Hi all! Does anyone know if there is a way to set up notifications or reports for outside of e-signature when people sign so that you don’t have to sign in daily to check to current status? Thank you! 

Hi everyone,We currently have a signing workflow in DocuSign with the following signing order: Account officer Client Account officer (again) Compliance The idea behind this workflow is that the account officer can review the information completed by the client and, if there are any errors, correct them before sending the envelope to compliance.Problem:In practice, the account officer often skips the review and forwards the envelope directly to compliance, who then finds the errors. My question is:Is there any way for the compliance user, without voiding or declining the envelope, to send it back to the previous signer (in this case, the account officer) so they can make the necessary corrections and then continue the workflow as normal?We want to avoid canceling the envelope or having to restart the process. Ideally, we’re looking for a way to simply “send it back” one step for corrections.I would appreciate any suggestions, experiences, or workarounds you might have.Thanks a lo

Wondering where to configure account lockouts for incorrect password attempts.  Is that even possible?  I know how to set the password requirements, but there’s nothing there for max number of failed attempts before restricting access.  Am I missing something?

How do I get DocuSign to send me a notification that says a person has signed? All I get is a notification saying the person has viewed the document but not when they’ve signed. It’s very frustrating, as I need to alert other parties when the first one has signed as often the DocuSign emails go to spam….

Hello,I apologize if this question has already been raised, but after searching extensively for similar issues, I couldn’t find a definitive answer.We would like to use a dedicated account specifically created for API access. This account would be shared by all our users to send envelopes to recipients, both inside and outside our organization.We want the user interaction with the API account to be entirely transparent, they should not need to log in to the API account, even once. I have read online that this setup is possible, but we are struggling to get it working as intended.I was able to obtain consent to use the API account on my PC, but when I attempt to send an envelope from another PC, it prompts me to sign in to the account to grant consent again.Shouldn’t the consent only be requested once?Perhaps we’re missing a critical configuration step?Here’s the URL we use to obtain consent:https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature%20impersonation

We have some life sciences customers who have procurement Part11 modules. Since Part 11 requires signers to do identity verification, they purchased the Enterprise Pro edition and added the company SSO so that all signatories were added to their Docusign Account. Because of such customers, if they are recommended to move to IAM, the number of users is very exaggerated and the cost is unbearable. We've heard that there are also IAM unmanaged licenses that can be assigned to such users. Whether there is documentation for this piece, how to enabled, and how a license is assigned. Despite reaching out to the QuickBooks Help Center, I was informed that the problem lies with DocuSign as it is considered a third-party app.  I am reaching out to seek your assistance in tracking down the DocuSign app within QuickBooks Advanced. When setting up a DocuSign package, it tries to guess/autofill the Signatures...how do I turn this off?

Hello,Can the retrieve function be used to extract signatures image from the completed PDF?

I received two emails from DocuSign about transactions I supposedly approved and signed. I did the usual checks for suspicious links, etc., to try and determine that the emails were fake, but all of the items I hovered over looked legitimate. So I logged into my DocuSign account only to find two documents there, marked as signed! I have sent a document to a client. They would like to review and manually print the document before signing. As I cannot see what they view, is there an option for them to do so before automatically being taken to the signature tabs.

I am an administrator for our organization's DocuSign eSignature account. We previously had access to the "Print & Sign" feature, which allowed recipients to print documents, sign them manually, and return them. However, this option no longer appears in our Admin > Signing Settings or in the Advanced Options when preparing envelopes.Could you please confirm the current status of this feature? Specifically:Has the "Print & Sign" option been deprecated or removed from certain account types? If it has been moved or renamed, could you provide updated instructions on how to access and enable it?This feature is important for some of our workflows, and we would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide.

Hello,I’ve been experiencing some documents being sent to customers for signing that are having the following issue.Placing a custom field that is checked as a “Required Field” for the customer. For example entering their Full Name or Date Signed, these fields are coming back not completed. If they are checked as a required field, why is DocuSign allowing them to finish the envelope without completing these fields?Thanks!

I need to bulk import a large number of contacts into our DocuSign CLM account.  The Import functionality works, but I cannot seem to upload the contacts as shared contacts, only private.  The Import template has a column to allow for sharing.  When I leave it blank, the contacts come over as private.  However, I wish to share these contacts with anyone in the system.  No matter what I put in that column, however, it doesn’t seem to create them as shared contacts, it just says it failed due to “Invalid value for Shared column”.  I have tried “Y”, “Yes”, “Shared”, and “Public”.  What do I need to put where to import the contact as a shared one?

Hi, I know that DocuSign sends emails from these domains/email addresses but sometimes it sends it and it appears the sender’s name is our company name. I like this better as it makes more sense to receiving parties. How can I make it so the email always comes from our company name rather than a weird DocuSign email?

How can I use the Bulk emailing function to not only Email a list of people, but also CC attached documents to their alternative address in case they don’t utilize their work email often? So in my CSV I have their primary address and secondary address and I want to bulk email each person, the primary address receives the document for signature, and the secondary just receives a notice with a copy of the attached documents. Also, can I reference their primary email in my DocuSign message to them that is tagged to the “Custom email for each recipient”? this way they will know what email I sent it to and can login to it to respond.

Is it possible to delete a document from an envelope not fully signed yet, which was generated by the Document Generation feature and add a new document to it generated by Document Generation as well?  

When I create documents to sign and am adding fields for completion and signature, the fields always default to one sender and their respective color. What is the best most efficient way to have the same fields for different recipients (colors) without having to do it manually for each recipient. When I go to send, it tells me I did not add fields, which is true, but I would like the same fields to apply to all documents. Why on earth is there no easy way to do this, or is there?

Hi all,I have a use case that involves multiple users signing documents using the CEO's name and signature style.For example, there are about 10 department managers who sometimes need to sign contracts on behalf of the CEO.Instead of having each manager manually set up the CEO's signature in their own account (which would be time-consuming), I’d like to use the API to configure the CEO's name and signature image for all of them in bulk. My goals are:Apply a standardized CEO-style signature to all relevant users.Automate this via the DocuSign API (so no manual configuration per user). My questions:Is it possible to programmatically assign a specific signature (name and image) to multiple users?Is there an API method to do this in bulk?Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!
