Adding email hyperlink to documents

Hi, I am trying to add an email address in my document and would like it to act as a hyperlink to email, is this function available? I know how to add a hyperlink to a site in the document, and added an email address the same way using #HREF, but this does not work for email. Should I be using something different to indicate email? Thank you

"Not All Tags Are Signed"

Last Friday our customers started to receive an error, "Not All Tags Are Signed", even though all of the required fields have been indeed addressed. Has anyone else seen this, and if so, how did you get it resolved?

SenderView - Do I create a SenderView Preview URL everytime ? or retain url

Hi Team, Working on an integration utilizing template and sending an envelope. Before sending I want to generate a preview url. This preview url is different everytime I hit the api. How long does this preview url lasts? whats the best practice on generating sender views? Should I retain the generated url until the envelope is sent ? Sender API Regards, Karun

Need assistance with SuppressTableRow merge tag

Our instance of DocuSign in integrated with Salesforce. I am trying to build a template document in Word and am having issues with the SuppressTableRow merge tag. I need to build logic that will suppress a table row if field RBD1 has the same value as R90BD1 AND RNEGD1 has the same value as R90NEGD1. This merge tag was suggested by AI but it’s not working. Permission Profiles: Ability to edit templates

If possible, I would like to create a permission profile that functions as a "Sender" with the added ability to update a template. One particular use case we have would be more efficient if the Sender+ could update some values in the template's fields: Address, for example. Is this possible? The settings indicate no, but wanted to ask anyway. Thank you

Hyperlinks in word document

Hi We upload word documents that already have working hyperlinks to locations within same document in them but sometimes these get “lost” when we upload into DocuSign. Has anyone else seen this and do you know why and the workaround. It doesn’t occur for every document or link, so I'm guessing must be the way the link has been created in the first place. How do I create a standard distribution list of envelope recipients?

I frequently send members of my board of directors and their assistants envelopes containing corporate resolutions that the directors must sign (and that assistants should see in order to remind directors to sign promptly). Each envelope has different documents but the recipient are always the same. How do I create a distribution list that will automatically populate the Docusign recipients fields with the appropriate designations (needs to sign, receives a copy, etc)?

Multiple documents one envelope

I would like to send a customer several proposals in one envelope for them to choose the option they like best. If I send more than one document in an envelope, then is the envelope incomplete if only one of the documents actually gets signed? Is there a way to accept one or more documents and reject the remaining? Additionally, is there a way to make edits to a document/envelope once sent?

Cannot get the Access Token for power automate to get the status of the envelope through HTTP operation

Hello, I’m trying to get the status of the envelope to send the envelope to second signatory once the first signatory has signed on Power Automate. This is OK I have got the envelope working so far either by sending to all signatories the same time or keeping a delay of window to send one after the other This is Required I need to send the envelope to signatories only after the signature, for this I’m trying to get the status of the envelope from HTTP operation that requires Access Token. "The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org."

I'm a Salesforce Admin, I implemented DocuSign in SF, and users can generate documents and send them to their clients. There's a specific Salesforce user that is receiving this error message: "The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org." In Salesforce, I checked the User Management section in the DocuSign Setup, and his user looks good (Status=Active) Also, I checked in the DocuSign account (https://admin.docusign.com/users) and he's also showing up here with Status=Active. Any advice on how to fix this error so this user can generate documents in Salesforce? Thanks!

Hello, when the 3rd party completes the external review, we get an email with a message “Contract for has been Completed with Document”, question is, how do we include 3rd party’s name in this message. it should read as “Contract for xyz (3rd party name) has been Completed with Document.

Required fields, not working

Our documents have required fields to be filled out by the signer. For each document, we ensure the “Required” checkbox is checked for each field (assuming the signer cannot finish the document until those fields are completed), but only about 50% of signers complete them. Why is the software not requiring those fields to be completed? We “Add text” to each field to suggest what to include in those boxes. Could that text be appeasing the required step? We’ve searched support documents and we are completing the required fields as suggested, but still it doesn’t work.

