I receive notices that I have a document to sign; however, it tells me that the site can’t be reached and indicates that the connection was reset.  I can view the document but it gives the error when I click “sign”.  I even tried sending a document to myself.  I can send the document but it won’t even let me sign a document that I just created.

Can a hyperlink be in my templates email message? Any tips on how to do this will be much appreciated.

We host in-person meetings, and want the attendees of the meeting to sign the meeting document via a tablet that gets passed around.  We don’t know who the attendees/signers will be, or how many, but we want them to sign the document within our web application.  After a lot of experimentation with Docusign’s APIs, we’ve taken this approach:We create an envelope (POST to /restapi/v2/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes) with 100 allocated signers (the maximum allowed and hopefully more than will ever attend our meetings).  These are placeholder signers.  Our document also has 100 lines allocated for recording attendee information which feature anchor tags for recording the signature (\s1\, \s2\, etc.), anchor tags for the attendee’s name (\n1\, \n2\, etc.), and anchor tags for recording the attendee’s company (\c1\, \c2\, etc.)   As each attendee enters their information on the tablet, we call Docusign’s recipient-update API endpoint (PUT to /restapi/v2/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes/{envelop

We have several clients whose IT security prevents Docusign emails from reaching them. They are either not technically adept, or not interested in telling their IT provider to whitelist Docusign. Is it possible for us to create a docusign envelope, and then send a link for that envelope from one of our company email addresses to our client?I tried to ask customer support about this, received an answer for a different question. Hopefully this forum will be a better place to ask technical questions.

Is it possible to add a recipient role just for review of documents (with no need to sign) before a 2nd recipient who needs to sign?If the reviewer does not agree with the document content he needs to be able to reject the envelope and the 2nd signer should not get the envelope for signature in that case.I looked at the Needs to view option but don’t see how you can reject if the reviewer does not agree with the document content. 

When I want to send a document to sign, I get this message "Account does not have permission to set Allow Comments" and I can't send it.

I am trying to initiate a CLM Workflow from a Salesforce Flow. I am able to initiate the workflow from Flow, but am unable to figure out how to pass a recordId. I see that the Salesforce Flow Action “Start DocuSign CLM Workflow” which calls DFSLE__CLMWORKFLOWREQUEST expects a Salesforce recordId because it fails when I put a random string of text or a Docusign ID with the message “An Apex error occurred: System.StringException: Invalid id: cxxxxx” and succeeds when I populate the field with a valid SFID.I see that I am initiating a workflow in Docusign CLM as I get a record of the workflow’s execution.But I can not access the recordId in the workflow.I have tried creating variables with all sorts of name to see if they are populated, but none of them work. (recordId, Record_ID, SalesforceID, id, userId, accountId, contactID etc...)Does anyone know how I can access this record id from within SF?ThanksGretchen

Hello All:In the past few days I’ve noticed I do not always get an email notification when an envelope is signed/completed.I have been receiving the “viewed” notifications for every signer on every envelope, and I get most of the notifications for the “completed” envelopes. But not all of them.The most recent: I received both “viewed” notices (one for each signer) but did not received the “completed” notification - one of the signers (someone in my office, with the same email domain) forwarded me the notice to let me know it was complete.I have checked all my preferences/settings and ALL notifications are checked off. No changes have been made to any notifications. Any idea as to why this is happening and how to fix it? thanksmr1

Business logic requires information gathering from both applicant and coapplicant which has been configured on the docusign form. Similarly, applicant and coapplicant role has been created with ‘needs to sign’.Now the issue arises when we use the power form, the first person (say applicant) can start the application by filling out his/her name and email as they are marked mandatory. Coapplicant information (name and email) often times are missed as there is not a clear indication that the fields are required for applicant to fill in the same way they fill in the name and email section of the applicant portion. Is there a way to make the coapplicant detail fields required fields as applicants fields; inorder for applicant to initiate the form. 

Is there a way to export the Logs records in the Agreements Actions page

I'm suddenly getting 3-5 phishing emails a week from the docusign.net domain and none of the standard reporting email addresses like abuse@ or admin@ work. They reject my email, and I can’t find any reporting information on their FAQ page.  I guess I'm left with the choice of blocking the domain? Why do they make is difficult to contact support or report phishing? Keeping customers at arms length is bad practice. Edit:  Spam@docusign.com.  What a waste of my time finding that.  Edit 2:  Spam@… blocked my email as spam.  This is BS. Going to block the domain on the server.  

Hi Team,I am using REST API to create envelope and get it signed by supplier. Once its signed, on top of that signed document we need to add CEO signature automatically. Is it possible in DocuSign. I see its not possible to add directly on my analysis. Can we use composite templates to get this done. Any thoughts would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to query the status of an envelope?  I’d like to send out reports with the status of all uncompleted envelopes. Thanks

For three days, I have clicked the button for Promote to Production. I click through to my paid account, select the user there, and the system then says there will be a go live decision in 48 hours.24 hours later, I go back, and the Promote to Production.Looking to contact someone in Support fails, as the question mark only has the Support Center, and no option to contact support.How, exactly, do I go live if the automated system doesn’t work and there isn’t support to contact? Or do I need to rewrite my integration to use a service that actually works? 

Hi, I am wondering if there is an "or" functionality where as I am able to send a document to two people (from one department) but only require one of their signatures in order for it to progress to the next signatory?In other words, I send out documents for signing to different departments but only need one signature from each department but I'd like everyone in that department to be able to have the chance to sign and once it is it goes to the next department. Please advise if there is a way to make this work! ThanksJimmy

I’m sure no one will see this in time but I am still having issues logging into the Zoom session for Peer Group.  I got the invite but no matter what combo email/password I try to use it does not work.  I also tried to register again and shows my email address is already used.

Hi all,I am getting the following error in one of my Salesforce sandboxes, not in others. The error is from a Docusign log, the actual page when I try to access DAL, Gen Templates, or sending a Docusign from a button is blank page with a loading wheel.Failed to complete product setup. dfsle.APIException: [401] Unauthorized Reference ID: (dfsle)I have tried the suggestions in this article however to no luck. Is there a way to create a conditional field based on how a different recipient selects their answer. We have a 3 radio button group by signer 1. If signer 1 chooses radio button #3 we would like signer 2 to initial the page. So the signer 2 initial tag would be conditional based on signer 1 radio button #3.

I have a document that two recipients must complete. However, I only have the contact information of the first recipient, and the first recipient can select who will be completing the remaining part of the document. How to do so?

My issue is that I have two companies and I want to send contracts through my Docusign account as two separate entities. I did some research and found I can do this by adding a second Brand to my account. Problem is, when I go to the Brands section, there isn't an option to add another Brand.
