I have just joined an ongoing project which is on the configuration stage of DocuSign CLM. As we’re planning for next steps, repository, we’re told that DocuSign has no capability to bulk upload documents. I have evaluated a lot of CLM solutions in the past and this didn’t seem an issue, has anyone else had the same experience or have you been able to upload bulk documents? If yes, how many at a time. Thank you in advance! 

Hello Everyone,I have a quick query regarding the anchor string feature of DocuSign. I have a web app that allows users to select documents to preview them first. If everything looks good, they can proceed with e-Signing.To achieve this, I have set up two templates in my DocuSign account:Preview with Viewer role: This sends the envelope to the current logged-in user for previewing. If everything looks correct, The user can then proceed with the e-Signing process using the second DocuSign template with the Signer role.Everything is working in the flow as expected, except for the part where the user wants to preview the envelope. The user is receiving the envelope, but the documents within the envelope have empty anchor string values. However, when the user actually sends the envelope for e-signing(Signer Role), we can see that the anchor string values are populated correctly in the documents under the envelope.I'm wondering if this is by design, or if there's something I'm missing or do

Hello everyone,I'm encountering an issue with my HTTP request to DocuSign's create envelope function, and I'm unsure if it's by design or if something is broken.In my development DocuSign account, I have two templates: one for preview with just one 'Viewer' role, and another for e-Signature with a 'Signer' role. Sometimes, users want to preview documents before sending them for eSignature. In such cases, they select the preview option, and I make a call to my first template with the 'Viewer' role, and they receive the envelope in their email to preview it.Everything works fine up to this point. However, when users open the documents, they don't see any data corresponding to the anchor strings I've configured in the JSON payload for DocuSign. On the other hand, when users actually send the envelope using the second template, they can see the anchor strings properly populated at the desired locations.So, I'm a little confused. Is it by design that envelopes with 'Viewer' roles can't see

I just signed a DocuSign document and wanted to view/print/save a copy.  The instructions said to log into my account.  I logged in and was immediately presented with a dialog stating “Account Error, Sorry, there was a problem loading your account features. Please contact DocuSign Support for assistance.”.  I see no easy way to do that, so I am asking for help from the community. Thanks, Scott

How to sign

In the envelope history, under the User column, the user information includes api or web with the user’s IP address. I’ve also seen just the user’s name with no other information. What does it mean if it has api, web, or is blank (without the IP address)? 

I have two documents I got back signed by Docusign recipient. I then realized the signor’s initials are also required.  is there a way to re-send the already signed documents and request initials where required or is it just easier to start over and re-send the docs?  

Is there a way to print your signed documents without printing the supplemental documents?

I have a handful of documents I have sent have not been signed by the recipients yet. I have always found them under “Waiting for Others” but this morning had disappeared. After some searching, I found them under “Action Required.” The default prompt is now “Sign” rather than “Resend” but I am the 3rd signer and unable to do anything even when I click sign (nor do I want to sign before others). This happened even for a document I just created and sent - it immediately went to the “Action Required” section, even though it is definitely waiting for others. What is going on and how do I correct this? I have already cleared my cache and cookies.

As the system administrator, I would like to be able to see all documents in all statuses from each of our senders in one place.  Also, there are others in my organization that should have this capability.  Currently, we can only see documents that each person sent individually.

Where do I find the completion summary?

I am sending an envelope with 2 documents, a contract coversheet and the contract to be signed. The first recepient needs to view both documents and has an approval button on the coversheet. Both documents then need to go to the 2nd recipent for signing the contract. I tried setting this up and seems each recipient can only view the document for which they had actions assigned, not both documents in the envelope. Is there a way to set this up or would it be managed by sending seperate envelopes to the 2 recipients. Thanks 

The "Payments" option does not appear in "Integrations", I need to be able to integrate Stripe. What do I need to do to integrate Stripe with my Docusign account? 

I tried to fill in the form requesting help logging in and the form would not let me select the contact telephone “country/region” code for the contact telephone number I wanted to enter so I could not submit the form.What do I need to do to submit a support request?

Can I correct an email address after the document has been sent and already signed by other signers?I’ve seen other help articles saying to click on a ‘Correct’ option, but I don’t seem to have this option.

Is there a way to share a web form like we do with templates so that they will not have to be downloaded and uploaded and reactivated again?

I used to have an account with Docusign for my small business when I was doing it full time. However, the past 2 years I have been doing it part time and it wasn’t cost effective to keep it up. I am going back to my business full time, but upon logging in to Docusign there is nothing there. Are all my docs now gone forever? Do I have to pay to join again to get them back? It had all my client service agreements and contact info. Thank you to whoever can help!

I have 4 people to send a document to: the first two have to initial to approve and the 3rd person just has to review and then the 4th person has to sign and I cannot figure out how to do that??

The Field Updates I have set up in an envelope template in Salesforce are not working as I expect. I have them set to update the Status of the record when the envelope is sent, and then when it is completed (per the first screenshot). I have a custom button for the envelope template set up on the record, but when I send the envelope through that button, the Status remains in “New” (per the second screenshot). Is there something I am missing in regards to something else that needs to be set up in the envelope template?

Hi all,  I am using the free trial of e-signature in order to find out if its something for our company. I want to send my first agreement, but now I found out that the signers have to click on every initial page individually. They told me that they normally dont have to do that, as filling it in once should be sufficient. I have looked everywhere, but I cannot seem to find this option. Can anyone help me?

I filled out a rental application form but before I vetted to make sure it was legit and have my personal information on there. Is there a way to unsend the already sent document? I’m having a moment of doing my best not to panic but at the same time hating that I legit didn’t think until after I hit send.

I want my form to have format of “DD ‘DAY OF’ MMMM YYYY” for my document. However, doing this format, I cannot get my date attribute to appear correctly. I have tried to make my variable both a date and text and have tried the formatted and unformatted version of my form field, but no luck. Any tips?

How do we add a time stamp after the fact? I only added date but we need time as well and its already been signed.
