I have a dropdown field names ‘Brand’. The value chosen here should be the default value in another field in the intake form while filling the form. How is this possible?

I received a PDF document already signed by email from a third party. It contains a DocuSign Envelope ID number. How can I verify the veracity of this signature? 

My signer - I’ve sent to 2 people - isn’t receiving anything? But it shows in docusign it’s been sent and it’s “waiting”

Hi Team,  I am trying to create an envelope. i have added a pdf document to the envelope[pdf is generated from the word document] and recipient. then i try to add the anchor tab to the same for signature. the anchor tab string is present as a placeholder text on document. however it says anchor tab missing. is there any setup of anchor tab that i may have done wrong. 

Does anyone know how we go about dating a document electronically once it has all been signed.  I cannot see an option to add a date at the end of the signing procedure?When using Sign-It, it has an option to add in a person who is to date the document but we cannot see the option on Docusign? Thank you  

I know there’s a way to enable comments and then check the “allow senders to override,” but is there a way to do the opposite?  I want comments disabled by default but allow senders to enable comments only on their specific envelopes. Our organization has 30,000+ people, so we don’t want comments on for everybody, just the senders who need them. Thanks!

Dear all,I am exhausted.I am working on the workflow. One of the steps is review and send for external review. It was working fine until it...stopped.When the Review and Send for External Review step is executed, you can define the email address and email content... all required fields are completed and the result of the step is Canceled - Invalid recipient. It does not matter which email address I use. It can be one from the directory (choose one of the account users) or a completely different external one - tested and works - the result is the same. The same happens when I use the "Send for external review" feature manually from the document preview level, the feature simply does not work.I have access to another account and everything works there and I really know how the feature works. I have also used it hundreds of times.Any idea? Any settings for recipient verifications or so? BestTomasz

Good morning, I have a serious problem with the invoice. I basically purchased a subscription but then after about 3 weeks I had to request a refund. Currently I have not received either a purchase invoice or a credit note invoice and my accountant is asking me for it. It is not present on the invoice history page. Do you have any ideas? THE ASSISTANCE CENTER IS NOT AVAILABLE AND TO OPEN A TICKET YOU MUST MAKE A PAYMENT PLAN. SCANDALOUS

Some of our staff review envelopes as the last step in the workflow. All of a sudden, this week, they are taken to the “open an account with docusign!” page after they (download and) close the envelope, completing the agreement. When this happens, they are logged out of their account. Using the back button doesn’t work. This is a huge waste of time for people to have to keep logging back in or, if they are still logged in when they open DocuSign again, navigating to the area they work out of, when spend all day in DocuSign looking at and completing envelopes. They used to complete the envelope and be taken back to their Agreements page.Is anyone else having this problem?DocuSign, do you know what’s going on? I’m guessing it’s an error in an attempted improvement?

I am using a template to do a large bulk send. I have created the csv file and upon loading it. I get the error:Role Missing: name or Email.Envelope Entries: Client Name, Client Email, Client Report NameI have ‘client’ in the Role field but was told to leave the name and email address field blank as it will pick these up from the csv file. If I accept these changes it still comes up with an error. Where and what do i need to input to get rid of these errors (in English please) . Thanks.

Does IAM for Enterprise Core includes integration connector for Salesforce as part of plan?

Background: Now we are using Azure AD ID username@old-domain-name.com as Single Sign On to login DocuSign. And in near future, we will switch to username@new-domain-name.com. (same user ID, but different domain name). The email change will be done within Microsoft 365. Requirements & Questions: To ensure the smooth transition for the domain name change, what should we do in DocuSign? Could you please help me to understand what we should do/change at DocuSign side? A few things in my minds, but please help to list what else is required but I may miss.-         The user will use the user ID with new domain name, and same user name, to login DocuSign as usual. And we need to ensure the users can still be able to view their historical envelopes that they submitted/approved. This is CRITICAL..-         From admin side, what we should do? I found the user’s email field is not editable. How to change their mail suffix from the old one to new one? Can DocuSign support help on this? Or Are

I have a requirement to wrap the Print & Sign flow into my custom app. I need to be able to download the document for an offline Wet Signature and then Upload the signed document upon completion.I have set EnableWetSign to “true” on the EnvelopeDefinition.   I am not finding the Api calls to download and upload the document.  Do they exist and if so, where can I find a reference for these activities?

I upload a document as the first document. I then add a template as another document. Why is the template name in the email subject line instead of the first document I uploaded? For example, document one is Employment Agreement. Document two is background check. Background check is in the email subject line.

I need to create a formula that totals the amounts from three text fields with numerical validation. The rub is that each of the text fields is completed by a different signer (different role). DocuSign keeps telling me there is an error in the formula field, but I have triple-checked the syntax and field names. I am left to think there is an issue with creating a formula using the values from three different roles. Notably, the text fields are set for collaboration.

The process is pretty smooth and easy to use, but I’m wondering about the flexibility of “Document Rules” under the “Upload Documents” step. As I understand it, these are designed to give you some conditional logic for dynamically deciding what documents are generated based on field data in the primary object. However, I’m wondering if there is any way to build rules that reference field data from related (parent or child) objects. In my case, the object I’m using is a junction for multiple related objects, so it doesn’t have all the field data immediately available. The envelope remains in created status, as intended. We then create a Sender View (embedded) using the CreateSenderView API call. I have several documents indicating they will be purged by May 1, 2024.  Is there a way to make sure they are not purged?  I have already changed the record retention/purge parameters but they are still showing they will be purged.Also, I have received individual emails for all of them letting me know they will be purged.  Some indicate I cannot change because I have restricted access (I am an administrator).  I would like to reverse everything in bulk not one by one.

hi i am trying to use/send a template on an ipad that i created on a desktop and when i click on the template from template a box pops and says “ Unsupported Features”  To use this template, please log in with a computer.    Not sure what this is, other templates work fine.  Is there something that i can do to make this work.  I have a service company and would like to have our field techs use instead of paper forms.  thank you 

When assigning fields for customer to sign, it used to be yellow. Now its changed to blue and I don’t know why, nor can i work out how to change it…Any ideas?THANKS!

Should envelopes sent to bulk recipients appear in the bulk actions log?  I enabled this on our account and a user informed me they sent 30+ envelopes yesterday using bulk sending.  However, I see nothing in the logs. Perhaps I am not looking in the right place?

Just wondering if Docusign offers phone support when we are stuck?
