Hi DocuSign Community,I'm having trouble sending an envelope via the DocuSign API using a template. I have verified that my template is set up correctly (it works as expected when I create and send an envelope manually from the console). However, when I create an envelope using the API, the envelope is created with a status of "created" (i.e., a draft) rather than "sent".Here’s my setup: Template Details: Template ID: templateId The template contains two recipient roles: one with the role name "provider" and one with "site". The template has required fields and signature tabs already configured. Is there any way to map additional info for user profiles through SAML mapping?  Job title, Company, Address, that kind of info.  If I can pass the info from our IdP, is there a way for DocuSign to map and apply it to our user profiles?

Hello, I am trying to set up a client so that they can bulk generate donation acknowledgement letters for Opportunities in Salesforce. Is this a possibility with Docusign for Salesforce?

I have a document signoff workflow that includes 5 people.  Docusign will be used.  The 2nd person in the workflow is looking to not sign in Docusign, perhaps a wet signature or other Digital method.   Does Docusign allow for a person 2nd in line in workflow to apply a Digital Signature outside of DocuSign workflow, then upload document for balance of workflow to continue? For this purpose, assume the person insists on a wet signature. This person MUST be the 2nd signature so reordering workflow is not an option. 

We have had a few occurrences while we wait for signature, it seems to timeout in 10 days. We have a 'Wait For' action in which errors out with "Timeout occurred waiting for document signature'" I could not find any settings on the action or in the Workflow settings that would suggest timing out in 10 days. Also did some googling and could not find anything...

I've configured many DocuSign PowerForms over the years, but I was recently asked to support a new use case that doesn't appear possible.What the client wants is for the PowerForm owner and the signer to both receive an email notification when an envelope is completed. That piece is easy. However, they also want only the PowerForm owner to receive the completed documents attached to that email. They don't want the signer to receive any attachments; they want the signer to only receive the email notification, with nothing attached. As far as I can tell and have tested, all attachment settings I can see for completed envelopes apply globally, both to senders and signers. I'm hoping I'm wrong though.Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Signing a document for insurance, there is a section where it asks for ONE AND ONLY ONE initial to be signed, however, the document says it is not finished until I sign all other options as well. What is the issue?

Wanted to ask how to disable/hide the Other Options dropdown box. This prompt appears when user receives and email and then authenticates themselves.Please let me know how to hide i using admin portal or via API.

There is a requirement to access related list details and display them within a table dynamically on a DocuSign Envelope Template.Opportunity (Source Object) > Clean Energy Application custom object (Reference) > Clean Energy Application Line Item custom object details for each line item (Child).Challenges:DocuSign Merge Field Limitation: Currently, it is not possible to create a merge field within DocuSign that can pull and display the CEA line item details from the Clean Energy Application. This limitation exists both within the DocuSign app and within the Document Custom Fields in the DocuSign web account.Static Document Template: In the current template design, the document uploaded is static, which prevents the dynamic display of CEA line item details for each application. Given these challenges, is there any way to achieve the desired outcome? I have an existing workflow in DocuSign CLM I’d like to save the signed contract to a SharePoint Library.  I could not find a Workflow step that saves to SharePoint. I opened Power Automate and looked over the connectors and my thought is I can achieve this only if I create the workflow in Power Automate, am I correct?I didn’t see anything that connected…

Since last week, the text of the e-mail notification is displayed to the signers when they open the envelope. Is there a way to change this again? The text should really only be displayed in the e-mail and not in docusign itself.

I canceled my paid plan before the due date for the next yearly billing payment. I was assured that I would not be charged because I canceled before the renewal date.However, surprise! I was charged months later. What?! This is unacceptable, deceptive, and theft. I need someone to refund that money immediately please.I tried to call, but phone support is no longer available without submitting a support ticket. But you can’t submit a support ticket without a paid plan, which I don’t have anymore. I tried emailing customersupport@docusign.com but received an automated reply saying “Undelivered: This email address is for communication on open cases only.” There is no way for me to open a case!Is there anything else I can do before getting my lawyers involved and taking legal action against DocuSign for deception and theft?

Hi everyone,I have a question about integration keys in the developer account.If you create an integration key in a free developer account, you need to promote it to production using your production account to move it to production.What about a paid developer account? Do integration keys created in a paid developer account still require promotion to production, or are they promoted to production by default?

My company has decided to go with the eSignature Business Pro plan.  While on the free trial, I sent myself (to my personal email), our owner and one coworker a total of 8 test emails to get an idea of how we could make Docusign work for us.  It didn’t occur to me that these might count against my 100 envelopes.  Is there any chance I can get those 8 envelopes back?  Had I known that they would count as envelopes I might have used less. I am wondering if an actual Docusign employee monitors these things to answer them and, if not, if there is a way to ask this question directly to a Docusign employee.  I see know way to reach out directly other than opening a case and requesting a phone call and I feel like this is one of those “that meeting could have been an email” scenarios.

Is there a Docusign endpoint that could govern me all the agreements in the user account. I am able to authenticate the user and get the info for the user

Where can I find documentation for CLM Workflow Steps?I am trying to set a reminder on an Wait for Signature step and I am confused on the settings.Below,Does this mean that the wait for user to sign will terminate in 3 days, but a reminder will go out every 1 day?  

The CXO of a company needs to sign over 20 envelopes daily, which are sent from various systems like Salesforce, SAP and with the majority coming from Docusign web app. Currently, the CXO uses a mobile app for signing documents. The company has developed a new internal portal for employees, which includes functionality for managing approval processes. Now, the CXO would like to use the new portal to sign all of their pending Docusign envelopes. Is this feasible using embedded signing?

DocuSign support states that they do not support .p7m protocol, it is CAdES. DocuSign only supports PaDES. The envelopes are from Italy. They must use the following link to unencrypted https://vol.postecert.poste.it/verificatore/itWhen the docs are unencrypted, the original does not have signatures. The signatures are on a page that is blank except for signatures.

Hi there,We’ve been using the DocGen API (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/docgensend-api/) to create pre-populated documents using a word template. In our word-template we’ve been using a custom font family Ciutadella.We’ve been having mixed success with some generated documents (pdf output) looking accurate, and some seemingly using a different font or have issues with spacing or alignment.Are custom fonts support by this API / Docusign, and if so what steps do we need to take to ensure it can be successfully used?Thanks!

I would like to set up an envelope template so that when i use bulk send i allow senders to change the senders name to sign off on the envelope.For example:  in lieu of the senders name Payroll department sent you a document to review and sign. Is this possible to do as an admin or can/should this be done on the individual senders account settings?

When defining an embedded signer, we need to provide a clientUserId along with the recipient's name and email. The clientUserId is a sender-defined identifier for the embedded recipient, enabling the generation of a signing URL for them. How can this be accomplished when envelope is initiated using the DocuSign web app and recipient should sign using embedded signing in a custom built mobile app

I am using the DocuSign API to create an envelope with a document that requires signatures from three different signers. My implementation involves the following: Embedded Signing: I need to generate recipient views for all three signers. However, I am currently only able to generate the view for the first signer. When I attempt to generate views for the other two signers, it doesn't work. How can I resolve this issue to allow recipient views for all three signers? Webhook Triggers: I have set up a webhook with specific events configured. I need to be notified when the first signer completes their signing so I can generate the recipient view for the next signer. However, I am not receiving the event that indicates the first signer has completed signing. Which specific event(s) should I configure in the webhook to ensure I get notified when a signer completes their signing? Are there additional steps required to ensure these events are triggered and sent to my webhook endpoint? Any g
