You have not processed one of my refunds. I can’t open a support ticket because I am not a paid member.  I have checked, there is an outstanding refund due. Please advise

I am new to DocuSign and have been trusted to implement digital documents for our K3-12th grade private school. We currently have an IAM Professional License.So far I have managed to:Create separate templates for each document that we need to complete Create a Document Custom Field that is a dropdown menu for each grade. Create an Envelope Custom Field titled Student Name. Set rules for each document and grade to archive each document to the correct Google Drive folder.My intention is to:Send an envelope for each grade level so that parents only receive the documents that they need to complete for their specific child (K3 parents only need three, but 12th grade parents need about eight). The Student Name will be uploaded via bulk send with the recipient/role information. As a document is completed, the storage pathway would ideally be as follows: Google Drive > Completed Documents Folder > Grade Level Folder > Template/Document Title Folder > +Student Name (document title)

Is there a simple way to get help using docusign?  I'm old school and would like a human being who can/will answer a question  or two about docusign, in real time.  I there a phone number I can call?  Please help!

We have an unknown $20 charge “Docusign flex” on our credit card account.  There is no invoice for it and I can’t get anyone to help.  I tried to login to the support center to create a case and I get the following error:“ Unable to log in. If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios,  contact Docusign Support  for assistance.”PLEASE HELP! 

Hi allCurious to know if it is possible to solve the following scenario:Templates are used for various HR-related requests e.g. Request a Travel Ticket; Apply for Parental Leave etc.I’m wondering if it is possible to use a Template, convert to a PowerForm, and somehow ‘inherit’ a user’s Job Title, Department, Line Manage, or other, to pre-fill a placeholder on a template without having to manually enter. Currently the envelope will route to the initiator to fill in name and email address (it can also be configured to CC to a HR alias), but when eSign is launched and a template invoked, the user must manually fill in details on the template before submitting further.Any suggestions ?Thanks

With SOAP API, I can send envelope up to 35 MB most of the time. If it’s more than 35 MB, DocuSign returns error REQUEST_ENTITY_TOO_LARGE. However, I had a case where envelope contains a 17 MB PDF, with 2 supplement files (10 MB and 14 MB). The envelope was sent successfully. Why?WIth REST API, the limit is 25 MB. If envelope sent is more than 25 MB, DocuSign returns error request is too large. Sent envelope with 30 MB PDF and error returned is:REQUEST_ENTITY_TOO_LARGE - The request size of 41625837 bytes exceeded the maximum size of 35651584 bytesFile size is 30,487 KB. The maximum size limit is not 35 MB. Should the limits be different between SOAP and REST? I’m trying to figure out whether the issue is on our server.

I am a DocuSign admin, developing templates for the company. I created a template and when I went to test it got an error message that only said, “Unable to create the envelope.” I had no idea what was causing the error. Then another admin tried and got, “The Tab formula is not Valid. Tab formula for tab Sales Amount...” and from that I knew exactly what the problem was. Why am I getting such a useless message? I checked my user settings and couldn’t find anything about displaying vague error messages.

Hello, I have used DocuSign at my company every day for 7 years, and today I received the following message when I tried to go to the website: Access to www.docusign.com was deniedYou don't have authorization to view this page.HTTP ERROR 403 We just paid the renewal so I don’t understand how I can’t even access the home page. I haven’t been able to use it all day. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and how can I fix it if I literally can’t even get to the website? I’m amazed that the Community function is even working.

I signed up for an IAM professional account thinking I would be allowed unlimited envelope sends and power form responses. I paid for this subscription due to this feature but it’s now not working and Docusign isn’t allowing me to open up a case with support. Any support would be greatly appreciated. My job requires a lot of envelope sends and signatures and if I can’t solve this problem I will go to another platform. Thank you! ERROR MESSAGES: I keep reaching the envelope limit with this error: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded. And when I try to submit a power form response there’s this error message: Unable to load PowerForm signing process. Hi all.I have a request. We want to recover documents from a former user about a 1 year ago. Is that possible?

I receive notifications about “Bayer Retention Documents to be removed” which is no problem as I’m a creator of signing process. We noticed that this notifications are received also by other signer. Is it possible to limit the receiving these notifications only to the creator? It is not appropriate that in case of 10 signers all of them get the notification about the retention.BR Polona

Hello, I'd like to send bulk envelopes using shared access. But when I log in and try to send envelopes, I'm not given the option to send bulk envelopes.

