One of our customer is using Docusign embedded signing within their app. The app release is being blocked by the app store because DocuSign is requesting location access. Could you please provide instructions on how to disable this request or share the appropriate documentation explaining why DocuSign requires location access?

Hello, at our intitution (college) we are noticing that some emails coming from DocuSign requesting people to sign are going into quarantine (not spam or junk). Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution? Is there anything I can do in the template formatting to help prevent this? Don C.

Hello,after I have added all involved people to the signature workflow I am able to choose a contract type from various preset contract types. I am aware that this is for statistical/reporting purposes only. These contract types mostly don´t fit ours and we have additional, company specific types. Is it possible to customize those preset contract types and if so, which setting do I use as an Admin?Best regards,Katrin

Hi guys!I need to use a Custom Field in my envolpe in both the subject and the body of my email through bulk sent. Tried many of the solutions in this community but none of them could solve this issue. Here is the steps I followed:Created a custom field in my account; Used this custom field in the template I'm using; Filled the example CSC with the values I need for the custom field;However, in the email subject, the custom field is not appearing in the drop down box and I've tried a lot of formats to include the custom field but none of them worked properly. ([[ECF:CustomField]], [[CustomField]], [[CustomField]])Perhaps I'm still missing a few steps in this setup… Could anyone help me with this issue? I've just read of threads here and couldn't manage to solve this.

I have this error when i’m trying to send an envelope:"errorCode":"ACCOUNT_LACKS_PERMISSIONS","message":"This Account lacks sufficient permissions. Account does not have permission to set 'display' or 'signermustacknowledge' properties on document ..."this is the production account. Testing in the developer account i never get that error. What is the soultion for this issue ?

Hello,at the moment all our DocuSign users can view all other users in our company in the adress book. This is not very useful for us since we mostly send envelopes and documents to external persons or companies. As an admin, where can I find the settings to enable the visibility of all contacts for all users? Each user should only see its own contacts.Best regards,Katrin

Dear Community,we have the case that account holders want to send a document for signing that already contains the signature of the supervisor. However, this manager does not sign the document himself, but his signature is inserted into the document as an image file by his employees. This is the case for many simple standard processes. The manager would not have the time to sign every single one of these processes himself. Is it possible to store several signatures in the employee's account? One is the employee's own signature, i.e. the account holder, and the other is that of the employee's supervisor, which the employee can use if necessary? Hello!  I’m working on creating an integration using the Apex Toolkit and I’m having an issue with my envelope recipient routing order and sequence order. I’ve noticed that when constructing my envelope recipients with the envelope.withRecipients it automatically assigns my recipients a routing order and sequence number based on their order in the recipient list. I need to be able to assign those values myself so that they can align with a template I’m matching my envelope to. Any suggestions on how I can do this would be greatly appreciated! 

We have an application the is integrated with DocuSign via the C# SDK.We allow users of our app to sign into their own DocuSign accounts to create and send envelopes which is then facilitated by the various SDK API calls.The users can successfully create and send envelopes, however if they are signed into their own accounts Connect is not capturing any events to forward to our webhook.If we sign in and use the account that is associated with our integration to send and create envelopes Connect forwards the events to our webhook as expected.Am I missing some settings within our configuration of Connect or are you not able to capture events across accounts?Is there any solution to this instead polling for envelope / recipient status changes? 

I am no longer getting email notifications that a document has been signed. I have to keep checking the inbox for completed documents. Is anyone else having this issue?

Can I approve a docusign document without actually signing it? We need to be able to send quotes that don't require any signatures, but still leverage DocuSign for our internal approval process before the quote goes to the customer.

Hi, I am trying to add an email address in my document and would like it to act as a hyperlink to email, is this function available? I know how to add a hyperlink to a site in the document, and added an email address the same way using #HREF, but this does not work for email. Should I be using something different to indicate email? Thank you

Does every signer receive a copy of the document once all parties sign?

Last Friday our customers started to receive an error, "Not All Tags Are Signed", even though all of the required fields have been indeed addressed. Has anyone else seen this, and if so, how did you get it resolved? 

Hi Team, Working on an integration utilizing template and sending an envelope. Before sending I want to generate a preview url. This preview url is different everytime I hit the api. How long does this preview url lasts? whats the best practice on generating sender views? Should I retain the generated url until the envelope is sent ? Sender API Regards, Karun

Our instance of DocuSign in integrated with Salesforce. I am trying to build a template document in Word and am having issues with the SuppressTableRow merge tag. I need to build logic that will suppress a table row if field RBD1 has the same value as R90BD1 AND RNEGD1 has the same value as R90NEGD1. This merge tag was suggested by AI but it’s not working. If possible, I would like to create a permission profile that functions as a "Sender" with the added ability to update a template. One particular use case we have would be more efficient if the Sender+ could update some values in the template's fields: Address, for example. Is this possible? The settings indicate no, but wanted to ask anyway. Thank you

HiWe upload word documents that already have working hyperlinks to locations within same document in them but sometimes these get “lost” when we upload into DocuSign. Has anyone else seen this and do you know why and the workaround. It doesn’t occur for every document or link, so I'm guessing must be the way the link has been created in the first place.ThanksJen

I frequently send members of my board of directors and their assistants envelopes containing corporate resolutions that the directors must sign (and that assistants should see in order to remind directors to sign promptly). Each envelope has different documents but the recipient are always the same. How do I create a distribution list that will automatically populate the Docusign recipients fields with the appropriate designations (needs to sign, receives a copy, etc)?

I would like to send a customer several proposals in one envelope for them to choose the option they like best. If I send more than one document in an envelope, then is the envelope incomplete if only one of the documents actually gets signed?Is there a way to accept one or more documents and reject the remaining?Additionally, is there a way to make edits to a document/envelope once sent?

I'm a Salesforce Admin, I implemented DocuSign in SF, and users can generate documents and send them to their clients. There's a specific Salesforce user that is receiving this error message: "The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org."In Salesforce, I checked the User Management section in the DocuSign Setup, and his user looks good (Status=Active)Also, I checked in the DocuSign account (https://admin.docusign.com/users) and he's also showing up here with Status=Active.Any advice on how to fix this error so this user can generate documents in Salesforce?Thanks!
