Hi all!!I would like to ask for your help in this situation.I’m building a a PowerAutomate flow that send a PDF with editable field to be filled, however I cant make that possible in PowerAutomate (although its easy to do it in the web).Do you know how can I do it?? Thanks a lot in advance!

Dear DocuSign Team, We recently started using the DocuSign new shared access feature in our organization, migrating all the actual access from the old to the new feature. After that, I discovered that the new feature is designed to not allow users to access a shared envelope via a direct link, which caused a huge manual work for some of our departments. Do you have any plans to enable the link access for the new feature, or should we rollback and use again the old feature? Thank you,Raafat

I had a question about my plan and billing as I have paid too much, and was connected with someone via live chat.The person was rude, sarcastic and did not resolve my issue. They then proceeded to “pretend” we got disconnected and abruptly ended the chat. Please see screen shots.  

Hi everyone, for the email that went out from Docusign with the title “Docusign Transactions Moving to Microsoft Azure, Action May be Required”, should the IP and domain allowlisting be done in Salesforce or is this done at the network level? I’m trying to understand if I should update our Setup > Network Access (IP ranges) and Setup > Trusted URLs (domains) in Salesforce or if this needs to be done by someone else in our IT department. Hello,Someone sent me a document to sign.I don’t want to sign.I don’t want to open the document, in which case they will receive a notification that I opened it. This is commonly used by scammers/fishing-attempts to fish for info or actions on things that take place on my end.I have been getting daily reminders for a while now to sign. It’s annoying. It’s a waste of my time to get these emails daily and to handle them.I have emailed the sender asking them to stop sending these. They did not.How can I stop getting these reminders to sign? It’s costing me a lot of time, grief, computer resources, and general annoyance, and it’s generally unfair to me to be bothered with this stuff daily.Thank you in advance.

I’m an admin and have provided shared access to one user account to multiple users. When the users are trying to correct bounced back emails by using the Resend button, they can go in and commence correcting it, but then an error message appears “Something went wrong. Please try again”. The envelope is then showing status of Correcting, but no one can access it. The help material says this should be ok in 15 minutes, but not the case. When I test out trying to correct the envelope there is no issues. All users have been given “edit” access.

Hi everyone,I’m about to send out around 300 documents and trying to automatically include the client name in a completed PDF file name when sending from a Business Pro account. This is so I can bulk upload the agreements into our broader ERP system, and I’m struggling to get it working.Here’s what I’ve done so far: Created a Custom Field (text) called ClientName Added this field to my template  Set the template name to include {{ClientName}} Tested by sending an envelope to myself and filling in the ClientName field As the client/signer I can complete the field ok and the document content looks fine But the completed document file name never updates — it always ignores the merge field  My questions: Does my account require an additional module or settings to make this possible? I’m on a Business Pro account and the admin. If this should already work on Business Pro, what steps should I follow to set up document-level naming using custom fields? Any guidance on what I’m mis

I’ve configured a Connect configuration in DocuSign and selected “Include Configuration Level OAuth” for authentication. I have entered my Auth URL, Client ID, and Client Secret in the setup.However, when the Connect request is sent, I only receive the grant_type and my custom parameters. The client_id and client_secret values are not included in the request payload.How does DocuSign send the Client ID and Client Secret during the OAuth call — are they sent as headers, as part of the body, or in some other format?How can I ensure that the Client ID and Client Secret are sent as part of the OAuth request?Thanks in advance for your help!

All i wanted to do is create a document that needs a signature. Now I cannot retrieve the document because my reset password is not accepting. I cannot get to the chat box for support to pop up. For a document to be scanned and emailed back, to this process has wasted a tremendous amount of time. And this process is also painful.

Hello, I have a user who is unable to log in using sso.  Profile does not show anything out of the norm.  Docusign seems to be up and running.  I can log in.  User sees error Contact your admin.  You don’t have permission to access this page.  Contact your account admin for more information.

Why  radio buttons, like adding addendums, are not active?

Hi, I’m implementing the SenderView in an iframe using the docusign-esign node package. I’ve set a returnUrl, however upon clicking Send in the iframe, it just redirects the user to the Sent list page instead of the returnUrl. As a result, we are unable to get any trigger or indication that the sending is complete and we don’t know when to close the iframe. Is this a known limitation? Are there any fixes or workarounds?

I have been trying since last April to get subscription canceled, get refund and thought it was taken care of until I got renewal notice in email tonight. When my PowerForm is accessed through the URL, a message comes up that indicates they need to click a link. The link isn’t clickable and they have already gone to that URL to get to that point. Anyone know how I can get rid of that notation?

Hi, I’m creating a contract template and put in conditional logic to display certain sections based on a drop-down field. I also placed Document Generation Fields in those sections, is it possible to do so? I published this Document Template but am getting an error when I try to use the Document Template saying that my document failed to generate. I have a service agreement that can be filled out by 1 of 9 school districts. I have a dropdown on a webform with the 9 districts as choices. This is the functionality I want to achieve:- When a district is selected from the dropdown, the district information (address, city, state, zip, etc.) is automatically filled.- The recipient for the signature is different depending on the district. I want the signature request to go to the superintendent of whichever district is selected in the form field.Is this possible? Is there another way to set this up to achieve the functionality I am looking for?

Hello, I recently purchased a DocuSign plan “Standard” for our company.I purchased it with my email address, but I won’t be the one signing in the future, hence I wanted to change the admin/login email from mine to the one of the user who will be the signee. I logged into acount.docusign.com/me with my email address, started the process to change the email address, and received the confirmation code to the new email address.Upon entering this code, I receive the following error message. The same issue was already raised in this forum last year.I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions mentioned in that thread but no luck. Creating a new admin user is no option, as I would have to buy an additional seat but only require one for our organization. Please support. Hi everyone, I am trying to find out if DocuSign supports applying a template to multiple documents in bulk. At the moment, I have to go into the options of each document individually and apply the template one by one, which is very time-consuming. Is there a way to apply a template to several documents at once, or any workflow/tool that can help streamline this process? Thanks in advance!

I have clients that might need to add an additional document, however, it would be as needed per client and per their discretion. Is there a way to give recipients the option to add an additional document? It would be the same document they are already signing, just additional ones.
