I am looking to recover an envelope 

This weekend I sent documents to three people for them to sign but neither of them has received an email notification. The email did not appear to go to their junk folders either. Any ideas what might be causing this? 

I have a contract which either needs to be signed by the Client (usually the case), or by their Representative (occasionally the case). The way it is currently set up is that the contract is sent to just one party who then has to identify themselves as either the Client or the Rep. by selecting one check box, from a cluster of two. The contract must always contain the name of the Client, but also the name of the Representative if there is one. At the end of the agreement, where the signature goes, we need the signatory name to be that of the client or, if there is one, it should be the name of the Rep. How can we automatically switch the signers name IF the check box is selected (bearing in mind the check box is part of a cluster of two?   

Hey everyone, I was provided my docusign account through my brokerage (real estate) and I just recently switched brokerages. I don’t want to lose my set up and previous docusign docs that are stored in my account. Is there anyway to fully remove my integration with my previous company, keep my docusign as is for my own personal use, and just pay for it on my own? Anything will help! Thank you! 

I need to create a brief note allowing my son to act on my behalf with the Chicago police department and Progressive insurance to deal with a stolen and recovered vehicle.  The car is registered in my name so they need this to allow him access to the car etc Can I create this type of document on Docusign as a notarized letter? Erich Weidenbener

I went to activate my web form and received an error that the checkbox data label must be unique.  I went into the web form template and tried to change it and it is greyed out.  tells me i can’t change it. 

Hi AllI am hoping you can help me.I have created multiple documents that need signatures - but each one of the document requires a certificate of completion to be available at the end of each document.Can I upload all documents simultaneously and sign them all at the same time (saving myself some time) and then download all documents, but with each document being merged with a certificate of completion?So far, I can only sign them all at the same time but only one certitifcate of completion appears...and not at the end of each individual document.Any tips would be incredibly appreciated!Kind regardsCristiana

Everyone can see everyone else’s templates the moment a template is created, even if a mistake. How do we ensure templates are not shared with everyone unless we mean them to be? Is there a way to do this on the account level and not on the individual user level, e.g. to force users to declare who they are sharing with, or the template isn’t shared with anyone, e.g. to default to no one shares with anyone unless they affirmatively select for that template to be shared and say who with? 

We have two envelopes, orginiated from templates, that are being returned to the first signer after the secdond signer has completed their task, instead of going to the sender. If you’ve had this happen before, what was the cause/fix? 

Hello!I am working alongside a business unit that would like to start tracking where their WebForm Envelopes are originating. For example, we have WebForm 123 the URL link is then shared on a Website, used in a marketing campaign, or embedded in an internal application. When my unit receives the envelope, they aren’t sure which source that envelope originated.I’m attempting to find the best solution here that doesn’t have my team managing 5+ versions of the same WebForm, so I’m hoping someone else in the Community has encountered the same hurdle. 😀To note, we are attempting to use the prefill function but can only get it to work if the field is editable which puts our responses at risk of being incorrect. And of course, using an API for this is not supported internally at the moment.I’m open to any insight, suggestions or condolences! Thank you!

I sent a document just with the signature (first page). I didn't sent the second page with the informations about the signature (date and hour, for example). Is my signature still valid?

Hi all,I recently sent out an envelope for 7 people to sign. 6 people signed just fine, and I’d like to keep their signatures. I just found out that 1 person is “technologically challenged” and would like the document mailed to him to sign. How do I keep the 6 signatures I have and remove the “in process” watermark from the document?Thanks!

Being new to DocuSign, my company is getting electronic signatures from other vendors, the following question came up and I thought I would ask the community.  Let me know what you think.  My initial answer to them is yes, we should be ok.  Thanks should we expect all electronic signature providers (e.g. Adobe) to have something similar to a Certificate of Completion?  It’s my understanding we can accept electronic signatures that we did not originate as long as we have that Certificate.

Hi Dear Colleagues,I recalled an envelope; however, reminders are sent regularly to the signers by the systems. How can I prevent reminders for signers? I don’t need this document anymore but the signers receive the reminder. (Or I could not achieve recall properly :( ) Thanks.

A client sent a document for me to fill out and sign. There are 4 columns with 4 fields across (left to right) each column. There is a red line around the 4 boxes in the top fields. The fields below this do not have the red lines around them. It I fill out these fields, sign the form and try to send it takes me to the fields hilighted in red as an error. I cannot get the red lines to go away. BTW the red lines around these boxes are present when I first open the link and have not started to fill it out. No other fields have the red lines.

I have just joined an ongoing project which is on the configuration stage of DocuSign CLM. As we’re planning for next steps, repository, we’re told that DocuSign has no capability to bulk upload documents. I have evaluated a lot of CLM solutions in the past and this didn’t seem an issue, has anyone else had the same experience or have you been able to upload bulk documents? If yes, how many at a time. Thank you in advance! 

Hello Everyone,I have a quick query regarding the anchor string feature of DocuSign. I have a web app that allows users to select documents to preview them first. If everything looks good, they can proceed with e-Signing.To achieve this, I have set up two templates in my DocuSign account:Preview with Viewer role: This sends the envelope to the current logged-in user for previewing. If everything looks correct, The user can then proceed with the e-Signing process using the second DocuSign template with the Signer role.Everything is working in the flow as expected, except for the part where the user wants to preview the envelope. The user is receiving the envelope, but the documents within the envelope have empty anchor string values. However, when the user actually sends the envelope for e-signing(Signer Role), we can see that the anchor string values are populated correctly in the documents under the envelope.I'm wondering if this is by design, or if there's something I'm missing or do

Hello everyone,I'm encountering an issue with my HTTP request to DocuSign's create envelope function, and I'm unsure if it's by design or if something is broken.In my development DocuSign account, I have two templates: one for preview with just one 'Viewer' role, and another for e-Signature with a 'Signer' role. Sometimes, users want to preview documents before sending them for eSignature. In such cases, they select the preview option, and I make a call to my first template with the 'Viewer' role, and they receive the envelope in their email to preview it.Everything works fine up to this point. However, when users open the documents, they don't see any data corresponding to the anchor strings I've configured in the JSON payload for DocuSign. On the other hand, when users actually send the envelope using the second template, they can see the anchor strings properly populated at the desired locations.So, I'm a little confused. Is it by design that envelopes with 'Viewer' roles can't see
