Hello,I am trying to sign an XML file with eSignature.Similar to the manual use of a certificate. Is that possible?Currently, I cannot upload the XML.Where can I enable this in the admin console?Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

When adding signature fields to a document since yesterday, the menus stay in place when scrolling. This then means that when you scroll to the bottom of the document, the UI all stays at the top, making it difficult and tedious to add signature fields to the document. Is there any way to resolve this on our end?

Hello,I have a problem with a bulk-send template. I created a template where the name of the employee and its personnel number should be populated out of an CSV file and should be first signed by the manager and after that signed by the employee. I have now two custom fields “Employee::FullName” & “Employee::PNr” which correctly fills the section but just AFTER the manager signed it. The issue is now the manager signs a document where he does not see for which employee it is. They only see the populated fileds after the signature of the employee. Is there a way that the document is populated with the information of the employee before the manager signs the document? and just after the managers signature will be sent to the employee to finalize it?Best,Alex

I used the Application integration key as the userId and called the ApiClient#requestJWTUserToken method. The returned tokenType was Application. What is the function of this token? Is there any documentation to explain? 

Our HR dept on many occasion has to send a document which has several signature fields in it that they need to sign. Is it possible that these fields can be auto filled by signing just once?If yes, can this also be done with multiple documents so long as they are in the same envelope?

I can use the home page one time to click on a previously signed document, then forever after when I come back to it the ability to scroll disappears after 2 seconds and I can access my documents. This is really frustrating, I can’t use Docusign at all while this bug is happening.I suspect the cause might be to do with the popup telling me my trial will expire soon, which pops up the first time, and after I close it things work, but after coming back again there’s just the delay before scrolling breaks as though it’s trying and failing to show me a popup?I am going to have to cancel before my trial expires because I have time sensitive documents to sign.Also, it’s really difficult to navigate the support for a new user. The categories are very cryptic.

I am working in DocuSign Gen in DocuSign Apps Launcher in salesforce. I paid a monthly subscription to get some documents signed. I did it with an e-mail account that was invited to a team.Today, I couldn’t access that account. I couldn’t reset the password because it says there’s no account associated to my e-mail. So I created a new account with the same e-mail of the one I had the paid version. Now this new account does not show as paid, and my document is nowhere to be seen. I cannot log in in the support center webpage because I get the error from the attached image, so there is technically no way to contact support for me. I tried a different browser, and I also tried incognito mode. I keep getting the same error. It is urgent that i need my document. How can it be that a paying costumer can get no access to support?  

Is there a way to do share access to a Group instead of individuals?  Trying to get everyone in a group to see the entire groups documents.  

My organization needs to be able to sign checks to make payments to vendors electronically. QBO does not have this feature and I am endeavoring to use Docusign.1.) Will vendors be able to cash checks in California/USA with a Docusign signature on signature line2.) Is there a docusign addon that works with QBO to add the signature when I go to print?

I need to send an envelope that is made from multiple server templates (compositeTemplates). There is a fixed set of signers (4) across the business process — each signer should only sign the templates that are assigned to them (not every signer signing every template).My goals are: Avoid repeating signer details (name/email/custom emailNotification) inside every composite template so the request JSON stays small and non-redundant. Reuse “global” signer definitions (by recipientId / recipientIdGuid) and reference those signer IDs wherever a template role needs that person. Achieve faster envelope creation / better API performance by reducing payload size and duplication. I have a fillable PDF rental application.  I created a new envelope template by uploading the PDF. The new template recognized all the form fields perfectly. I edited this template by making some of the fields required and others with rules. no issues there.  I now want to create a new webform based upon this new template. Results are problematic. Most of the webform is correct. but each field displays the field name and data label.  I do not want the data label imported and displayed.  There must be a way to set some webform property rules to stop this. I am hoping anyway that there is.  There are a lot of fields, and do change them individually seems impractical. I am very new to all this, so if this is worded poorly, I apologize.

