I would like to limit the number of checkbox selections in a section of a document that is part of a template. Is there a way to do this? 

I created a new template in test.  It’s been tested and is ready to be copied to our production environment.  I can’t find any instructions on how to do this.  I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  Thank you!

I've sent the same envelope several times to the proper recipients (yes, their emails are correct) and it shows from my end that the envelope is sent, however, the recipients say they have received nothing and I also am not receiving the copy I set for myself to receive. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

We send over 300 envelopes daily, all configured with SMS authentication. However, in some instances, the SMS authentication codes are not delivered, necessitating envelope corrections to manually add access codes.Our audit team permits setting up access codes only when SMS delivery fails. Given that correcting envelopes becomes a major task when hundreds need adjustments, and IT admins often miss this task due to other priorities, we need a solution to automatically set up access codes when SMS fails, without requiring manual envelope corrections.”

How do I set the formatting options to my preferred options so that every time I create a new template, I don’t have to keep changing the font style, size, color, etc. to my preferred options?

As the broker and admin of a real estate company, can my compliance officer be in my DocuSign reviewing files while I am in it creating a new form to sign and send? 

Just noticed in my bank statement that I was charged automatically for this annual subscription. I would like to know if I cancel the subscription 30 days if I will be refunded for the upcoming year I was already charged for?

I have (What i think is) a really simple requestI have a Docusign Template I want to register new suppliers.    When an envelope status changes to completed, I want to be able to extract the data from the docusign document such as ‘Entity name’, ‘GST Status’, ‘ABN Number’ etc Once I have this data, populate a SharePoint List with the respective infoUsing the Docusign Power Automate actions, I have tried almost every action, and a combination of Tabs, Custom Fields etc.Nothing seems to work!Can someone please advise what actions / methods I need to use for this? 

I am looking to use DocuSign Connect to update the status of processes in Salesforce and, upon completion, save the signed PDF file in Salesforce.While I've been able to update the status using the object mapping feature between DocuSign and Salesforce, I found it difficult to save the PDF file post-signature using this method.To address this, I created a custom REST API in Salesforce and made it public via Salesforce Sites, allowing for public access to the API.Initially, I considered OAuth 2.0 as a way to validate the source of the requests, which brings me to my main question: although DocuSign Connect supports the Client Credentials Grant flow of OAuth 2.0, Salesforce does not. As a result, I abandoned OAuth 2.0 for validation.Instead, I implemented HMAC signature validation using the Connect Key, and Salesforce is now able to receive the requests.Is my understanding correct that OAuth 2.0 validation cannot be used with DocuSign Connect when the recipient is Salesforce?Reference: h

Hello, I have an error message when I use a Powerform I created, same when making a copy and trying to use it. Once I go to template > select the powerform and click “USE”, I then fill-in the recipients info and click to send. The page refreshes with the red error message: “This envelope cannot be sent because it was already digitally signed, and is not in a valid state to resend.”Note: I don’t have this error message when I use the Powerform link. The documents part of the template/powerform does not contain any signature yet it’s docx documents with anchor tags placed on the template.Support is not able to help apart of telling me to recreate it which does not fix...Thank you,

Is it possible to connect a demo docusign (esignature/docugen) org to multiple Salesforce sandboxes for testing purposes?

I am an admin, so can transfer envelopes. I did this for a user and she cannot find them. So I tested by transferring an envelope from a user to me, and I cannot find it either. Anyone have an idea on this? I have verified filters so that it isn’t it. 

Hello, Is it possible to disable “Manage Shared Access” button for all or specific users? If not, then is it possible to enable notifications with Shared Access? For example, as an admin if I give user A Shared Access to user B’s envelopes, I want that both users should receive notifications of this change. Thanks!

I am following the article https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/automate-even-more-docusign-nintex to setup Send Envelope DocuSign at Nintex however I got the error “Received an error response from the connector: {"errorCode":"INVALID_REQUEST_BODY","message":"The request body is missing or improperly formatted. Could not cast or convert from System.String to API_REST.Models.v2_1.document."}”I am looking for some advice to help resolve my issue. Hello. All of a sudden when I try to download completed signed documents out of docusign- I am unable to download and save them to my desktop as it says “needs permission to download”. Please help! How do I fix this!

How do you Reject a document in multi document envelope?

I have a NDA going out to several people.  One of them is reporting that DocuSign is making him create an account in order to sign the NDA. Is there a setting or work-around that could avoid this?

We must distribute a policy document to our board of directors for review and signature each year.  Every board member needs to sign.  Is there a way to send a document in one envelope to multiple individuals without having multiple signatures on that document?  I.e., the end result desired is to have a set of individually signed policy statements.

Before the “New” design, you could pre-tick check boxes and now you can’t.  Can you please re-enable that feature?  Anyone else having problems with the new system?
