Hi - I am an admin and one of our clients had multiple draft envelopes disappear from her draft folder a few days ago.  Is anyone aware of some sort of glitch that might have happened between January 20th and 22nd that affected the draft folder? I had her check her filters and her date span, they appear to be correct to view something from a few days ago. I also had her create another envelope and save it as a draft - it saved just fine today and is currently viewable in the folder.  I asked her to leave it there for now to see if everything stays where it should in the coming days.Any insight is appreciated.

I have been trying since last April to get subscription canceled, get refund and thought it was taken care of until I got renewal notice in email tonight. It won’t let me open a new case to have them call me or respond to this request. So this forum will hopefully get the attention it needs to respond to the attached emails last year…. Over the past few days, my team and I have been attempting to create a free DocuSign developer account through their official website.We navigate to the Developer Center and locate the “Get Started” button, which is supposed to initiate the registration process.However, every time we click the button, absolutely nothing happens—no redirects, no form loads, and no error messages.after sometimes of loading this below error page will displayed

Hello,When a web form has the "Initiate Signing Session from email" selected, the “Thank you page” is never displayed at the end of the session, only the generic Docusign page (https://apps-d.docusign.com/post-sign/finish-signing).Any idea?Thanks

hi all,  i am having an issue with my updated signature not being applied to documents.  I have followed the guides to change my signature on my profile but when i go to sign a new document docusign is filling in the signature with the previous one that was saved. i have cleared my cache and cookies of my browser and have tried on the app and other devices and the same issue happens.  has anyone else experienced this or know how to get the proper signature being used?

I was sent a document to sign and accidentally accepted the ‘DocuSign’ default as my signature for the document. I have updated my signatures in my profile but am not able to sign this document with my name- the only option that comes up when I select ‘Sign’ is the incorrect “DocuSign’ default. Is there a way to fixt this?

I have a Web Form built with an eSignature Template that has two signers. All of the fields are assigned to the first signer except for two… the name and email address of the second signer. As a web form, however, the first signer enters all the information for all the fields, including the name and email address of the second signer. After finishing, when they see the final document to review and sign, all the data is visible except for the name and email address of the second signer, which appear blank to the first signer.If the first signer goes on to sign the document, it is emailed to the second signer, who can now see the second signer name and email in place, so the data definitely made it from the web form to the eSignature template.Unfortunately, this is confusing our first signers, and they are calling us wondering why it’s broken. So my question is, is there any way that the first signer can see the second-signer name and email fields when they go to sign? Anything I could d

Hello, I need to make a change to the template for a form.Am I able to replace the existing template in the form? Or do I need to create a new form altogether?I’ve done some tests, and it looks like all the fields that were created are lost when the template is replaced.Just to clarify, the template is the document (XLSX, PDF, DOCX) that we use as the basis for the DocuSign form. I’m sending DocuSign through Salesforce with 2 files. On the Salesforce opportunity the files save as one PDF, but in the completion email it’s received as two files. I want to combine the files to one PDF in the completion email too. It is possible?Thanks!!!

Can the business located in Turkey use Docusign legally? Is Docusign legal in Turkey? If it is not, is there any plan or situation to make the Docusign legal in Turkey?

I am using Salesforce to access the DocuSign folder and documents. From the DocuSign file component, I have this. From here I select 2 documents, and there is also an action button on the right side that will trigger a workflow.The workflow needs to combine these 2 selected documents and then create a new document. I did create a document workflow. When I run this workflow, in the XML I found that it has 2 documents in the Params variable. When I imported that XML, I found that the XML contained only one document.  Please help me out to achieve this requirement.

Can someone please explain what happens when there are two people who need to sign the document? Does it get sent to the first signer then only after they sign it does it get sent to the second signer? Does that process happen automatically? Does the signing always have to go in order or can it get sent to both parties at the same time?

I want to know if there's a way to hide the DocuSign header when embedding it in an iframe. I'm currently using a standard envelope template and displaying the signing page in an iframe, but I only want the user to sign the document — not see options like 'Decline to Sign' or 'Finish Later'. Is there a way to hide those options or the entire header?

Hello,Anyone experiencing issues with people trying to sign documents but the screen just flashes and does not allow them to sign?  I have many users that just start having this issue.  They don’t receive any errors, just a quick flash and nothing happens.

It is possible to edit the warning message received in some of the form fields in DocuSign CLM?  One example is with the currency field.  The message reads “Please enter a dollar amount in the following format: $1,250.85”. Is it possible to edit that message in any way?  I did not see anything in the actual field or in the admin portions but wanted to see if I missed it.Thanks,Scott

Hi TeamIs there a way to extend the Expiry of the Docusign sign link send to user? Currently it expired after ~24 hours and they have to request for resend new link. Please advise.

We have a CLM workflow where we send out a document in draft mode, then later, send final draft.  The users keep signing the DRAFT documents.To solve this, I found the action/step to Add watermark to a document, but I could not find any way to remove that watermark.I also thought I could make a copy of the document first, then watermark it, but if the user made changes, I wouldn’t be able to get them back to the original.Does anyone know of a way to remove the watermark for a document in CLM Workflow?

Is there a way to stop Docusign from automatically sending all signers the completed version of the document after all signers are done?
