Can i turn a community question into a community idea?

Docusign has not been functioning correctly for 3 days.I can log in, create an envelop, upload the document, and then the application stops, a blank page is displayed and nothing move. I have not been able to sign anything for 3 days.I have tried egde and chrome, PDFs and DOCs…Is there a solution to this? Of course SUPPORT is useless...so here I am...last attempt

We have a client setup Docusign Integration and suddenly they started getting error “Could not find a Docusign User entity for the current user - transaction creation failed”. I have confirmed that the user has “Docusign User” role in the system. I have also tried clicking on “Go to Docusign” to re establish the connection. I have also confirmed that the user who installed the Docusign integration is a system admin and the account has an account name. Still not able to get through this error.

For purposes of office organization, can we change the subject line after a Docusign email has been sent to the client?  In our own inbox?

Hello.Premise I am new to DocuSign and have a time-constrained task to perform, so apologies in advance for my ignorance on the topic and for raising the question directly to the community (I promise I’ll read the documentation in the meantime).I need to send 3 documents to some customers and was wondering:if I could chain the documents so that I would not have to send 3 separate links if I could create a dependency amongst them (so, if a customer signs document 1 they can see document 2; if they sign document 2 they can see document 3).If the above is doable, would you mind sharing how?Thanks

Please note that we have an enquiry related to the signing order and I don’t know how I can request support on it. Can you please assist me? The enquiry relates to the case as this is descripted below: A user inputs a document for signature with 5 signees in sequence. On the way the 4th signee would like to add a new user as 5 (number 5 user will be 6). Kindly advise if this is possible and if yes please guide me how I can do it.

Hi DocuSign,  I received an email from DocuSign Tax Department <taxid@docusign.com>advising me to update ABN information. I found it weird as I am pretty sure that I have already provided an ABN when I Sign up with DocuSign. Please see attached the details of their email and DocuSign IT Team, please do something about this scam. They are using your name and it’s very deceptive, they need to stop. If it turns out that this is legit, please let me know so I can make necessary update to the account. 

Hi All,Is it possible at all to have a line break, e.g. \r\n within the CSV for particular text fields?An example would be a custom field for addresses, so rather than have:1 The Close, Best City, BC01 0BCInstead it’s:1 The CloseBest CityBC01 0BCI’ve tried a few variations (\r\n, \r, \n, \\n, \\r) but each time the backslash just escapes the next character and returns whitespace rather than a line break. I’ve also tried double quotes around the text with an actual new line but the import process then thinks this is a new row.Thanks,Matt

I need to send the same form to thousands of people. In test, the form sends for with my email id as the sender. How can I change the final version so that it replaces my email with a generic company id?

Hi,We’re trying to build a simple integration in our web app with DocuSign, where users will upload an ad-hoc document, then use drag & drop interface to add fields such as Signature, Name, Date Signed.We’re embedding sender view URL for the envelope in an IFRAME (see below). Is there a way of restricting/specifying which fields the user is able to drag from the palette? We’ve been playing with various TaggerSettings, but without any luck.  

Is there a way the sender can see what I added to a document if I don’t press “Finish”? Even if I press “finish later”, sender can’t see it.Filled in information for the Sender, “Mount Sinai representative”,however it requires me to get the Mt Sinai Representative signature before accepting “Finish” but she cant see my changes.If I choose option “decline to sign”, or assign to someone else it says the document ill be voidedPer her request, I sent a pdf generated documentover email to her.

Hi, I’ve tried to search for an answer but can’t find anything which relates to what I need. I would like to be able to disable autofill of recipients (from both the personal contact list and the user list). Is this possible ? I know how to edit my contact list but I’ve had a couple of users sending documents to incorrect people as it has pre-populated a previous email address and they haven’t noticed. Any ideas anyone? 

I have docusigned an agreement upon invitation of the counterparty. I have a partial pdf with the DocuSign Envelope ID, can I use this ID to retrieve the entire document?Thank you

Hello - can a template I created and shared with another user, be sent by that user using the bulk send option? Looking over her shoulder, I don’t see the bulk send as on option for her. Does she just need administrator permission to do this? Thanks!  

If we activate witness signing option, does it impact  the consumption of DocuSign envelopes. The document signed by one person, then one envelope is used. Now that we have a witness and a person signing does this consume 2 envelopes ?

Hello,I have been trying to better understand using a Web form. The scenario has 3 roles: Salesperson, Customer, and Approver.Use case current state: Salesperson receives envelope and signs Customer receives envelope and signs Approver receives envelope, reviews and approves or denies. Pretty straight forward. We want to add an extra piece to the workflow that only impacts the customer.After they sign, we want the customer to be redirected to a partner website where they can enter their consent preferences.The web forms “Thank you page” has functionality to add a button with a configured URL*, which I what I have working. However, what I’m finding is the Salesperson will also be redirected to that partner site, which we don’t want or need. Is there a way to design a workflow that omits Roles 1 and 3?Also, we have been moving to use composite templates that our API will build the envelope based on what the sales order needs for documentation. Is it possible to have a webform (template)

Is there a way to set the default text to a specific font and size? The default settings - Lucida Console, size 9 - are awful.

Hi, We want to automate the creation of documents and their sending for signature.I suppose it is possible to create documents from templates created in Docusign using an API, to which we pass the particular data of each case.My question is about the custom fields that we can configure with the signature (checkboxes, texts, dates...). Is it possible to read the information or status of these custom fields from the API? To save the data in our system.Thanks.

Good Day, I’m using the RESTAPI to send documents from an in-house developed system to DocuSign to be sent out to recipients.The setup is as follows:Roles have been setup as signatory 1, signatory 2, signatory 3, etc The documents to be sent have the same format but with different, names, titles, etc. example: document1 is meant for signatory 1, document2 is meant for signatory 2, document3 is meant for signatory 3, etc Each of these documents also has signing fields for Director 1 and Director 2.   The documents are included for matching.   On DocuSign, I’ve created individual templates for each of the documents. example: there is a template for document1, a template for document 2, a template for document 3, etc   When sending the documents for signing individually from the in-house developed system, it is successful. example: sending document 1 goes to recipient with the role signatory 1, and Director 1 and Director 2. Are there other account settings that dictate the availability of these settings? I’d like to have the Email Documents step in my workflow however I’d like to present the user with a prepopulated form that allows them to review the email content before the step fires. My workflow or logic looks like this: Choice → “Send Email” (option)Review email content (this is the page I’d like to present to the user) Email Documents.The Email Review page doesn’t need to include the actual documents.  I’d like it to include the Recipient, Subject, and email body. (3 different text fields)  [The subject and email body I’d like to retrieve boiler text from an eForm.]  After that information is submitted or captured by the CLM user I’d like the system to pass that into the Email Document step. My hunch is that I use the Full Page Edit form step but can’t get it to work correctly or maybe there’s a better step?Can anyone elaborate on how to use this step or suggest a better approach?
