Hello,I’m working on establishing a connection between the monitor and Splunk, and I keep receiving the following error message: “Could not parse the provided public key.”I’ve checked the public key several times, and it appears to be correct. Can someone please help us understand why the result of the two reports (for all type of signatures) is not tallying. We have run this for all months. We have looked up the Documentation, but this does not explain the difference.

Hi everyone, I just realized that my document has a signature that’s overlapping over another signature. It’s most likely a mistake on my part but I’m looking for a way to remove it. The signer has already completed her signature and I can’t seem to find any resource on how to remove this signature.I really don’t want to send it again for my group to sign so is there a work around for this?I tried to find a way to contact docusign but it seems that they don’t want to ever be contacted to support their customers. 

I have a form in excel. The date is in Uk format (DD/MM/YYYY) but when I upload it to add teh signatur field and the date signed field, the date showas as MM/DD/YYYY.To be clear, this date is not a docusign field. It is teh date the form was filled in.I checked the regional setting, which is sent as DD/MM/YYYY  and the date signed shows as it should (Account defalult) 

Good morning, I have changed our company branding for all emails, but I now need to change the internal branding when we log into Docusign, the company logo on the header of the DocuSign website next to the users name in the top right-hand corner. For the life of me, I cannot find where to change it.  Thanks

I’ve been trying to sign a document from my doctor for 4 days but I’m having a lot of problems with this site, this is ridiculous. I couldn’t even post this yesterday, there was no place to type my problem.At any rate, I received an email from Docusign telling me to sign a document from my doctor. I clicked the link, signed up, and couldn’t find the document. Now when I sign in I get a dead end, it wants me to create an envelope which I can’t do because it also tells me I have too many drafts and there’s no way I can delete them. I can’t leave this page, I’m stuck on it. Luckily I have 3 docusign.com tabs open and I can post here using this tab to sign?I’ve received 3 emails from Docusign telling me to sign but it won’t let me sign. What can I do? Do I have to be a paying member to sign? Do I have to pay for support? 

stuck on creating envelope/unable to create envelope. How to fix this 

I have a 3 page template I am am trying to make page 3 to be page one, How can I change the page order of a template? 

I updated the values in the Envelope Custom field and selected Yes to updating the templates that have this field, however not all envelopes were updated.  What can I do to update those templates which did not get updated?

We received a note back in August of 2025 (below) from Docusign saying that the underlying infrastructure was changing to Azure sometime between 11/2025 and 5/2026. Hi,I have a scenario where Phone Authentication is already configured as the identity verification method. I’m now looking to enable IAL2 (ID Verification) as well.When sending an eSignature envelope to a recipient, is it possible to require the signer to complete Phone Authentication first and then IAL2 verification as part of the same signing process?If this is not supported, what is the recommended or best-practice approach for handling scenarios where a higher level of identity assurance is required?Thank you.

When a user leaves our company we transferer their envelopes using the “Transfer now” button before closing the user’s account. Occasionally an admin will start several of these transfers at once or get distracted while the envelopes are being transferred. The issue is they cannot tell which transfers are complete and have to check each user to see if they still have envelopes before closing out the record. How can the view whose envelopes were transferred? The “Action” button only shows who the envelops were transferred to, not who they belonged to initially.  

Does anyone know why we need “Express Signature” with the “IDV Premier” type of signature? 

We’ve had recent feedback that it’s not intuitive for all client that the ‘finish later’ is an option on the dropdown arrow next to ‘finish’ , and it’d be useful if it was next to the ‘finish’ on the main template. Has this been raised before to be changed in the future?

I accidentally deleted a template instead of using the REPLACE option.  How can I correct my mistake?  The end users cannot type information into the new request form I uploaded.Sandy

I received an email today reminding me about the migration to Microsoft Azure however I am not sure if I need to take any action.   These are the options : If you restrict network connections and allow-list specific Docusign IP addresses, you must update your allow-list to include all current Docusign IP ranges from our Trust Center by January 17, 2026. If you restrict outbound connections to Docusign to specific sub-domains, you must update your allowlist to add na4-b.docusign.net. No action is required if: You do not use IP or domain allow-listing and you already allow-list the full IP ranges published on our Trust Center.

Hello,Is it possible to control the auto-navigation at the webform level rather than a global setting?  We have some forms that we would like the signer to review each field again before signing.  We have other forms where we would like the signer to just skip down to the signature field.  ThanksRach.
