My clients are rec’ing the below errror when trying to open and sign documents. I sent myself a doc as a test adn rec’d the same thing. HELP!!!!{"error":"internal_server_error","reference_id":"496aaf1f-fa5a-4b3c-a727-38cbec660a72"}

I all. Our company purchased CX plan. we are creating envelopes and creating the documents directly, as some of our agreements are quite complex and need conditional logic and pre-uploaded information.I can find the attachments for senders in the Classic Version but not on the New one. The same with the radio for senders. We feel and bit mislead here. Can I have some information or support on this?

I am unable to view past completed documents,  When I try to set the filter to “All Time” either nothing happens or it defaults back to “6 Months”  How do I view completed documents from All Time? I don’t have the verification email as I understood that Docusign stores all documents indefinitely.  From other posts this is a frequent and repetitive problem  Makes me want another solution than Docusign.

This error shows when a team access a shared inbox (but only intermittently). I have other teams set up the same way that do not have this error. Does anyone have advice on this?  

Hi, we are working on a DocuSign integration allowing users to sign documents in-app. We do have requirements to allow users to forward the signature to external users. We initially create the Signer record with a clientUserId (so the user can sign in-app using the embedded signature), and to forward the signature, we are trying to update the signer record with the external user info and remove the clientUserId value so Docusign would send out an email inviting them to sign the envelope. However, when updating the Signer, and not specifying the clientUserId (as the documentation mentions), the clientUserId persists. Updating the clientUserId to another value does work, but deleting it doesn’t. Any recommendations here?

Trying this because all previous messages have seemingly been sent into the void.I’ve been locked out of my Business Pro account, can’t reset the password, and obviously can’t create a support case because I can’t log in. I’ve submitted messages through the “Need More Help” option but haven’t heard anything back.On top of that, my organization was denied nonprofit status and charged the full amount including tax, even though we’re tax-exempt. I can’t process the invoice with tax on it, and at this point, I just want a full refund.Really hoping someone from DocuSign actually sees this and responds, because it’s been impossible to get support otherwise.

I am trying to get the template matching feature to work correctly.  We have about 22 pages that get uploaded for a customer(s) signature.  When I apply the template match feature with the corresponding paperwork, only about the first 5 pages match up to the signature lines and then it gets all messed up.   I have adjusted IDR on various pages and that doesn’t even work.  I have my sensitivity level to 60.  How do I get these to match up the whole way through?  What am I missing? Hello,I just started to you the up, and I did watch the videos: How too …Unfortunately, if I go to temples, I do not have the option to add new temples.Is there a reason for it, that the button is missing?  How do I create a template without the button “NEW”?Thank you for all the helpanastasia  

When I select the "Templates" header, the Template page loads on Docusign. However, there is not any option there to create a new template. Am I missing something?

I have had my email address for many years. Over the years I have used it to sign multiple documents, and for a long time I was able to log into my DocuSign account as a signer and see copies of completed documents. At some point (maybe a couple of years ago) my account stopped updating with completed documents. I just signed a very important document and I want to see it in my completed documents. Instead my Inbox and Completed “trays” under the Agreements* tab are empty and searching for terms doesn’t yield anything.How can I get this working, and can I recover the missing completed documents?

I have sent out a docusign to a client a few times but they have not received so I added myself as a viewer and checked if anyone has been getting the docusign. I also have not received it myself.

I have just created a webform, how can I download this webform I have just created into a word or PDF format before people complete it. And how can i download it as a pdf form after people complete the webform 

Hello, 2 questions: 1- Is there no new 2024 I9 template made? 2- Is there a way to combine 2 templates into one document? if i want both the i9 and w4 to be sent in one docusign, is that possible?

When I strike through a price and add a new price it will not show up when the client is signing? It shows as a red line but the previous and the new price do not show up until the document is completely signed. Basically the client is signing blindly as they cannot see the agreed price? 

Hi guys. I had document around year ago which I don’t remember if i signed and that document was voided later on after 2-3 month about what I was not notified. Im trying to figure out did I actually signed it or no and why it was voided but I cannot see it in history and check at what stage that document was abandoned. I do posses security code for that document but it says only that it was voided by specific person. How can I do it ?

Hi All,Relatively new to Docusign and quite able to do the basics.  However, we are trying to build a workflow type process (for example) where when certain documents are signed, another file would automatically load for signature and sent. Does anyone have any insight to where I can go (forums, videos, etc.) on this site to learn more about features like this in Docusign?Thanking you all in advance!

Use Case:  have parents sign permission slips for scout camp.  Some families have more than one child going to scout campProblem:  I uploaded the permission slip and created a template.  I created an envelope for each family.  For families with more than one child going, I added more than one copy of the template to the envelope and renamed the file for each child.  When parents are going in to fill out the permission slip, data filled into the first form is auto populated in the second form. For example:  A family has two children going to camp and they have two permission slips in their envelope.  When filling out the first name field on the first permission slip, the same name is auto populating on the second permission slip.  How can each document in an envelope be treated as a completely separate document?

 When the document is completed, you will receive the contracted document and the completion certificate in separate files by email. Is it possible to unify the files (approved document and completion certificate) into a single PDF when you receive the completion email?

Hi DocuSign Support Team (if any real human is still reading this),I’m beyond frustrated at this point.I signed up for a one-year paid plan, and within less than 24 hours, I realized I didn’t need it and immediately requested a refund. I opened a case right away — only to find that every single time, my case was automatically closed without explanation.Now it’s been over a month, and my plan has disappeared from my account. I no longer have access to any paid features, and even worse, I can’t even open a new support case because it says “only paid plans can open a case.” How is this even fair?Let me break this down: I canceled the plan within 1 day, which should be well within refund policy.
