Is there a way to view the note after the person has signed the document?

I sent an envelope with a document, to 4 receipients (A, B, C, D in the signing order as A B C D). Only A & C needs to sign, B & D will only receive a copy. By mistake, I included wrong email address of B. I noticed it when A already signed, B has not signed yet. Now I would like to remove the email address of B from the list as any modifications will also be sent to him and B will also receive a completed copy of the document when completed. Please help me remove B. The envelope is already delivered to B, but I dont want them to receive any other update or the completed document. 

Does anyone know if you can setup a recurring signature contract. For example I’m trying to have a contract that my clients have to sign for a rental business. But I’d like this time happen each years at the same date.  Is that possible?

Hi everyone,We're facing a bit of an issue with DocuSign embedded signing in our project (uses .NET backend and Angular frontend).The issue is with how new users are redirected after successfully signing a document for the first time. Subsequent attempts work just fine.Here's what's happening:Expected: After signing, new users should be redirected to our configured URL: https://client-portal-dev.azurewebsites.net/deductions Reality: On the first attempt only, new users are redirected to: https://client-portal-dev.azurewebsites.net (without the "/deductions" part)We've double-checked and our redirect URL is definitely set correctly in DocuSign.Anyone else encountered this before? Any pointers on how to resolve this would be much appreciated! We need to make sure new users land on the intended URL after their first signing experience.Thanks in advance for any help!

I started my DocuSign account many years ago using my personal email address as the Login. Now I have a business email address and would like to use that one instead of my original personal email account.  How can I do that?  

I’ve created a PDF which looks perfect on my Mac but as soon as I upload it to Docusign a number of words with the letter ‘i’ in lose the letter and its replaced with a space. Any suggestions on how to resolve this please?

Hello, we have already received an email with .pdf contract signed by one party, the Supplier, through a qualified DocuSign electronic signature. Is it ok to create our new envelope with it and have two supplier electronic signatures on the document? Note: we only need an advanced electronic signature. Thanks

Need to remove people from being signature options as well as remove old text used in forms that are no longer pertinent.What are the steps for that? I thought it was in my preferences but there is no option readily available.

DocuSign is regenerating and sending ‘Completed’ emails that were sent and completed 2 days ago and it is really confusing out customers!

How do I keep the original set up and font when loading a document?

I’m building a simple workflow - using a doc gen form and I want to be able to add an attachment to it.  I’ve added the attachment field to the form as per below.  I’ve used the drop down ‘attachment’ field and allowed the attachment to be uploaded form computers. When testing the work flow the form it allows me to add the document required without error - however when it comes through to review and send for signature the name of the document is there only - no actual attachment.  I require a signature on this document. I’m having trouble finding where I’m missing a step.  Can anyone help?   Shelley

We’re looking to build an integration with DocuSign where the documents designed using our product needs to be signed by our customer’s users in an embedded way at the right time in their journey in our product. I’d like to understand how the pricing works for General Connector Implementation Plan vs ISV License OEM Implementation Plan. In General Connector Implementation Plan, what type of license (E-sign plan or Developer API plan) should be purchased by our company and what should be purchased by our customers?Similarly in ISV License OEM Implementation Plan, what type of license (E-sign plan or Developer API plan) should be purchased by our company? In this plan, can we monitor envelope usage of each of our customers seperately to be able to bill them as per their usage?  

HiWe’ve configured our global reminder settings to below: On an envelope that was created, we see the following: To test the reminders, we didn’t respond to the initial request for signature. We only got one reminder after three days, and no other reminders. As per the settings, it should send us a reminder every day. Also, the settings on the envelope should be changeable.All reminder settings have been like this for about a month now.Does anyone have an idea what we can do here?Kind regards,Bart

We have a requirement to get consent from the customer, by clicking "I agree" checkbox in the agreement. We are considering clickwrap feature for this. However, we need to capture the customer signature also in the same agreement. Is it possible to combine clickwraps and eSignature. Or is there any alternative workarounds?

I’m going to send it to just one person (an administrator) who will then forward the envelope onto several other people to complete with their signatures.Can you recommend a video tutorial on how to do this? I have a Powerform created which will host an NDA we will distribute to potential investors as a URL.   Upon completion of the Powerform, I would like to automatically send investment materials as attachments in a follow up email to the signer using workflows.   None of the follow up materials need to be signed, only the NDA on the powerform.   Is this possible?   

Hi Guys,I was recently asked to sign some documents using Docusign. I went to the site and download the windon OS program. Unfortunately, the program I downloaded required 64 bit mine is 32 bit. We went through a bunch of different ways with the company and I even tried Acrobat which they would not accept. Finally we signed the documents with 3 different witness. Which was crazy! Is there a windows 10 32 bit program???

Good Afternoon Docusign Community.We are reviewing and looking at setting up a DocuSign account however need to know.If I am to send relevant parties a DocuSign can one of those party's sign and in turn attach documents back to me.For example, if I need to send a document to 3 parties, but party 1 I require them to send back a copy of Police Check and documents is this possible. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Regards Amanda Flynn
