When I created the envelope with 4 signatories (2 for my company and 2 for the counterpart) it seems that I put my signature for each position - how can i remove the signature for the three other positions ?Thanks a lot

Hi, when I create an envelope using the API, the recipients are not created in contacts and the emails are not sent, even when I try to resend... When I am trying to create an envelope through the UI and it works fine. How do I un-void a document?

Is there any way to get in touch with the support team?I have just discovered that I have been subscribed to a service without my knowledge or consent. I only intended to use the service to sign a single document, but it appears that I have been charged for months without realizing it. I believe it would be fair to receive a refund for the charges that I was not aware of.

I have the template set up. I downloaded the sample csv and added in the the data and when I upload it, it comes up with a Bulk Send Matching Exception: Envelope entries:Employee::Continuous Service Bulk list columns:Employee::Continuous service When I click accept and send, the is data in the document for “Continuous Service” is missing. 

Hello team, We are trying to save the documents from DocuSign; is there a bulk option?We have already tried this. (Select all for all files you want to download as a ZIP file.) If possible, I would like to download them as separate PDFs rather than a single PDF.

Does anyone know if you can setup a recurring envelope of a document. For example I’m trying to have a timesheet sent to an employee weekly for them to fill out and sign and then go to his manager for signature. But I’d like this time happen every Monday for the next 6months.  Is that possible?

Hi there community, I sent an envelope document which was a retreat intake form with health info etc. to multiple participants and placed text boxes over one and another when formatting on Docusign where they needed to fill in and sign. Now that they’ve returned it, all of their answers are on top or one another and the document is not legible. Is there a way to seperate their individual answers/documents without asking them to fill it in again?  thank youAmy

I have a template I created which uses a simple forumla (summation) for a field.I gave the template to a colleague who has a paid account, and when he uploads the template, he gets an error “This account lacks sufficient permissions. This envelope has calculated fields. This acount is not setup to use calculated fields”.My colleague does have the  following enabled:Settings -> Sending Settings ->Enable formula field (Calculated field)Also, we did refresh and reload the webpage but that did not fix the issue

We receive access to DocuSign because we have a relationship with Schwab. However, I can’t seem to share my profile or templates with other users. Is this because we don’t get those features with this free version?

If I claim my company domain in my sandbox environment, will I still be able to claim the same domain later in my prod environment? I've received conflicting answers to this question. I am trying to display a field in a Repeat xml tag, but I keep getting a xpath exception error.I have a template that uses the credit note object in Salesforce, and I am trying to display the unit price field on the invoice line object. I go from credit note > credit note line > credit allocations > invoice line > unit price. The latest random change to how Docusign appears on our screen is frustratingly unhelpful. I need it to fit in a small space next to all the other apps I’m required to have open. I need to see it appear like my emails would, inbox, drafts, completed...nicely listed similar to an email outlook screen with neat sidebar and the list of docusigns to the right. I complete a DosuSign every 30 minutes. The new appearance and layout completely hinders any efficiency I need. Please ask your users before rolling out what appears to me to be an arbitrary change and without notice to users and without guidelines as to how we could modify the appearance to fit it better on a screen. Please advise how to modify the new rollout

How can I use the forms in Transactions (ZipForms) then send them via DocuSign for signing?  I currently have ZipForms as an agent and have already paid for DocuSign separately.  I then found out that it can be done through ZipForms, but I can’t figure out how to do it.  The only way I know how to at the moment is to do the forms in ZipForms, then download them individually, to then drag them into DocuSign.  Then I have to manually place signing boxes and it is super frustrating and time consuming.  Please help!  TIA

We are in the process of consolidating our DS accounts under DS Admin. We have one for the legal team and one for QA that is 21 CFR part 11 compliant.  I read that users who have a seat in multiple standard accounts can chose the account they want to work with after authentication succeeds, but does the fact that one account is 21CFR11 compliant prevent both choices from appearing? It would be difficult to test this by creating a test domain and the two different types of accounts so I’m hoping someone has this situation and can advise.

It looks like with a recent up date this week, a feature was removed/moved from the Action Required to do list. There used to be a bit of text near the progress bar that showed how many signatures were completed and how many more had to go. My company uses “no signing order” because it expedites the visibility of documentation as well as makes it easier on the router so they don’t have to specify who goes in which order.I am the last signer. When I have many documents in my queue, I usually prioritize those that are ready for me to view; aka 4/5 or 2/3 signatures complete. The progress bar is not a useful way for me to view my queue. Is there a way to turn on this moved/removed feature? 

Is there a way to let the powers that be that they might need to dial it back a bit on the level of questions that are being asked?  I get complaints nearly every week about the questions.  There are many clients who fail because the questions are so obscure.  Today I was told by a client that every time she goes to complete a form from us, it asks her questions about her husband’s ex-wife.  It makes her incredibly uncomfortable, and seems to be a bit inappropriate.  There is no resolution to this, but maybe just pass along the message.  Thanks!

Hi there,  I am reaching out for some insight on a new issue that I have not had historically and can't figure out how to remedy.  I am a real estate transaction coordinator with a paid account working with a few separate brokerages and have had no issue all day sending and receiving docusign packets with the exception of all of my agents at Coldwell Banker. Every DocuSign packet I sent today to any  @cbrealty.com bounces back with the error below: The destination email system provided this error message:smtp; 550 Administrative prohibition - envelope blocked - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550 [C3Z4YddDNfOloZgZZoN3Og.usb30]" Ive cleared my cache, rebooted my PC, tried sending from my phone as well as sending to parties individually with no luck.
