While using IDV EU Advanced with Liveness, name matching is failing when we use National ID. To be specific, we use Emirates ID as the National ID for United Arab Emirates.Our National ID incorporates both the holder's full name and either the parent's or spouse's full name.To illustrate, if my full name is AAA BBB and my father's name is CCC DDD, then my ID would display as AAA BBB CCC DDD.Despite entering the precise name as indicated on the ID into DocuSign Recipient Name details, the matching process fails. Does anyone has insights into the underlying logic behind the ID name matching process?

I purchased the Standard subscription with one user. I am not the one needing to use the product. How do Iadd the user or do I change the seat? 

Hello, I work for a university that requires an offer letter be sent out once a year to all student employees. The bulk send option has been a godsend because there are really only 2 different documents I need to send out. My question is there a way to have it so in the student’s name (usually signer 2) auto populates on the document so when they receive it the beginning starts with Dear “Student’s Name,”? I usually have the first signer be the supervisor so if I put the name field in at the beginning it’s blank when the first signer gets it.  Similarly, is there something I can include in the Email Subject line that pulls a specific signers name, not just the recipient's name? I know to use [[Data:RecipientName]] in the subject but is there something similar to that but it would be like [[Data:Role2Name]] Thanks for your help!Jamie Lyons

Hello, i have been using Docusign for the past 4 years, and this is the first time that i face issue in adding a new user. I have removed 2 users so i replace them with 1 new but i cant find the add user button anymore. Any clue about whats going on?

1)How can i set up two different email for two different businesses?2)How do I change new email in my profile? 

I have created one template along with document in that document added custom fields and also added recipient role as signer email and name is empty. Using that template I created one envelope added the template role using sdk method and called the request recipient view using that envelope id and view type as sign.  As a response I received the signing URL.In that URL I’m only able to view the document  there is no customs fields are visible. The user need to sign the document in the URL. 

Im trying to creat a template that requests the client to sign a contract and drop somo documentation as annex. How can a i add a drop document area?

Team,I wanted to get a head start on setting up a developers account for an API class I am registered for. Set up succesful but know I cannot access my companies demo account. I logged out of the gmail demo. Every time I access it has that info and goes straight to enter your password. Its not letting me change the email. Any help would be appreciated.

Why are there not standard fields for basic things like address, phone number etc? Also, when creating a template, why do i have to add recipients info rather than just being able to use the template generally for the future? For example, I’m building a template for a new employee package, why can’t i have it set up to just plug in a new employees name? I’m not new to tech but i’m new to docusign and i find it very awkward to learn...help?

Hi, my question is about the frame around DocuSign signature, being in June 2020, meaning approx. 4 years ago. Was it with the DocuSign-Signature with a speficic ID, or was it just simple signature without any frame around. This is for a certificate, which I believe is wrong, as the signature is not sourrounded by the specific Docu-Sign-label.Thanks, this is important, as the validity of the contract would be different for sure.

Hey,I’m trying to look for a way to filter envelopes according to the custom fields (and not the envelope’s subject etc.). I can’t seem to find a way to do that.Even when I add the “Include envelope custom fields” - it doesn’t seem to find envelopes that I know for sure were supposed to pop out.Can you please assist?

I sent my envelopes out to 2 signers.  I never received a notification from Docusign.  I did not receive an envelope myself, as the sender.  Very confusing.

I have an official form that requires a user to circle a choice. How can I capture this in the form that I am sending to the user to fill out and sign?

We are looking for a more streamlined/consistent way to report off of DocuSign data.  We are aware of Agreement Actions and we have the Retrieve reporting product.  We are looking at potentially creating a data set with Retrieve and sending it to a “shared” location where our PowerBI (or other reporting tools) will connect to the file/data.  At that point, we can use PowerBI or other tool to manipulate the data, add charts/graphs, tables, create dashboards, etc.Does anyone use a specific other product that would allow us to be more consistent with accessing data from other systems, or from DocuSign, and for collecting real-time data such as status in order to create user dashboards?  Maybe I’m asking if there are specific products that utilize APIs for DocuSign as well as with other higher ed systems such as Banner, Concur, Contract Mgmt systems, Time keeping systems, etc.Thank you!Susan

Dear all,  I’m having trouble to send in bulk and upload a csv-document that DocuSign can use to sent to +100 mailadresses at once. I’ve read the “manual” on how to proceed, but I’m afraid that I didn’t managed to understand the procedure. Thanks for your insight / help! Christophe

I am an administrator, however, someone I work with is a “Sender.” This person changed her name recently and needs to changer her signature, however, when she goes into her profile, the menu on the left side of the screen is not visible. This menu is where the Signature Tab is located. Do you know why she can’t see the menu?

how can i unvoid a document. I sent 3 documents and all of them had almost all signatures but the expiration date voided the document and I just need to print the document with the signatures that were already there.
