I have an enevlope PDF,   where there will be a single signer..    but the PDF will contain two (2) signature blocks is there functionality exists that once the signer signs 1 of the 2 signature blocks,   to disable the other block from being signed.    we need to prevent 2 signatures from the envelope the signer decides which one of the 2 needs to be signed

Hi everyone,I’m trying to find a way to prevent users from having multiple active sessions in DocuSign — for example, being logged in simultaneously from multiple browsers or devices.I’m looking for something like: A setting to allow only one active session per user, or A way to automatically terminate previous sessions when a new login occurs. I’ve already checked the Organization Security and Session settings in the Admin Console, but I couldn’t find an option specifically for this.So my question is, Is there a way (via the Admin Console or API) to enforce single-session login for users?Thanks in advance!Chris

I received a docusign document from my employer, and this was the first time I had to do the signature digitally.For that I needed an identification process with a dispatcher, where even the first 2 attempt was cancelled by the dispatcher due to technical issues. On third try we finally could start the identification, but at the end the dispatcher told me that she has technical issues so I shall call them again.However since then I stuck at the 1. Identification step with the message:“This identification for this Transaction Number has already been completed and cannot be restarted.”How can I proceed to the Sign documents step?

Hi DocuSign Community,I need some guidance on the correct architectural pattern for checking envelope status without violating API rules. Context: I’m a developer using the docusign eSignature product. I have an envelope that requires signatures from two separate recipients. I need to trigger a specific operation in my application, but after both recipients have successfully signed and the envelope is complete, and when only either one of the recipient has signed the contract.  Problem: My initial thought was to call the GET /envelopes/{envelopeId} endpoint to check the recipients' status every time one of them signs. However, these two signatures could easily happen within minutes of each other. This would mean I'd be making multiple GET calls to the same envelope ID in less than the 15-minute window, which I believe violates the API polling rules. Hi All,I know you can embed in-person signing on a document,But is it possible to embed in-person signing on a website (specifically a sharepoint site).We have site created where users have to provide in person consent, they will be in an office, office users will add the signers name and email address(and a second signer if required) and we expect the signers to sign in person.Is this possible?Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am operating in a weird jurisdiction that partially accept digital signature, only if the digital signature looks the same as the person's signature in their passport/IDs. However, the current DocuSign default setting for signee signature is an autogenerated signature that looks like the typed version of their name. This results in us having to re-send signing invitations so people can correct their signature, which is highly inefficient, especially when signees are unfamiliar with DocuSign features.Is it possible to disable this 'default' and as an exchange, making 'Draw' or 'Upload' the default? Hello,I’m using a date field in CLM forms and I need the “dd MMMM yyyy” format, but the month name is always displayed in English (e.g., 30 September 2025).Is there any option to generate the date in a localized full format, so the month name appears in Portuguese (e.g., 30 de Setembro de 2025)?If not, is Docusign planning to support/translate localized date formats in CLM document generation?Thanks! 

Hello,When using the new Document Template for creating an envelope template, it seems that the Agreement Template Builder editor will open the newly created envelope editor in the classical editor rather than the new editor, which is otherwise the standard when I edit an envelope template generated directly from a Word document. I am also unable to find an option to switch to the new editor.

After a document is signed, I want to extract a page or two.  How do I do that?

I have received a document from my company to sign, and at the beginning it requires me to identify myself with a ID card.My ID card has my maiden name on the front and my current last name after marriage is mentioned on the back of the document(which is the name that the company has used for my document), but during the verification, the website tells me that the names don't match and i can't verify myself. How can I solve the issue? The rest of my documents have my maiden name as well.

Hi everyone,I’m trying to find out whether there’s a way to disable the “Correct” (envelope correction) feature in DocuSign for my account — or at least restrict who can use it to a specific set of users. (Like setting the property allowEnvelopeCorrect = false thought the esignature api?.)So far, I haven’t found any clear setting in the Admin Console to turn this off. Does anyone know if:There’s a permission or role setting that removes the ability to correct envelopes?Or if this can be disabled at the account or brand level by DocuSign Support or via an API configuration?Any guidance or confirmation from someone who’s done this would be really appreciated.Thanks!Chris

I’m using the SDK C# and when sending a request Envelopes::GetDocument (link) to get the documents, this fails with error:"errorCode":"COMBINEDDOWNLOAD_UNABLETOGENERATEPDF","message":"Unable to generate combined PDF. Please download the documents as an archive." Odd thing is that we are not requesting combined documents. Asking for combined documents would need the specific keyword “combined”, but we don’t have it or use it. Could the error code be related to something else than combined documents? I have not found any information about this error code.

Is it possible to add an internal approval level as the first person to see a document before it is then sent onwards for signatories? Basically want a manager to review documents before they are sent externally. We have eSignature Business Pro Edition for SFDC.Thanks 

I need to build one envelope with three composites: a plain PDF with no signers, a server template with roles mapped to recipients, a flat PDF that overrides a server template’s original doc and maps template roles RoleA → Employee (routing 1) and RoleB → Owner (routing 2). When can I start to test Demo account migration to Azure?  Sept. 1st?

The name and date fields look fine when I add them to my document, but once they have been filled in and the document has been signed they are unreadable, it is almost like the fields are too small but i can’t see anyway to make them bigger. Has anyone had any experience with this? This is what it looks like once signed
