Wrong Timezone stamp

i have 2 users who say their DS reads Japan as timezone. They went into DS to ensure the setting should be local to their U.S. timezone but even doing that it sitll reads or hangs onto Japan.

Recipient set to "Needs to View"

Hello, there are multiple internal departments that need to view and APPROVE the document/envelope (not to sign it just approve it). My understanding is once the recipient opens the document, the envelope then moves to the next person in line. Is this correct? I need the recipient to APPROVE the envelope before it goes to the next person and then in the end go to signatory. Can you please confirm process? Thanks

Constant Issues With Docusign

Can anybody explain why every time Docusign does an update, it blows away all of our settings that we don’t learn until sending out a document, that is now incorrect? I would ask Docusign directly but we have come to learn that their support is horrible and they never get back to you.

Printing the completed Document

We are a Public School District that receive a ton of PSLF forms that require an electronic signature, I always print the completed form for the employee file when I am done. I cannot seem to do this within Docusign, I get no option to “print” now. I used to get an email of the competed form but now I do not. How can I remedy this issue???

For some reason when I download the csv template for bulk sending, 1 out of 5 ECF do not show up. Any ideas why? The others do no problem. I have tried deleting it and re-creating it already.

Bulk User Add/Update Query?

Hi, I did a bulk user add yesterday and some people in the load file already had active accounts - however we updated their record from DS Sender to DS Sender and Templates - they have now received an activation email again - is this to be expected and normal behaviour? If so Why? I didn’t include account IDs against people who already had an account would this create an issue?Thanks in advance.

Trouble with Formulas for total cost with VAT.

Im trying to set up a formula for the following but it doesn't seem to work it is cost, then Plus VAT @ 20% then total cost with VAT. I’ve got as far as cost and The VAT but the cant carry out the total cost (Net Cost + VAT(20%) = Total cost. Monthly Cost Plus VAT Total Cost Any help would be appreciated

I upload my completed documents into another system and it checks for the blue DocuSign seal. It constantly says it is broken even though it is coming straight from DocuSign. has anyone else experienced this issue?

Certificate of completion does not list all completed documents

Hello,I sent an envelope with 5 documents, however the certificate of completion does not list all of the document titles due to what seems like a character limitation.Is there a way to generate a certificate of completion that will include ALL document titles, or generate individual certificates per document? When I click the link on my mobile device, I am directed to a page instructing, “When prompted, you must enable camera access to continue.” However, I never receive the prompt. My permissions are fine, I’ve restarted my phone, and I’ve tried multiple browsers. This section absolutely has to be done on mobile apparently. My device is Android.

Signature sizes and other fields

When I used Adobe Acrobat for signing documents we could set the size of the signature field and the signature would adjust its size to fit in the box.With docusign I can’t relate the size of the signature box to the actual area on the form/document. Docusign seems to randomly adjust the signature to fit and more often than not it is not placed where, or within the area constraints, of where I want it to be.Is there a way to figure out where the top and bottom (and left/right) of the signature box will be and keep the signature within those constraints?I have a similar problem with fields, and one that Adobe Acrobat handled perfectly. In docusign when I add a field, such as SIGNATURE DATE, the date that docusign puts in that field does not center top/bottom and it will run far off the right side of the field size that I defined if it feels it needs to (instead of just adjusting the font size to fit). So if I want a field to be in a table/matrix on a form, there is no guarantee the data

Error "the redirect URI is not registered properly with DocuSign" while trying to integrate DocuSign

I’ve tried these steps https://support.docusign.com/en/articles/Redirect-URI-not-registered but still no getting the error message.The redirect URI that is not working is going to a hosted FileMaker Server WebDirect file. Anyone with experience with that? Thanks!
