Hi Team,I am using REST API to create envelope and get it signed by supplier. Once its signed, on top of that signed document we need to add CEO signature automatically. Is it possible in DocuSign. I see its not possible to add directly on my analysis. Can we use composite templates to get this done. Any thoughts would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

We use DocuSign to manage agreements across approximately 70 customer organizations. For our tracking purposes, it's essential to capture the organization name that has signed the agreement, rather than the name of the individual signer.However, we've encountered a challenge: the notifications we receive and the reports we can generate from DocuSign do not include the organization name. It appears that this information is not being pulled from the signed agreement, even when it's entered there.Is there a clever way to be easily notified of the signing organization rather than the signer, or do I have to make sure that the contacts within the DocuSign platform have the organization name included somewhere?Thanks 

Text in a pdf document is changed by docusign while uploading as a template document.Why does this happen? How to fix? Many thanks for help!Thomas

For three days, I have clicked the button for Promote to Production. I click through to my paid account, select the user there, and the system then says there will be a go live decision in 48 hours.24 hours later, I go back, and the Promote to Production.Looking to contact someone in Support fails, as the question mark only has the Support Center, and no option to contact support.How, exactly, do I go live if the automated system doesn’t work and there isn’t support to contact? Or do I need to rewrite my integration to use a service that actually works?

But know I need to update the expiration date of an envelope but it is throwing error as '{"errorCode":"USER_LACKS_PERMISSIONS","message":"This User lacks sufficient permissions. I’m sure no one will see this in time but I am still having issues logging into the Zoom session for Peer Group.  I got the invite but no matter what combo email/password I try to use it does not work.  I also tried to register again and shows my email address is already used.

Hi everyone,I believe I can create a public link on the website for customers to sign a form based on the template i’ve created. I have some questions:Can the customer upload a PDF document with prepopulated fields into Docusign and then sign the document?  Can additional supporting attachments be uploaded as part of the envelope but does not populate into the template/form e.g an image of license Can certain fields (excluding the signature field) be completed in Docusign after uploading the PDF where some information is prepopulated? and can that be any field? (the form has set fields that are prepopulated already and set fields that require input) Can we use phone verification for customers accessing the form via the URL on website If we have multiple forms, can we use the same URL or do we require multiple URLs?  Set rules/questions to signing parties. Hello All,I set up a DocuSign template where users can send agreement us customers. Once customers sign the agreement, I want those agreements to be stored in a SharePoint document library. I set SharePoint app in the Connection.Then I set up rule and action in the DocuSign.In the action part under the Customize file and folder name/path, there are several options which do not help my idea.I want to capture some document custom fields into the file name so that when it stores into the SharePoint it is easy to find by the document custom fields.Unfortunately, I could find any available solution out there.I would appreciate if some can help me on this.Thanks PS: Please see the attached image for clarification.  

Hi! Hope you are doing well! I faced the issue with login in to the Docusign support portal. The error is: “If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios,  contact Docusign Support  for assistance.”. But my account has been created more than 4 days ago. I am sending requests via SMS using the api from Salesforce. The text that is sent is not very user-friendly. Is there a way to modify it?

I want to make it so that the default is to allow recipients to edit an envelope as opposed to having to check the box in the “advanced settings” each time an envelope is sent. I don’t want everyone at my company to have to remember to check that box every time they send something. I swear I remember Docusign having this feature, but I cannot find it anywhere in the settings nor on any forum posts. 

Hello, The sender stated that they have sent us the envelopes four times but we are unable to receive them. We have checked the spam folder but no luck. We have the envelope IDs but couldn’t find a way to contact Support to get assistance on how to access them.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to create a conditional field based on how a different recipient selects their answer. We have a 3 radio button group by signer 1. If signer 1 chooses radio button #3 we would like signer 2 to initial the page. So the signer 2 initial tag would be conditional based on signer 1 radio button #3.

Hello. I’ve sent a document to a couple to sign. The husband has successfully signed via his email address; however, the wife is having issues completing hers. When she clicks the ‘Review Documents’ link in her email, she says she is being directed to a page to log in to DocuSign or create an account. I’ve set up text message authentication so, after clicking the email link, she should be prompted to have a code sent to her phone. She shouldn’t be required to log into DocuSign or set up an account. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

I have a document that two recipients must complete. However, I only have the contact information of the first recipient, and the first recipient can select who will be completing the remaining part of the document. How to do so?

Dear all, In some contracts registered by our partners, the Docsing system is displaying the name of the former manager, C***** B**** da C****, in the signature certificate. I need you to remove C***** B**** da C****'s name so it doesn't appear in the certificate generated for the documents, as the data has already been changed within the platform. My issue is that I have two companies and I want to send contracts through my Docusign account as two separate entities. I did some research and found I can do this by adding a second Brand to my account. Problem is, when I go to the Brands section, there isn't an option to add another Brand. I am the account administrator and I have the Business Pro Plan. Thanks in advance. 

In the Developer account, templates created through the Template Builder include a tab field called Data Label.However, in the Production environment, the Data Label field is not available in the Template Builder.I developed a program that populates template tabs fields using the DocuSign eSignature API. Data Label used as a key to map values from the API. Production Account Developer Account 

Hello, I set up a template with Data Labels and have linked fields that automatically fill in duplicate information. I now need to edit the form, but the Data Labels section is missing from the menu on the right. Without it, I am no longer able to link fields. Any idea how to get access to Data Labels again?
