Hello! Is there a setting where an admin can control envelope expiration dates for all their users? Instead of having their users all do it individually? Thanks in advance! 

Hi, one signatory is off for long time. How do I add another signatory to the same envelope without cancelling all the review process? 

Hello,I just created a free trial account..   Being new to this program, I wanted to test it out by sending myself a few documents to make sure they looked right before I use this product for business purposes.   I was having issues with proper sizing on the signature line, and I had to send myself a few revisions to get it where I wanted it.   Within minutes I had exceeded the max envelope limit for the month.Is that seriously all I get to with this company?  5 documents a month?   What if multiple revisions need to be made during the negotiation process?So now it seems I cannot do anything else unless I pay $300 to use this service, is that correct?

I am trying to complete the information so I can notarize company documents via Docusign, but don’t see my state (Michigan) under Jurisdiction...

Is there a way to verify or edit a delayed send envelope? I have been unable to find one that I had scheduled anywhere.

Hello Community,I need to send a contract cover sheet along with the contract in a single envelope, but I want to restrict access to the cover sheet to a select group of people, while allowing everyone to view the actual contract. Is it possible to hide the cover sheet (or any document) within a single envelope?Thanks! 

Hi all!I work for a company who issues out initial documentation to clients via paper and am attempting to bring it online. Each document needs to be personalised for each individual which prevents a stock standard template being utilised each time.The problem I am having is when I do a bulk send including 3 of the preprepared templates, it introduces 3 signatories instead of the 1. Does anyone have experience creating this style of bulk send individualised documents?

I created a dozen envelopes and saved them as drafts, and now I can’t find them! There must be a drafts folder, but I can’t see it. Related: is there a way to schedule/delay sending an envelope? I saved drafts because I couldn’t find a way to delay.Thank you!

Hi community, I am struggling with the following matter:We purchased DocuSign eSignature (no Document Generation).Use CaseOn the Quote record, we generate files (output is either .docx or .pdf) via CPQ Template. In our DocuSign Envelope Template (dfsle__EnvelopeConfiguration__c), we want to add merge fields to these generated files. The documentation from the legacy solution suggests using AutoPlace Fields (also called anchor tags) in our template content (e.g., \s1\ for Signer 1). This solution is not viable for us as it is a legacy feature. I have been trying to find an alternative solution for this matter in the documentation but unfortunately without success. Can anyone help? I am trying to input a Regex Pattern to a text field so it will date 1 day after another date field. I am using the Custom Validation and the pattern I am using is: AddDays([Expiration_Date],1).Expiration_Date is the name of the field that has the date I am trying to get this text field to date 1 day after. I do not have full Devloper/Formula access and wonder if a simple Regex pattern will not suffice for this instance. I am a novice and very new at this and would be greatful for any assistace. I would be wiling to ask my orginization to get formula or developer access if it would assist. 

Hi All, we migrated users to a new domain and also a new Identity provider (IdP). I can update the users email via mass update, how ever I wonder how I can delete the Entry in Security Sector for IdP and federated ID. Because if this still exists the user cannot login via SSO. Regs,Christo

Recently started using Web Forms and after created the fields and went to view template connections I didn’t see the mapped fields. how can I fix that and what caused this issue? 

I’m no regex expert but I’ve managed to fudge together what I thought would be a functional check for whether a form filler is trying to use new line characters in text fields. My regex is:(?<=[^\r\n])\R(?=[^\r\n])It looks like it should work: But when I implemented the regex in my web form entering anything in the field results in the input failing the validation check: What am I missing? Do web forms use new line characters as part of the field? Why would a single word with no spaces or anything match my pattern?

For example, we currently have Signer A, then recipient who receives a copy, then Signer B. After Signer A signs the document, recipient who receives a copy will get an email notification that Signer A has signed along with a link to view the document in DocuSign, but will not receive a copy of the document as an attachment in that email notification. Recipient who receives a copy will only get a copy of the document as an attachment in an email notification after both Signer A and Signer B signs. We would like for recipient who receives a copy to get a copy of the document as an attachment in all of the email notifications they receive during the signing process and not just at the end after everyone has signed. While I can complete the signing process in one shot, there are cases where I would like to reload the iFrame, i.e., call DocuSign.signing again with the same URL and resume my session as it was. Is this possible?Currently, when I try to reload the iFrame, I see a loading page and a document with the URL chrome-error://chromewebdata/ instead of https://demo.docusign.net/Signing/?insession=1&ti=<id>. If someone has rejected halfway through the signing process, due to incorrect information, how do we edit the document to resend?

We have recently transitioned from DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce to DocuSign App Launcher. It has come to our attention that certain users who previously had the capability to log in as another user in Salesforce and send a DocuSign envelope on their behalf are now experiencing issues. When attempting this action, the page fails to load properly. This functionality is crucial to our process. We are investigating if there is a specific permission or setting that can be adjusted to restore this capability. Although these users have shared access through the DocuSign website and can send on behalf of others from there, we aim to integrate this feature within our Salesforce organization due to dependent processes. We are seeking a solution to ensure seamless operation and maintain our workflow efficiency.

Hello everyone,Has anyone run into an issue where no matter which web browser you use, if you go through Schwab Advisor Center → Account Management → Go to Docusign consoleit opens up a new tab in the browser, but nothing loads at all. I’ve had my local IT check browser settings, DNS flushed, browser cache/history cleared out, etc. Nothing seems to fix it, and I was wondering if it might be a permissions issue on the docusign end? Thank you in advance!

Hello,I am trying to work out how to send what is, to me, a complicated bulk send, and I am at a loss as to how to proceed.I want to be able to send the same contract to multiple people. Each contract will require 4 separate signatures, 2 of which are from a recipient group. The signatures must be in order.To provide an example, a contract needs to be sent to people in the following strict order:Person 1, and then back to our organisation for approval (by one of 3 people - hence the recipient group). Person 2, and then back to our organisation for final approval (by one of 3 people again).To complicate further, I would like to do a bulk send, because we send around 20 contracts at the same time, but each one is a discrete contract that must only go to the relevant people.I have tested this internally, but it doesn’t seem to work consistently, and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.Apologies if this is really rather simple, but I’m new to DocuSign, and can’t seem to find how to do

A new user account was setup recently with SSO. This was incorrect as it is a shared mailbox so we only have SSO for normal users.  How can I change this? Do I have to close the account and try to set up a new one or will the fact the email address already exists, even though it would then be on a closed account, prevent me from doing so?
