DocuSign hasn’t enabled Doc Gen on our main account. It appears a trial was allowed to lapse despite having confirmed it was switched on. Does anyone have a useful contact email or number to escalate business-critical issues to in UK?

I seem to have hit a limit in envelope creation so upgraded my account and now envelope creation should be unlimited….I need to be able to keep testing/developing, how do I reset 

Hello - on a prior/older version of a template that is accessed through a powerform, the person accessing the form is prompted to input their name/email (which is used to notify them to sign if they stop halfway through).A new version of the form, I created and matched the settings on it to the prior version. But the user is no longer prompted to enter their name/email. They are prompted to acknowledge the validity of esignatures, and at the end of the signature process they can download a copy of the signed document, but the signer’s esignature is not being collected. I want that, and hoping someone can point me to the right place. Thank you in advance.

Hi,Can someone please help me change the setting in shared access for my team to be able to send on behalf of each other. I do have the admin access, but when I go through the steps to allow the permission, everyone is greyed out and you are unable to select.Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thank you,Kaila

I am a Docusign admin for my organization. i have a user who needs to occasionally send an envelope that must be signed using a drawn signature. This is NOT something we want to require across the organization. I want the user to be able to add that requirement at the time he sets up the envelope.  Is this possible?

Having done the identification process with the DocuSign twice on video, I am being asked to go through identification process once again for 3rd time. I logged in to DocuSign beforehand, tried Review Document link, Access Documents but it still asks to go through identification process. This is really embarrassing and I need a plan to open a support case which in itself is “great”

I’ve placed the anchor tags for my document in a 3 column table.  The first cell has anchor tag \c1\ for recording a Text Tab value for signer’s company, the second cell has anchor tag \n1\ for recording the signer’s full name, and the last cell has anchor tag \s1\ for recording the signature.The problem is that the displayed value for the anchor tags are not wrapping within the cells of the table.  So if the company names or signer’s names are long, they run into the values of the other cells causing the text to overlap.  Is there a way to force the injected text to wrap in the cell and respect the layout where the anchor tag is defined? I’ve tried to specify the “width” property to 100 and “anchorUnits” property to “pixels” (also tried “inches”), but it doesn’t seem to affect anything:"recipients": {    …    "signers": [      {       ...        “Name”: “Sample Name”        "tabs": {          "signHereTabs": [            {              "anchorString": "\s1\",              "anchorUnits

Hi everyone,I had a few queries around the Template matching and general restrictions which can be applied to users. The users are Bank Staff sending out confidential and critical onboarding/contract documents to customers for their signatures.Can we prevent users from sending out envelopes with uploaded documents where the document has not been template matched, as-in a hard block? We’ve experimented with the Sending settings feature - “Require a template for all envelopes sent from this account”; however, bankers can still get around this by selecting ‘Advanced edit’ and adding additional documents to the envelope canvas which are not template matched, before sending them out.Is there any setting which blocks the ‘Send’ option when a document has not been Auto-template matched. For example, a banker has uploaded a document and it's not auto-template matched for legit reasons, can we prevent the banker user from sending out that envelope?Would love to receive feedback and options on h

Hi, I am using the C# eSign SDK and am trying to allow users to open a sender view for envelopes that they are not the sender on, but have been granted shared access to. i.e. User A creates a draft envelope and User B opens the sender view for that envelope.The documentation says I need to attach a header ( X-DocuSign-Act-On-Behalf) with the principal user id (User A’s id) as the value in order to act on their behalf.Here’s what I am doing generally in my code (language is Visual Basic). I receive notices that I have a document to sign; however, it tells me that the site can’t be reached and indicates that the connection was reset.  I can view the document but it gives the error when I click “sign”.  I even tried sending a document to myself.  I can send the document but it won’t even let me sign a document that I just created.

Can a hyperlink be in my templates email message? Any tips on how to do this will be much appreciated.

I do not have that option. Is there another way to add custom fields I want the signer to fill out on my Gen Template?

I have selected 2 check boxes.  I have added one check box, clicked on the + sign and created a group. I have selected  “Select only one” under the validation tab.  When I send a test, it allows the signer to select both check boxes in the group. I have also tried selecting “at most one” under validation and the same thing happens.

Hello, I am working on a Docusign Webform connected to a template and I’ve run into an issue with field mapping. Specifically my Webform includes a “Phone Number Field” which is required under recipient connections (this is the phone number field type in webforms), but when I try to map it to a field on my template, it does not link. I believe this is because the phone number type field on the webform does not connect to a text field on a template. When I looked the template does not have a phone number validation field.  I have confirmed:the recipient roles match between the webform and template Other text and email fields map correctly between the webform and template The issue only occurs with the webforms “phone” type field. Could you confirm if the webforms “phone” fields are supported for mapping to template fields? If not, what is the recommended approach to solve this? If I replace the webform phone field with a text field, it will no longer map to my recipient connections unde

I don’t know what to do! I signed up for Docusign Standard Edition for an initial 5 seats via Techsoup for $100 in March of 2024. On the Techsoup site is says:Perpetual License This donation provides a perpetual subscription for up to five users. It does not expire or need to be renewed.  Then in January 2025 I signed up for Docusign Standard Edition, 5 Additional Users, and on Techsoup is says: DescriptionThis product is only for organizations that are requesting or have already received Docusign Standard Edition.This donation allows organizations to add up to five additional user licenses to their initial subscription. You can request this offer up to four times to obtain access for up to 25 users total. Then this March, my organization just received a bill for $3000 minus a discount for $1500 for the initial five users, but leaving $1500 for the additional five users.
