Hi all, I’m using DocuSign with Power Automate, and I'd like to send a private message along with a document that is sent for signature.Can we send a private message along with the document routed for signature, or is there another way to do so? I hope someone can help me with this.Many thanks in advance.

Hi All DocuSign Expert, My name is Fendri and I am one of DocuSign partner based in Indonesia.I need your advice about one question that come from my customer.Is there anyway to prevent sender (DocuSign user) to send the envelopes outside organization?For example, they don’t want sender to send envelopes to personal email (like gmail.com or yahoo.com).Is that possible? Hi I am new to DocuSign, but have completed about 10 PDS signings and everything works well.I would like to know if I somehow can “save” or “store” all my standard contracts in DocuSign and use them when I need.Right now I upload two contracts every time I get an order, but it would be nice if the contracts were already in DocuSign ready to be used and signed. Is that possible? Thank you so much.Best regards Frank

If someone sends me a document to sign, how can I see who else is being requested to sign and where their signature is required?  I want to be sure the correct people are being requested to sign a document, and that their signature is being requested in the correct places on the document.

Hello,  I’m new to docusign and really like it so far.  Situation: I sent 2 documents for signature in an envelope to 2 signatories.  Both documents required 1 signature from each person.  Only one document came back signed even though the status said that the envelope is complete. Question: What should I have done differently or did I miss before sending the documents to make the 2 documents ‘must sign’ for the signatories? Thank you for your time.  Really appreciate it. S

Hello - I am having an issue where I am now required to manually edit the envelope name when selecting a template.Previously, when a template was selected, the envelope name would automatically update to what was entered into the Subject Line for the first recipient (process 1) of the chosen template, and this was perfect for our business needs.With the recent ?update/changes, even with following the same process of uploading relevant documents and choosing the appropriate template, when we update the first recipient subject line, this no longer automatically populates the envelope name (process 2). Send an Envelope > Attach document (employment contract) > choose relevant template > update subject line (employment contract name - this would then auto generate envelope name) > next.Send an Envelope > Attach document (employment contract) > choose relevant template > update subject line (employment contract name) > update envelope name (employment contract name) 

I recently purchased Docusign as the business owner. I will not be using Docusign myself, but I want my two employees to be able to use it. I have assigned one employee and they can now use it, but I can’t find a way to remove myself as a user and add the 2nd employee. I have tried to update my email address to the employees address and then use the verification code she is sent to validate the request, but it won’t work. And I can’t get Docusign support to help me out. Very disappointing. I would greatly appreciate any support someone can provide. Thank you!

I see that when I am in a SharePoint list I can do mappings but when I am in a Document Library that option in the SharePoint integration does not exist.  Is there a way to add a field in a document library, a people column and then select the PDF, request signature and have it mapped to the email address next to the PDF? or does this only exist in a SharePoint list with an attachment and people column.  Need to automate a standard response.

Is it possible to send a document out to be viewed today, but not allow the person to actually sign it until a later date? a week later?

Why are the form fields blank after I send the document, even though I have filled them in and can see the completed form before I send?

Very basic contract signature workflow question re: how to...How is an 'envelope' (?) set up for contract signatures, 1st the consultant, then a final signature, pending the consultant's signature? In short, we want signatures in order - 1, 2, 3, etc...Or, is this all in a single envelope, and anybody can sign in any order, but Docusign simply doesn't deliver until all parties have signed?We don't need template, integration or sychronization w/ Google, Slack, MS, or other...

Sender has sent me several loan documents to e-sign, but none of the emails showed up in my Google inbox.  I have checked spam and safe senders.   My email address they used is ok.  Nothing bounced back to their end.  I also tried to access my DocuSign account but they would not accept the access code. On the other hand, my wife got hers ok in her Yahoo email inbox.  So it has to be the Google server or DocuSign does not cooperate with Google???

In my organisation i have two dept, can a employee be there in two dept? I am not able to add a person in two dept. Its showing only old dept while loging no switch between dept. 

Hi Everyone,I have created a envelope template in Docusign Setup on salesforce level and that template button added on the page layout level to send for signature. At the moment, when salesforce record comes to "Approved" stage then user clicks on "Send for signature" button to send the user for signature.I'm trying to automate this on salesforce when the record becomes Approved, then after 1 hour document should be sent for signature automatically with out manual click. Can you please suggest.Thank you! 

We want to enable the ability to require signatories to enter a code via SMS before signing, to verify their identity. We want to use Recipient Authentication and send them an SMS, but cannot find this in our demo/developer account. How do we get this capability added/enabled please?

Hi, is there a setting that allows you to receive an alert when a document sent by docusign has already been signed and sent by the recipient? 

I have created a powerform and would like to share it with the people that need it.  Is it possible to send them all a link where they would get access to the blank for filling out?  I thought there was a way but I can’t find it.  

My client accidentally used their initials for their signature.  I have opened up a several new envelopes so that they could actually sign the documents with their actual name instead of their signature.  However, DocuSign will not allow for their initials to be changed to an actual signature.  I even sent an envelop to another email address to see if that would work but sadly it did not work.  How do I fix this problem?  I pay $300/year for my plan.   Will my current plan allow me to fix this problem?
