I had an issue with Document Visibility this week and I hope someone may have an answer.  We use Docusign to have contract packages reviewed, approved and signed.  I sent an envelope in Docusign that included a contract, cover page and various supporting documents.  I set up the recipients that included three approvers.  The first approver contacted me and advised that while he would approve, he could not see the contract.  He could see all the other documents.  I opened the envelope and reviewed Document Visibility for him.  All documents were checked except for the contract.  I had not unchecked this document when setting up the envelope.I did some troubleshooting for the issue.  Under Settings, I went to Contacts and saw that there were two entrees for this person.  The entries had slightly different names (one version included a middle initial and the other did not) with the same email address.  I deleted the version with the middle initial.  I then did a test of creating a new env

I am the only seat developing our company templates and our use of DocuSign. I am not able to access any Admin privileges, like domain management or adding users. I believe this is due to my not having admin permissions, but I cannot give myself these permissions. I get an error when I click on myself in the user's section.

I am sure someone has asked this before, so sorry for any repititions:I just want to confirm. When a docusign for different signers are sent via the same email, will there be two emails, under the same email address for each signer to open?  I keep getting questions saying that one of the signers is not seeing where to sign. Could it be they did not open the email for their signature.  I have allot of husband and wife signatures using the same email address.  Let me know if there is something else I may need address otherwise.  Thanks much!!

I received a document by email and signed it, but did not send it. I want to change my signature but I can't, can you help me please

I have a standard contract where the quantities, customer information and contacts change. However, the signature, date, text fill boxes are always in the same place. Can a template be used for this?

Hello All,On Friday we sent a document as normal (we use the same template and process every month) and during the testing everything was fine.  After we had selected send we received reports from those in receipt that an additional document was also attached to the email they received which shouldn’t have been.  Did anyone else experience this?

Does DocuSign automatically save an attachment as a pdf? I would like to save the excel document as an excel document.

Hi,I am using ‘Docusign for Salesforce package’ for Docusign integration with salesforce, And according to documentation I am supposed to create a custom button to send the document for signature, is there a way to automate this where I can write code to deliver the envelope rather than the clicking the custom button?Thanks.

So I ask you for advice.When I send an envelope from Salesforce.com, several envelope custom fields (ECF) are automatically created. One of them contains the Salesforce.com record ID. Since objects of different types in Salesforce (Account, Opportunity, Lead, etc.) can initiate sending an envelope from Salesforce, the names of the Envelope Custom Fields (ECF) will be different (SFAccount, SFOpportunity, SFLead, etc.). And depending on the type of object, I want to display different text in the Email Resource template. Docusign have merged the documents into one long document AND recipients thus need to sign several places.Four recipients have signed first place but accidentally pressed "Finished" before signing on other pages.How do we get the document reopened so they can signed the remaining places?

The DocuSign eSignature pricing page states the following:Standard and Business Pro annual plans include an allowance of up to 100 sent envelopes per user per year. Should you need more envelopes than the allowance on your plan, you can purchase additional envelopes by logging in to your account and going to the Plans and Billing section of the Settings tab. There, you can purchase and start sending additional envelopes immediately.I couldn't find information on the cost of additional envelopes, even after starting the free trial. Could someone please provide details on the pricing for additional envelopes?Thanks in advance! FYI. I contacted the sales team and was informed that the enterprise plan requires a minimum of 500 envelopes. However, I used 171 envelopes last year with a different service, so I don’t need the enterprise plan. I just need to know how much it would cost to purchase additional envelopes beyond the 100-envelope allowance.

A member of the team has left the business and I just want to replace them on docusign with the new starter. Do I have to add and pay for another seat or can I simply swap the name, details out for the new person as we’ve already paid the subscription? Sorry can’t seem to locate the best way to do this. 

We are using Oracle Fusion as our ERP system. While using DocuSign for Oracle Contracts, we found uploaded document name (for eSignature) is changing from it’s original name to Contracs number.For example,uploaded doc name for Contract ‘999’ to be signed was “abc.pdf”,But after fully signed doc name changing to “999_Signed.pdf”.Whereas we need the signed doc name to be “abc_SIgned.pdf” Can anyone please tell me how/where to configure this naming convention ?I don’t see any such option under ‘Setting’ > ‘Signing and Sending’ > ‘Sending Setting’ on DocuSIgn Admin page

Hi, Is there any docusign setting which can work with multiple users id (guid), for now if we make API call with others user id (no creator of app) it doesn’t work, it is asking for creator user id in order to work.Help.

Now we are working with Rolling Arrays to establish their ePfile to connect with our SF. They need to have DocuSign configuration details but I can’t find it. Anyone know or has any experience connect with ePfile or could help navigate would really appreciated.Yui 

 Hello everyone, everything good?I would like some very complete help from you, it's the first time I'm dealing with this, so I'm pretty lost.The company I'm working for uses Pipefy for CRM and another subscription platform, from what I understand it works like this:There is a recipe in Workato that integrates with pipefy,At the end of the recipe (last 5 steps or so) it connects to a safe on the other platform where there are several documents with pre-defined text and where there are customer fields, there is a code that gets the information from the card within pipefy and fill it out and then send the envelopeI wanted to understand how I can do this within DocuSign.I tried to create a template within DocuSign, but how do I link the Pipefy fields within DocuSign?here is an example image of our contract with the fields in the other tool:

I am the admin and only user for a company DocuSign account. If I add a coworker as a user, will that coworker be able to see the documents I process (confidential) in DocuSign? 

Document getting blurry while signing

Hello. One of my user groups just informed me that we can no longer use continuous scrolling to view Agreements on the Agreements tab. Envelopes are now broken up by pages. This is a big inconvenience for a team that needs a good and continuous overview of hundreds of envelopes at a time. Is there any way we can change this back? I don’t see any setting for it in Admin (and I don’t see this change anywhere in the release notes).

Can an instruction to the signer be made when a text box is to be completed by the signer?  For example, if we need to instruct the signer to type in the city that they signed the document, can a message be provided next to where they are being asked to type in the information? 

Where can I upload a document to send to people to sign?  

Hi All,I have a contract that needs to be signed by talent before an event. I then need them to fill out a fillable W-9, reimbursement form and invoice. Can I send all 4 documents in one envelope with only the contract being required to be signed immediately and then the other 3 docs being required to be signed a week later? I’m trying to avoid chasing people down for their forms after the event... Thanks!
