Hi there,I have a shared inbox set up for a group at my company. The method I used to set this up is they have a shared email that I share the envelop management with the members of the team. BUT when I share templates to the shared email user in DocuSign, those templates do not show up for the users in the inbox. What are some troubleshooting steps I can take on this? The workaround is to share the template with each individual user, but I would rather manage at a group level. Thank you!

I have a business account and my staff have access to their accounts though when I sign into my admin account it just looks like it’s a free account and I don’t see anything regarding my company though when my staff look at previously sent docs, the email i’m signing into is the one cc’d to the envelope. I’ve sent emails out to our Docusign Sales rep and support but it’s a rather urgent matter. Does anyone have any helpful information?

Hi team,Over the last few days, when I download a signed envelope to my computer, the pdf is automatically becoming password protected. I have no idea what the password would be.  Any ideas on why this is happening? It’s only affecting me out of our whole team.

Hello!I’m working on creating several templates that will include a pre-filled signature for one of our company representatives. I’d like the templates to have the individual’s signature pre-populated prior to the form being sent out for client signatures, as this form is sent out multiple times a day.Is this possible? I’ve been doing this work on Docusign’s site directly. The sender would not be the same individual who has the authority to sign. Any recommendations are welcome and appreciated!

Hi all, I have added a Multiselect field to my Generation Form, however when multiple values are selected, they are separated by a semicolon. My documents require a Date field (DD/MM/YYYY) for the signature line.  They also require a seperate field for Date & Time.  Is there an easy way to do this?

How do you remove the time stamp ? It is to big and interferes with the initials. Or make it smaller

Despite cancelling my paid subscription back in March 2025. Docusign decided to continue to charge me. I jumped through many hoops of fire, including getting Paypal involved, when Docusign charged me last month. After getting ym refund and believing all was settled (because Christina from Docusign TOLD ME SHE WOULD GET IT HANDLED), I have now just received ANOTHER invoice for this month’s subscription.What are they doing over there??? This is theft, pure and simple. Clearly there is some sort of dodgy practice going on which hides behind “technical issues” or whatever other sorry excuse they keep providing. But this is not and should not be the customer’s problem!!I checked, and there is no option to close my account completely. Dear Docusign team/Community, I have received a contract to sign on docusign. I am able to do login. Successfully signed the document. But in next steps when it comes for ID validation where DocuSign agent comes online on webcam and check for your ID, I am showing my Belgium Resident card and it was told by agent that, This is a newer version of Belgium ID card which is not updated in docusign system and asked to connect in docusign support.Please help me on resolving this.

DS eSignature legacyI need to create a DS custom field, related to Salesforce.In DS Admin, I go to the menu 'Document Custom Fields' for a Field Creation.I check ‘relate to Salesforce', choose first the object, and then look for my field.But my SF field does not appear in the list, and I do not know why ! In SF, the field has good Field accessibility (I have checked accessibility/visibility for my user profile). I can see the field in SF. Do you have any idea ?

Many time when I sign a document the signature box is not in the correct space for the document.  Is it possible to just move a signature on the document to align with the rest of the text?  If not, it would be a very useful to be able to move the signature where it belongs instead of covering up text in the document I’m signing.

I am new to DocuSign. I created a template using a combination of pre-fill tools and standard tools. I want our intake worker to be able to fill in the pre-filled tool elements (such as client name) before sending it out to the parent/guardian for signature. I tried to test it and I couldn’t figure out how to enter the client information into the field. Any guidance or tutorials would be appreciated. 

We created an app that uses The Authorization code grant (PKCE). I have a document that has 4 columns with 32 lines each and need totals at the bottom and another place in the document that has an additional 4 columns with 32 lines each.  I’m trying to find out if I can create a formula that will add automatically such as the excel field =sum(1:32).  How do I create it in DocuSign?Thank you for any help.

Hello, we use DocuSign for the signature process of individual contracts. Therefore, we always fill in an Email text, even though it is not a mandatory field.Unfortunately, this email text is also shown in the completion notification for the person that signed the contract.This is super confusing for the receiver. Is there a possibility to adjust this notification so that the completion email does not contain the initial email text? Thanks in advance and best regards, Katrin   

Hello,I am not what you would call a “super” user of docusign so bear with me. I am the person who opened my docusign account and the only one who has had access to my docusign account since opening it in 2015.  Thus I believed all this time I am the “administrator” by default - as if not then who the H E hockey sticks else would be?I have never had need to “log on as the administrator” until recently due to a need to change my account status.When I go to Accounts Overview > Seats and Users page I see 1 seat and I see me listed as a user - I see my email, the date added, status (active), Permission Profile (is blank) then under “groups” it says “Administrators, Everyone”If I click on my name under users - I get an error message that says “error occurred while getting user detail”. Hello, I’m facing an issue when my users send an envelop and then apply a template, the “quick send” option of the template doesn’t apply.As a bit of context, I manage the templates that will be used by the users. Our aim with these templates is to ensure all the fields are filled and at the wanted place. The users should not be able to edit the template.For this, a check the option “quick send only”This worked well when the users create an envelop like this : Start>Envelopes>Use a TemplateThat result in this view : However, when the user create an envelope this way : Start>Envelopes>Send an envelopes. Then Apply a template like this The user have the ability to modify everything on the template.Is it a normal behavior where the user can by pass the quick send ? or is there a parameters to configure this ?

I want to disable that users can update their name as described in documentation page “User Personal Information”.There is supposed be a setting “Allow users to edit their name” but I can’t find this setting or anything similar in the described page.I can’t find any setting for this in the admin page Security Settings | Docusign of the account (see following screenshot).  Where can I find this setting? BR Martin Borst
