How do I download a SOC1 Type II.

I have closed a user’s account but recipients of previous envelopes are still receiving reminders to sign documents. The documents no longer need signing. How do I cancel all reminders from a closed account?Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone i hope you are all well :-), we want to use Docusign in our company for a few people (boss, authorized representative, etc.).Now I have created a Personal-Abo Account for our boss and everything is working so far.The only thing that's annoying is the following fact:when our boss signs something, it says "signed by:" in the upper part of the frame.When we receive an envelope or document from a colleague at our company in the UK, the colleague's signature at the top of the frame reads "Docusigned by:".Or is this irrelevant? Our boss is a person who wants everything to be as precise as possible and the question arises as to why this is displayed for him like this?How can I set this up for my bosses Personal-Abo Account? Or does our boss need a different license than the personal subscription? Next higher level or something?If someone can give us a meaningful answer, that would be great! Thank you in advance. Ben

I received an e-mail requesting I sign a document, which I have not opened.  I looked in the header and it was not from the sender.  I contacted the sender and sent them the header information. Why can’t I CALL tech support and speak to someone about sending them this info. This online nonsense is crazy!These phishing people need to be stopped!

Hello all, I have a template where I have defined four signers, in the following way: I want to create envelopes out of this template using the Python SDK. Sometimes, I wanna add all four signers to an envelope, but sometimes I need to only add a subset of the signers (only signer1, signer1 and signer2, and so on). Hello, We are finding that template matching isn’t working all the time for some templates. The template matching worked at one point so I’m not sure why it isn’t working out of the blue. 

Hello Docusign team, I am using Docusign eSignature and I have created a template using the Docusign UI. I want to create envelopes from this template using the Python SDK. I have a couple of tabs that I want to pre-fill before sending to signers, so I used pre-fill tabs when creating the template. The problem is, I cannot find a way of prefilling these tabs using the Python SDK.  I have seen an answer suggesting that pre-fill tabs should be used only on the UI and not on the API or SDKs. Is that true? I have chosen prefill tabs because, as I see, regular tabs are associated with a specific signer, and I want all the signers to see the values that I prefill. Which option is best for my case: regular tabs or prefill tabs? If I choose regular tabs, will all the users be able to see the values I prefill or only the user associated with the tab?Thanks in advance,  Alisson Porto

May I ask if there is a report which confirms that when a  Recipient is signing using QES he actually created a Wallet?  This when the envelope is not yet Completed.  We have a case where in History it mentions creating a Wallet but need to be sure via a report.

We are currently leveraging DocuSign keys within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for a KYC process. In our current setup, the email notifications accompanying envelopes sent to customers display a single "From" address corresponding to the account configured for this process.The challenge arises when we involve multiple departments in our workflows. We have developed separate processes for various stakeholders, including Sales, HR, and others. Each department would like their envelopes to display a unique "From" address specific to their role or function.Could you please confirm if it is possible to configure multiple "From" addresses for envelopes based on the process or department? If so, we would appreciate guidance on the best approach to implement this functionality.

One of our secretaries created a free, temporary DocuSign account.  We want to get her set up as a user on our company account, so we created a user account for her.  However, she used her work email address for the temporary account, so when she tries to log in, she is directed to her temporary account.  Is it possible to merge them?  She has one envelope in the temporary account.  Ideally, we would like to move that to the company account.  Thanks,Teri

Hi, we are trying to assign Admin roles and need to know if DS Admin can view and download all envelopes? When we test the DS Admin role, it seems like the access does not allow us to view and download any documents / envelopes sent out and signed by our company users unless shared access is granted. If User resigns and we don’t have access to their envelopes, then the documents will be lost forever?PS: We are not using CLM.

Eu utilizo o docusign para assinar documentos de maneira individual, não utilizo para outros meios e desde ontem não consigo mais fazer assinaturas dos meus documentos alegando que já utilizei toda a cota.Eu não consigo suporte, apenas por aqui.Há mais de 4 anos que utilizo o sistema apenas para assinar meus documentos, alguém está com o mesmo problema? I use Docusign to sign documents individually. Hi,I have a free account, however my credit card was charged an annual fee, my portal does not allow me to contact a support live agent, since it is a free account, and since there is no payment there in the account I can not refund! but then my Master Card says docusign inc $300 USD any idea please how can I fix this without calling my bank? thank you.

We are wanting to add a privacy policy to the end of all envelopes we send for our company we have received some from other firms that have this but after searching the support section i wasn't able too find anything. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction?Thanks

One of our users sent a document to a provider for signature.  Instead of completing the documents electronically, they downloaded and wet signed the document, then gave the physical copy back to the sender. Is there a way for the Sender to upload those documents to the envelope to complete it out?  Or does it have to be the recipient that has to do the upload?  Sender didn’t want to void it out but he doesn’t want it sitting open as incomplete either.  Your help is appreciated!Thanks,Ann

Hello, Our paralegals would like to be able to see each others drafts/prepped but unsent documents.Beside sharing login info, is there a setting that would allow that? 

Upon uploading the file I would like to have signed, it appears to be broken and Docusign cannot show a preview or allow me to place any of the necessary fields onto the document. Has anyone had this issue before?  

I recently sent a document that has been viewed, but not signed by anyone. I had to make a correction and was able to replace the document. When I went to hit the final button saying “Correct”, a pop up said that I used all my envelopes (which I have). So, question is, am I able to correct/replace a document within an existing envelope (unsigned) without using or creating a new envelope?Thanks!

Good morning,I am creating a flow in Power Automate, in which signatures several documents in a single envelope, I have not been able to find a way to attach them all in a single envelope.-Usually they are envelopes of 10 to 15 documents.-The names of the documents always change.Initially I tried to use OneDrive, then SharePoint, but I can't get it to take all the documents in the same envelope.I really appreciate your support, thank you
