I am using docusign in salesforce (not the gen version).  I want to create a flow that can void an envelope if someone cancels a class.  I’m not seeing any fields or actions that I can use to do so.  Any ideas? I try to avoid apex if possible.

We’ve received the reminder of the change to Azure. We are currently testing server and app access to eu-b.docusign.net but I am unable to complete “Test-NetConnection eu-b.docusign.net -Port 443” on any device connected to any network.I can successfully reach:demo-b.docusign.netna1-b.docusign.netna2-b.docusign.netna3-b.docusign.netna4-b.docusign.netBut not eu-b.docusign.netIs this by design? Hi there. A difficult one I believe….I have a customer who has 2 email domains. One is user in docusign and the other one isn’t.The issue is that senders are sending the envelopes sometimes to the docusign users some times to the other email. The issue is that the recipient of those envelopes, lose track of the ones that are send to his  non docusign user email.Is there a way they can solve this? The client was asking if it was possible to restrict in the email box in docusign platform to edit to certain emails. I said that’s not possible. I also suggested to provide internal communication to tell the senders which email domain they need to use however there is inconsistency because some docusign users have one domain and some others the other one. Any other suggestions someone may think?Many thanks in advance

Hi,I'm using the C# Quickstart project for embedded signing with the focused view, and I'm running into an issue when using agent recipients.Goal:The sessionEnd event should trigger when the agent completes their part of the signing session.What's Working: Embedded signing is working for both agent and signer. The ready event is triggered properly. The sessionEnd event does trigger correctly for signer recipients. Issue:The issue occurs only for agent recipients. After clicking the Done button on the completion popup, the iframe shows an error message. At this point, the sessionEnd event is not fired.This behavior happens consistently when the embedded recipient is an agent. Signer recipients work as expected.The iframe says:This content is blocked. Hello. We just had a recipient use a photo as a signature for the first time. We are investigating whether this is acceptable by the State, and may not be able to use it. Can we prevent a signer from using a photo as a signature? I don’t see any matching options in the Admin tab.

Hi - I wanted to see what was available to me on a trial. Although it was interesting and useful as a one off, it’s unlikely I will need it in future. I’ve followed the instructions to see what happens at the end of a trial, but as a trial user it won’t let me use live chat to chat about what happens next. I quitre like the idea of downgrading to a free trial (maybe it will be useful to have in future) but I would like to understand - “What happens at the end of my trial and how can I convert to a free account ?” thank you

Is it possible in Docusign to create a way where, when creating an envelope, a link is also generated for it so that I can send this link to someone to sign? In this case, the envelope itself would not have a predefined recipient; instead, the recipient would be whoever has access to the link. If so, how can I implement this? Is there any documentation I can follow?

How can I download all of the signed documents that I sent in bulk? Do we have a unified option instead than one per envelope?

I’m using the SDK C# and when sending a request Envelopes::GetDocument (link) to get the documents, this fails with error:"errorCode":"COMBINEDDOWNLOAD_UNABLETOGENERATEPDF","message":"Unable to generate combined PDF. Please download the documents as an archive." Odd thing is that we are not requesting combined documents. Asking for combined documents would need the specific keyword “combined”, but we don’t have it or use it. Could the error code be related to something else than combined documents? I have not found any information about this error code.

Hi, I’ve looked everywhere for this. On the left hand side of the Tools menu in Docusign, there is a Text feature. This would be for custom text that you want to add onto a document, such as a comment.In my case, I have to use this feature quite a bit. Sometimes I have to add a client’s address, or a note, etc. And the text I need to add is much longer than the 40 or so characters allowed in that little box.Is there any way at all to increase the number of characters allowed? Right now I am having to use like 4 text boxes for 8 words! The words can wrap if you use the little arrow to expand the box, but they only do so vertically, so it looks pretty bad!

Hi All:I just made a correction to an envelope’s subject line and I noticed that, once I was redirected back to the “In Progress” tab the subject line was still the old, incorrect, version. I had to refresh the page to see the correction.Is there a way to automatically refresh the page in DocuSign? Or is this a browser issue?thanksmr1

My organization uses DocuSign for Salesforce, and we're trying to track adoption, including from which system users more frequently generate/send envelopes. Is there any way to report on this in the DocuSign portal? I’m trying to set up an envelope with multiple signature/initial fields in a single document for one person. However, during signing, the system requires the signer to authenticate and log in again for each signature or initial, which is very frustrating. Is there a way to authenticate the signer once at the start of the document and allow them to complete all signature/initial fields before finishing, instead of repeatedly asking them to log in and authenticate each time?Who has the authority to change this setting (if such an option is available), and would it still remain compliant with Part 11 requirements?Regards, Anil 

Dear DocuSign community,we have noticed the following point, which could lead to forgery of the signature: If a signatory does not open the document, but only forwards the mail itself to a person who is not stored as a signatory in the entire workflow, this recipient can open the document and sign on behalf of the person originally stored. How can this be prevented? In our opinion, this is not possible by adding a code, as this code is contained in the mail that is forwarded.Creating the highest security level when sending would be too much effort for what is in this case a simple signature process.Thank you very much in adcanve for your reply!Katrin

During signing a document, the I do not receive the SMS from the system, even-though I am sure mobile number is correct, I receive regular SMS messages from other systems on the same number, can the authentication be through e-mail instead of SMS? how to overcome this issue since I have a deadline need to sign before it

I would like to know how to, or request a feature, that makes it possible at admin level to customise the default subject line prefix that appears in sending emails.Currently this always defaults to “Complete with Docusign:” and this wording has on many occasions caused documents to be overlooked by recipients - the feedback I get is they see the word “Complete” and think it is a completed document, not a request for a signature, especially for our internal signatories who receive lots of documents for signing. This problem is compounded by the default subject line for finished documents starting with “Completed” - this just seems like a major UX oversight.It is frustrating to have to go in and change this on every envelope. I did see a ‘solution’ that involved setting up templates, but I send lots of different docs, I don’t want a template for each one, and navigating to templates just to send a quick doc seems unnecessarily onerous when you have made all other aspects of the system e

I have used the classic version of templates in the past, and would like to continue.This is the first time I have uploaded a  Word document into templates and Docusign has changed the document during upload by changing my top and bottom margins. Now I have dangling signature fields instead of being grouped on one page as in previous design.How do I get Docusign to stop changing my document?Also, is there a way to set my preferred font once to be used on all documents?

I need to find a way to force the signature to be bold as is too thin and when we print out the documents it can barely be found i know if they draw the signature this could help i also now if they upload their own signature this would work out i i don't know how to force the fonts to only be the boldest ones so once they are selected they could be more legible. all the suggestion to mitigate are much apreciatted. 

I’m wondering if there is something that isn’t right in my settings.  I received notifications in the past when someone signed a document but yesterday someone signed and I didn’t get a notification.  There were two people to sign, one did, one didn’t.   I thought neither signed because I didn’t get a notification.  This hasn’t happened before that I remember.  Please advise.  I didn’t see anything in the settings regarding sending notifications upon signature but may have missed it. I am trying to add the “Bulk Send” capability to our account. Changing our subscription requires I contact sales. For more than a week, have repeatedly reached out to both support and sales to connect with someone in sales to upgrade our account for this capability. Support has been trying to get someone in sales to reach out to me. Nobody has contacted me. I was just wondering if there is a sales department for subscription upgrades?
