Dose anyone know the email address of the CFO and CEO of DocuSign?

Hi,I am a frustrated customer and the only way I can get solution on a two year unsolved issue is if I approach the C-Level managers as the Billing Team and Tax-Exempt Teams are a joke.  With more than 10 emails and with all our tax-exempt documents sent more than 8 times between the two teams, we are still getting asked to provide the same documents again since it was never entered initially. How difficult is it to update a tax-exempt status in DocuSign Billing system and takes two years.  This is sad.  If you have this email please share I am beyond frustrated as our account is suspended for not paying tax for weeks now. And no solution has been provided by both teams.Hosni

Correction option not showing in dropdown menu for an envelopes

After sending an envelope I realized one of the email addresses is incorrect. When in the agreements tab while the document is in progress and no one has signed the “correct” option was always in the dropdown menu to select and would let me update an address and resend, however it is no longer listed in the menu of choices. Help sources say this feature exists.  I’ve tried logging out and signing in again and a different browser. Has anyone else had this issue?

Wrong date format on a signed document. Is it still valid?

Hi, I recently had a contract signed by two parties. However, the date signed for the other party is in date format DD/MM/YYYY and mine was in MM/DD/YYYY. Will this contract be valid in case of needing to go to court? Or should I have the client resign in the correct date format? Which I’m not sure why their date format is like that since I had it set as MM/DD/YYYY.

We reactivated the user’s profile hoping this would resolve the issue, but it did not. We also sent this same envelope to another user and it was received by the second user.

Can Web Forms be used to have new hires fill out Form W-4?

We currently only use Powerforms for new hires to fill out a new hire packet, including the W-4. We then manually transcribe all of the information into our payroll platform.We would like to be able to export the data from the new hire packet to streamline this process. Does Web Forms allow for the Form W-4 to be signed, that we could download the employee data AND save a PDF of the document for our records?  Thanks,Susie

Signature Requirements

If I am remitting an envelope that requires a designated individual to sign on behalf of the entity (i.e, M Jones, President of ABC Co.) WHAT names goes in the “recipient” field for the envelope delivery?  I always ensure the signature line is updated to read: ABC Co by: M Jones, President with the intent that M Jones would click and sign. ISSUE- sometimes my completed docs come back as intended (M Jones) and sometimes they come back w. ABC Co as signature? I list the ENTITY as recipient on all and no clue why it only happens on some? Does the recipient have to designate OR is something I am doing wrong on my end? Help??thanks

Signing Fields for Multiple Users

I’ve created an envelope I need to send to 45 people to have signed.  I added the document and all 45 recipients.  They all need to sign the form individually using the same fields.  I added the fields but the color coding leads me to believe it’s only for the first person on the list.  I can’t tell if I hit send whether or not everyone will receive the same envelope or if only the first person on the list will have the fields to fill out.  It’s basically a bulk send but I don’t have the account tier to add all the names at once.I even tried a template but it asks me to add fields for every recipient.

See original message in completed email

Hello.  As the sender, is it possible to see the original message included within the completed email that gets returned once all parties sign? The original message appears in the completed email for all recipients but not for the sender. Thanks!

Avoid to sign every single document

We have a contract for 400 people to sign. How do I ensure that my signature and initials are ALREADY on the contract when I send it to 400 people? I don't want to have to sign every contract independently. When sending, my signature is already recorded. Is it possible to do this?

Custom visibility function

I am trying to create a Power Automate flow to automatically send out an envelope upon uploading it to SharePoint. However, one of the documents in each envelope should only be visible to our internal stakeholders. Is there a way to customize it in the flow?So far, I have been using the 'document visibility' option manually each time when sending out an envelope.

Why can't WebForms be sent in an envelope, pre-filled?

The WebForm interface is far superior to having a signer navigate a tiny PDF on their phone.  So why hasn’t Docusign enabled a WebForm to be the primary content of an envelope, pre-filled with content by the sender, like we can today with a regular PDF or Word template?

Prevent fillable fields from being flattened

I have a test script that I need route for pre-approval.  This is a word document with multiple check boxes at each test step.  These boxes are to be completed by the tester during execution of the test script.  However, when we rout the document for pre-approval, the fields are flattened and no longer editable.  Is there a way to prevent this? Thanks in advance.
