Hello, I currently have an Organization that has 12 accounts. I would like to change the Default account for the organization. I did this before with ProServices help in DEMO, but I can’t find the directions in the DS documentation. Thank youJonathan

Doc won’t send - error message “Account does not have permission to set Allow Comments”. I never set “Allow Comments” nor can find where to turn them off

Hi I got a document to sign but i wasn’t logged in at the time.I have the details such as envelop ID etc. How can i add this document to my account for my records?I don’t see an obvious button to do so. The document was sent to a different email address that my DocuSign account currently uses.  Thanks

We are testing the delegation capabilities of DocuSign in our Demo account.  We are set up to delegate and are able to assign an active delegate.  The delegate never receives anything even when active.  Is the delegation function available in a Demo account?

I have 2 formula questions: I have travel meal allowance at $41.25 for the first and last day of travel.  I want my formula to add both days($82.50) if the leave date and return date are different, If the leave date and return date are the same then I want to see only $41.25 in the total.  How do I accomplish this?   Our in-between days meal allowance is $55.  This is my formula to add the $55 meal allowance.  (DateDiff( [Return Date] , [Departure Date] )- 1)* 55    I was testing my form.  I selected the leave date and return date as the same day.  That total came up to 82.50 on my first and last day formula and -$55 on my in-between day.  How do I fix this?  When the departure and return dates are different, the in-between date formula correctly calculates at $0.00.

I would like Group Checkboxes with validation to be treated as a required field for auto navigation.  We use “Navigate Required Fields” because we have many optional fields in our documents.  However, clicking on a check box does not then allow the signer to move forward by hitting the “next” button.  It just get stuck and they need to scroll past to the next field.

Can I just use 1 envelope without spending a ton to upgrade my plan to bulk send when I signed up to just have these 20 people sign one document?This is an approval page to reach 51% agreement. I don’t need 100% to sign, just enough to reach that threshold. The issue is I’m apparently unable to send these individually (they use 1 envelope each) and yet if I “add recipient” they then become part of the same document, which I do not want.So, again, how to send a single document for a single signature to 20 individuals who only sign their own document?

Once they view the agreement it automatically  sends them the file and they haven't signed it.

Hello All,The lawyers of the company must conduct a verification of incoming documents from the client before they are signed by business users. However, the lawyers cannot open these documents because they are not sent to them, but to those who have collaborated with the client. When attempting to open a document for verification from the notification email, the lawyer receives the following authentication error: "The login information provided does not match the account for this envelope. Please try again and login with the same email address where you received this envelope."Please advise me if you have any ideas on how a user-lawyer, without being the ultimate recipient of the documents, can open and verify them before they are signed by the business user?Thank you in advance!

I have a document that I usually send to my customers, this document has 5 differents blanks to be completed from the customer: name, last name, ID, phone number, and address. Unfortunately, I have a few clients who tend to put their name in a bad way (they are old age people), I don’t want to send them the envelope from zero to be completed again (the 5 blanks), what can I do to resend the document but only to put the client to complete not the 5 blanks, just only 1. Is this possible?  Looking forward to your comments!  Best,   

Is it possible to make the document on this system “DocuSign” that has 2 places for signatures, and signer is only 1 person. It means 1 same person needs to sign in 2 places in 1 document.

hello! i am trying to send a document to a third party who needs the client to sign. I don't have the clients email. Do you know of a way to do this?

When I send a document for signature, I always use the signing order option, so people in cc only have their copy once it is signed by all parties.But for a same enveloppe, some cc receive their notification and some don’t. I have identified several employee within my company who never gets their notification.All our general setups are the same for everyone within our company so why some receive and some don’t?We have checked spam, quarantine for these people and could not find any track of the notifications.Their email adresses are also correct. In the History, I can see perfectly that it has been sent to everyone and I can see as well that some opened the document and other dont because they can not find the notification.Thanks in advance

Hello all,  I have created a custom Permission Profile that only allows the user to Send Envelopes using one Custom Template. This Custom Template is locked down so that only the user can enter the Name + E,mail address.  However, once the user has send the Envelope, they can then go into Manage > Sent Items > Find the Envelope > Cick on More and select “Correct”. This allows the user to edit the form, such as remove validations or constraints. Is there anyway I can disable this function? Thanks,Mo

I am using the API (Python SDK) to get a list of Envelopes.Recently, I noticed that I was not able to retrieve Copy Received Envelopes.They are in my inbox, but I am not able to retrieve them using the list_status_changes method.How can I use the API to get the Copy Received Envelope?
