The 21 CFR Part 11 eSignature requires more space on a document to prevent text overlap with other document text and multiple signatures. Are there any specifications on the amount of space required (height and width) and how to align the placement of 21 CFR Part 11 signatures when sending an envelope? 

Hello, We use DocuSign eSignature and I would like to add a password to a template so senders don’t have the ability to edit the template but still send.There are instructions that state to use Advanced Options when editing the template under Password section.When I click on Advanced Options, there is no Password section for me to add a password to the template. I am the Admin and wanted to know is a setting or something I need to do to account settings to allow this functionality?Thank you. 

I attempted to sign the document using Docusign, but the signature process was not completed well.To provide detailed information about the situation, I have arranged screenshots as follows.I also asked the company's Service team, but I only received the following response.“Please be advised that as per Access team you have DocuSign access” Is there a solution to this problem?  I selected the signing reason and clicked ‘sign’ button click continue button A new popup appears and Input email address and passwordA new popup appears and then click close Despite clicking "close" at step 4, authentication is still in progress. I’ve created a web form with a signing order. When I initially made the template, there was an area that Signer #2 needed to be able to edit in case Signer #1 made a mistake. It looks like when Signer #2 made edits, it tried to push the DocuSign back to Signer #1 but there’s no way for them to go in and approve the changes. Am I trying to do something that’s not supported or is there a way to make that work?

Hey everyone! My company is switching over from DocHub to DocuSign and would like to transfer all of our signed documents. I cannot figure out how to add our documents to DocuSign without going through the motions of setting up a signature request.  Surely someone else has done this before, right? :)

I have a link stored on opportunity in a field the link would be unique for each opportunity. I want to send this link to customers on which they can click and go the link.

Students submit “petitions” through DocuSign from our website. Once they have submitted the petition, they do not receive an email from DocuSign saying that they have submitted the form nor does it appear in their homepage dashboard. The only option they have once they have submitted the form is to save a PDF version. Is there a way for DocuSign to send the student an acknowledgement of the form being submitted with a link to how to see it again in DocuSign?

Hi, I’ve looked everywhere for this. On the left hand side of the Tools menu in Docusign, there is a Text feature. This would be for custom text that you want to add onto a document, such as a comment.In my case, I have to use this feature quite a bit. Sometimes I have to add a client’s address, or a note, etc. And the text I need to add is much longer than the 40 or so characters allowed in that little box.Is there any way at all to increase the number of characters allowed? Right now I am having to use like 4 text boxes for 8 words! The words can wrap if you use the little arrow to expand the box, but they only do so vertically, so it looks pretty bad!

Can you correct an envelope after the client submits/completes it or do you have to void it and send another envelope?

Has anyone experienced that the count of items for 'action required' on the dashboard is different than the number of items displaying in the 'Action Required' view? In the past when I have seen this, it has resolved itself overnight. But I have a user who is telling me that it has been incorrect for "a while". I'm not exactly sure how long that is, but definitely more than an overnight refresh/update. Thank you.Susan

DocuSign is integrated with this company name for ESignature.Question - Is there a way to modify the text ‘IcertisAPI via DocuSign’ into a text which user/customer wants.

We sometimes have documents that follow a workflow, i.e. someone initiates the document, the first colleague signs it, the next colleague fills something out in the document to be signed and also signs it, the third colleague fills something out in the document and also signs it.How can this be mapped with DocuSign?A document that has been sent for signature can no longer be changed.Do I then have to take the detour that the second colleague downloads the document, makes his changes and sends it to the third colleague for signature, who in turn downloads the document, adds his changes and signs it? And another question was whether I can see somewhere in the certificate which documents an envelope contains.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

User does not have the permission to the RequestTemplates method'." I've tried troubleshooting on my own, but I'm unable to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to give a dropdown menu of recipient options on a powerform?I want to include in the template a list of options for the signee to choose from to send it to next.Example - I click the link for a power form, fill in my information and then choose from a list of people to send it to next.
