look at the API documentation, I see that the only way to download a specific document from an Envelope is to use the EnvelopeDocuments:get API, which requires passing in the documentId. I also know that despite specifying unique documentIds in each composite template, the documentId field is not guaranteed to stay the same as the envelope assigns new values to avoid any potential collisions. (See Referencing ID values here). This makes getting the documentId challenging, and I am wondering what is the best way to accomplish this. Is it mandatory to onboard a certifying authority to partner with DocuSign to make the documents legally admissible?How is using eMudhra different from using eKYC by Aadhar?How can we onboard Aadhar eKYC?If we can complete authentication through eKYC Aadhar - and then get the document signed - will it be legally admissible as per IT act of India 2002?

This is the screenshot of an email I received in my yahoo mailbox.It appears to be from PayPal vis Docusign. But as you can see the “To Field” is “voldingz@jadevortex.cyou”. It is clearly not my yahoo email address. Also, the so called “paypal customer care” email is “v.15.gen.4operational@gmail.com”. It is clearly not from Paypal either.I wonder if this is someone created a random account on Docusign with a Gmail address and sent phishing emails VIA DOCUSIGN? Or just pretended to send emails from Docusign’s server?I also posted the raw email below the screenshot. <information redacted>

I would like to know how to extract signer attachments automatically and individually from the document. When I use the Signer Attachment button, it always combines them into one document.

Hello Everyone, I am working on building an envelope template for my HR department tax form. The HR user will just fill out this form with all required fields and send it to the employee to sign. This HR user has an account on Docusign, and the employee doesn’t have a Docusign account. the HR user will just log in and use my template to send that envelope to the employees. Based on my description, how many recipients should I add to the recipients list in my template? And what are the roles? We prefer to send only one email to the employee to sign the form.  Thanks 

Regarding the Docusign AI extension for CLM, is it not offered in certain regions or customer groups?Our company started using CLM in October 2024, but the “Bulk Documents & Data” button does not appear on my Admin screen.My account is 'CLM.DS', so it seems to meet the criteria for use. Help us solve the problem in DocGen. Everything was working fine until last month. I have developed a script that generates a csv document for batch document generation. In one of the text lines I used text formatting with the character “\n”. It used to work, but now in the generated document this character is displayed as \n instead of a newline. What do I have to do to make it work again?

I have a final document that says that I signed it.  Under “Signed” it gives the link for “signed in location”.   When I click on the link it says it could not find my geolocation.  I believe this document was forged with my virtual signature.  It is a lease agreement.  The leaser has a “signed in location” link that leads to their address, but my link leads to nothing.  Can this happen?  I am looking for proof that this document was forged.  Thank you.

When our bank started using DocuSign we were ‘masking’ account numbers within the document names, but I can’t remember why we were doing this.  Does anyone know what the risk is for the customer if we don’t mask?  Thanks, Sharon

How to correct the email address the document was sent to

I’m not able to preview the document. Getting “Could not generate document "2_FR_Conditions generales_WORD": [103] Please ensure user has access to all the fields in template. Reference ID: 0dc6a27f-b376-4f6e-ba76-8f3c10def389” but in this template I’m only using one field and I have the access as well but still getting this error.

The question is, is it possible to make the signature list visible to other signatories during the signature process, so that I, as the signatory, know who the next signatory is (during the process run).

Hey there! We have a handful of templates with knowledge-based authorization that users frequently fail on and have to try again. When this happens, an email is sent to the general DocuSign inbox that our organizations runs. I’d like it instead to be routed to the team that is working with those customers. Is this possible?

I have a workflow configuration that has two approval sub-workflows happening in parallel.  If one rejects, how do I either cancel the parallel review before moving to next task ORwait for the other review to complete before moving to next task? 

Hi I am new to DocuSign. I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate which will create an envelope using an existing template and then it will add a document to this envelope while applying the template to the document. It will then add recipients and send out the envelope.  I have created the following flow to accomplish this:   The issue is that the above flow is unable to apply the template to the added document. The final result is that the added document is appended to the sample document that is already there in the template. The fields are there in the sample document however, the added document does not have any fields. So, it seems like the template was not applied to the added document.  Is there a way to apply the template to the added document such that it has all the fields for the recipient. At the same time the sample document in the template should be removed and replaced by the added document.  Thanks in advance.  

Is it possible to use HS256 symmetric encryption algorithm for generation of JWTs? I can only see the asymmetric encryption RS256 used in the walkthroughs. I am trying to consume https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token with a JWT to get an access token, but it would be easier if this was possible with HS256 JWT encryption. 

We would like to start the process to set up SSO for DocuSign but I have some questions. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Do I have to clean up external accounts first?  If the user only has an external account, will their envelopes go away after we set up SSO? Are there specific steps I need to take to set up SSO and if so, what are they?  Can I setup SSO on our DocuSign demo site?  What happens to the API users we have set up with DocuSign?
