Hi there, I’m a single user and I’m not sure if I use IP or domain allow-listing? Is this something I only need to worry about if I’m part of a large company with a tech department and security team? I work form home from my laptop. I assume no action is required on my part but wanted to confirm. 

The envelope ID is currently only accessible by going into the envelope itself - could this possibly be displayed on the “sent” page after the envelope is sent, in a copy/paste format? It would be helpful for tracking, reporting, and searching what we’re sending as a company.  

We are currently using DocuSign with our Trimble Unity Construct software in construction department.  We are getting a error that says : Freeform  signing is not allowed for your account because it conflicts with other settings, please place signing tabs for each signer.  We have to have signatures on multiple pages of documents from the same person.  Both locations we have added a signing tab for each place so the person signing  is not just signing wherever on the document.  Contacted Trimble support and they said it is a DocuSign issue.  Any help is appreciated. 

I have completed the e-signing of my offer letter. However, in Workday I am not getting the “Submit” option — it still only shows Cancel and Don’t Accept.I cleared my browser history and cache and also tried accessing Workday in a different browser and in incognito mode. It has been more than 10 hours, but the “Submit” option is still not appearing, even though the offer letter is already signed on DocuSign.In the history it is showing Signed. Can anyone help 

Hello, question about pricing / costs.It’s my intention to create an integration so my customers can use their own Docusign accounts.  I noticed there was a pricing page, which included a limited number of envelopes per month for $50 on a per user basis.There’s no planet where me paying $50 per user, in addition to the customer using their own account, makes business sense.  So I’m just hoping I can get some clarification on how this works. 

Hi As of July 1, 2024 Microsoft is no longer allowing Add-In for new tenant.We want to be able to send a document for Esign with our Docusign account will inside the document library. I follow all the steps provided by Docusign and do not see Docusign option anywhere on in Sharepoint.  Does anyone know how we can set this up? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I'm using a DocuSign Developer (demo/sandbox) account for API testing and have reached the envelope limit. I understand this is a common limit in sandbox environments, but I need to continue testing.I also have a regular DocuSign account, but I'm not on any paid plan currently.When I try to access DocuSign Support to request a reset, I'm unable to log in. It says "Unable to log in" — I believe this is because free developer accounts don’t have full support access.I came across the DocuSign support form (https://support.docusign.com), but I’d like to confirm:- Is this the correct way to request a reset?- Is there a faster way to get envelopes reset for sandbox accounts?- Do I need to be on a paid plan to request a reset, or is this still available for free developer accounts?- I stumble upon on Docusign Support Plans, will this help on my reset envelope request, and if so how much will this cost?- Or the reset request will be available if i purchase the API plans on Develope

A member of our C-level team would like to send a group of people an email from within our business email account with a link to a docusign document and also an attachment that is for information only. Is there a way to do that? The document we’re sending for signature requires some explanation, and the sender prefers that the document come from his email address. Thanks for your help. I’ve been searching the community postings but haven’t seen anything particular on this topic. 

I wanted to check DocuSign Notary in my developer (demo) account there I can see the Notary option,but while testing found that the live video recording and screen sharing features are not available.but I need to test and demonstare the full RON workflow before going to production. How can i enable video session and recording feature in my demo account.or any other alternative to do the same?

I am getting friends asking if I sent them docusigns.  I have not.  So either my email got hacked, which I don’t show any emails going out or its coming from docusign directly using a false account under my email.  Is there a way to prevent any more of these emails from going out?  Because I never sent a docusign out before?

Hello,  I have created a Envelope Custom Field on docusign template and wanted to map that field with salesforce record field. When I try to send a Envelope by using that template on salesforce, I want to use that custom field on subject for customising each recipient.  Thanks,Sharath Reddy 

Hi,I am posting for a new agent who is having issues with DocuSign.  He is able to create a room, load and edit documents within the room, and then when he clicks the check box on documents he needs to send for signature and then clicks “create envelope” he gets an error message of “Unable to Access Envelope”.  Tried researching and did see that it’s often related to an envelope being corrected.  That being said, the error is showing when a brand new envelope is being created. **We access DocuSign through the Command Database (Keller Williams).  Any help or insight appreciated.Thank you!April

I signed a contract a few year ago and I can’t seem to find the contract.  It was initiated by another company and I didn’t have a docusign login at the time.  The emailed copy of the contract I believe has been deleted.  Is there a way to pull it out of the archives?