I only use Docisign about six times a year for real estate sales or contractor contracts.  I used docusign on 11/07/2024 for a roof contractor.  When I sign on to docusign, I see my documents for the last six months, but 11/07/2024 occurred nine months ago, and does not show up.  I do have the document alphanumeric code of that document.  Can I recover the 11/07/2024 document?  If so, how?

I’m trying to complete a transaction in France, but Docusign’s IDNOW will not verify my identity.  I’m using my US Passport (the new version received in 2023). I’ve taken numerous photos in various angles and lighting and have also made multiple scans to try to complete the process, but Docusign always indicates to either use a different document for identification or get a clearer image. My spouse was having the same problem, but he is lucky to be in a unique situation where he has the new US passport, but his old US passport is still valid until August.  He was having the same problem over and over just as I am, but then he tried his old passport, and Docusign accepted it immediately.  It seems like the company Docusign is partnering with in France to verify identity is not able to accept the more recent version of the US passport.  That is just my guess considering my situation.   Can anyone help with this situation?  Has anyone else heard of individuals not being able to get identi

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone can shed light on an issue we’re facing with DocuSign. When sending a direct debit mandate for a limited company, the signature field is automatically pre-populating with the company name (e.g., “Test Limited”) based on the bank details keyed in by the intermediary. Ideally, this field should remain blank so the individual signing (e.g., “Mr Joe Bloggs”) can manually enter their name.While I understand the signer can overtype the pre-filled name, this relies on them noticing the issue—which isn’t always guaranteed. I’ve raised a support ticket with DocuSign and was told this behavior can’t be disabled, but it seems odd that there’s no way to prevent auto-population on just this document.Has anyone found a workaround or setting that stops this from happening? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

So I have seen a few people that have the same issue. I have tried the best answer to open support. Now I get this reply But I still can’t access developer account. Clicking on the button just redirect me to maestro page. i have tried to login with my email, but I can’t. I tried to change my password but it said that I don’t have any account.What should I do from this?

Is there any way to print or preview a draft envelope to send to a client for verification? For example, we use draft envelopes to start filling out a contract but want to occasionally send them a preview of their cost sheet for verification or modifications before we send the final contact to sign. Is there any way I can set up something to do this? 

i have an issue while using power automate to create an envelope using the step called “Create Envelope using template with recipients and tabs” i filled all the data and its sent clear but i can’t see the text fields i added for the recipients to fill the data and sign i don’t know if iam missing out on any thing

I have sent out a bulk envelope with a template I created with multiple data labels. One of the “cc” recipients on 40 or so of the bulk send now has requested permission to fill in text fields for her boss. I am not sure how to modify the envelope to allow her to fill in the text portions of the documents. Any ideas?

Hello, as I mention in my other post, I’ve been asked to automatically generate a weekly envelope status report. I have this working now, albeit without the custom fields; however, DocuSign wraps the Excel file within a ZIP file. Is there any way to configure DocuSign so that the report is sent as an Excel file? (XLSX or CSV is fine)As always, thank you! Salvador

Hi all,I’m using a JWT Grant flow in PHP (RS256).The token works perfectly against the sandbox endpoint:https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts But when I send the exact same JWT to the Maestro (developer) endpoint:https://api-d.docusign.com/v1/accounts DocuSign returns:“Jwt payload is an invalid JSON”Does anyone know why the payload is accepted in demo but rejected in Maestro/API-D?What’s different ?Thanks in advance for any help 🙏

I’m using a DocuSign admin-privileged account, but I'm facing the following issues: While adding recipients, the “Sign with Notary” option is not visible. In Sending Settings, the “In-Person (Hosted) Signing Role” checkbox is disabled, and we’re unable to enable or disable it. Could you please help me resolve these issues or let me know if any specific features or permissions need to be activated from your side?

When creating templates having the ability to “Ctl S” to save as you are going along creating instead of having to exit the template will save a enormous amount of time and frustration to your clients. I thought the “Ctl S” worked when I was creating a multipage template to come to find out that I lost most of the work - my bad.I thought DocuSign was developed to work with that standard of saving documents like every other program I’ve worked with.
