I have used the classic version of templates in the past, and would like to continue.This is the first time I have uploaded a  Word document into templates and Docusign has changed the document during upload by changing my top and bottom margins. Now I have dangling signature fields instead of being grouped on one page as in previous design.How do I get Docusign to stop changing my document?Also, is there a way to set my preferred font once to be used on all documents?

I need to find a way to force the signature to be bold as is too thin and when we print out the documents it can barely be found i know if they draw the signature this could help i also now if they upload their own signature this would work out i i don't know how to force the fonts to only be the boldest ones so once they are selected they could be more legible. all the suggestion to mitigate are much apreciatted. 

I’m wondering if there is something that isn’t right in my settings.  I received notifications in the past when someone signed a document but yesterday someone signed and I didn’t get a notification.  There were two people to sign, one did, one didn’t.   I thought neither signed because I didn’t get a notification.  This hasn’t happened before that I remember.  Please advise.  I didn’t see anything in the settings regarding sending notifications upon signature but may have missed it. We use DocuSign to route for signature directly out of our Database (there is a DocuSign link in the database to click/send to DocuSign). Recent user was unable to void or cancel envelope that first signer “declined”. Error message read, “Only envelopes in the ‘Sent’ or ‘Delivered’ state may be voided.” 

I am trying to add the “Bulk Send” capability to our account. Changing our subscription requires I contact sales. For more than a week, have repeatedly reached out to both support and sales to connect with someone in sales to upgrade our account for this capability. Support has been trying to get someone in sales to reach out to me. Nobody has contacted me. I was just wondering if there is a sales department for subscription upgrades?

I created 5 documents, that need to be signed each by the same person. After that I need to save them separately. Can I send those documents in one envelope to the person who needs to sign them all ? And then save the signed documents separately, or do I need to send each document in a separate envelope? 

HiAll of a sudden envelopes are not being received even though they show as sent in report. I am using the sample recipients csv file downloaded from within the envelope, no names are duplicated and email addresses are properly formatted.What else can I do to check?ThanksJuliette Monet

It is not fully clear to me which corrections I can make to an envelope without having signers resign the envelope.Here I read: But here: That doesn’t match in my eyes. Though I tested and it seems the latter is correct.Is there any good overview of what can be changed in an enveloped without having to resign? And: What triggers a need to resign (I assume changing documents?

Hi, My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday I’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED. I am reaching out to inquire about the envelope limits on my account. Last month, I was able to send over 1000 envelopes, but I am now experiencing a much lower limit. Could you please clarify why my envelope allowance has changed and what options are available to increase my envelope capacity?Regarding API usage limit which is set to 3000, I am not able to Update the hourly limit and even after almost 12 hours, limit has not been reset.This month -   Last Month -  API Usage -

Early last year I set up various documents through the Envelope Templates section. How do I move/copy those template documents over to the new Documents Template section of the program without losing my fields and conditional rules?

  Hello DocuSign Community,  We are hitting the ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED error on our Developer Demo account, and the error occurs both via the REST API AND the web interface. This rules out the "API has separate limits from web" explanation mentioned in previous threads.  Environment:  - Account type: Developer Demo (sandbox)  - Authorization server: account-d.docusign.com  - API base path: demo.docusign.net/restapi  - Integration method: REST API via official PHP SDK (docusign/esign-client v8.6)  - Error code: ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED  - Error message: "The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded"  Critical detail:  The same error appears when trying to send envelopes through:  - ✗ REST API calls  - ✗ Web interface (appdemo.docusign.com)  This suggests either a system-wide bug or an account-level issue, not an API-specific quota.  Support access issue:  We cannot contact DocuSign support - the chat widget does not load/function in Firefox browser. Good morning.I’m working on a pledge document for a campaign. As I enter the fillable fields, I need to use numbers WITHOUT decimals (for dates and timeframe) but that isn’t an option in the number format section. Is there a way to do that?  I’m stumped. Thanks! ss

Hello,I am unable to start the identity verification required to sign a document via DocuSign due to a technical issue with the IDnow verification step.In the mobile IDnow app, the connection test immediately shows the message “You have NO connection - BAD” and stops. This occurs despite having a stable internet connection. I tested this on a smartphone using both Wi-Fi and mobile data, without VPN.On desktop, the identity verification step also cannot be completed: the “Connection speed test” screen does not progress and remains stuck (Chrome browser, tested with both Wi-Fi and mobile internet, all permissions granted for camera, microphone, and location, no browser extensions installed).Because of this issue, I am completely blocked from completing the legally required identity verification and therefore cannot proceed with signing the document.Additionally, I am currently unable to contact DocuSign support through the platform itself. Calling Login with https://www.docusign.net/api/3.0/credential.asmx fails with "One or both of Username and Password are invalid."  The Login call is made by using “[IntegratorKey]Username” as the username.This just started recently.  I was only made aware of it today, so it could have started today.  All my customers are down. Is it possible that the API has changed and I never received any emails? We got our Integrators Key in 2013 and have not made any changes to this code in quite a while.

How do I put a text field into a document that all signers can see? It seems that only the signer who is assigned the text field can see it when they are signing, but other signers can't see it until after the doc is fully signed and completed.

I am working in Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator)’s sandbox environment and have signed several test envelopes with documents embedded in each of them. I believe those signed documents will appear in the agreements list, but there is no agreements to show. I have admin permissions and can see all agreements in Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator).Please advise. Thanks!

Hello, Anyone having problems with the new version sharepointfororganization 4.2.1 ?After installing it in the app catalog it is available to install on your SharePoint site. When adding it to you sharepoint site it is installed succesfully on it but on the site it is not visible or possible to initiate Docusign. When you had a previous version installed on the site and you do an update it’s not a problem. So only when it’s a new installation it’s is not possible to use it after installation.  

There appears to be no way to report on number of envelopes re-sent (or sent manual reminder). Anyone have a way of doing this? Or is this a request to the Docusign developers? 

Good morning. We have a paid-work DocuSign account assigned to one email. That person fully created the account and changed the original password. Now that person is on extended leave and no one has access to action anything. He is not reachable. We’ve not used any functions as it was just renewed for another year and we don’t want to let it go to waste. Plus when the person returns he will no longer need access to DocuSign.  Is there anyway that email can be removed and another email can be registered as the admin? I have that persons email and what we believe to be the original password. Another office took care of payment, so I’ll be able to get any information from them as well. Please let me know if this is possible and thank you!

I have dutily noted the time period between January 2026 and May 2026 to complete the migration of services for EU Production Accounts to Azure Infrastructure. Will we be notified as to when the migration is completed (even a global communication)? How can I, as a customer verify that we indeed migrated to Azure infrastructure? Thank You

I sent out a real estate sales contract to the buyer.  The buyer asked me to change the closing date.  I deleted that document from the packet and inserted a replacement document.  Now I need to put in the initial and signing locations and resend the entire packet.   Is this possible?  Or do I have to just resent the entire packet and redo all the signing and initial locations? 

I have noticed that upon the envelopes gets fully signed the recipients can download a copy within the same day but the next day this feature expire is there a way to extend this time? I would like them to be notified once the documents are sent to my signers and also once they are fully executed the way is set up currently is only notifying my recipients once the documents are fully signed.  Thanks in advance for your help.
