Hi there,We’ve been using the DocGen API (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/docgensend-api/) to create pre-populated documents using a word template. In our word-template we’ve been using a custom font family Ciutadella.We’ve been having mixed success with some generated documents (pdf output) looking accurate, and some seemingly using a different font or have issues with spacing or alignment.Are custom fonts support by this API / Docusign, and if so what steps do we need to take to ensure it can be successfully used?Thanks!

We would like to add the Powerform title to the Start Signing landing page to aid users in knowing what form they are being directed to.  I see how I can add static text to the Resource file but do not know where to the the “merge field” name for the Powerform title. Any guidance would be appreciatedNorma

I would like to set up an envelope template so that when i use bulk send i allow senders to change the senders name to sign off on the envelope.For example:  in lieu of the senders name Payroll department sent you a document to review and sign. Is this possible to do as an admin or can/should this be done on the individual senders account settings?

I can’t find documents from any range of time that I’ve signed. I cannot get a hold of the original sender to resend the fully executed document. And I can’t find it anywhere, is there a way to access it?

This is the first time I’ve composed an envelope for signing this year. I do not see an option to add text when signing? How can I add text? 

When defining an embedded signer, we need to provide a clientUserId along with the recipient's name and email. The clientUserId is a sender-defined identifier for the embedded recipient, enabling the generation of a signing URL for them. Hi All,My docusign app has passed the initial Go-Live review. As next steps for Go-live, I am performing the below actions,Click on Actions button next to the docusign App. Click on "Select Go-Live account". Accept Terms and Conditions. Update docusign prod email id in the next screen and click on "NEXT".However I am getting below message after clicking on "NEXT". I have verified that the Docusign prod email id is having access to docusign prod. I am using the DocuSign API to create an envelope with a document that requires signatures from three different signers. My implementation involves the following: Embedded Signing: I need to generate recipient views for all three signers. However, I am currently only able to generate the view for the first signer. When I attempt to generate views for the other two signers, it doesn't work. How can I resolve this issue to allow recipient views for all three signers? Webhook Triggers: I have set up a webhook with specific events configured. I need to be notified when the first signer completes their signing so I can generate the recipient view for the next signer. However, I am not receiving the event that indicates the first signer has completed signing. Which specific event(s) should I configure in the webhook to ensure I get notified when a signer completes their signing? Hi there,We sent out some documents for clients to sign in the following order:1. Signatory 12. Two joint signatories3. Signatory 3 The last signatory required changes to be made in the form of a text box at the back of an Authority to Proceed, which was a mandatory field, as well as signatures and dates in several other areas. However, because of this, the signing order seems to have been mixed around, as per the attached screenshot. The first signatory appears to have signed at 3:42 PM, the third signatory appears to have signed at 3:39 PM and the joint second signatories have received a copy at 1:13 PM.In reality, all parties have signed in the desired order, based on the emails we received:1. First signatory signed at 1:13 PM2. Joint signatories signed at 1:31 PM and 3:28 PM respectively3. One of our customer is using Docusign embedded signing within their app. The app release is being blocked by the app store because DocuSign is requesting location access. Could you please provide instructions on how to disable this request or share the appropriate documentation explaining why DocuSign requires location access?

Hey DocuSign Community!I'm developing a file archive extension and see that the Google Drive and Dropbox extensions in the App Center allow users to select specific storage locations (folders/drives) during the Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) workflow configuration. (see screenshots) However, looking at the File Archive Extension documentation and reference implementation, I don't see how to implement this functionality. The action definition only shows a single URI parameter: "params": {"uri": "https://example.app/api/archive"}Any guidance on what needs to happen in the file archive extension to allow users to select storage locations would be great. Thanks in advance!   

I have stopped receiving notifications for completed/signed envelopes. I have not changed settings, nor are they in my spam folder.   Why would that be?  I’ve checked settings and the notifications are turned on, as they always have been.  Thank you!

Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025."My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format.Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? Hello, at our intitution (college) we are noticing that some emails coming from DocuSign requesting people to sign are going into quarantine (not spam or junk). Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution? Is there anything I can do in the template formatting to help prevent this? Don C.

How can I write back to Rosalie in sales? It closed my prior support case, and will NOT let me open a new one, and when I reply to Rosalie’s email I get an auto-reponse that the email address is invalid.The system here kinda sucks, I’m not gonna lie. Hello, I am integrating delegation into the embedded signing process using the Node.js SDK. I set the parameter 'allowReassign: true' in the envelope, and in my developer account, the setting 'Allow recipients to reassign' is enabled. However, when I generate the recipient view link with the standard interface, the 'Assign to someone else' button is not visible. In contrast, the button is visible in the non-embedded flow. Are there additional configurations required to enable the reassign button in the embedded flow? What am I doing wrong in the embedded signing process? Thanks for your support.

If we purchase a business pro docusign account, will it have a feature in docusign custom field to check related to checkbox field 

If a user sends an envelope in DocuSign and then voids it, does that still incur a cost on our account? In other words, are we charged even if the envelope is voided?

Hi- I want to select all signers - and have all of them placed on the page at same time - instead of selecting each signer individually.  For instance - I want all signers to initial each page. Instead of doing each signer individually - I want to select all signers - and then just place the initial box one time (for all three separate signers). Is that possible?

Hello,after I have added all involved people to the signature workflow I am able to choose a contract type from various preset contract types. I am aware that this is for statistical/reporting purposes only. These contract types mostly don´t fit ours and we have additional, company specific types. Hi guys!I need to use a Custom Field in my envolpe in both the subject and the body of my email through bulk sent. Tried many of the solutions in this community but none of them could solve this issue. Here is the steps I followed:Created a custom field in my account; Used this custom field in the template I'm using; Filled the example CSC with the values I need for the custom field;However, in the email subject, the custom field is not appearing in the drop down box and I've tried a lot of formats to include the custom field but none of them worked properly. ([[ECF:CustomField]], [[CustomField]], [[CustomField]])Perhaps I'm still missing a few steps in this setup… Could anyone help me with this issue? I've just read of threads here and couldn't manage to solve this.

Hello,I received a document that I need to sign, but when I tried to verify my ID card, the person who checked it said that it cannot be verified because my ID card is cracked in the corner. I don’t have passport, so ID card is the only valid document that I have. What can I do to confirm my identity and sign this document?It will take about 30 days to make a new ID card, so that's not an option.
