Hi,I am fairly new to DocuSign. I have successfully sent one ‘Bulk Send’ file two weeks ago. Now trying to send another, I am getting a ‘Bulk Send Error Message’ stating; Tab is placed off of the page. Tab is located off page 1.  I have ensured the check box is inserted within the margins of the document and sent using a CSV file but still getting the same error message. Any thoughts appreciated.    

I have a confirmed accessible Word document that I have uploaded to a template.  I have made sure all fields have meaningful data labels and tool tips.  I have sent the form to myself so I might test the signing experience with NVDA.  (I am just learning how to use NVDA by the way.)I am able to navigate through the fields just fine.  All of the fields announce properly.  However, there are additional paragraphs that provide important information that are not part of the form fields.  How do I tell the screen reader to read them?  I have tried NVDA + Down Arrow: Start reading from the current position. NVDA + Control + R: Read the entire document. Hii have a problem while sending a documents via binary transfer in multipart requests to the endpoint: POST /restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes Im receiving the following error:{"errorCode":"NO_DOCUMENT_RECEIVED","message":"The document element did not contain the encoded document, or there is a problem with the encoding. Bytes for document corresponding to documentId 1 not found in request. 'documentId=<x>' possibly missing from Content-Disposition header."} For some context, im sending the request from an SAP-System, and im limited to the http_interface that the system provides. I dont have full control over how the request is generated in the end and that is the problem i think:See → The content-disposition header of the added pdf-file is in lower case, while the tuturial (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/how-to/send-binary/) suggets “Content-Disposition” instead.  

I need some support with something in my account but every time I try to contact support it says that those options are only available to paid users, which I am! I am just going round and round in circles. How can I report the fact that I can’t access DocuSign support as it is saying I am not a paid user (which I am) when I can’t access it!

When adding signature fields to a document since yesterday, the menus stay in place when scrolling. This then means that when you scroll to the bottom of the document, the UI all stays at the top, making it difficult and tedious to add signature fields to the document. Is there any way to resolve this on our end?

We are sending hundreds of contracts for our clients to sign weekly but we need them to sign with a signature matching their ID. When they once adopt an incorrect signature and we send them a new envelope to fix the signature, they are unable to change it. There’s no way to do it. This is the most basic functionality of DocuSign and users should be able to access the signature adoption window again and update their signature. Online support has not been able to resolve the issue or even schedule a time for a videocall in 3 weeks time and all the community chats seem to not know the answer to this issue either because there isn’t one. This should be an easy fix for your IT department!Can you please create a support article that is plainly for free users trying to change their signature after setting it, and clearly state that this is impossible. Then list the steps for contacting the sender so they can make whatever changes are necessary on their end. It will save many people hours of t

When trying to sign a document via Gmail or GDrive using the Docusign eSignature for Google Workspace add-on I’m getting “DocuSign encountered an unexpected error. Please refresh and try again or contact support.” error message. Clearing cache, switching network, using a different browser doesn’t help. The add-on  installed by admin and is allowlisted.

Hello,We are wanting to establish a custom email domain for use with templates we have created. I have been told this is available with the plan we are currently on.  My question is can the custom email domain be established for testing in our demo environment before we move into our production environment.  How can the custom email domain be added to our demo environment?   Is this a support ticket that we would open?   Is it possible to have the Organizational Admin role in both the demo environment and production environment ?   From research on your support site I believe this role allows for the custom email domain to be setup by that admin “ self service “ ?   Or for the demo environment do we need to open a support ticket to have someone on the Docusign team help us Thank YouNorman FosterBusiness Technology Analyst 

Hello,I have a problem with a bulk-send template. I created a template where the name of the employee and its personnel number should be populated out of an CSV file and should be first signed by the manager and after that signed by the employee. I have now two custom fields “Employee::FullName” & “Employee::PNr” which correctly fills the section but just AFTER the manager signed it. The issue is now the manager signs a document where he does not see for which employee it is. They only see the populated fileds after the signature of the employee. Is there a way that the document is populated with the information of the employee before the manager signs the document? and just after the managers signature will be sent to the employee to finalize it?Best,Alex

