I am in HR and used the webform last year for people to fill out peripheral evaluations. If you don't know what those are, it’s an opportunity for an employee to essentially get references on behalf of their supervisor before the supervisor writes their yearly evaluation. What ended up happening is all the forms were filled out and I was responsible for routing the completed form to the correct supervisor. I am wondering if there is a way for the person filling out the webform to provide an email address on the form and that provided email address would end up being a recipient of the document at the end. 

I’ve created a template, and I want the document name to change based on the name of one of the signers (who has a role). Is that possible?

Hey all, I have created a flow that is supposed to update the respective envelope status in a SharePoint list and add the signed document to the line at the end. Unfortunately, the trigger does not work because I do not seem to have the necessary permissions. Hello DocuSign Community,I am experiencing an unexpected issue with a document I created for signing by two parties.Here's a breakdown of the situation:I created a contract and correctly placed signature anchors for both Party A (myself) and Party B (the other signer). I double-checked to ensure each signature field was assigned to the correct party. Party B successfully signed the document in their designated area, and I received confirmation that their portion was completed. When I (Party A) go to sign my designated field, DocuSign is also requiring me to sign in Party B's designated field, even though Party B has already completed their signature. This means I am being prompted to sign in two places, one for myself and one that Party B has already signed.This behavior is incorrect, as Party B has already executed their portion of the contract, and I should only be required to sign in my own designated area.Has anyone else encountered this problem, or does anyone have insight into wh

Since the DocuSign update, I can no longer see the documents I sent in the last 6 months when searching for specific cases.The default setting is supposed to list documents from the past 6 months, but it’s not working. It was functioning correctly in the previous version.As a result, I now have to manually select the ‘All time’ filter every time I try to find specific cases—even if they were sent just yesterday.Can anyone help identify the cause of this issue? 

OK, this is rather frustrating. Love the UI and usability of Docusign, seems really simple. Now, I can gurantee (im a designer) my pdf and images are all high print quality, so nout to do with poor images. The pdf is absolutely fine outside of Docusign. However, when the customer received the pdf to sign, it massively degrages the images and look awful - to the point where I couldnt use Docusign for that reason alone. Why does it does this, anyone else experiencing this and is there anything i can do so that Docusign doesnt butcher the hours of branded material put together? It’s an 9mb document.  P.S/ Ad0be S1gn doesnt do this or degrade the pdf quality...come on Docusign. Please help.Thanks,David

Hello,I'm trying to complete the identity verification step to sign a document, but I’m facing an issue with the documents I provided:  My national ID card was issued in December 2024, but it's still the old version, as the new electronic version only started being issued in my city last month. The system seems to reject my ID because it doesn’t match the new version expected by DocuSign. My passport is also new (issued in December 2024) but it’s being rejected as well, because the system only accepts the old 2019 version. My driver’s license is not accepted for identity verification either. Because of this, I’m unable to verify my identity and sign the document.Is there any alternative way to complete the verification?Thank you in advance!

Does anyone know if there is a way to test the Custom Email Domain feature without doing it in Prod?I have a Developer Demo account, and looking around, I’m not see a way to test it.Our Prod has a lot of integrations, so I’m trying not to enable the Custom Email Domain feature without being able to test how it look.

I have an envelope with 10 recipients. 6 have signed. 4 not. One of the ones “not signed” asks to receive an reminder email with the link. Can I do that (and not send to the other three)?

Hello,How can I schedule an export in Retrieve?I have scheduled an export, but for some reason, the status did not change to 'scheduled.  

We are using CLM to send around contracts. We have a workflow for this so all contracts end up in proper folders, etc. What I have noticed is that from CLM you can not go to a folder to look at a contract and download the CoC. Now the user needs to go to eSignature and hope to find the document (residing in CLM) to retrieve it. This also means that other users that are authorized to look at a contract can not download the CoC as they can’t find it in eSignature. Can’t it also be made an option in CLM?

My trial account for DocuSign Rooms expired, and I need access to documents that were stored there. Please help.

I’ve tried contacting support via chat on the website, but I am unable to contact anyone. The bot on the site is unhelpful & the prompts are not guessing what my question is anywhere close to correctly. They offer numbered options & when I select a number, the chatbot automatically closes the chat so I have to start back from square one. I had to keep going around a loop of answering the questions & getting links to unhelpful resources that did not get me to anything to help me self serve.

I want to implement the ID verification flow in the e-signature process. The goal is:When the user clicks on "Sign Document", the system should first verify the user's identity. The user will need to upload their ID, and DocuSign will verify its validity.If the ID is valid, the user can then proceed to sign the document.Could you please define the steps required to implement this flow? Also, if there is any official documentation or reference available, please share it so I can follow the proper implementation.Additionally, I would like to know which DocuSign plan (Personal, Standard, or Business) includes ID Verification functionality.Thank you!

Hi, I was doing just finding creating templates and sending envelopes. However, today an error appears as I try a create a template. The same error appears when I try and send an envelope. I am account admin as well as two of my employees and they are getting the same errors. Im not sure how I could do it before and not now?  

A user in our org has been using Docusign outside of our workspace. Upon a recent login, it signed them in via our SSO/SAML. All previous documents lost. Attempted to “switch accounts” and keeps sending us to our own workspace. Is there a way they can login (non-federated) to access it and retrieve?

I am wondering why i am still being billed months after unsubscribing. If this problem is not fixed and I am refunded I will get a lawyer.

Hi everyone, I’d like to know if anyone has had a similar issue and had it resolved. I signed up the $300 per year plan. I just received an email saying my ‘free trial’ had ended and I see I was charged $2500 a month ago and now $300 on top of that. The website says to open a ‘support case’ however when I tried it wouldn’t let me log in to the Docusign Support page. I can’t find anyway to contact someone by email or phone. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Has anyone had a similar experience and been able to get a refund?  Docusign- feel free to chime in here and help me out!

Hi, I am trialling docusign and need to send a digitally signed doc to a service provider. I have attached my signature to a form and sent it but it does not seem to have an attached certificate of completion to validate it. what am I doing wrong?

Having recently upgraded to an annual Basic API package, I have sent ONE envelope. Trying to send any more results in ‘Envelopes Exceeded’ message and a block to send.I have raised the matter with DocuSign Support who confirm that this is a known issue - and yet no one has fixed it.So, having taken £492 to give me 40 envelopes per month for a12 months, I have managed to send a single envelope and now cannot send again.If this is a known issue, then presumably the fix has been provided before.Meantime, I’m stuck, unable to send whilst paying DocuSign for precisely nothing.Support persist in thanking me for my patience, explaining that they understand my frustrations.Has anyone any ideas what I can do here or a contact number of someone senior within DocuSign who actually cares about rectifying a problem?Thanks.

For the last few weeks, after I’ve specified recipients for document I’ve uploaded and then go to the page for specifying signatures (ie who signs where), all the signature blocks have been specified with one signature, rather than letting me specify the correct ones.  Yes, I can delete the erroneous ones, but I shouldn’t have to, and inevitably one day I’ll forget to and a doc will go out with the incorrect signatures specified.Any suggestions?Thanks
