I'm a Salesforce Admin, I implemented DocuSign in SF, and users can generate documents and send them to their clients. There's a specific Salesforce user that is receiving this error message: "The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org."In Salesforce, I checked the User Management section in the DocuSign Setup, and his user looks good (Status=Active)Also, I checked in the DocuSign account (https://admin.docusign.com/users) and he's also showing up here with Status=Active.Any advice on how to fix this error so this user can generate documents in Salesforce?Thanks!

I need to send an envelop to another person, through a link, without a receptor, to this person forward this link to another person, to fill and sign. Is it posible?

When we used PandaDoc (another DocuSign alternative) it allowed one user to sign a document with 2 different signatures.One signature from his side, and one on behalf of other person at the same time.On DocuSign, I cannot see the support for this. Can you help me on how to achieve it?

Hello community, We have encountered some issues while trying to set up the Elastic Templates for TOU purposes inside our company. We couldn’t find enough documentation to work with some of the things that we need, for example: We are working with a lot of international clients, so we need to have multiple TOU versions for different languages.How can we create different templates for different languages? I read about API variables but these don't change the text of the buttons (Agree and Disagree) or the Agreement Statement Texts. Also the most annoying thing is the text saying "Additionally, I certify I have read and agree to the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure.", how can we translate this in different languages? Thank you very much! 

Every time I try to create an envelope I get the same message, unable to access envelope?

Can we conditionally send void envelope notification using resource files. We have a case where for certain envelopes we want to send void notifications to recipients and for other envelopes we want to stop sending the envelope notification. Can we achieve this using Resource File Branding 

Hello, when the 3rd party completes the external review, we get an email with a message “Contract for has been Completed with Document”, question is, how do we include 3rd party’s name in this message. it should read as “Contract for xyz (3rd party name) has been Completed with Document.

Even though I have an Business plan I can’t open any support cases. How do I solve this?

Our documents have required fields to be filled out by the signer. For each document, we ensure the “Required” checkbox is checked for each field (assuming the signer cannot finish the document until those fields are completed), but only about 50% of signers complete them. Why is the software not requiring those fields to be completed? We “Add text” to each field to suggest what to include in those boxes. Could that text be appeasing the required step? We’ve searched support documents and we are completing the required fields as suggested, but still it doesn’t work.  

I’m using Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration and would like to see if there is a way to add a Text box so that the signer can add a response during the signing process. To my knowledge with the Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign integration it has to use tags and I’m not sure if there is one to have a text box.

How do I stop DocuSign from sending reminder emails for signatures?

Hello:Is there the ability for DocuSign - while restricting delivery to only the first signatory, then releasing to the secondary once signed - to notify the second signatory that an envelope has been created, and allow them to view, while restricting signature until the first party has signed? At present, we have it set up so that the second signatory does not receive notice, or the ability to view the documents, until after the first signatory has signed. I looked at a Conditional Routing conversation here, but am unsure if that will resolve this need.  Thank you for any ideas or contributions.  

 when i would login, i had two profiles to choose from: Charles Schwab and then one for my business. Now when i login, it automatically goes schwab docusign. I CAN'T access my business docusign because it DOESN'T present itself as option. I know its still active because i have linked up to Black Diamond docusign integration and i can see my templates i wanted to update.

Docusign uses IDnow for identification. Is it possible to use another supplier, already eIDAS like LuxTrust, to validate identity and sign with DocuSign?

I think this is related to new enhancement in DocuSign. can we hide this (see screenshot) in the UI? The default attributes are not useful to us.

Hi Team,I am working in an organization, and my manager has an enterprise docusign account (paid account, not a free account) at this URL: https://apps-d.docusign.com/. When I use his integration key to send an email through my application, the "Test Document" prefix does not appear. I am confused because I researched on Google and DocuSign sites, and they all indicate that https://apps-d.docusign.com/ is a sandbox account, so it should contain that prefix when sending an email.I created my own free developer account and tested it, and I did get that prefix. My question is: if I need to use the integration key from my manager's enterprise account, what steps should I follow? Do we need to follow the go-live procedure here as well? If yes, what steps should we take? Can someone explain these steps in detail?

Hello DocuSign Community,I'm facing an urgent issue with my DocuSign account. I am registered in France, but I am currently in Japan and unable to receive SMS for authentication. This is preventing me from signing important documents.My situation:My DocuSign account is registered with a French phone number. I am currently in Japan and cannot receive SMS on my French number. I have an urgent document that needs to be signed. I cannot change my phone number in the account settings due to the same authentication issue.Could anyone please advise on how I can quickly resolve this? Specifically:Is there a way to change my authentication method to email instead of SMS? Can DocuSign support temporarily disable SMS authentication for my account? Are there any alternative verification methods I can use while abroad?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as this is time-sensitive. Thank you in advance for your assistance!        

Hi there, Has anyone else got a problem with the footer ‘sticking’ and blocking the view as you scroll down when you’re in an Envelope? It’s only happened this week - all was fine before Xmas. It’s happening to me and a colleague. Any help appreciated. Thanks.  

I have a power form with 2 recipients. The link is sent to the first recipient, who fills out the form. After filling out the form, recipient can see the filled out form. The next recipient fills out the form as well( this recipient is pre-filled) and afterwards, gets an email about the completion of the document and a link to it. THe first recipient never receives an email about it being completed. Do I need to add another recipient that gets a copy of the completed document? I haven't made any changes to the notification settings. Should I define a 'sender' who fills out the first recipient? Thanks

I have a completed envelope made up of 8 files.I cannot download to save the 7th of the 8 files.  (Other 7 files are no problem.)Error on web brower is: “This site can’t be reached...(long web address)...might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR.File 7 is large, 23,521KB, and was just under the DocuSign upload limit.Cannot forward this envelope to others, for others to attempt.Cannot print this file as PDF as the combined file is too large.  “{"errorCode":"COMBINED_DOCUMENT_SIZE_OVER_LIMIT","message":"An error occurred while downloading the document. Try downloading the documents in a .zip file Total size of all documents being downloaded exceeds the allowed limit: 100MB. Please try to single download each documents"Tried clearing cache.  Did not help.

In Docusign connect with Salesforce we use specific user which is system admin in salesforce , we want to switch it to Integration user with Integration license .  We created the Integration User in Salesforce with Integration license then went to Docusign->Admin-> Connect->Edit Salesforce Connect-> Reconfigure login-> Salesforce Environment: Test, Salesforce SOAP Web Services API Version: 39, Salesforce Login Method: We put Username , password & security token of Integration user and click on connect, we get an error popup "An error occurred while updating the connect configuration" So We want to ask can we use integration user instead of System admin user? If yes why we getting the error as aforementioned, any additional steps needed to be followed before making the change?

We have a checkbox group use case. But a checkbox group can only have a checkbox group tool tip, the individual values cannot have a separate tool tip per value. We created a single value checkbox group but discovered that a single value checkbox group tool tip does not work. The checkbox group tool tip only works when there are two or more checkboxes.  Has anyone else encountered this? Is there any solution to this issue?
