Hello, I have used DocuSign at my company every day for 7 years, and today I received the following message when I tried to go to the website: Access to www.docusign.com was deniedYou don't have authorization to view this page.HTTP ERROR 403 We just paid the renewal so I don’t understand how I can’t even access the home page. I haven’t been able to use it all day. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and how can I fix it if I literally can’t even get to the website? I’m amazed that the Community function is even working.

Clicking on the button just redirect me to maestro page. i have tried to login with my email, but I can’t. I tried to change my password but it said that I don’t have any account.What should I do from this? 

Hi all,I’m using a JWT Grant flow in PHP (RS256).The token works perfectly against the sandbox endpoint:https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts But when I send the exact same JWT to the Maestro (developer) endpoint:https://api-d.docusign.com/v1/accounts DocuSign returns:“Jwt payload is an invalid JSON”Does anyone know why the payload is accepted in demo but rejected in Maestro/API-D?What’s different ?Thanks in advance for any help 🙏

How can I drag & drop the signature boxes with more accuracy on an iPad. It's not as easily done as on the computer & I have to delete and start over every time. Really aggravating.

Hi all,I'm currently working on integrating DocuSign into my C# application. One of the features I’d like to implement is Signing Groups. While I can see that the DocuSign REST API does support Signing Groups (as referenced in the official documentation), it appears that the DocuSign.eSign.dll NuGet package does not expose equivalent functionality.Could someone confirm if this functionality is currently missing from the NuGet library, or if there’s an alternative way to access Signing Group features through the SDK that I might have overlooked?Thank you!

Looking to set-up Share Access for the team where the majority of envelopes can be shared.  However there are few envelopes that we would like to mark as private.  Is it possible to have both Share Access across users and also specially designate private envelopes?

Not able to view/open documents, after documents signed by user. receiving error- which states- The link has been expired. The templates/envelope have expire date of more than 100 days.any idea why this issue has been occured.

I tried to search and checked in documentation also. In the documentation Recipient type it says its drop down, but its just text field. if you see below picture (from docusign link), recipient type they say its drop down, but its not drop down. and whatever values i tried to give/enter like ‘Need to Sign’ or ‘Signer’, its giving error and i couldn't find what are valid values anywhere in document for this specific action. Seeking an answer to this question: “As our team is not external facing, are we able to adjust the sender information to reflect the name of the internal rep who forwarded us the report request?” Essentially, the team responsible for sending the document for signature wants it to look like it’s coming from the rep that the customer is familiar with, or possibly a more ambiguous dept. name.Example: If John Smith of the ABC Accounting Dept is the sender, we don’t want John Smith’s name or John.Smith@company.com email to be seen anywhere in the email notifications. We want just ABC Accounting Dept. or ABC@company.com.I know you can create a custom email subdomain so the email appears to come from a company dept. Is there a way mask the senders name with an alias in the body of the email notification? Ex: “ABC Accounting Dept sent you a document to review and sign.” and “Thank you, ABC Accounting Dept.” Currently, what is seen is the sender’s name and email from their Profile.Thank you!

How do I stop the XML from being created, along side of my Word document?  The history said it was from a document package builder but I cannot find where that is located or how I can edit it.  I only want the word document with the signature at this point and this action is cluttering up my folders.  Thanks!

Hello, On 07/24 our annual account was charged $600.00 for 2 seats and 200 envelopes. I downgraded the plan to 1 seat, wanting to receive a refund for the extra seat that we will not use as I saw that refunds are still possible if they’re in the 14-day window. However, I saw I needed to cancel a plan or close the account.   So, I decided to cancel the plan, which would default me to the free plan, then sign up again for the 100 envelopes. However, My ability to cancel the plan is greyed out, and I do not know what to do. I am currently being charged for more than I need and I am still in the return window.  I also attempted to undo the “pending change” and keep the 2 seats to see if that will allow me to cancel. But it will not change back to the original plan.  I have been a long-time DocuSign user for two business operations. I hope this can be corrected.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you,

Hi All! We’ve got an issue with a signer who is unable to sign a document in QES, due to a "Cookies should be enabled" error (browser = Safari). However, she accepted cookies + tried with another browser but still remains blocked.Have you ever encountered this problem? 

is there a problem with sending documents to a yahoo.com address for someone.  Is yahoo blocking docuSign?  I have sent docs to person numerous times and they are not getting them and address is correct.

For the personal version and the standard version, I have a few questions regarding their use.The first question is: can the signatures be modified for both versions? For example, if I am Lucia and later on I want to change my signature to Linna on the envelope, is that possible?The second question is: can the company seal be operated in both the personal version and the standard version?The third question: For a small company that might only receive 5-10 envelopes a month, would the personal version be sufficient?Looking forward to getting answers, thank you all.

Upload an Excel  format file to sign, when download files, can the signed file format is still Excel ?currently the download file is PDF formator. If  the signed file format is Excel can’t available. Can the download files include mine original Excel file? When i download files, i can download original Excel file that have not signed and also have signed PDF document.  

Is there a way to recover a purged document so I can save it again?

I sent out a real estate sales contract to the buyer.  The buyer asked me to change the closing date.  I deleted that document from the packet and inserted a replacement document.  Now I need to put in the initial and signing locations and resend the entire packet.   Is this possible?  Or do I have to just resent the entire packet and redo all the signing and initial locations?

Hello, I have a DocuSign form which was accessible through a PowerForm. For reasons that I can’t determine, when the user clicks on the link to open the PowerForm, the process skips this and goes directly into the DocuSign form.To expand on this, the user clicks the link, the PowerForm would display allowing the user to define the signatures then the user would move on to the form. Currently, the user can’t define signatures becasue the form opens when the PowerForm link is clicked.This process was working previously and only started this behavior today (Jul 3, 2025).What recommendations are there to troubleshoot this issue? The template below is currently configured to display a voided envelope when the email address is updated. At present, the content is static. Have a requirement to display different text based on either a flag / custom field when making a call to v2.1/accounts/xxxxx/envelopes/xxxxx/recipients?resend_envelope=true How can I pass a custom field and make this template conditionally display text based on that custom field? Appreciate your support!
