I use zipforms to send real estate forms via e sign to docusign.  I created an evelope and it will not send.. the message I receive is envelope limit reached.    We just renewed our corporation docusign account, so I am pretty sure i have a valid account.   Zipforms says call docusign.

To clarify, do you have multiple accounts with DocuSign?

 

If you send from your DocuSign account do you get the same message?
