Community,Need some help with bulk sending please!My custom fields are not being recognized when starting an envelope, then opening the template, and selecting the csv below. When I download a sample csv, it doesn’t have most of the custom fields that have been created.I’m sure the csv header is not pulling across or formatted correctly.Thanks!                                 

"I have around 40 documents in DocuSign, and I'm trying to reorganize them. Is there an easy way to move and reposition multiple documents at once? Currently, I can only move one document at a time by dragging it with the mouse, and even then, it only shifts by about two rows. Also, I can't select more than one file at a time. Is there a workaround or a feature I'm missing?"Thanks

Is there a way to do share access to a Group instead of individuals?  Trying to get everyone in a group to see the entire groups documents.

Unable to create Maestro with Salesforce. After installing Salesforce from App Center, we tried to add connection to salesforce. After adding the credentials it is not refreshing the page. A blank white page shows and it does not redirect back to Docusign. Tried multiple times and it is not connecting

My organization needs to be able to sign checks to make payments to vendors electronically. QBO does not have this feature and I am endeavoring to use Docusign.1.) Will vendors be able to cash checks in California/USA with a Docusign signature on signature line2.) Is there a docusign addon that works with QBO to add the signature when I go to print?

The law require me to get a proof of reception by the tenants when he open the document. The tenant do not have to sign the document. HOW TO DO THIS IF IT IS POSSIBLE?  iF NOT CREATE THAT OPTION.Guy Vandandaigue

Hi,I need to report on specific batch #’s, from a bulk send, i’m not finding any capabilities that does this. I want to see all envelopes sent, completed, failed etc on each batch specifically. I can “filter” from the Bulk Send folder, but I need to pull a excel report, there is no option to download csv file. I’ve also clicked the three dots from the batch line, download csv isn’t available for the batch either. I’m my research i found that you can run an envelope recipient report and click “bulk send subject”, this isn’t even an option in reporting columns.  We have sent multiple bulk send batch's over 10K envelopes, i need to report on each batch, how can I do this? Please adviseThanks

I need to send an envelope that is made from multiple server templates (compositeTemplates). There is a fixed set of signers (4) across the business process — each signer should only sign the templates that are assigned to them (not every signer signing every template).My goals are: Avoid repeating signer details (name/email/custom emailNotification) inside every composite template so the request JSON stays small and non-redundant. Reuse “global” signer definitions (by recipientId / recipientIdGuid) and reference those signer IDs wherever a template role needs that person. Achieve faster envelope creation / better API performance by reducing payload size and duplication. When I try to use global signers and reference their recipientId (or recipientIdGuid) from inlineTemplates, DocuSign rejects the envelope with an error such as:400: “The envelope is not complete and a  complete envelope requires document recipients, tab and a subject line.”I need to know: What is the correct, suppo

I have a fillable PDF rental application.  I created a new envelope template by uploading the PDF. The new template recognized all the form fields perfectly. I edited this template by making some of the fields required and others with rules. no issues there.  I now want to create a new webform based upon this new template. Results are problematic. Most of the webform is correct. but each field displays the field name and data label.  I do not want the data label imported and displayed.  There must be a way to set some webform property rules to stop this. I am hoping anyway that there is.  There are a lot of fields, and do change them individually seems impractical. I am very new to all this, so if this is worded poorly, I apologize.  

I would like to use custody transfer rules with Powerforms.  I want to have the same “offers privacy” of the envelopes appearing that they are sent from a generic email address on our domain, and I need the ability for the sending department group to be able to check on the envelope status and resend the envelopes.  If i understand how this works with templates, there is the ability to transfer envelopes “prior to first send” however, there is no mention of this working with Powerforms.  We use SSO so I do not want users logging into docusign with a generic domain account. Please let me know if there are any differences in functionality.  

Hello - We are currently signed up to a trial and as a real estate agency often need to send terms out to clients. We send the same document repeatedly but have to manually enter in all the required and optional fields throughout the document each time. How do we set these documents up to automatically generate these fields and is this option limited because we are currently on a trial? 

It appears that AI is now scanning documents and alerting the document owner when a document has the words “expiring” or “expiration” or perhaps even just finding dates and then adding a notification to the home page for the user that a document is expiring soon. This is actually not very helpful since I have documents that list details of an expiration date for material that is being used in production. The document is not expiring, but the notification gives the impression that it is. How do we turn off this functionality when it is not useful? 

Wondering how to automatically schedule a report to send to a party with a CSV attached. For example, sending an executed contract list monthly to the finance department. I dont see the schedule option when the report was created. 

I’d like to contact Docusign CEO Allan Thygesen directly or Docusign’s customer care team to address my issue as follows.   Let me explain the problem.   Docusign does a great job of trying to authenticate who you are with Truth Challenge questions (series of 3 questions).  Good.  Examples, what county did you live in when you owned a property, car you bought year, color etc.   Good. These questions protect us when signing docs.The problem is that when docusign challenge questions start asking questions about people whom I have no clue about beyond I know this person was the former owner of my house i currently live in that where the titles on our houses switched during this aquisition.  Then the challenge questions i failed “asking questions completely not relevant to a person i don’t know”, forces a reset and then reasking of the question. This is inefficient use of time on all sides.Docusigns algorithm for grabbing data from Credit bureaus is severely flawed.  About 1 out of each 3

Hi, I am developing an interface from SAP C4C (Sales Cloud) which brings in Sales quote data for e-signature. There is a standard connector available in Integration suite for authenticating and perform function calls to Docusign. Can someone help me with what function/API to call and if there is a sequence of APIs I need to call for this requirement

I have a document that needs to be signed by many different people. Some of them have already signed, but now one person has declined and suggested another person to sign. Can I change individual persons without having to resend the document to everyone?

I am getting an error message when trying to send a document for signing. It’s quite urgent that I send it too. Account does not have permission to set Allow Comments. I had the free version, upgraded to the personal plan monthly hoping this would fix it and it hasn’t. I assume I am the admin but can’t see anything allowing me to change a setting to allow comments anywhere. I created the envelope from scratch and didn’t use a template. I need to send this ASAP so please help.Thanks
