I created 5 documents, that need to be signed each by the same person. After that I need to save them separately. Can I send those documents in one envelope to the person who needs to sign them all ? And then save the signed documents separately, or do I need to send each document in a separate envelope? 

HiAll of a sudden envelopes are not being received even though they show as sent in report. I am using the sample recipients csv file downloaded from within the envelope, no names are duplicated and email addresses are properly formatted.What else can I do to check?ThanksJuliette Monet

  Hello DocuSign Community,  We are hitting the ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED error on our Developer Demo account, and the error occurs both via the REST API AND the web interface. This rules out the "API has separate limits from web" explanation mentioned in previous threads.  Environment:  - Account type: Developer Demo (sandbox)  - Authorization server: account-d.docusign.com  - API base path: demo.docusign.net/restapi  - Integration method: REST API via official PHP SDK (docusign/esign-client v8.6)  - Error code: ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED  - Error message: "The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded"  Critical detail:  The same error appears when trying to send envelopes through:  - ✗ REST API calls  - ✗ Web interface (appdemo.docusign.com)  This suggests either a system-wide bug or an account-level issue, not an API-specific quota.  Support access issue:  We cannot contact DocuSign support - the chat widget does not load/function in Firefox browser. Good morning.I’m working on a pledge document for a campaign. As I enter the fillable fields, I need to use numbers WITHOUT decimals (for dates and timeframe) but that isn’t an option in the number format section. Is there a way to do that?  I’m stumped. Thanks! ss

Calling Login with https://www.docusign.net/api/3.0/credential.asmx fails with "One or both of Username and Password are invalid."  The Login call is made by using “[IntegratorKey]Username” as the username.This just started recently.  I was only made aware of it today, so it could have started today.  All my customers are down. Is it possible that the API has changed and I never received any emails? We got our Integrators Key in 2013 and have not made any changes to this code in quite a while.

How do I put a text field into a document that all signers can see? It seems that only the signer who is assigned the text field can see it when they are signing, but other signers can't see it until after the doc is fully signed and completed.

There appears to be no way to report on number of envelopes re-sent (or sent manual reminder). Anyone have a way of doing this? Or is this a request to the Docusign developers? 

Good morning. We have a paid-work DocuSign account assigned to one email. That person fully created the account and changed the original password. Now that person is on extended leave and no one has access to action anything. He is not reachable. We’ve not used any functions as it was just renewed for another year and we don’t want to let it go to waste. Plus when the person returns he will no longer need access to DocuSign.  Is there anyway that email can be removed and another email can be registered as the admin? I have that persons email and what we believe to be the original password. Another office took care of payment, so I’ll be able to get any information from them as well. Please let me know if this is possible and thank you!

I have dutily noted the time period between January 2026 and May 2026 to complete the migration of services for EU Production Accounts to Azure Infrastructure. Will we be notified as to when the migration is completed (even a global communication)? How can I, as a customer verify that we indeed migrated to Azure infrastructure? Thank You

I sent out a real estate sales contract to the buyer.  The buyer asked me to change the closing date.  I deleted that document from the packet and inserted a replacement document.  Now I need to put in the initial and signing locations and resend the entire packet.   Is this possible?  Or do I have to just resent the entire packet and redo all the signing and initial locations? 

I have noticed that upon the envelopes gets fully signed the recipients can download a copy within the same day but the next day this feature expire is there a way to extend this time? I would like them to be notified once the documents are sent to my signers and also once they are fully executed the way is set up currently is only notifying my recipients once the documents are fully signed.  Thanks in advance for your help.

I would like to understand how the numbers under my signature are generated. Are they unique per document. Do they remain the same every time I sign? I just need a better understanding of what those are and how they are created. And to be clear I am referring to the numbers that the red arrow is pointing to in the image below.*signature removed* 

We are new to DocuSign, and I’m experiencing some difficulties setting up a template for our lease agreement. The agreement contains several fields that need to be pre‑filled before it is sent to the CFO for review. After the CFO’s review, the document will then be sent to the customer, before being returned to the CFO for countersignature. Once all parties have completed their sections, I should receive the fully executed documents.I’m having trouble configuring the template to allow for this pre‑fill stage, as well as assigning the appropriate fields for initials and signatures required from both the CFO and the customer.Could you please assist? I’ve attached the lease agreement, and all areas highlighted in yellow require pre‑fill.Thank you.

Hello,Our users can’t login to Docusign for over two weeks because the SSO certificate from IdP Azure expired.To my knowledge we have ‘require all users to log in via SSO” policy in place, and bouncing of walls. We’ve already went thorough domain verification (DNS records & GUID) and there’s no further communication from Support.How can we resolve this problem? I'm getting this error:Error uploading CO ALF SIGN 09 15 23.pdf: DOCUMENTS_EDITOR:UNSUPPORTED_PDF_CONTENTIn the past I have used DocuSign and now want to come back but all my “old” pdf’s no longer are allowed to be uploaded and give an error. I have tried flattening the layers but there were not layers to begin with. So basically, like from 2023 ro now these are the same pdf i used in the past? attached is an example/ 

Hi there,can a recipient of a 40 pages documents stamp one page and that stamp automatically appear in the rest of the document as if i had click it?i am aware of the feature autoplace to place stamps or signature fields automatically in the entire document but here i am referring at the recipient who receives the document and needs to either use stamp or his signature in every page of the document. can it be done only in one page and replicate in the rest? is there any way around it to make it faster/quicker?thanks in advance

I have exact duplicate documents because we’d already been using Docusign to execute business contracts; then we performed a data dump of all Google drive records when we signed up for Navigator.  We’d like to delete one of the duplicate records.

Recent “enhancement” has eliminated my DocuSign Dashboard on the Home page - I now get a screen about sending envelopes.  I don’t send envelopes, but receive them for signature and keep track of those signatures coming after mine.  This was conveniently seen on the Home page dashboard, but is now missing.  How do I get that back? 

I sent an envelope and one of the recipients email address was incorrect. The other recipient had already signed. Can I change that email address on the app?

Hi,I urgently need help understanding what happened to my DocuSign account.I have always used my professional email address as my DocuSign account. Recently, when I logged in, my entire account appears to have been reset. It now looks like a completely new free/trial account with no history, no settings, no completed or sent envelopes, and no access to support.However, when I open old DocuSign notification emails and follow the direct links to documents or envelopes I previously sent, I can access those document flows. This confirms the documents still exist in the system and were originally associated with my email address.The issue is that none of this history appears when I log in through the DocuSign homepage. I cant seem to sign my own documents.  When press on start, docusign automatically “send an envelope”.  When I selected myself as only signer, it still have "add fields” as next step instead of the "sign” button.   Please advice, thanks.