I have a template that I used to create a web form.  The webform works as expected.  Later I needed to change the validation of three text fields to date format.  1st Question - are dates allowed as validation for text fields in webforms?  (assuming yes)Here is how I changed the validation of the field:Edit web form. Edit templates fields. Changed validation of the desired field to date with the default mask. Save & CloseNow the link to the field is broken. When I View template connections I see:Under the WEB FORM FIELD column “--connect web form field-- Under Template field the name of the field I changed which in this case is Incident date.Clicking on the --connect web form field-- doesn’t do anything.  I CAN type the API reference name, which is Incident_date into the --connect web form field--  but when I click Save nothing changes.  This isn’t the first time I wasn’t able to reconnect a broken field.  What am I doing wrong?  The only way I know to fix this is to start from scr

Hi, we have added a document and when we go to add merge fields we get a, ‘Attempt to de-reference a null object’.  The message disappears and then we can add merge fields. We then go to add the merge fields fields into the document and receive a ‘Save Error: Some Fields may be out of Sync Error’. We have disconnected as suggested in related articles but that did not solve the issue. Any other suggestions?Thanks

Hello all,I work in the public sector for Olmsted County, MN, USA.  We are trying to raise empathy awareness with our staff about electronic accessibility requirements and compliance.  Is there or could someone create a video showing someone filling out and signing a Docusign form using a screen reader? Even better, a “bad” experience because the form wasn’t created properly, and an “ideal” experience where the source document was built using Style Headings, Numbered/Bulleted lists, and the form has meaningful data labels and tool tips.I’m in the process of learning how to use a screen reader but I am not proficient enough to create my own demonstration.  I am also curious, is the screen reader able to see the content of the document or just the fields? I noticed that hyperlinks in a Word Document are removed (flattened?) after the document is uploaded into an envelope/template.  Which in a way makes sense since the purpose of Docusign is to fill out and sign a form, not use the form a

When I want to send a document to sign, I get this message "Account does not have permission to set Allow Comments" and I can't send it.

Hi, Please refer to the attached screenshot.The red circled indicates where the original scroll bar was.When you click on the scroll bar to move down the document, the standard fields on the right hand side will stay so you can drag the relevant to the document. Since last week, it suddenly went missing. I have logged a ticket with the Docusign Engineering team yesterday to resolve this bug and I have not heard anything yet. This is business critical as I cannot fulfill my daily work functions. Anyone encountered this before? Or how can I escalate this further? Thank you. 

DocuSign support is terrible. Not only is the response time 24 hours from each posted query, but phone support agents barely speak English, and when they can't figure out the answer to your problem after putting you on hold, they disconnect the call. This has happened twice now on a single support case (still unresolved)-- and the support agents never call you back, even though they have my phone number, so it's not a call reception or other phone issue. Is there someone higher up at DocuSign who is in charge of DocuSign Support, and what is their contact info?

I need help with troubleshooting an envelope. A signer was redirected to https://authentication.idnow.de/docusign/requestsignature to request a digital signature. But was stuck. I did not correct my envelope whatsoever and there is no error prompted from me (the sender). 

I'm suddenly getting 3-5 phishing emails a week from the docusign.net domain and none of the standard reporting email addresses like abuse@ or admin@ work. They reject my email, and I can’t find any reporting information on their FAQ page.  I guess I'm left with the choice of blocking the domain? Why do they make is difficult to contact support or report phishing? Keeping customers at arms length is bad practice. Edit:  Spam@docusign.com.  What a waste of my time finding that.  Edit 2:  Spam@… blocked my email as spam.  This is BS. Going to block the domain on the server.  

How i can sign a document offline? When i have at longer time no connections.

Is there an admin report that I can run to see which envelopes were sent as part of a Bulk Send job?  We are about to renew our contract and we are considering adding the Retrieve feature so that we can mass download completed envelopes.  Before we do this, I want to know who else in the firm, if anyone, uses Bulk Send.  If I am the only one who uses Bulk Send, then Retrieve probably is not necessary.  I have full admin access and can run any available reports. Thanks,Teri
