Hi all,I have a client that wants me to manually send him a contract (that I had previously send him through docusign) for other of his associates to review before they sign. When I try and download from the pending envelopes - his contract pulls up blank. Is there any way to do that - other than manually filling it out again?

Hi all,Happy New Year!  Our company is using Docusign templates for our onboarding of new employees.  It is working out great except when we have to make a change.  The most current example is that there is a new W4 for 2025.  We have 6 templates that we need to update.  When we do this we have to go through each field in each template because for some reason they change.  We are replacing the W4 in a packet of pdfs and uploading and replacing our packet with the new packet in the template.  Is there a better way to do this?

Hello, I’d like to know which plan would be best for me at the moment. I’m starting a company and need to send around 60 documents to people and their previous employers for signing in the next few days. It’s the same three forms being sent. After January 20th, the number of documents I send each month will drop to no more than 10-20. Could you help me choose the right plan? I’m the only user, and I noticed there are limitations per user. I’d like to understand if these limitations apply to the total number of documents I can send to others each month, or if I’ve misunderstood the information. 

Does anyone know how to stop an item from being purged? I made a mistake in putting a 1 year restriction on old agreements and am seeing a lot of my signed agreements to be purged in 14 days. Is there any way to stop this from happening? THANK YOU for any help, insights, support! Julie 

Is it possible to create a shared DocuSign account with individual logins?We would like to create an HR DocuSign account. Several members of the HR team would be able to access this but rather than share one login and one password we would like individuals to have their own logins and own passwords to this shared account.I have tried to search for information on this but no luck.Thanks in advance

Hi,I need to send a document for 15 people to sign separately. I tried Bulk Sending with a Template, but everyone signed the same document. I need to have a workflow that sends the document to 15 people but then they send back an individual document signed by each individual. Is this possible? Thank you!

I’m currently on a free trial and my company is aiming at the Standard plan.  We are a small company and do not need a lot of bells and whistles in regards to a docusign program (or so I thought).  I just took another look at the “show all features” section on the plans page and it seems to indicate that the drop down feature is not available with the Standard plan.  Can someone please confirm whether or not I would need to purchase the Business Pro plan to utilize the drop down feature or is it, in fact, available with the Standard plan?  What about checkboxes?  Or will I be able to merge multiple templates into a single envelope (i.e. pick the 4 project specific documents (templates) required for a specific customer out of the 10 total documents I have to choose from) with the Standard plan?  And if Business Pro is required - can I purchase 1 Business Pro for the main “Admin” that will handle creating the templates (including drop downs on the contract documents) and then share those

I created a template and I need to be to specify that at one level only certain users will require additional signer and others will not.for example: say I’m filling out this document and mine gets routed to my supervisor, and account payableBUTmy co-worker fills out the same document and his needs to get routed to supervisor, manager and then accounts payableIs there a way to achieve that with just one template? Hi everyone,On the last invoice there is company information with VAT number missing.I have recently changed a card that is used for payment and I guess this could be the reason. However, nothing else has been changed, only the card number. When I go to the tab “Account Profile”, the address is there, alongside compnay name and VAT in the second row. But it does not appear on the “Plan and Billing” tab. I have opened a case but to no avail.I would appreciate help.Best regards

helloI’m new to Docusign and need to send a document for signing  by 3 people. I can add the 3 signatories, with their e mail addresses. If I select 1 for all 3 in the signing order I take it they will receive at the same time. Does this mean I will get one e mail back with the document signed by all 3 with the dates they signed it ?will it have 1 summary sheet? thanksSteve

I joined Docusign June 21, 2024 and went to send a document to 50 people to sign. It says the code ‘ The legacy version of bulk send is retired. Switch to the new enhanced version of bulk send’ I have never used any version and just recently joined so I am very confused where the new section is located considering I am new to this. 

A document I am signing  should have both my name and my husband's signature in one box. When chosing my signature, I erased my husband's name and hit save. Now only my name shows up. How can I change the signature to include both of our names? When I click on the sign tab, my name only pops up. There is no option to edit or change the signature. 

I had a DocuSign account months ago and I logged in to retrieve invoices for tax purposes. Since the account is inactive, I cannot locate the invoices. I do not have the settings tab, nor do I have any tabs that say billing. 

Hi Docusign Team, We have configured a PDF form on the Review Documents step and we need to add some validation to the percentage box in that form that user should not enter more than 100% in it, is there anyway to add validations to the boxes in the form? Tried adding it on the PDF but when configured the PDF on Review docs, the validations are lost. Thanks

I work for a fence company and we are trying to simplify our procedure by using docusign for our contracts.  There are 4 main documents that we need with every contract and there are some cases that require a 5th or 6th document, if not more.  But even in the case of the 4 main documents scenario, 3 of the 4 pages for each project would be fairly unique to some degree.  What I am hoping is possible is that I can create a template for each document and set it up with text fields and drop boxes, etc. as needed.  I would then add what I need for a specific project to an envelope, send them to the salesman as the first recipient so that he/she can put in the appropriate information and check the appropriate boxes, etc. and then send them to the customer for signatures.  Is this possible?

When adding recipients to an envelope the “Role” field no longer appears.  It was there yeaterday.  I notice the role still appears in the template screen. I checked recent release notes and didnt find anything about this change. Was the system changed to remove roles? or do I need to fix something to get the field back?

What does COMPLETED mean when it appears above a non-signing recipient’s name who has received a copy of a document?

Can we enable delegation for users at the admin level?Occasionally, users go on leave without setting up delegation and may not have access to their emails to manually Reassign envelopes one by one.Is there a feature or option that allows administrators to assign a delegate on behalf of users?

Hello, In Power automate I have a flow to sign through Docusign. In my template I have some tabs that the user have to fill in info. My question is, can I fetch these info (their values) and use them later? For example from the screenshot, can I get the ‘testText’ value?  

All i get in Adobe Pro is below and it tells me nothing. I could achieve the same by copy pasting some signature screenshots and adding a small text-box via docusign.   

We are currently working on integrating DocuSign with our MySQL database using the low-code ETL tool Integrate.io. During the integration process, we've encountered an issue related to the redirect URI.Our primary question is whether it is possible to integrate the DocuSign API without requiring the user-authorization step to generate an access token. Specifically, we want to confirm if the integration can be achieved using only the client secret and integration key, bypassing the need for individual user authentication.Additionally, we're wondering if there are any other authorization grants, other than JWT, that might be more suitable for this situation.
