Hi,When I am sending the document in the notification and header of the email it is showing my name as a Sender, but I want to change it to the default company name for all envelope templates. Do you know where I can change the [[Sender Name]] to the [[Company Name]]?It should be like this instead of my own name:[[Company Name]] via DocuSign.I also tried to change it in Email Resource but cannot find. Below I put some examples.Thanks in advance!

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to change a sender for powerforms to be generic (i.e company name) instead of named user in the list? I have a set of powerforms that I have created that will be used by many different users. Thanks.

Hello,We are using the DocuSign Fields (signature fields) Anchor Text in the document templates created via DocuSign Gen. When sending the documents for signature the anchor text fields are not automatically populated with the respective DocuSign eSignature fields. We don't want to define envelope templates and configure auto-place for each one of the standard DocuSign signature fields.Any suggestion would be welcome.Thank you

What does my client have to do to change his signature. It shows his wife's signature instead of his. It didn't happen with me, so I don't know how to fix this.

I sent a DocuSign that requires 10 signatures, and I selected to sign in order 1, 2,3, etc. My fifth signer is holding things up, so I'd like to allow the signers, including the Fifth signer to go ahead and sign it. Can I change the order to make everyone a "1" for the order purposes? Or, is it too late since 4 have already completed the DocuSign signature? One caveat. I want the 10th signer to be the last signer, so would I make this person #2 in order -- if the correction/update is possible?Thanks.

I am a pro-se defendant in a lawsuit in a Washington state couinty, but live in New Mexico.I prepared a pleading, e-signed it with Docusign, only to learn that WA court did not do online filing. So I shipped the e-signed physical papers to a process server in WA for filing in the court. The clerk at first resisted filing the papers due to e-signature, but was reminded that it was her duty, she filed the papers saying that the judge will not like it.--- Is it acceptable to use e-signed physical papers as "the original document" ?

Hello Team,The HR department intends to send envelopes to all employees with payroll contract containing sensitive personal data.Since only administrators have the ability to share and transfer ownership of the envelopes,what is the appropriate way to ensure that the envelopes are not compromised / accessible by other users of the account?How can we restrict access to DocuSign data and keep the data separate between departments(HR, Legal etc.)?Best Regards.

Reproduction steps:I create an envelope template where I add two recipients: a "master record" and the lead owner. I add a button on the lead page layout that invokes this template... let's call this button "Send Docusign"I find a lead (let's call it "John Doe") and click on "Send Docusign" The envelope wizard pops up and I review the doc before sending itI'm expecting the lead, "John Doe", to be one of the recipients (as the master record), but this recipient is not added automatically. The lead owner is indeed part of the recipients.How do I add the relevant lead to the template automatically? It doesn't make sense that I have to search for the lead when I click on "Send Docusign".

I originated a document intended for me and three others to sign. I sent it out and did not set up the document for me to sign it. It only requires signatures from the other three. How do I change the document so I can docusign it?

Is it possible to send out a reminder to sign to those who have not yet signed the document? For example if you have sent a document with 20 recipients and 15 of them have signed the document- is it possible to send a reminder to the remaining 5 who are yet to sign?
