I have scenario of conditional logic, like say there are 5 checkbox options (option1, option2, ….) and 3 sub options (option A, option B..) (which i can create using add tab action).Now the requirement is, when user selects option 1 or option 3, then Option A is required and when user selected option 2, then Option B is required…I see there is a way to implement this in REST API, but i don’t see option in any power automate actions, so, is conditional logic possible to implement in power automate built-in connector? 

​Hello, I have a document that serves as a claim reimbursement form to reimburse users of their business related expenditures. When the claimant, s/he provide the name and account number. I have been asked to create a report that provides the status of the envelope, plus the claimant name and account number. Started off using the Envelope Report that is already provided, edited the columns that I want displayed, but have not been able to find a way to include the custom fields that are required.Is that something that can’t be done?Any orientation is appreciated! Hello,  My first question on the move to Microsoft Azure: Is Microsoft Azure already a subprocessor / third party used by DocuSign or are they new? An additional question, based on the the FAQ, it mentions that transactions processing is what is moving:What does processing entail? Is this the entire service including storage of data? Is historical information being migrated as part of this or is it just services and future processing that is being transferred?

Does anyone know how to remove the white background that shows up when I input text on a document? It makes the agreement I’m filling out look funky. Thanks in advance! 

I urgently need help recovering access to my DocuSign account.I’ve lost access to the secondary email address used for two-step verification, which was linked to my account. Although I was able to update my primary email and recover my documents, I’m now stuck because the system still requires verification via the old email address I can no longer access.I've already tried contacting support, and even spoke with someone named Freddy from Costa Rica, but I still haven’t received a working solution.I’m losing valuable business due to this issue.Is there any way to completely remove or replace the old verification email so that I can fully access my account and continue using DocuSign?I am willing to verify my identity in any way necessary.Thank you in advance for any help or guidance the community can provide.Best regards,

What I wanted:I need to use both Remote Signing & Embedded Signing in a single DocuSign template (Single Signer). My goal is to redirect the user to a custom page once they complete the signing process, whether they sign through the flow page or via the email link I send for the signature in DocuSign.What I've already tried:I have tried implementing both BrandId (for remote signing) and ClientUserId (for embedded signing) in the same template. This approach is working fine for embedded signing, but I am facing issues with remote signing: The exception is thrown when using remote signing, and the user is not redirected to the custom page after signing. Hi Community,We are using DocuSign Maestro Designer to build our form, and we have integrated ID Verification (IDV) as part of the flow.After the user completes the ID verification, we would like to redirect them to our own website. Is there a way to configure a custom redirect URL within the Maestro Designer for this purpose?Thanks.

Hello, We were getting ready to “Go-Live” with our first DocuSign integration but when we went to start the process, it is showing that we don’t have 20 consecutive Api calls. Upon closer review, it looks like the “GetUsers” endpoint (list | REST API | Docusign) is registering as Failed when it cannot find a user. This doesn’t make sense because it is still a successful call is it not? We are using this to check and see if the user exists before creating the signature request. If they do not exist then we call the user Add API.  Any insights into this? Is there a better approach that I am missing? Or do we just need to get past this initial fail and run multiple more tests to get to 20 consecutive successful calls?

I got a docusign I that I have no idea where it came from or from who? It seems to be in Spanish. I haven’t opened it yet. Question is should I open it? Is it safe to open it? What will happen it I open it? Should I just delete it? Can someone at docusign check it before I open it to see what it is? Help?

Hi there, My company was wondering what other companies do when they are testing out an envelope with KBA? Do you have some sort of test recipient that you have set up to use test KBA answers with? Or do you have to use your own email and answer your own KBA questions as the only option. Thank you.

I am sending envelopes to a large block of clients. I am having a non-deliverable issue with comcast.net email addresses. Even in the same envelope with multiple comcast addresses (all of which are good working addresses) some will go through and others will fail.I sent a client this morning it worked. I sent another envelope later to the same comcast.net email address and I get a failure delivery.Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and is there anything I can do to fix it?(this is my first time using Docusign.) 

I’ve created a web form for use by people without licenses within our company. The web form is also easier for individuals who might not be able to fill a form out directly so a web form guides them through the process. This issue is my name being used to send every form throughout the company. The other issue is that I am notified every time a form is used, viewed and signed throughout its life. Should I create a service account within DS that I would use to create and authorize these web forms with?The idea of creating web forms for only use by myself seems odd. If I can share a form with individuals, why can I not share a webform for the same use?

I am unable to see any invoices in my account - Account ID: *******. I made a payment of GBP 12.00 for payment to DOCUSIGN INC on 23 Jun 2025 at 10:24. I am not able to view that invoice. I had downgraded my account after the payment was made.

Hi There I don’t see an option of specifying Delivery method as SMS or Email or Both in add recipient action. Or mentioning SMS information alone will be treated Delivery Method as SMS? if there is some place i can mention, where can i specify that option in in-built Docusign Actions? Or is this the limitation this way and i have to use Https post?  

I have been having a lot of clients state that they are not receiving the DocuSign email when I sent them an envelope to sign. The email is not in their Spam folder either. Anyone else had issues with this? 

Is there a way to make the Docusign Navigator view default to displaying envelopes instead of documents within the Completed View for all users on the account?

With DocuSign it is possible to attach excels during signing, but during the process it transforms the excel into a document, is there a configuration that keeps the excel as an excel attachment?

I attempted to sign a document using my Portuguese ID Card; however, the system rejected it, stating that the new version of the card is not accepted. I contacted the other party to the contract to explain the situation, but they informed me that there is no alternative method for obtaining the signature and that the process via DocuSign is mandatory.I am unsure how to proceed, as it is not my fault that the system does not accept my ID card, which holds the same legal validity as the previous version.
