Hello,I am working on utilizing Microsoft Power Automate.The flow goes as follows:Client enters in name & email address in Microsoft Forms. Power Automate would then obtain the pdf file, create envelope, add recipient, add tabs, and send envelope.The problem I am having is utilizing an unfilled pdf file and being unable to “add tabs” according to the PDF file. I cannot determine what the actual anchor String is for each field. I’ve attempted to follow this PDF form field transformation site from DocuSign to no avail.  The file can be obtained via Department of Labor government website: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/WHD/legacy/files/WH-384.pdfI am starting with this form but there will be a few other forms (looking for a standard solution and not a one off).Thank you.​​​​​​

Hello.  I’m an Agent and have tried multiple times to upload a Purchase/Sale agreement and every time I input all of the text/data points, the document won’t Save any of my information.I even tried to use Finish Later, but the document still stays blank.  Any suggestions?

Hi there! What is everyone doing to pull reports around security/access to templates? We are going through an internal audit of who has access to the data collected via our templates. Is everyone just using the template usage report?I wanted a list of users/user groups that have access to send specific templates and not who has already sent out the documents/templates, but DS support has confirmed there is no such report available.

Users within my companies organization are not receiving emails from Docusign.  I have tried the troubleshooting in Why aren't my signers receiving Docusign Notification emails? but have not had any luck with the tips, incuding adding the docusign domains. I do receive the notifications to a Gmail account, so I thought it was related to the company's security; however, I tested it with a Yahoo account and did not receive the notification.  Our work around has been to log on to see what is pending, however some users needed a verification code to log in but are not receiving the codes.  

I need to report on sent envelopes by client name rather than sender name, is it possible to add extra mandatory field to complete when sending the envelope so it will appear on the report? 

 Recently, I was required to use docusign for a number of different documents. I received an email today saying “ Your Trial Expires Next Week.” I do not want a docusign subscription—how do I make sure that I’m not upgraded to a paid subscription with docusign?

I have a document that sometimes needs one signer, sometimes two, potentially as many as four.  I have created a template with four signers.  I would like to be able to fill in the number of signers when I use the template; unused signer fields would result in only one, two, or three signers on that particular use of the document.  As it stands, there is no such thing as an optional signer, and the signer group functionality doesn’t handle this situation.  So, I have to create four versions of the exact same document:  one with one signer field, another with two, another with three, and another with four.  I really only want the signer FIELD to be optional, not the signer.  In other words, if “signer 2” is filled in when the template is used, then “signer 2” is a required signer.  If “signer 2” is left blank when I use the template, then there is no “signer 2” for that particular document envelope.

Even after purchase order confirmation received, it says I have zero sends left!Please advise!Thank you!

Hi! I am trying to build a envelope/template for multiple signers and need help. I know the first two signers, and not the third. The second signer can designate the third signer, so I know that I should use the “Specify Recipient” role, I’m just not sure how to add that into the signing order.Ideally, I’d like to 1) send the file to the first signer, then have the file move on to the second signer. Once the second signer gets the email they can 20 sign & designate the next signee in the same step, and then 3) the file would move on to the next signee that was designated.Is there a way for the second signer to sign & specify the next recipient through the same email link? Or will they have to sign, go back to their email and click on another link to go in and specify the next sender? Thanks!

I use DS for signing contracts for the sale of property. Often the purchaser of a property will want their Solicitor to view the document before signing. If I add the Solicitor first as “receives a copy” they can’t see the detail on the second recipient (the purchaser). I ideally don’t want the Solicitor to have to sign anything (as most won’t).Any suggestions of how to get around this issue.

When attempting to access / sign a document sent to me by an originator, I receive this error from Firefox:Secure Connection FailedAn error occurred during a connection to na2.docusign.net. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.I receive similar errors in Chrome and MS Edge. As a workaround, I accessed docusign.com and clicked on the Access Documents link at the top of the home page. That link took me to docusign.net and generated errors as well. This is not the first time I’ve seen this error. Docusign did work for me at one time, but recently this is a problem every time I receive a doc to sign. Firefox “more info” doc suggests this is a site certificate problem. Any ideas about underlying cause that the end user can fix? OS is MS Windows 11. Tested this on my laptop and Surface Pro tabl

When I try to select “Recipient Privileges” for an EXISTING document, it is greyed out and locked. The feature is enabled in the account. The feature is accessible if I am creating a new template, but for existing templates, it will not allow me to access it. Any suggestions?

There are multiple questions related how to send a document from one account using mutiple email but in my case, the problem is as follows:I have multiple emails that I recieve requests for signature. I do not know how to add multiple emails to one account in order not to create multiple accounts. I can only change my email not add email(s). Here is the message I receive

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to trigger drop downs based on selection for 2 fields and am getting stuck on the “1 conditional field” per drop down. Here is what I want to accomplish. field 1: Drop down list of 1-101-8 would trigger field 2 to appear. 9 & 10 would not. (NEED HELP HERE)Field 2: Drop down list of 1-6 Current setting is “if field is 1, then show Var1” so on and so forth for all 6 numbers. Field 3: Drop down list of 6 separate drop downs (Var1 - Var6). Any Ideas? I am newer to DocuSign and any help would be appreciated.

Hi! I have a signed document that is not being validated by ITI service in Brasil.  It says there is no Known signatures
