I’ve been sent documents to sign and twice failed the security questions (and therefore cannot sign) because they are not accurate. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve notified the sender of the documents but this is super frustrating. Is this a credit history issue? Where do they get their data? Examples:1.Asking me what other names I have ever gone by. None of the options were accurate. One was a misspelling of my legal first name and I’m guessing that’s what it wanted me to pick.2 Asking my college major. My major was not listed. However, “Humanities” was and I’m guessing that was what the system wanted me to pick.    

Is it possible to send envelope with informational only attachment that shouldn't be included in the signed package? We include our benefits package in the job offer envelope for their review, but we don't want it to be included in the "signed" materials.  

I am trying to copy an envelope with field data. The option has been enabled in our settings.When I copy the envelope I cannot see the completed field data, the form looks blank.  Will the data be displayed to recipient once I send the envelope?

I recently recieved an email to sign an agreement through DocuSign. Unfortunately, I have not been able to add it to my mobile app’s library of documents to be signed. It always opens in a web browser, and none of the options allow me to add it to mobile or my account. I would like to know how to add it to the mobile app, and would appreciate any assistance with the matter. Thank you! :D

I’m mass sending a document through Docusign, but am not a contact for the recipients nor will I be following up on the document.  How can I change what email the recipient will see to another Docusign user before I transfer custody?

Where do the KBV questions come from?  We have a customer that doesn’t have an email address but would like to use spouse’s email.  Do the questions come from the name on the envelope or the email address used?  

How do I cancel my account? All other answer here send me to a page not found.

Is there currently a way to update a remote signer to be an embedded signer instead, after the signer has already been created? I tried using the envelopesAPI’s updateRecipients() method from the PHP SDK with a mapped version of my recipients with clientUserIds assigned to them (since this is my understanding of what makes a signer “embedded”). But, when doing so, I still wasn’t seeing an embedded signer’s view for the signer whose clientUserId I had updated.  

Hi Successfully Complete 20 Attempts for Developer API testing, So when i click into Go Live then Status said , that can take upto 48 hours , but i am still waiting from last 7 Days for Approval, Docusign  is not Approving it .. Is there an issue with the signature size in Docusign?We tried a lot of things, including:Drawing own signature in the Docusign draw box (using Wacom tablet) Drawing signatures on paper with a regular pen, making photographs, and uploading Drawing own signature in another app like paint using Wacom tablet and then uploading Choosing DocuSign auto-generated signatures and different styles for themIt's frustrating to see the signature consistently appear small and faint, despite our efforts to draw it larger and slightly outside the box. We got this eventually working OK-ish after a lot of trying, but we have more users in department and can’t spend an hour to fix one signature with a lot of trial and error. For example, signing documents in Adobe Acrobat is perfect, the signature looks properly out-of-the-box but with DocuSign  we have those issues.I'm sorry, but resizing

Some of our customers are receiving multiple SMS codes when signing their envelopes.  Is anyone else experiencing the same issue.This has happened to us on occasions whilst performing testing.

Hello, As the sender of a Docusign for signature, is there a way to edit an error or typo in the document prior to the recipients signing the document without having to re-drag all of the signature/initial fields again?

Hi,I have a signing group with three members.  When an agreement is created and sent, one of the three members needs to go in and approve it before it gets sent to a client. The issue we are running into is periodically when one of the members goes to approve the document, they are notified that someone from the group is already in the process of approving the document.  However, when we ask that other member, they tell us they have not even opened it.  So, the original member who is trying to open and approve cannot move forward and the document cannot move forward until the other member goes in to approve. It’s very frustrating and we cannot figure out why DocuSign is saying someone from the group has opened the document when no one at that point has opened it except for the member trying to approve.  I have attached a screenshot of this message as well.  Any help would be appreciated!

When i send an envelope with tagged signatures, it comes back too small to read so is the date.How do you change the size of the signatures, initials and dates ?

I use webforms to create finance applications for our customers. Some of the vendors we work with want to use our application but with their own brand. I am wondering how many brands I can add to my account? So far I have added 3 brands but want to know when I will reach the limit?

I missed a docusign signature request because the gmail app on my android phone routed it to the “Updates” section instead of “Primary” email.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this?If I open “All mail” it shows up, but it is not in my primary inbox.  I generally don’t check “Updates” frequently since all I get is Carta noticesThanks everyone!

I need to edit an existing template that is currently 38 pages.  I only need to replace 4 pages and add a new page at the end of the document.  I see how to replace, but when I do that, the 4 pages replace the entire document.  How do I this without having to start over?

I am currently trying to create a date that auto populates as 1 year after the ‘Date Signed’. I have made sure that it is all under the same recipient and all of the wording is correct as I have selected from the drop down.  Here is the formula that I have written: AddYears( [MollyTest] ,1)  There is no error message that shows, only the red squiggly line beneath it and on preview it only shows at Fx. Any help here would be amazing as I have been scratching my head for a while. 

Previously, from July to September 2024, we had a paid-for DocuSign account, for which we were invoiced monthly. We rarely need to circulate documents for recorded signatures, so I downgraded to a free account in September. When I go to Admin / Account / Plan and Billing, I can see no record of the previous invoices. The topics in the Help Section don’t seem to address this issue. Does anyone know how to download historic invoices like this?

I have recently sent out 12 documents in one envelope for 8 people in my organization to sign.  The eighth person does not want to sign 3 of the documents.  Can he leave the ones she doesn’t want to sign unsigned and complete the envelope?Thanks
