Goal:I want to reflect the signing status of an Envelope in Salesforce using DocuSign Connect. It seems Rooms has disappeared from my drop down. I tried rooms.docusign.com and  I get Page not found, Looks like the content no longer exists. Can anyone help me please

I have been using DocuSign for 3 years and I lost all the documents. How can I retrieve all the completed documents ?

Hi, I am building out a process that triggers the document envelope from Salesforce and then archives it in a SharePoint site. Is there a way I can retrieve the link to the sharepoint file and bring it back into salesforce? I want to add a link in the Salesforce record to point it to the signed contract. 

A user in our organizations DocuSign account is on leave. He has incomplete envelopes. I want to transfer those envelopes to myself so I can complete them. I tried transferring ownership by following instructions in a DS University article, “Best Practices for eSignature Custody Transfer,” but this didn’t work. After filling in the prompts, the button to submit remained greyed out. I was in my eSignature Admin account; the article says I need to be in my Admin UI account. Are these the same?  If not how do I find my Admin UI account?

I am utilizing a Power Apps cloud flow to send out a single document/envelope to 2 separate recipients, with a separate signature tab for each. I am looking for a way to trigger a flow when one of the individuals sign, but before the envelope is ‘completed’ and update a record in Dynamics365 with a status that recipient1 has signed, and recipient2 is still pending signature. Upon review of the available triggers, I see one for envelope-completed but this is for after both signatures would have been received.Is this possible using the out of the box connector?

At our organization, we have two separate DocuSign accounts (different admins, different software versions) but we exist on the same server so we can transfer users across if they transfer from one work area to another.One work area (eSignature Account A) wants to leverage SharePoint connector for their work in our organization’s enterprise SharePoint solution.  Everyone uses this enterprise SharePoint environment regardless of which DocuSign account for eSignatures they use.Can the connector’s environment be configured for the organization versus one or the other of our eSignature accounts? If a client of eSignature Account B for example asks to leverage the DocuSign connector, can it work for them knowing eSignature Account A is already set-up to use the DocuSign connector?The goal is to configure DocuSign connector for SharePoint’s environment once for anyone in either DocuSign accounts to leverage.  There is a good chance I misunderstand but I have the impression the environment is

I couldn’t help notice that currently there is no option to specify the time of day envelope reminders are sent to recipients. Is there any way to change and specify the exact time reminders are sent?Currently, reminders are sent near midnight/1am local time, depending on time zone and whether it is daylight savings time or not.It would be an extremely helpful feature to specify the time of day reminders are sent, to help sales teams control the time reminders are sent to prospects for signature to maximize their chance of success.

I'm getting 'This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields.' when I try to add a merge field while creating a template, does anyone know which permission I should add to the DocuSign user in order to make this work?

It’s difficult to believe this hasn’t been asked before, but I can’t find it. I need to limit signatures on a template/PowerForm to DRAW only. The agency for which I’m gathering signatures will not accept any other type of signature. It seems only an “administrator” can apply such a limit, but I am the owner of a BusinessPro account. How can I limit the Signature Adoption Configuration to DRAW only? Thank you.

I’m looking to send a document to all members of staff, but some of the details within the document are different for each person (e.g. employment start date). The template and bulk send function seems perfect for this purpose, but I’m running into problems.I’ve created my template with all relevant field names (all “text”, no numbers) I go into Template, click “Use” » “Advanced Edit” » Bulk Send » Upload a CSV » Next » Download Sample CSV The CSV template only returns two fields:  Recipient::Name Recipient::Email All of the fields I’ve added in the template are completely missing Can anyone help?

Hello everyone!Public RFPs in the EU often require our offer submissions be signed using XAdES, CAdES or PAdES signatures. When using DocuSign as a normal, typical, subscribed user : what format am I using? Is it one of the 3 ? Or should I purchase additional solutions to be able to sign with one of these 3 formats? I coudn’t find clear information on this on the Help page.(To clarify : I need to sign the documents that I submit to the RFP, it’s not about signing a document that is submitted to me by someone else. So, how do I sign in XAdES, CAdES or PAdES?)Thanks for any help!

When using the DocuSign frame on documents, are the number below the signature randomly assigned? For example, if I sign numerous documents - will the numbers below my name at the bottom of the frame always be the same? Or do they change from document to document?Please see below (the identifying signature has been removed) 

Hello. We are using docusign gen in Salesforce. When adding a comment to the docusign document it is supposed to go back to the 1sender in the flow. This person is getting an email with a link to view the comment. However, this error is coming up instead. You currently do not have access to this envelope. please try again later. Any ideas why this is happening?

 Hey guys! I have accounts that are on different docusign servers (na2, na4 and na3) I need to transfer envelopes between users of these accounts to unify the base, but I can't. Has anyone experienced this problem and had a solution?

The document looks fine on my end. My client sent a screenshot of what the document looks like. All the words look like one long sentence. No spaces. What do I need to do to fix this?

Is there a way to sign a document before sending to other recipient(s) for signature? I most frequently use DocuSign through the Procore integration, and follow these steps:Create the envelope and set the signing order with myself first. Click Send. Re-access the envelope via Procore or the email to sign.After I sign, an email is sent saying that I have corrected the document. At this point, the second signed can no longer access the document to sign.Has anyone figured out a solution to this issue? Many thanks in advance!!!

If I send someone a docusign to sign, does it automatically show the date? If they print the docusign as a pdf, does the date show? Or is it all dateless?

We currently have our DocuSign connected to our MeridianLink platform to send out documents via MeridianLink for new account opening and loan documents, etc to be signed electronically. When these documents are sent out, is there a way to set up expiration timeframes and reminder frequency on the DocuSign side, or would this all be controlled through MeridianLink? 

We signed a contract a couple days ago and we have a question and the sales rep has now ghosted us and does not return any emails. I can’t find a support phone number to call. Can anyone help us get in touch with someone at this company that will assist us with our question. I’m very concerned that the moment we signed a contract, we find it impossible to get any assistance.

Hi There,I just wanted to ask is it possible or how do I set up my DocuSign that I get an email each time someone has signed their part? I don't seem to be getting emails letting me know someone has signed until the last person signs. I used to get a message each time a person had signed.Thanks,Gary

Hello,I would like to disable the ability to download the Certificate of Completion from DocuSign account.Please note that I am not referring to the CoC attached to completion emails. I mean the ability to download it for the signers.The reason why I want to do this is that the CoC includes information such as the email address of the signers; in our context, we send envelopes to two counterparts and we do not want that they see each other’s email addresses.Thanks,Gianfranco

If I am trying to create or modify an envelope template in from Salesforce and get to the “Place Fields”I then receive the following error:  Content was blocked and it says contact the owner of the website. As anything else out the DocuSign part works in Salesforce I can only imagine it happen during accessing DocuSign sites. I already tried different settings in Chrome / Edge / Firefox but still getting the same error.  Any support would be highly appreciated.
