Docusign  Why have you made it so difficult to report fraud. I have had to sign up to an account and now am forced here.  After signing up to an account I find I can’t delete the account.   Please provide a support phone number that I can call to resolve what appears a fraud attempt.  Thank you

Is the system down?  I can’t access a document sent to me for signature. It shows up in documents, but it doesn’t recognize it when I click on the document.

The recent change to the document format we send to customers is creating significant issues. The current appearance is less professional—oversized, opaque boxes now block out text and lines on the contract, even when reduced to the smallest possible size. This makes it difficult for customers to fully understand exactly what they are signing.Previously, the signature fields were transparent, allowing all text to remain visible. The new look not only obstructs important content but also presents a cluttered, confusing, and unrefined appearance. From a customer-facing perspective, this is a step backward in clarity and professionalism.Can you explain the reasoning for moving away from the transparent design? We would strongly recommend reverting to the prior format to ensure contracts remain both visually clear and professionally presented.

When uploading a DOCX with a multi-level numbered list, it restarts numbering back to 1 every time it returns to that level of the hierarchy (see image 1 below). The source document has the numbering correct, and doesn’t include extra paragraph breaks (see image 2 below). My question is this: Does the new editor work with multi-level lists? Image 1: DocuSign’s editor Image 2: Source MS Word File (Formatting marks included)

Hello all,Maybe I missed this and you can direct me to the proper instructions.  Here is my issue:I create an #HREF custom field so that the signer can read a State Statute on the legislative website.  And that works just fine.  The problem is the URL is really long and since the URL is in the tool tip, a signer who is using a screen reader has to listen to a really long URL.  If, when creating the form, I change the tool tip to match WCAG standard for hyperlinks the link breaks.  Are those using screen readers doomed to listen to obnoxiously long hyperlinks (including the https://) or is there a workaround?Thanks

Everything looked to be going OK, except whenever i put a merge field on my document I got an ‘unable to connect to service’ message. I found a post that said disconnect and reconnect the docusign account which I did but it made no difference. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the package from the AppExchange. It claims to be installed successfully but I now just get a grey screen on the DocuSign setup tab and a ‘refused to connect’ message.Any thoughts on how I can fix this please.

Hello,I first created a developer account with my work’s email, then i realized that i do not have access to the advanced signing methods that i have to test.I have a user in my company’s production environment, but it shares the same logs with my developer account, that is not linked to the company, so when i log in the developer realm using my work email, i do not have access to the advanced features. Is there a way i could associate my developer account with my company ?Thank youMathieu

What does this mean? "Each recipient must have an authentication type specified." I have never had this come up before. How do I get rid of it?

Hi, I am sending a DocuSign email from Apex and using the Salesforce Email Template to generate the Email Body. I have this use case:if i go on holiday or i am off for a while and i want to have a user or users to have access to my envelopes but not to all of them. only the ones that are in progress or just recently completed. i will require not only signing on my behalf but also to manage the envelope… Is there a feature from docusign that allows just that? i am aware of delegated signing but this is more than that.My understanding is that if i provide shared access, the person will be able to see my current and past envelopes…Thank youbrSusana

Hi, New to the forum, have an issue using the Template Builder. I’m wanting to add customer sender fields to a contract document, company name, address etc and can add these easily enough. The document however is text heavy and has paragraphs, bullets and tabulations. When very first loaded in, it looks fine. As soon as I start in the Template Builder, I loose that formatting and things become joined and/or our of line. I see mention of flattening/PDF’ng however unsure how that solves the problem when I’m wanting to add the customer fields as the Template Builder doesn’t support PDF format. Perhaps I can approach it differently or am missing another method? Thanks  

Hello,I'm working on integrating the branding feature with DocuSign, but I'm having trouble understanding why the DocuSign icon appears white in the emails I receive.On the DocuSign preview page, the icon displays in black. I'm using Outlook for emails and have already cleared the cache, as that might have been affecting this issue. 

I have been using docusign for many years now. I could always create an envelope, check I am the only signer & then e-sign the document. This no longer works. The only option now available is send which consumes one credit. Is it no longer possible to self-sign envelopes without consuming one credit?

I have a contract that requires over 100 signature boxes.  Is there a way that the selected field choice stays active so that I can just click multiple locations on a page instead of having to go back to the menu item each time I need to add a field?

I have an account opening agreement with an option to have a second signer as an additional account holder. So far, I can’t figure out a way to leave that area as optional. If I setup two signers, it requires both to be filled out. So I have created a separate agreement for the single signer and one for multiple.If possible, I would like to run it all through the same document. Is there a way to do this?

You want authorised users (those who can view a specific agreement set) to be able to assign that agreement set to agreements they have completed, without enabling the “View All Agreement Sets” setting.Currently, enabling “View All Agreement Sets” allows assignment, but it also exposes agreement sets that the user should not be authorised to view.

Hi together,I try to set up a delegation of authority log in docusign.Therfore I have set up a template document including a dynamic table.I have added this template document to an envelope template with 4 recipient for testing purpose (in the end if I get it to work properly it will be 30-50 recipiencs).When I use the envelope I uploade a CSV-File to fill the dynamic table with anchor strings which works fine.However, the replacement of the anchor strings with docusign field seems to be left to chance. The anchor strings in the table are not replaced at all.If I additionally place the same anchor strings below the table in the template document, the signature anchor strings are recognized in the table too, the fullname-anchor strings are only recognized from the first recipient, but the replacement docusign fields are grouped and the placement is messed up.Is there any solution for this?I do need a table with the fullname and signature of all recipients but the last one, the last one

Recently my tag colors are all of the sudden Pastel colors. When I need 3 signatures, I can’t even tell 2 of the colors apart because they are so light and almost exactly the same color...just maybe a slightly different shade of Baby blue for example. Can I change somewhere in setting to different colors? Thanks so much
