Hi folks, I just restarted my pro plan and would like the strikethrough feature back. I was trying to open a new case for the strikethrough feature to be back but never succeed to open a new case now. There is no longer a button called “New Case” or “Open a case” on my cases page.  Can anyone help?

Hi everyone! I’m running into an issue with DocuSign's envelope API recently and I’d love some more insight as to why.I start by creating a two-signer envelope. One signer is embedded from my external integration, and the other is added within the sender view in DocuSign. After adding signer fields, I use the "Preview" button to check that the fields show up for both signers. Both signers have clear signing fields. However, when I create a recipient view through my integration, no signer fields appear for the remote signer. Here is the envelope prior to pressing “Preview”.Blue = added externallyYellow = added during the “Sender view” Here’s how the fields for the signer I added within DocuSign's “sender” view appeared when I was using the “Preview” button. But, here’s how it looks when creating a recipient view for that same signer. Any ideas as to why this is? 

I’ve been sent a contract to sign. When I open the document, it comes up with a date embedded on the signature panel. However, if I select “Print and Sign” - the downloaded PDF copy does not display the same embedded date.There is no facility for me to alter the date that is showing. (and it’s incorrect).  Is the issue at my end - something in docusign I can adjust ?  Or at the sender’s end ?

I need help. I am stuck in a loop with he chat about about getting to a support expert as it keeps telling me to sign in and submit a support ticket, but when I do sign in and got to my tickets I can see I had a ticket a year ago, but nowhere to click to submit new ticket. then I tried saying I couldn't log in and it says go to get support and fill out the support form that anyone can submit, and thats nowhere to be see.so for the love of patience, can any please help me get in touch with support directly?

Hello!  We currently do not have the box checked to allow recipients to withdraw their consent if they decline to sign so am thinking they would need to log into a DocuSign account they crated.  Where in the account can is the withdraw consent found?  Can they even withdraw consent this way?  Is it possible to restrict recipients from being allowed to withdraw within DocuSign so the only way they could is by emailing the Credit Union?  

I received a request\question from a user - “We are working on a project where we spend weeks and weeks copying information from Excel to DocuSign. We were hoping there is a better way”.I have a meeting with them to discuss the particulars but want to get ahead of the question.Is there a better way? 

A user attempted to login from the Docusign login page.  The user entered his email which takes the user to the next screen and then clicked on ‘Use Company Login’.  Afterward, it just takes the user back to the Docusign login page.  Any idea what is causing this?

When I drag the date signed field onto my document the format does not conform to the settings in my profile 12/11/2024, it instead fills with 11/12/2024.  I’ve changed the format everywhere I could find but it doesn’t work.  I’m on a global corporate account and I feel like it must have to do with some admin setting I can’t change forcing a European format. The admin has no idea what to do to fix it, any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks

One of my contracts only has 6 days till it expires, how can I change this if it’s already been sent? Nobody has signed it at this point.

Is there a correct way to use the DocuSign Connector for Power Automate with Web Forms to be able to ingest the form fields after a Web Form has completed its submission? Is the only way to map all of the form fields to custom envelope fields and then trigger off the signature event of the associated envelope that is created after the Web Form is signed? Our goal is to ingest that data from the Web Form to create downstream actions like create a CRM record.

hi,I’ve been letting users know they need to update their email addresses, by going to the “manage profile’ option, then update email option. There is one user, who has an active account, that sees the update button but it is grayed out, not clickable.  She is VPNed in from home and I’ve asked her to clear cache, change browsers, but she still cannot update her email address.   The message she see is “this setting is locked by your admin”.  When I look at the account, I see it as active, looks okay. Where would I unlock the account ?Thanksmaggie

Hi, I am developing a Power Automate flow that integrates DocuSign for managing multiple file uploads or attachments from SharePoint. In this flow: One of the documents requires a DocuSign signature, and I have successfully implemented this step. However, for the remaining PDF files that need to be reviewed by the approver, I am unable to send these documents to the approver.  I am encountering an error in the "Add Documents to an Envelope" action. Below, I have outlined the steps I followed in my flow and the issues I am facing. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve this issue. Thank you! 

Hi,I’ve developed an integration with Docusign, and initiated the review process multiple times after the integration has been rejected for unknown reasons. (The request logs that where supposed to tell me the reasons didn’t work). Now, I started the review process again but with a manual process through the support ticket I opened. I’m still waiting for their response until now. What can I do and who can I contact about that?

JWT GrantI am new to Docusing and was going through the documentation. I stumbled upon the Authorization Grant of the Platform 101 docs, and read the above excerpt. Can anyone clarify what does this mean If you use a single login for all users in your integration, you should use JWT Grant.  Using single login for all of the integration users mean what? Does that all follow the same login/signup method or the same credentials?

I am unable to access ANY support from DocuSign. The phone system refers to the online system but when I go to the online system, I never receive an option to request a callback or submit a ticket. This is outrageous - who can I speak with to get support around a purchase/billing issue?