Automating using Verification Type : access code is working fineVerification Type : ID Verification and Phone Authentication is not taking the value provided via power automate cloud flows.I am using the add verification type to a recipient(v2) action using the DocuSign Connector.Please find following steps:Create envelope - working Add documents to envelope - working Add recipient details to envelope - working Add verification type to the recipient - working for Verification Type set as Access code and None but not working for Phone Authentication and ID Verification. Hello,I’m unable to pass the identity verification process using my passport.Could you please check what is going wrong on your side?My passport is valid (expiration date: June 2031).I noticed a consistent pattern: On the first attempt, the system always rejects my passport with the error "Wrong document shown", even though I’m using the correct document. On the second attempt, the passport is accepted, but the recognition process takes a very long time. After completing all steps, I receive the final error: "Your identity has not been verified". The sender of the document cannot change or disable the verification requirements, and I urgently need to sign a work contract. I’m at risk of losing my job if I cannot complete this process.Could you please investigate my case and advise what can be done?Thank you in advance.

If someone has Full Adobe, you can download a DocuSign document, and convert it to a word doc. When you do this, signatures also copy over to the word document. This means that if one party has signed a contract, the other party can convert this to a word document and make alterations, with the other party’s signature on the document. Is this not a concern? 

I used the Application integration key as the userId and called the ApiClient#requestJWTUserToken method. The returned tokenType was Application. What is the function of this token? Is there any documentation to explain? 

Our HR dept on many occasion has to send a document which has several signature fields in it that they need to sign. Is it possible that these fields can be auto filled by signing just once?If yes, can this also be done with multiple documents so long as they are in the same envelope?

I can use the home page one time to click on a previously signed document, then forever after when I come back to it the ability to scroll disappears after 2 seconds and I can access my documents. This is really frustrating, I can’t use Docusign at all while this bug is happening.I suspect the cause might be to do with the popup telling me my trial will expire soon, which pops up the first time, and after I close it things work, but after coming back again there’s just the delay before scrolling breaks as though it’s trying and failing to show me a popup?I am going to have to cancel before my trial expires because I have time sensitive documents to sign.Also, it’s really difficult to navigate the support for a new user. The categories are very cryptic.

is is possible to set up defaults on our accounts so that we are not changing every single field when setting up an esignature file? I want to be able to start a file to send to a client and not have to go and change the font and color for every field. it is super cumbersome. 

I have a free docusign account I’ve had for years.  I received a document to sign and imported a signature written on an 8.5x11 sheet.  Sent it back.  It cannot be accepted because the actual signature is too small.So, I need to change my signature.  I cropped it down and am trying to import the cropped signature.  Nothing works.Within the document I need to sign, neither left clicking or right clicking brings up the “EDIT MENU”So, I go to my account.  I log in, and go to my “MANAGE PROFILE”.  No signatures show up.  Only name, address, etc.  I go to my profile and click on “SETTINGS” and there’s nothing there about a signature either. HOW DO I CHANGE MY SIGNATURE??? I would be glad to delete my account and open a new one, but I didn’t see the option of doing that except for the 15 day trial.  I’m an individual.  I don’t need to pay to sign documents.  I shouldn’t have to go to all this trouble to esign documents.On the “Why Can’t I Change My Signature” section of the docusign web page

On startup of the print driver, once it is idle you get a popup notification at the bottom right corner of the screen that says that the driver is idle. This is unnecessary and I don’t see a way to turn it off.

My free trial expired. I purchased a monthly subscription.  When I logged in after that purchase and attempted to send my document, when I hit send, I received an “account suspended free trial expired” notice.  I have paid for my account. I have the receipt.This is extremely frustrating as I just made the decision to purchase a paid account. There is no phone number or email address to get help.

Hi, I’m trying to get those fields to place using anchor tags but they come up tiny and not really aligned, am I doing something wrong? 

HelloI have the Attach certificate of completion in Admin→Envelope Delivery set to disable   However,   i have one use-case using a DocuSign Template,  where I would like the CoC attached to the email is it possible to enable Coc attached to an emal notification only when using a particular template,    while leaving the admin certificated of completion disabled for other users?  

I am working in DocuSign Gen in DocuSign Apps Launcher in salesforce.
