I’m currently on a free trial and my company is aiming at the Standard plan.  We are a small company and do not need a lot of bells and whistles in regards to a docusign program (or so I thought).  I just took another look at the “show all features” section on the plans page and it seems to indicate that the drop down feature is not available with the Standard plan.  Can someone please confirm whether or not I would need to purchase the Business Pro plan to utilize the drop down feature or is it, in fact, available with the Standard plan?  What about checkboxes?  Or will I be able to merge multiple templates into a single envelope (i.e. pick the 4 project specific documents (templates) required for a specific customer out of the 10 total documents I have to choose from) with the Standard plan?  And if Business Pro is required - can I purchase 1 Business Pro for the main “Admin” that will handle creating the templates (including drop downs on the contract documents) and then share those

I created a template and I need to be to specify that at one level only certain users will require additional signer and others will not.for example: say I’m filling out this document and mine gets routed to my supervisor, and account payableBUTmy co-worker fills out the same document and his needs to get routed to supervisor, manager and then accounts payableIs there a way to achieve that with just one template? TIA

Hi everyone,On the last invoice there is company information with VAT number missing.I have recently changed a card that is used for payment and I guess this could be the reason. However, nothing else has been changed, only the card number. When I go to the tab “Account Profile”, the address is there, alongside compnay name and VAT in the second row. But it does not appear on the “Plan and Billing” tab. I have opened a case but to no avail.I would appreciate help.Best regards

helloI’m new to Docusign and need to send a document for signing  by 3 people. I can add the 3 signatories, with their e mail addresses. If I select 1 for all 3 in the signing order I take it they will receive at the same time. Does this mean I will get one e mail back with the document signed by all 3 with the dates they signed it ?will it have 1 summary sheet? thanksSteve

I joined Docusign June 21, 2024 and went to send a document to 50 people to sign. It says the code ‘ The legacy version of bulk send is retired. Switch to the new enhanced version of bulk send’ I have never used any version and just recently joined so I am very confused where the new section is located considering I am new to this. 

I had a DocuSign account months ago and I logged in to retrieve invoices for tax purposes. Since the account is inactive, I cannot locate the invoices. I do not have the settings tab, nor do I have any tabs that say billing. 

Hi Docusign Team, We have configured a PDF form on the Review Documents step and we need to add some validation to the percentage box in that form that user should not enter more than 100% in it, is there anyway to add validations to the boxes in the form? Tried adding it on the PDF but when configured the PDF on Review docs, the validations are lost. Thanks

I work for a fence company and we are trying to simplify our procedure by using docusign for our contracts.  There are 4 main documents that we need with every contract and there are some cases that require a 5th or 6th document, if not more.  But even in the case of the 4 main documents scenario, 3 of the 4 pages for each project would be fairly unique to some degree.  What I am hoping is possible is that I can create a template for each document and set it up with text fields and drop boxes, etc. as needed.  I would then add what I need for a specific project to an envelope, send them to the salesman as the first recipient so that he/she can put in the appropriate information and check the appropriate boxes, etc. and then send them to the customer for signatures.  Is this possible?

When adding recipients to an envelope the “Role” field no longer appears.  It was there yeaterday.  I notice the role still appears in the template screen. I checked recent release notes and didnt find anything about this change. Was the system changed to remove roles? or do I need to fix something to get the field back?

All i get in Adobe Pro is below and it tells me nothing. I could achieve the same by copy pasting some signature screenshots and adding a small text-box via docusign.

Hi,I have 35 documents with 45 signaturesOne document already signed need to be deleted.  The envelope is not all signed yet.Is there a way to go to the enveloppe and delete one document signed? Could an admin also to it? or the only option is to invalidate the enveloppe?Also, is there a way to not automatically gnerate an emal to the signatories to say the enveloppe as been signed? So the signatories has not the possibilit to download the document?ThanksAnd happy new year!Eric

I recently recieved an email to sign an agreement through DocuSign. Unfortunately, I have not been able to add it to my mobile app’s library of documents to be signed. It always opens in a web browser, and none of the options allow me to add it to mobile or my account. I would like to know how to add it to the mobile app, and would appreciate any assistance with the matter. Thank you! :D

I’m mass sending a document through Docusign, but am not a contact for the recipients nor will I be following up on the document.  How can I change what email the recipient will see to another Docusign user before I transfer custody?

How do I cancel my account? All other answer here send me to a page not found.

Is there currently a way to update a remote signer to be an embedded signer instead, after the signer has already been created? I tried using the envelopesAPI’s updateRecipients() method from the PHP SDK with a mapped version of my recipients with clientUserIds assigned to them (since this is my understanding of what makes a signer “embedded”). But, when doing so, I still wasn’t seeing an embedded signer’s view for the signer whose clientUserId I had updated.

Is there an issue with the signature size in Docusign?We tried a lot of things, including:Drawing own signature in the Docusign draw box (using Wacom tablet) Drawing signatures on paper with a regular pen, making photographs, and uploading Drawing own signature in another app like paint using Wacom tablet and then uploading Choosing DocuSign auto-generated signatures and different styles for themIt's frustrating to see the signature consistently appear small and faint, despite our efforts to draw it larger and slightly outside the box. We got this eventually working OK-ish after a lot of trying, but we have more users in department and can’t spend an hour to fix one signature with a lot of trial and error. For example, signing documents in Adobe Acrobat is perfect, the signature looks properly out-of-the-box but with DocuSign  we have those issues.I'm sorry, but resizing

How does one get support when there is no NEW CASE option under MANAGE CASES?

Hi,I have a signing group with three members.  When an agreement is created and sent, one of the three members needs to go in and approve it before it gets sent to a client. The issue we are running into is periodically when one of the members goes to approve the document, they are notified that someone from the group is already in the process of approving the document.  However, when we ask that other member, they tell us they have not even opened it.  So, the original member who is trying to open and approve cannot move forward and the document cannot move forward until the other member goes in to approve. It’s very frustrating and we cannot figure out why DocuSign is saying someone from the group has opened the document when no one at that point has opened it except for the member trying to approve.  I have attached a screenshot of this message as well.  Any help would be appreciated!

When i send an envelope with tagged signatures, it comes back too small to read so is the date.How do you change the size of the signatures, initials and dates ?

I need to edit an existing template that is currently 38 pages.  I only need to replace 4 pages and add a new page at the end of the document.  I see how to replace, but when I do that, the 4 pages replace the entire document.  How do I this without having to start over?

I am currently trying to create a date that auto populates as 1 year after the ‘Date Signed’. I have made sure that it is all under the same recipient and all of the wording is correct as I have selected from the drop down.  Here is the formula that I have written: AddYears( [MollyTest] ,1)  There is no error message that shows, only the red squiggly line beneath it and on preview it only shows at Fx. Any help here would be amazing as I have been scratching my head for a while. 

Hi everyone! I’m running into an issue with DocuSign's envelope API recently and I’d love some more insight as to why.I start by creating a two-signer envelope. One signer is embedded from my external integration, and the other is added within the sender view in DocuSign. After adding signer fields, I use the "Preview" button to check that the fields show up for both signers. Both signers have clear signing fields. However, when I create a recipient view through my integration, no signer fields appear for the remote signer. Here is the envelope prior to pressing “Preview”.Blue = added externallyYellow = added during the “Sender view” Here’s how the fields for the signer I added within DocuSign's “sender” view appeared when I was using the “Preview” button. But, here’s how it looks when creating a recipient view for that same signer. Any ideas as to why this is?
