Hi,As a government entity after a document is signed we must often post it on our county website.  We’ve noticed that the post-signature download pdf looses its tagging.  At least we think that is what is happening.  Thus I have two questions:1st QuestionAssuming the Word document originally uploaded to the envelope meets the following accessibility standards:Alternative text Use of Style Headings Accessible table formatting Meaningful Document Properties Title Properly tagged email and webpage links.Shouldn’t the signed document keep these tags in the signed PDF version?2nd QuestionI’m attaching two post-signed downloads.  When I run the documents through Adobe Pro’s accessibility checker there is one error.  The error is the same for both documents.  Tagged annotations - Failed.  Element 1.Normally I can click on Element 1 and the offending object highlights on the document.  But for some reason I can’t on these documents.  I’m assuming it is because the document is locked down.  Can

I write multiple contracts with 200+ pages for backup, fairly frequently. Due to the current max 25MB restrictions, if the backup exceeds the current capacity, I use another platform for electronic signature, such as BlueBeam. So, what are the benefits to Docusign if another platform can preform the same electronic signature functionality with no size restrictions?

I would like to print out a copy of the E-Sign Act Disclosure in Docusign for Compliance Department review. I am in the Legal Requirement portal where I have selected the preferences, but I do not know how to view a copy of how the Disclosure appears to ensure it meets our regulatory guidelines.Thank you

Hello,I have an envelope template which requires two signers. The first signer are customers that we work with and the second signer is somebody internal whom has to sign off on the document. I want to find a way where the second signer can view the details of the first signer, but when the form is complete, the first signer cannot see the details that was input into the form once they receive their completed copy.Is this possible? How can this be done?

Hi, I’ve completed a signed agreement and have received email notification to retrieve my completed document from my lawyer.  I’m a “free” (unpaid) user of docsign while I’ve contracted with an organization that uses the service.  I have used the same email I used to view, review and sign the document and then access my account gain access to the completed document.  When I log in (after confirming access), the “Welcome back” page is presented with NO Agreement visible for me to download.  Reviewing all COMPLETED documents, there are none in my account.  I have NO Envelopes sent, NO Envelopes in my Inbox.   Nothing there.   This was all on FireFox.  I ran the same scenario on Chrome.  Alternatively, I tried the “Alternate Signing Method” which I processed on both FireFox and Chrome and got the same results. I’m here because I can’t get any support.  I tried to access Contact Support link and I’m asked to login to Docsign - using eSignature and IAM Applications - I’m getting this error:

If i create an envelope with multiple documents and multiple signer (ex. 2 docs and 2 signer)if i dont sign one of the documents of envelope with a specific signer, and terminate processall docs of the envelope are considered signed? how can i down the status of the single docs?

Hi,I am fairly new to DocuSign. I have successfully sent one ‘Bulk Send’ file two weeks ago. Now trying to send another, I am getting a ‘Bulk Send Error Message’ stating; Tab is placed off of the page. Tab is located off page 1.  I have ensured the check box is inserted within the margins of the document and sent using a CSV file but still getting the same error message. Any thoughts appreciated.    

I have a confirmed accessible Word document that I have uploaded to a template.  I have made sure all fields have meaningful data labels and tool tips.  I have sent the form to myself so I might test the signing experience with NVDA.  (I am just learning how to use NVDA by the way.)I am able to navigate through the fields just fine.  All of the fields announce properly.  However, there are additional paragraphs that provide important information that are not part of the form fields.  How do I tell the screen reader to read them?  I have tried NVDA + Down Arrow: Start reading from the current position. Hii have a problem while sending a documents via binary transfer in multipart requests to the endpoint: POST /restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes Im receiving the following error:{"errorCode":"NO_DOCUMENT_RECEIVED","message":"The document element did not contain the encoded document, or there is a problem with the encoding. Bytes for document corresponding to documentId 1 not found in request. 'documentId=<x>' possibly missing from Content-Disposition header."} For some context, im sending the request from an SAP-System, and im limited to the http_interface that the system provides. I dont have full control over how the request is generated in the end and that is the problem i think:See → The content-disposition header of the added pdf-file is in lower case, while the tuturial (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/how-to/send-binary/) suggets “Content-Disposition” instead.  

I need some support with something in my account but every time I try to contact support it says that those options are only available to paid users, which I am! I am just going round and round in circles. How can I report the fact that I can’t access DocuSign support as it is saying I am not a paid user (which I am) when I can’t access it!

When adding signature fields to a document since yesterday, the menus stay in place when scrolling. This then means that when you scroll to the bottom of the document, the UI all stays at the top, making it difficult and tedious to add signature fields to the document. Is there any way to resolve this on our end?

We are sending hundreds of contracts for our clients to sign weekly but we need them to sign with a signature matching their ID. When they once adopt an incorrect signature and we send them a new envelope to fix the signature, they are unable to change it. There’s no way to do it. This is the most basic functionality of DocuSign and users should be able to access the signature adoption window again and update their signature. Online support has not been able to resolve the issue or even schedule a time for a videocall in 3 weeks time and all the community chats seem to not know the answer to this issue either because there isn’t one. This should be an easy fix for your IT department!Can you please create a support article that is plainly for free users trying to change their signature after setting it, and clearly state that this is impossible. Then list the steps for contacting the sender so they can make whatever changes are necessary on their end. It will save many people hours of t

When trying to sign a document via Gmail or GDrive using the Docusign eSignature for Google Workspace add-on I’m getting “DocuSign encountered an unexpected error. Please refresh and try again or contact support.” error message. Clearing cache, switching network, using a different browser doesn’t help. The add-on  installed by admin and is allowlisted.

Hello,We are wanting to establish a custom email domain for use with templates we have created. I have been told this is available with the plan we are currently on.  My question is can the custom email domain be established for testing in our demo environment before we move into our production environment.  How can the custom email domain be added to our demo environment?   Is this a support ticket that we would open?   Is it possible to have the Organizational Admin role in both the demo environment and production environment ?   From research on your support site I believe this role allows for the custom email domain to be setup by that admin “ self service “ ?   Or for the demo environment do we need to open a support ticket to have someone on the Docusign team help us Thank YouNorman FosterBusiness Technology Analyst 

Hello,I have a problem with a bulk-send template. I created a template where the name of the employee and its personnel number should be populated out of an CSV file and should be first signed by the manager and after that signed by the employee. I have now two custom fields “Employee::FullName” & “Employee::PNr” which correctly fills the section but just AFTER the manager signed it. The issue is now the manager signs a document where he does not see for which employee it is. They only see the populated fileds after the signature of the employee. Is there a way that the document is populated with the information of the employee before the manager signs the document? and just after the managers signature will be sent to the employee to finalize it?Best,Alex

Hello,I’m unable to pass the identity verification process using my passport.Could you please check what is going wrong on your side?My passport is valid (expiration date: June 2031).I noticed a consistent pattern: On the first attempt, the system always rejects my passport with the error "Wrong document shown", even though I’m using the correct document. On the second attempt, the passport is accepted, but the recognition process takes a very long time. After completing all steps, I receive the final error: "Your identity has not been verified". The sender of the document cannot change or disable the verification requirements, and I urgently need to sign a work contract.
