Salesforce subscription plan pricing

Docusign advertises pricing starting at $30 / user / month on their AppExchange listing (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N30000001taX4EAI&tab=e)My Docusign sales rep claims that the edition referenced on the Salesforce AppExchange doesn’t work with Salesforce. If that is true, then I can’t find published pricing for Salesforce editions. Any have anything with official pricing for Salesforce supported versions?

Request to remove all documents previously signed from online

I had asked this question 11 days ago, but did not get a response. We have someone that is asking us the following: If I may ask, any updates with regards to the items below? Also, have you removed/deleted all of my DocuSign envelopes? The reason I ask is that I can still access the PDF files over the Internet and would prefer that this not be possible. Specifically, (1) https://www.docusign.com (2) Select "Access Documents" (3) Type in code provided by you (i.e. envelopes). No, they are not cached in the browser. If I may ask, please resolve this and advise when completed. A Adrienne 11 days ago If someone want to remove permission and have all their information removed any and all documents that they may have signed removed how do we do this? They would like a permanent purge with DocuSign and have no information on the internet and have their consent removed. We have recently added that as an option but when the document was signed it was not in place

new admin password reset page not found

HiTrying to add new Admins to our Docusign account.Add the user, they get the email invite and click on activate, They try to sign in and click the password reset link and get sent a code.When they enter the code they just then get a 404 page not found after entering the code: Can anyone advise please? Recurirng subscription charges in error

I continue to be charged AUD23.10 effective the 1st of every month for at least the last 3 months. I checked my account today and could see charge for the last couple of months. When I tried logging in to see if I still had an account, I received the attached email from Docusign confirming to me today that I don’t have an account. I’ve also attached a screenshot of what I have been charged by DocuSign based on my recent bank statement. How can this be addressed so that I get my refund and get a confirmation from DocuSign that they will stop charging me in error ?

I have set up write back to Salesforce and it’s adding a Yes/No option to my drop down because historically that choice was available, but we don’t want users to select that moving forward. How can I hide those options to DocuSign envelope recipients?

No order on signatories. 3rd person to add signature completed and then the interface went to add the signature of someone who already signed instead of completing. 3rd person exited after completing their signature and signature was lost.

Enabling KBA on Webforms

Hello,I am testing out the webform abilities and I am trying to set up the KBA on certain envelopes, but it does not seem to be working. Can someone please point me in the direction of how to enable it? Steps I am following: From the webform building area, go to elipses > edit template settings Enable KBA on the sender Save and activate the webform From the success message of the activation, open the form. It goes straight into the welcome, no KBA presented before entering the form as expected like the esignature.

How to disable the 'Edit Documents' function on DocuSign send view page?

My app is useing the DocuSign API to integrate DocuSign. Our users are forwarded to the DocuSign sender view URL to place the signature tabs.On the sender view page, users can edit the Documents(Delete the documents and upload new document).Our requirement is that once the document has been uploaded on our app, when forward to DocuSign sender view page, the sender should not able to edit the document.We didn’t find any API properties or configurations on DocuSign part can disable the ‘Edit Documents’ function.Who can help with this issue? Square brackets in legal disclosure

Dear All,I updated the legal disclosure of our company’s account but I can’t get rid of the square brackets in the resulting document.I add below the page where I updated the info, and an example of how the legal disclosure looks now, after the changes I made. You can see in the last picture that the email address and all the sentences I added are in square brackets. i would like the brackets not to be seen on the final document.

I'm integrating D365 CE with the Docusign Power Automate Connector and aim to automate a sequence of actions triggered by the creation of a quote in D365 CE. Specifically, the workflow should: generate a PDF version of the quote, produce a link for signing the PDF document, and send this link via an email through Exchange rather than using Docusign's default email service. Is this process feasible?

Getting an 401 Unauthorized error for DocuSign API call

I am new to DocuSign’s eSignature REST API. I am using postman to connect with DocuSign Rest API. I followed the step mentioned in the below link and connected with DocuSign demo account. Postman collections | DocuSignAs mentioned in the above link , I got the access token and I could able to get my using information from DocuSign but When I try to create an envelope or do any API calls with DocuSign I am getting 401 unauthorized error response. Hi all,I am have been asked to create a Docusign Integration from NetSuite and I have some requirements which I am not sure are possible. I am hoping someone will be able to help with this!For my understanding are Tabs and Custom Document Fields the same? Is it possible to create Custom Document Fields via the API?Is it possible to place them on the Document before it is sent to Docusign?Is it possible to retrieve the populated Custom Document Field Values that have been filled out by the client via the API?Regards,Kyle

Filling out tabs with Witness details

Hi,I am creating an envelope with the eSignature API and this includes witnesses. I am added signature and text tabs to the witness recipients. The signer is adding the witness name and email when signing, and then the witness will enter their address when signing. I want the Witness name and address to appear where the text tabs are in the document when they enter their details or sign. However this is not working. I’m assuming becuase I havent at any point associated the tabs with this data. Is there are way of doing this at the point of envelope creation? I am trying to reduce the amount of admin work done by my team before they send the envelope. Thanks

How to check envelope status with API?

If I have a template that I am sending via API. My template includes two recipients to sign in parallel. I am sending an original and two reminders if document is not signed before envelope expires.How do I check the status for each envelope (recipient) that was sent? Is the status for each envelop or for each email including reminders?Thank you.

Maximum number of scheduled retrieve jobs

I’ve looked through the Retrieve documentation but I cannot find anything related to the maximum number of retrieve jobs that can be scheduled to run. (I did find a max envelope size) Is there a maximum number of jobs that can be scheduled? Do I need to be concerned with multiple jobs running that might be accessing some of the same parameters? Do the jobs run in some kind of sequence or do they begin running at the exact time specified? Are there any concerns with scheduling multiple jobs at the same time?Thanks for any feedback.Susan

DocuSign for Sharepoint out of sync

I have added DocuSign for sharepoint to a sharepoint site.I would like to use Docusign for signing documents uploaded to a library on the site. I can get the esignatures right, but for some reason the status of the relevant envelopes in sharepoint is out of sync with the status as shown in Docusign portal so that I have completed workflows which are shown as “waiting for others” in sharepoint although the documents have been been signed by everybody as confirmed in the Docusign website and obile app. I have also noticed that the timestamps shown under the envelope status in sharepoint are off (both office 365 and Docusign are registered on the same time zone). I would appreciate if someone could suggest a solution.
