I am a paid customer of DocuSign.I tried to document to sign, I could not and I got the following error message:A Required field is incomplete. TabId: abd948d2-c95a-49c8-9d06-78532a4f5bd1 I tried to have support to call me and I could not either. They give me 4 options to login:Partner LoginDoD LoginInsight & Analyzer LoginApplications Rooms, CLM, Notary LoginI could not sign in to any of these options.

Hi all,I am getting the following error in one of my Salesforce sandboxes, not in others. The error is from a Docusign log, the actual page when I try to access DAL, Gen Templates, or sending a Docusign from a button is blank page with a loading wheel.Failed to complete product setup. dfsle.APIException: [401] Unauthorized Reference ID: (dfsle)I have tried the suggestions in this article however to no luck. Could anyone share any guidance on how to resolve this?Many thanks!Molly

I would like to know if it is possible to specify the size of a text box for a custom field using the tag added in a Word document in DocuSign, such as \text_1\. If so, what is the correct syntax to specify the dimensions (width and height) directly within the tag?Thank you for your assistance.

How does Docusign IDV Premier help streamline and enhance the identity verification processes?

My client had started an agreement and filled out majority of the form, only had to sign it and send it back. They were unable to access it, so I resent it with an updated access code. When I resent it to them, the information they filled in was erased and the form was completely blank - forcing them to restart from scratch. Is there a way I can retrieve the field data they inputted earlier? Why was their information deleted when I resent them the agreement? I think it is because I “corrected” the document and inputted a new access code...

If I have a document that needs to be signed by 3 different parties, and I don’t want the first signer to see the last signers information they have to fill in, is this possible to execute? 

Is there some way to have prefilled fields that don’t show up on the customer side?  My use case is a follows:Sender fills in a few prefilled fields that are needed as part of contract text Also need sender to complete other fields for internal tracking and downstream use with API or automations - not visible to signer.Is this possible? How can I do this? 

Hello helpers !When I send a document to my customers for signature, when all parties have signed,  we all receive the PDF with separately the Document  signed and the Summary.Is there a way to always attached the Document and  Summary together (by default). Honestly it is a pain to always have to managed 2 documents . Why the Summary is not attached by default to the document ?In cas of dispute, the signed document , without the Summary , is not very strongthank you Jerome

I have several thousand agreements in my CLM.  There is a new Attribute I am being asked to track across them all that was not entered when we migrated them into the system.  I have the new values for all of the agreements in an excel file.  Is there any way to upload a change to enter values to Attributes across many contracts at the same time?  It is prohibitive to go into each contract and add this Attribute one at a time.  It would take far too long.

I would like to view a document still that was voided and then deleted to see what information was entered in the form fields and potentially shared with another signer. I found an envelope ID for the document in the Document and Envelope Retention Policy, but I cannot locate the actual document itself. How can I view the document? Thank you!

Hello, I created a new Docusign envelope template in SalesForce and I have this error message “Source object is blank”.  I created this template using the “Clone” button from an existing template.  Also, I notice the “Main Data Source” column is blank for the cloned template, but not for others.  I think this clone feature is broken.  There is no screen I can find where I can make this selection. 

I (KC) need to send a document to a client dept. manager and their team for signature by the manager and review by the team.Then a 2nd signature is needed (mine) before sending copies of the completed document to additional individuals and everyone else in the workflow.  See below.If the Dept Mgr is Role 1 (Needs to Sign) and their team members are all Role 2 (Needs to Review) and this is followed by Role 3 (Needs to Sign 2nd signer-me) followed by multiple Role 4 (Receives a copy) recipients.Will the 2nd signer receive the notification to sign only after Role 1 has signed the document all the team members reviewed the document? If so, if 1 team member does not review the document is it possible to correct or by-pass that reviewer so the 2nd signer receives the notification to sign? Will the recipients in Role 4 (Receives a copy) only receive the copy after the 2nd signer signs the document? I am submitting a document for approval and it only needs to be signed by a majority (3 out of 5 people) to be approved. How can I mark a document as completed once the majority has signed/approved the document?

Hello, I have a user with a DS Sender role that I shared a template with.  She was able to see all the fieldsthat I added to a template but now she cannot see them any longer.  Nothing has changed with herpermissions or the template permissions however when she sends an envelope with this template(and adds other documents), she changes the Envelope Type.  I tried this with another user and theyare able to see the fields, I have one that cannot.  Appreciate any help from the community. ThanksGary

Hi, I paid for a year of docusign personal last August. I get 5 sends a month and have only sent 1 this month, yet docusign states that I am out of envelopes and it is asking me to upgrade. Has anyone else encountered this? I am on hold with docusign currently and hoping to get an answer but wanted to also post here just in case. Thank you in advance if anyone can help out!

I have created a webform template that I would like a supplier to instigate for small value instructions.When I select options, it doesn’t have “share the URL” and will only allow me to share with people in my organisation. How can I share this outside my organisation other than me having to add them as a recipient?

Once a recipient has signed a document, and the sender has already signed, is it still possible for the sender to modify or add information to the document without the recipient being notified of those changes? Thank you in advance

I urgently need help. I have 2 signers who have not received their Docusign envelope. I have triple checked emails, changed email addresses, re-ordered the signing order, resent the envelope. They have checked their spam. The envelope is not going through. How can I resolve this issue asap?
