Good Afternoon Docusign Community.We are reviewing and looking at setting up a DocuSign account however need to know.If I am to send relevant parties a DocuSign can one of those party's sign and in turn attach documents back to me.For example, if I need to send a document to 3 parties, but party 1 I require them to send back a copy of Police Check and documents is this possible. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Regards Amanda Flynn 

Hello everyone! I work at a sporting facility with over 30 people needing to sign waivers each day. We have long had this process on physical paper but I’m wondering if Docusign can facilitate it digitally. I need my form to be signed by a random guest and then once its been submitted it must reset for a new guest to fill out. I need to be able to store each response individually as well. I would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me solve this issue :)

Is there anyway we cannot store the document in docusign developer account. 

Is there a way to include a live URL link within the document that is being sent through DocuSign? We are trying to include a link to a contract agreement within the document that needs to be signed. 

How do I change my account email? I have followed the instructions below several times, but no verification code is coming through, I have checked my junk folder for the code but there is nothing. Please could you offer some assistance, thank you.To change your email addressLog in to your DocuSign account. Click your profile image in the upper-right corner and select Manage Profile. On the My Profile site, on the PERSONAL tab, click the arrow next to your email address. On the Change DocuSign Email Address page, enter your new address and click CONTINUE. A message is sent to your old email address informing you about the change of email request. Another message is sent to your new email address with a link for you to confirm the change. Log out of your DocuSign account. From the new email account, in the confirm message, click the CONFIRM link and follow the directions. Once you confirm the change, your email is updated and the changes apply to all future envelopes and notifications.

I have created a new template, but when I got to save it, a little red window pops up saying “template is not locked” - is this referring to making fields mandatory or is there another area where I can “lock” it after I’ve created it?  Just trying to make sure my senders in my office can’t change certain things.  Thanks in advance!

I’m setting up a “New Vendor Questionnaire”.  I want SENDER to open the form, enter their INFORMATION and the VENDOR’S name and email and the form to go a) FIRST to the VENDOR to complete section A of the form and sign and then b) the form to RETURN to the SENDER to review the information collected and sign that they have reviewed it and c) it goes to a Help Desk for entry.Current situation- it collects the SENDER and VENDOR’s name and email but NOT in the right order.  So it thinks the SENDER is completing the VENDOR’s section and visa versa. Help this is the first time I developed a form that should go out to an external link first and the to our staff and it failed miserably.  Any help is MUCH appreciated.

I am looking for a way of having different languages for different templates. I know you can change every envelope individually but my envelopes are sent automatically through Zaps so I want the body texts of the emails to be in swedish or english depending on the template. Is this possible?  

Is it correct that IDV - DS EU Qualified (which I assume is IDV Premier) can only be used in combination with “ID Verification”?I cannot find IDV - DS EU Qualified in the list of signature types. I can only use it when I activate Docusign ID Verification - means the signer has to identify before he can see the document.If I am correct, what is the reason for that?

Hi - I’m new to DocuSign and have created a signature (one of the DocuSign suggested ones).  This is the only one in my profile when I check, but DocuSign presents me with another signature that I don’t want to use when it comes to signing documents.  I don’t seem to have any way of using the signature I have created - what am I doing wrong and how do I use the signature that shows on the homepage when I log in to DocuSign?

I am the administrator for our organization, and I have a user going on long term leave. Our policy indicates that the users account should be disabled while they are off, but I want to confirm if I use the “Close” account function, that the user will retain access to all of their envelopes when I reactivate their account. Can someone help me identify how long the user will have access to their data if their account is closed and reactivated? 

I have the standard plan. When I try to assign the “Select Recipient” role to a signer in a template, I get the error message "Account does not have permission to send to Agent recipient type”. I can’t find a setting I need to change or a feature we aren’t paying for. Any advice?

I am trying to do what I always do the last years... Received on my email a word doc which I want to open directly through DocuSign...sign it and share it through WhatsApp...HAVE DONE THAT HUNDREDS of time literally.Only that last time it says no more envelopes left or something like that.I just want to sign nothing else and as far as I know signing is free...would appreciate any help from anyone.

Good afternoon,I need to hide the sender because, whoever receives the document to sign sees NAME, SURNAME and E-MAIL ADDRESS and uses the data to write directly, outside of DosuSign.Sometimes senders use e-mails that are not constantly checked and warn of losing information.Is it possible to hide at least the e-mail address?Thank you so much,Alberto Milani

I have a document that needs to be signed by two parties but they share one e-mail address how do I go about the easiest way?  I have been sending it out once to one of the parties then when I receive it back I change the name of the signer to the other person and resend it again.  This makes a two step process is there a way just to do it in one step?  Can the envelope be sent out to two people on one e-mail? Would they not just receive it once?

In the Classic DocuSign I was able to find the URL for a created powerform at any time. In the new Experience I seem to only be able to get the URL by creating a new Powerform. How do I obtain the URL for an already created Powerform in the New DocuSign Experience?

Is there a way to export all records in the Contacts table?   I need it to feed my CRM.  Optionally, is there an API or a Developer that cound create this interface? Thanks, Rick

I AM GOING TO SEND SAME FILLED FOR DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS, SO IT NEED TO BE SIGN, NAME, CHECK BOX.. THE SAME ALL THE TIME ONCE I CREATE A TEMPLATE IS NOT SAVING ALL THE THINGS I ADDED LIKE DATE SIGNED SIGNATURE, FULL NAME, ITS ASKING ME TO PUT EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Is there documentation to compare the features of Business Pro versus Enterprise Pro? What additional features does the Enterprise Pro plan have as compared to Business Pro [or other plans?] 

Is there a way to disallow a user from creating their own document custom fields on templates?  As far as I can tell, if they can create templates, they can also create the custom fields (which makes sense).  But, in order to try to standardize and eliminate the ‘junk’, we would like to control this a little better with some pre-configured fields.  Is anyone aware of a way to do this?Thank you.  Susan

I’m an Admin for our DocuSign account. I’m also often sign documents for our organization. When I’m sent an envelop for signature I do receive it in my email, however, if I go online to DocuSign.com the envelop doesn’t appear on the homepage as needing action and/or never appears under agreements. I’ve double checked that my email is listed correctly. I’ve also ensured that the envelope is being sent to the correct email address. What am I setting up incorrectly?

 I have completed all the signatures on a document that I was sent.  When I select the  Finish button nothing happens.  Can I ask the sender to provide me a new document that is not damaged ? Thks for any info.
