I have a unique situation where we have a PowerForm with a URL  that any user can access to complete a docusign template.    By default,  its asking for a Username and Email address.      For privacy concerns,  we have users that do not want to provide an email address.   Is there anything can be done to make the “Your Email” field Optional from PowerForm or Template?    And/or remove the field all together? 

After completion of all the Sign Off’s, how much time the signed document would be available to view or download? Does the document have any specific time limit or life span in the DocuSign account for view and download?

Can you get rid of this screen about adding delegates - it pops up every time i first log in and i have to close it down and restart docusign to be able to continue, its very annoying.  

When I logged into DocuSign this morning, I discovered that all the documents are missing from every folder, including Inbox/Sent/Drafts. Furthermore, the template shared from our headoffice have also become unlinked. My colleague has signed a document via DocuSign on 18 Aug 2025. I received the signed notification via email, however, when I clicked the "View Completed Document" link and logged into DocuSign, I received below an error message.+++Error Authnentication ErrorThe login information provided does not match the account for this envelope. Please try again and login with the same email address where you received this envelope. +++I have tried to use the search function but it was only shown 4 documents which are in Year 2022 and 2024. I have not used the mobile DocuSign app and have not changed the setting in DocuSign. Could you please kindly advise how to solve the issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi, If I upload multiple contracts for multiple signatories in one envelope, can the signatories see all the uploaded contracts or only the one they need to sign?Practical example: person 1 must sign contract 1, person 2 must sign contract 2, person 3 must sign contract 3. I always specify the specific field where each person must sign.When they receive the link to sign, will person 1 also be able to see contract 3 or only contract 1 where I have marked the field where they must sign? Thank you!  

Got a action required Pending :$585.88 . I did not sign anything and its saying complete. It will not let me open it so i have no idea what that thing is. Any help please.

When i go to https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US and click on Open a Support Case, and then select eSignature, I login with my account info but am then brought to a screen that says  “Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.” My account is not new. My account was created in 2016. This happens on every browser i try. In a private browsing window, too. Can someone assist me with being able to open a support ticket, please??

Hello everyone! I know how to set an expiration date within the DocuSign template or sending process. However, for our business case we need a way to set an exact time. I.e. the offer should not be valid for several days but in most cases only today until x pm. Is it possible to set an exact expiry time?I'd like to create an integration between Salesforce and Docusign to send expiration date and time information.I would create a custom field in Salesforce for the Docusign Envelope object and then populate it with the values, send it to Docusign, receive it via a custom field, and send the document with an expiration date and time.Does this make sense? Is it possible?If not, what other approach can I take?Today, just the date doesn't make sense for my client.Thank you,Arthur

We're seeing following the update/upgrade instructions on our DocuSign Connect Salesforce integration. Specifically, when we attempt to update our sandbox from 6.3 to 6.4.5, I'm seeing an error messagePermissionSet(DocuSign_Administrator) The SigningCertificate parameter value doesn't exist or you may not have permission to access it." (screenshot attached). I’m not sure what to make of this, and because the managed package’s code is not accessible I can’t really tell where it’s expecting to find SigningCertificate. Separately, I created an account with DocuSign (as matthew.****@*****.com) but when I click Get Support → Contact Support on the website, I’m only shown this error,If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios,  contact Docusign Support  for assistance. (It’s been several business days) 

How do I change the default email text and subject? Can it be tied to a template so that each form template has a different default subject/text that is customized?

My envelopes stay in the action required section after they have been signed and even declined. I have made several attempt to submit tickets for assistance and reach out to anyone and have gotten no response. Can anyone help me with this issue? 

Hi, I have the following requirement from salesforce, lets say from case record i need to generate document and attach additional file and email the document. Is there any option in docusign? I am able to generate document using document generator, but wondering is there any option to email generated document along with some other files

I am sending a large number of contracts using bulk send. Some recipients don’t receive a document with the merged information while others in the same bulk send do. The template is the same for all recipients. Is there something that can be done to ensure that the information merges for every recipient?

I create the user within DocuSign and send the invite to the employee.  The employee never receives the invite with Microsoft Outlook.  Her email address is correct within DocuSign.  She has even tried to login with her email and says forgot password and that still doesn’t work.  I have created users and we have never had this problem before.  Any suggestions and I have also reached out to support.  They say they will have to look into this and get back with me.  Thank you for any suggestions.  

We got notice regarding Transaction moving to Microsoft Azure but if production is hosted on AU, CA, and JP1 servers, then there is no impact. How can we know if we are impacted or not as we are located in CA and using https://www.docusign.net/restapi and https://demo.docusign.net/restapi

What does this mean? "Each recipient must have an authentication type specified." I have never had this come up before. How do I get rid of it?

For various reasons we have to void envelopes and for various reasons we do not want the recipient to receive notification of the envelope being voided. The documentation says that a recipient who has not signed the document will not receive notification of the envelope being voided, however we have multiple customers who have not signed yet are getting notification of the voidingIs it possible to turn off these notifications

I cannot figure this one out!  One of our administrators is missing her waffle menu in the left top corner.  I’ve checked her account and as far as I can tell it is active, etc… She is both an organization admin and an admin of one of the accounts within the organization. Anyone else encounter this before? Thanks.

I have a stable integration with SAP Ariba and our DocuSign implementation (OAuth 2.0). Now, the user account involved when setting up the integration having DocuSign DSAdmin permission has left the organization. I am being asked to close their account. Can I close this account without impacting the consent granted back when we did the initial implementation? Unfortunately, the SAP implementor that guided us through these steps originally is no longer available to our admin team.

I sent a document to be signed by myself and 2 others.  Everyone has signed but when the document was returned to my box there are now red sign here boxes over the signatures of the other 2 signers.  My signature is clear.    I can see their names under the red box but I can’t use it as it is.I would like to talk to someone form Docu Sign before I cancel my subscription but that seems to be an impossibility. Thanks

I have a free DocuSign account set up and I was just about to send a contract to be signed by the recipient, however, a noticed popped up that said I’ve reached my envelope limit. I don’t understand this, since I’m supposed to be allowed 10 envelopes per month and this would be my first one. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently integrating DocuSign with Oracle Integration (OIC). At present, I am using the following REST API to generate a bearer token:<BASE_URL>/oauth/token?grant_type=refresh_token&client_id=[client_id]&client_secret=[client_secret]&refresh_token=[refresh_token] This works fine as long as my refresh token is valid. However, when the refresh token itself expires, I currently use Postman to manually log in to my DocuSign account, provide consent, and generate a new refresh token.This approach is not ideal since it introduces manual intervention and breaks the automation.My Questions: What is the best way to avoid this manual Postman step? Is there a way to fully automate the token generation process in Oracle Integration so that I don’t have to worry about refresh token expiry? Should I switch to the JWT Grant flow for this type of server-to-server integration? Any guidance on the recommended approach would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance! 

Noticed a glitch that allows us to correct an existing envelope by adding templates that were mistakenly left out. When doing so, it only adds the template documents and does not include any of the pre-set fields from the template. We’ve been having to start a new envelope when this occurs so that the fields will populate as they should. Is there a way around this or is it a bug that can be fixed?
