I am working on converting a bunch of hand written forms to DocuSign.  Our system uses the DocuSign API and connects to it using the C# .NET SDK.This works well for most fields and anchor tags but, recently, we have started adding fields like checkboxes and radio buttons.  However, it appears that radio buttons do not have any sort of measurement associated with them in their class (no scale, no width/height, etc.).  The only size related field I can find is fontsize, but changing that does not appear to change the size of the radio button.Is there any way to change the size of a radio button for a form submitted through the DocuSign API?

I need to e-sign a doc and then send in P7M format. Is this possible? 

We are creating a rather complex document / form for someone to sign.  They need to answer questions (yes/no and true/false) and are using conditional formatting for a few of them as well.  However, we would like to test out the form before sending it but it seems like the only way to test is to send it to ourselves.  Is there any way a document can be viewed/tested without going through the signing process?  It would be a big help!  Thanks.

Can’t send my document, I don’t care about no comments, i used a PDF, no comments on the DocuSign either, I don't know this error. I already changed to a paid plan to add more signers, this DocuSign is so freaking annoying. already read all the posts here to. “open a case” is a joke, right?

Hi, I need help logging into my account. My account is under larry@***********.com. This email is no longer active (hacked) and I am now using l*****************@gmail.com. When I try to log in with my old email it needs to verify by sending an email to larry@***********.com which I do not have access to due to the hack. I need to get the login changed to my new email address. Can you help me?All the support options ask me to log in but wants to send a verification email to my old email. I cannot find out how to bypass this so I can get into my account and then change my login email to my new one. Suggestions?

When editing a document generated in CLM with tables and conditions, a specific table row content is deleted using MS 365 online editor. By doing that, the formatting of other three different table rows break (different table).The weird thing is that it only happens using MS 365 online. When we use download and edit in desktop word app, the formatting is correct.It is not the first time I see formatting issues with MS365 online in CLM. Another case I saw a few months ago was that the formatting and spacing of a template changed completely if we open using MS365 or in Word Desktop app.Anyone know the root cause and how to fix?

Even when I have gone through all the pop up tool tips when creating an envelope, they still appear with each new envelope.  I checked through all settings and don’t see anywhere where these tips can be disabled.  It’s very annoying and time consuming to keep clicking on the X to make them go away!Thanks in advance!

Have been confused by the Seat vs User scenarios, but think I’ve got it now. However, trying to figure out how I can add another User without adding more envelopes (seat). We would be lucky to do 40-60 in a year, but it would be very helpful if it wasn’t all me as User doing the work. Looking at older posts it looks like there was a way but now isn’t (without spending more money)?Don’t need more envelopes so we don’t wish to pay for another license. If that’s not possible, what happens if I need to go on holiday?Thanks for any advice - or links to more I should read.

Can someone please help us understand why the result of the two reports (for all type of signatures) is not tallying. We have run this for all months. We have looked up the Documentation, but this does not explain the difference.

Hi everyone, I just realized that my document has a signature that’s overlapping over another signature. It’s most likely a mistake on my part but I’m looking for a way to remove it. The signer has already completed her signature and I can’t seem to find any resource on how to remove this signature.I really don’t want to send it again for my group to sign so is there a work around for this?I tried to find a way to contact docusign but it seems that they don’t want to ever be contacted to support their customers. 

I have a form in excel. The date is in Uk format (DD/MM/YYYY) but when I upload it to add teh signatur field and the date signed field, the date showas as MM/DD/YYYY.To be clear, this date is not a docusign field. It is teh date the form was filled in.I checked the regional setting, which is sent as DD/MM/YYYY  and the date signed shows as it should (Account defalult) 

Good morning, I have changed our company branding for all emails, but I now need to change the internal branding when we log into Docusign, the company logo on the header of the DocuSign website next to the users name in the top right-hand corner. For the life of me, I cannot find where to change it.  Thanks

I’ve been trying to sign a document from my doctor for 4 days but I’m having a lot of problems with this site, this is ridiculous. I couldn’t even post this yesterday, there was no place to type my problem.At any rate, I received an email from Docusign telling me to sign a document from my doctor. I clicked the link, signed up, and couldn’t find the document. Now when I sign in I get a dead end, it wants me to create an envelope which I can’t do because it also tells me I have too many drafts and there’s no way I can delete them. I can’t leave this page, I’m stuck on it. Luckily I have 3 docusign.com tabs open and I can post here using this tab to sign?I’ve received 3 emails from Docusign telling me to sign but it won’t let me sign. What can I do? Do I have to be a paying member to sign? Do I have to pay for support? 

stuck on creating envelope/unable to create envelope. How to fix this 

I have a 3 page template I am am trying to make page 3 to be page one, How can I change the page order of a template? 

I updated the values in the Envelope Custom field and selected Yes to updating the templates that have this field, however not all envelopes were updated.  What can I do to update those templates which did not get updated?
