Hi, I have a Developer Account, and doing integration into the custom CRM. The account details indicate the use of “97/Unlimited. However, I received a server error message during signing process. Number of recipients per envelope: 2-3:errorCode\";s:24:\"RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED\";s:7:\"message\";s:104:\"The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded. The cumulative recipient limit has been exceeded.\";}Can you tell me what the reason might be? Are there any limits for developer accounts?   

In my DocuSign developer account, i can see the option to add a shared user and manage shared access. However, in the DocuSign production account, i do not see the option available

Even when I have gone through all the pop up tool tips when creating an envelope, they still appear with each new envelope.  I checked through all settings and don’t see anywhere where these tips can be disabled.  It’s very annoying and time consuming to keep clicking on the X to make them go away!Thanks in advance!

Hi DocuSign Expert,Anyone could advice how do we count the usage for DocuSign Navigator?Is that count as envelopes or as number of documents?Since every envelopes completed will directly moving to docusign navigator as well.Thank you.

Hello Community,in our signing process users should be able to send attachments with the agreement. So I created an Envelope Template and included the fiels. One of the fiels is a PDF with fields to fill out, but not in the signing process, because it is a request document for later services.Now the problem is, that the fields to fill out are not longer available after the process is finished. Is it possible to send the Service-PDF with the fields to fill out still available?I read, that I should add it as supplemet document, but then in the Contract the anchor fields are not working anymore. Hope someone is able to help me. Thanks and have a nice day,Sven

How to Lock Recipient Name option prevents recipients from changing their name when adopting a signature?

Hello,I am currently working with DocuSign CLM and would like to customize the task view for users.Specifically, I would like to ask:Is it possible for individual users or administrators to add custom attribute fields (such as “Transaction amount”, "Document Type" or "Requested By") as columns in the task view?Any guidance you could provide on this setup would be greatly appreciated.Thank you very much.

How can I make it so that the people I share access with on DocuSign can only see the documents I’ve sent for signature, and not the ones I’ve received to sign?

Using this ID, I would like to retrieve the document from the Document folder into the CLM Flow, and then combine it with the current PRAM document using the "Combine Documents" step in DocuSign CLM.Could you please guide me through the steps to accomplish this? Any suggestions?

Recent “enhancement” has eliminated my DocuSign Dashboard on the Home page - I now get a screen about sending envelopes.  I don’t send envelopes, but receive them for signature and keep track of those signatures coming after mine.  This was conveniently seen on the Home page dashboard, but is now missing.  How do I get that back?

When an envelope gets signed by all, I always receive the email with the signed document. But the certificate is not attached. Can I force that I always receive the signed envelope/document and the certificate in a SINGLE PDF by email?

We are using Bulk Send to send 2,000 documents.We are using retrieve to download them all but would like the file name very specific. Below is an example:MemberServiceAgreement_Reciepient Name_SSN_Member Number_DateThe SSN, Member Number, and Date are all present on the CSV file used for the import. Is there a way to have the file named like this?

If I send a document to 100+ people with bulk send I download the signed pdf files with the name of the template. "Random Template.pdf". Is there any possibility to download the files with special filename? I would like to use some fields from filled file into the name of the file. for example "Firstname Lastname Random Template.pdf" instead of "Random Template.pdf"? Of course I know I can rename the files one by one during the download in the browser but it is slow process. If I could do it automatically It would be great. Thanks a lot!

The Go Live Status for my App is "Pending approval" along with an alert at the top that says "After submitting for review and signing the envelope, please allow for 48 hours and DO NOT submit for review again", but it also shows a link that says "Click here to proceed". Should I click on this link or should I wait for 48 hours as the alert says? 

After I configured our logo to the Docusign avatar, the signature email sent by Docusign had a black box around the avatar. I tried to remove the black box and tried many methods but couldn't solve it.

Our firm receives a lot of phishing emails appearing to come from Docusign with potentially malicious links.  Rather than click the link directly from the email, I was hoping users can sign into their Docusign account and view the sent agreement from their Docusign Envelope Inbox to confirm the legitimacy of the email.  I asked a Docusign sales rep if Docusign agreements will automatically appear in the Docusign Inbox when someone sends a legit Docusign agreement and he said yes, but they aren’t showing up. Was the rep wrong about this and if so, does the sender have to do anything special in order for it to appear in a user’s Docusign Inbox rather than just in their standard email Inbox?  Thanks. 

Can you please help.We tried to rename a hyperlink in Microsoft Word using the 'Text to display' field (as shown in the attached). After copying it to the DocuSign Message field, the recipient of the envelope was unable to open the link. It seems that modifying the 'Text to display' breaks the functionality of the hyperlink. Thanks

Hi, we have added a document and when we go to add merge fields we get a, ‘Attempt to de-reference a null object’.  The message disappears and then we can add merge fields. We then go to add the merge fields fields into the document and receive a ‘Save Error: Some Fields may be out of Sync Error’. We have disconnected as suggested in related articles but that did not solve the issue. Any other suggestions?Thanks

We used to have a feature where we could tell our members to Text “Signup” to ##### and this would walk them through completing a document.  I was not the person that set it up. Is it something Docusign offers?

Hey everyone,I’m working on a workflow setup where I have a parent workflow that kicks off a child workflow which includes approval logic. My goal is for the parent workflow to automatically finish or abort if those approvals within child workflow are rejected.Does anyone have experience with this or any suggestion on how to achieve this? Until recently, I had two Docusign accounts. I’ll use fake email addresses below to describe the situation and problem. The login for my long-standing Docusign account is: FirstEmailAddress@host.com At some point, I created a second Docusign account with: SecondEmailAddress@host.com - this account only ever had one envelope in it. A couple weeks ago, I tried a combination of actions to get the SecondEmailAddress@host.com released so I can use it on my main account (i.e., would like to revise FirstEmailAddress@host.com to SecondEmailAddress@host.com). First, on my secondary Docusign account, I revised my SecondEmailAddress@host.com email address to ThirdEmailAddress@host.com). That didn’t release the gmail address for re-use on Docusign. Then, I deleted my secondary Docusign account. That also didn’t release my gmail address. When I try to revise FirstEmailAddress@host.com to SecondEmailAddress@host.com, I get an error message: "This security information you are trying to add is already

I have a text tab assigned to a recipient and I’m prefilling its content when creating the envelope via Docusign API. I need to break the line using \n,  but when I add this character in my text, the text tab shows it instead of breaking the line. I also tried \\n, but had no success.How can I accomplish this?
