I am on a trial version and I have an envelope that has not reached its thrird signor even after three resends and an email change. How do I fix this? The email is correct, Its not in spam and docusign.net and .com are whitelisted. Docusign will not let me speak to an agen when on a trial version.

The Live Chat doesn’t do anything when I click on it!Anyway, it appears that documents are retained in DS indefinitely, is that correct?From a GDPR point of view, when we no longer deal with a client, we need to remove any documents pertaining to them, that’s fine from an individual user point of view but we have many users who may have sent an envelope to a particular client - is there a way that an administrator can search all documents without having to go into each user’s account individually?

Hi,Are Docusign fields supposed to have solid white backgrounds during the signing phase? I expected them to be transparent and not cover up any of the form lines/text all the way through, but in my account as soon as I kick a doc out for signing all of the fields take on a solid white background which looks terrible and is concerning since they turn to the expected transparent upon full execution...when I sign something I want to look exactly like it did when I signed it.Is this a bug or some setting I can change? Screenshots below (read captions): Editing Doc in Room (all good)Preparing for signing, still goodPreviewing...OK whaaaaaat is this. How can I bulk download my signed envelopes WITHOUT downloading any other application or doing some kind of programming?  I’m using DocuSign in a corporate environment and I cannot download/install applications.  Frankly this is a basic feature and there should be as simple as “select all” > “download” under Completed Agreements.  It’s ridiculous that this feature is not readily apparent.

Is there a phone number available for me to call to discuss a billing matter? And where can I find said number, I’ve navigated your entire website and have not been able to locate it. For a company as sizable as yours this should not be an issue. And I should be able to speak with a customer rep at a moment's notice and not take 45mins trying to locate a number to call.

I have filled out a rental application ( I have done this 100’s of times over the past 10 years) to be signed by a prospective tenant.  I have placed the text into the lease agreement as I have done for many times (names, dates, rent, deposit amount, etc).   When I sent the document out for signature...the lease agreement is blank...as if I didn’t input any fields.

Is there a way to auto populate a signature with an pre signed image? We want one of our directors signatures to be added without them needing to receive a notification. 

I have approximately 25 signed DocuSign documents that I'd like to download into a zip file or similar collection of PDFs.  I need to email them in bulk to someone.  How do I go about accomplishing this?

Hello team, We are trying to save the documents from DocuSign; is there a bulk option?We have already tried this. (Select all for all files you want to download as a ZIP file.) If possible, I would like to download them as separate PDFs rather than a single PDF.

I have hundreds of signed pdfs I need to print and record for HOA.  How besides clicking every signed completed document, can I do a bulk select and download  in DocuSign.  This is maddening.

I start a workflow using a POST request to /v2/{accountId}/workflows in an eform. I need to redirect the user to the task that was assigned to the user from the workflow. How can I achieve this?

Is there a possibility in DocuSign to send an envelope back to the sender so they could e.g. delete an uploaded document and resend the envelope after to every signer even if they already signed? We’re currently working with a workaround, voiding the envelope → copying it → resending it with the changes

After I enter my username and password I’m presented with the following - the same user twice. I don’t know why I have two users and I can’t distinguish between them. How can I merge them or delete them or, at least make them distinguishable.

There are two recipients who have communicated that they will not be signing the documents. I discussed this with my stakeholders, who told me that it would be OK to not have them sign the documents, and that I just need to place a textbox there with ‘Not Applicable’. To clarify, their names will be present in the document, but will not have their signatures. I attached a file where already one person is shown with ‘Not Applicable’. This was already the case before uploading the document to docusign. I would like to add the text 'Not applicable’ to the 2 empty ones as well. I tried to correct the file by removing the signature and date boxes and replacing them with text boxes, but then it would resend the file. For some reason, I also can't alter them by downloading and editing the PDF for some reason.Is there a more elegant solution for this perhaps?Robin

Looking to find out if anybody is using a regex patter for the numbers in a text box as a validation to only allow user enter max of 10 numbers but is still able to enter less than 10, without being forced to add zeros in front of it if the number is less than 10 digits. And is still able to complete the envelope. Thank you,

Hi, we operate a bank and need to utalise the in person signing facility. Current process is as follows. Lender will generate documents eg application form or loan contract, print and have the customer sign in person.  We are looking to move to a model where we have a Kiosk Ipad fixed to the desk. The lender produces the documents required, is able to load into DocuSign and send directly to the iPad for the customer to signWhat we don't want the customer to have to do here is to log into their email accounts to fetch the link then sign. We would like there to be a way for us to directly send the documents to that specific iPad, say IPAD-25 or the iPad in a specific branch. We would also be open (but not preferred) to the idea of our staff logging into their DocuSign account to fetch the documents and present to the customer to sign.