Text Box to Fill When Signing- Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign Integration

I’m using Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration and would like to see if there is a way to add a Text box so that the signer can add a response during the signing process. To my knowledge with the Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration it has to use tags and I’m not sure if there is one to have a text box.

Second signatory ability to view envelope before first party signs?

Hello: Is there the ability for DocuSign - while restricting delivery to only the first signatory, then releasing to the secondary once signed - to notify the second signatory that an envelope has been created, and allow them to view, while restricting signature until the first party has signed? At present, we have it set up so that the second signatory does not receive notice, or the ability to view the documents, until after the first signatory has signed. I looked at a Conditional Routing conversation here, but am unsure if that will resolve this need. Thank you for any ideas or contributions.

Need to get the idea about docusign IK Go live Process

Hi Team, I am working in an organization, and my manager has an enterprise docusign account (paid account, not a free account) at this URL: https://apps-d.docusign.com/. When I use his integration key to send an email through my application, the "Test Document" prefix does not appear. I am confused because I researched on Google and DocuSign sites, and they all indicate that https://apps-d.docusign.com/ is a sandbox account, so it should contain that prefix when sending an email. I created my own free developer account and tested it, and I did get that prefix. My question is: if I need to use the integration key from my manager's enterprise account, what steps should I follow? Do we need to follow the go-live procedure here as well? If yes, what steps should we take? Can someone explain these steps in detail?

why isn't first recipient receiving completion emails after filling out power form?

I have a power form with 2 recipients. The link is sent to the first recipient, who fills out the form. After filling out the form, recipient can see the filled out form. The next recipient fills out the form as well( this recipient is pre-filled) and afterwards, gets an email about the completion of the document and a link to it. THe first recipient never receives an email about it being completed. Do I need to add another recipient that gets a copy of the completed document? I haven't made any changes to the notification settings. Should I define a 'sender' who fills out the first recipient? Thanks

How to undo an item to be purged?

Does anyone know how to stop an item from being purged? I made a mistake in putting a 1 year restriction on old agreements and am seeing a lot of my signed agreements to be purged in 14 days. Is there any way to stop this from happening? THANK YOU for any help, insights, support! Julie

Workflow to Have Multiple Users Sign the Same Type of Document and Send Back Seperatley

Hi, I need to send a document for 15 people to sign separately. I tried Bulk Sending with a Template, but everyone signed the same document. I need to have a workflow that sends the document to 15 people but then they send back an individual document signed by each individual. Is this possible? Thank you!

Does the Drop Down option work with eSignature Standard?

I’m currently on a free trial and my company is aiming at the Standard plan. We are a small company and do not need a lot of bells and whistles in regards to a docusign program (or so I thought). I just took another look at the “show all features” section on the plans page and it seems to indicate that the drop down feature is not available with the Standard plan. Can someone please confirm whether or not I would need to purchase the Business Pro plan to utilize the drop down feature or is it, in fact, available with the Standard plan? What about checkboxes? Or will I be able to merge multiple templates into a single envelope (i.e. pick the 4 project specific documents (templates) required for a specific customer out of the 10 total documents I have to choose from) with the Standard plan? And if Business Pro is required - can I purchase 1 Business Pro for the main “Admin” that will handle creating the templates (including drop downs on the contract documents) and then share those templ

"optional" (for some) document signer...

I created a template and I need to be to specify that at one level only certain users will require additional signer and others will not. for example: say I’m filling out this document and mine gets routed to my supervisor, and account payable BUT my co-worker fills out the same document and his needs to get routed to supervisor, manager and then accounts payable Is there a way to achieve that with just one template? No company data on invoice

Hi everyone, On the last invoice there is company information with VAT number missing. I have recently changed a card that is used for payment and I guess this could be the reason. However, nothing else has been changed, only the card number. When I go to the tab “Account Profile”, the address is there, alongside compnay name and VAT in the second row. But it does not appear on the “Plan and Billing” tab. I have opened a case but to no avail. I would appreciate help. Best regards