When editing permission profiles based on DS Sender, I see Allow Transactions and the sub options for Create, Delete Documents & Delete Transactions.  What are these for? Is it for Rooms? I am not familiar with Transactions in eSignature. And searching for these terms seems to pull up Rooms and Mortgages. 

Hi,I’m working with a sandbox to integrate docusign in my web app. My service is able to create the envelopes and, checking on the docusign developer page all appear to work properly. The problem is that the mail never get to the recipients.This is my second integration with docusign and I’ve never experienced truble like this, I’ve tried to resend from my docusign developer page, change the addresses and check the spam of all the mail that I’ve sent the envelopes.For my developer account I’ve created 2 accounts one for each integration that I’m working on.I’m fresh out of ideas and I don’t understand if there is some mistake on my part that I should fix or if it’s something platform related.Thanks,Best RegardsPietro

For a month now, DocuSign support has been taking me around in circles. There is a major defect in the checkbox group validation, By selecting the “Exactly 1”, or “No more than 1” validation option, the end-user should be able to check only one box out of the selected Checkbox Group (and not be able to select multiple check boxes), however this is not working as designed. The end result is the user can select (and check) all the checkboxes in the group. Hi!I’ve been trying to use the Bulk Send feature in DocuSign, but I’m running into issues.What I’ve done so far: Created a template and ensured my Data Labels match the field names exactly. Prepared a CSV file trying to follow DocuSign’s formatting guidelines. Tried uploading the CSV for Bulk Send. The problems I’m seeing: Sometimes I get an error message telling me to “use Bulk Send Version 2.” Other times I just get a generic error. What I need help with: Confirming that Bulk Send is fully enabled on my account. Understanding the exact way to format the CSV for custom field mapping. Clarifying any required settings for role names, Data Labels, and case sensitivity to ensure correct mapping. I created various Docusign Envelope Templates with merge fields, custom email messages, etc. Initially I was using the custom buttons that were created when I created the envelopes to send the documents, but the requirements have changed, and we want to use the single Send with Docusign button. The Send with Docusign button allows me to choose the template, but it isn’t using the correct email subject and message and it doesn’t include all of the merge fields I have added. When I select the template, it shows that i am selecting that one that I just modified, but it is not correct. What am I missing?

I got an email stating DocuSign will be moving transactions to Microsoft Azure. As part of the change, it asked us to add several domains in the allow-list. Wanted to make sure if it’s legit before contacting the IT support.  

Hi,In Salesforce, I have built a Flow which has an invocable action that creates a document via a visualforce page. Once the pdf has been created an attached to my record, the flow uses the DocuSign Send Envelope flow action, which references an Envelope Template, which is configured to pull the most recent document for the record in question (which is going to be our newly created pdf file).The issue we are having is that the signature anchor tags are not rendering when we go to sign the docusign envelope.Does anyone have any practical experience or knowledge for best practice in relation to getting anchor tags to work for a pdf generated via a Visualforce page?

I received an email claiming I completed a Docusign document with an invoice for $399.69, AND the “completed” document is IN MY ACCOUNT, marked as “completed” even though I never signed it!!   I reported the email as spam and flushed it from my system. I want to report the fraudulent document, but in following the instructions on the “how to report fraud” page, I am unable to get to a place that offers “Report Abuse” via any link available in connection to that FRAUDULENT completed document.  I have sent 2 separate complaints to the security@docusign.com reporting address, and 1 separate complaint to the spam@docusign address, as directed on your website.  I have heard NOTHING and this FRAUDULENT “completed” document remains in my account register. It is EXTREMELY alarming that a fraudulent document was processed by Docusign and is sitting in my account and nothing is being done about it.  I need to know if my account is compromised.  I need to know what is being done about this actual

I am having an issue with retrieve pulling in duplicates of what was already pulled in.  Not sure what setting I am missing to stop this from happening.  I have retrieve set to run every 60 minutes.  When I ran a test the document I signed pulled in.  When the process fired 60 minutes later it pulled it back in again causing a duplicate to be in our CRM system.In settings under the Select tab I have Type = PowerFroms Only, Filter = PowerForm and Equals the name of my form.  Status = Completed and Date Range = Last 24 hours. Under the Format tab I have the box checked to include the CSV file, I have a file name (BalanceConsolidation.csv), Index File Option = Row per envelope, no boxes checked under Columns section. Under the location tab I have Name By = Custom File Name.  Custom File Name = %f (Document Name).  Location has the desired folder and Format = combined PDF for each envelope with the box checked to include certificates of completion.Thank you! Wendi
