Fully executed documents and comments

Hello,Envelope needs signature by outside vendor, internal departments, and finally signed by appropriate CP level. Would both signatories and recipients who needed to approve along the way, receive a copy of the fully executed document or would it only be the sender, and outside and internal signatories? Also, re comments, I’d like to avoid internal comments, if any, to not go to the outside vendor when document is executed. What is the process to avoid that happening?Thanks

Hello Fellow Docusign Users Have a query and thought id try this platform for an answer.How do you correct an envelope, once it has been sent to the first person for signature?Ive tried selecting Correct and amending the name however this correction isnt reflected in the document as shown below. How do I change the name that appears on the header in the recipient view when launching the embedded signing url?

Hi everyoneI’m integrating the embedded signing and once I generate the URL by calling recipient view API and launch it on the browser I see the name that I set in my account on the header of the view which is below to “Please review & act on these documents” also I would like to know how to change the avatar photo that appears too. I tried to set up the branding configuration but I could update the company name and DocuSign logo only.I attached a screenshot hiding the Name that appears. Thanks in advance.

I change the date time format to show the date and time. I no longer wish to display the time. I am unable to change the format back to just display the date.

Hello! I am having a lot of trouble with a conditional rule. I need to be able to use an action field more than once. See below for an example.Dropdown field A1 2 3If 1 is selected show Name, Address, StateIf 2 is selected show only Name and Stateif 3 is selected show only State.How can I achieve this???? How long does the customer have to sign a document before the system voids the request?

I have a document that has is to have 3 people sign it. Two have signed it but the third person is out of the country. How long the document stay active and the third person can sign the documents? Thank you.

Hello!Does Docusign support the ability to send information to the larger color signature pads? We are looking to adding drop down options and checkbox options, taking advantage of the large screen and color. There was a youtube video somewhere claiming this was possible, but no documentation on getting this enabled. Any thoughts?

How to Require Drawn Signature on Document

I am a DS Admin in my company’s Docusign account. I need to send some documents requiring drawn signatures rather than the preformatted type. I have read several help articles about how to do this, but my settings options do not seem to match up with the advice in the articles. Can someone walk me through how to do this? Thanks!

Is there a way to view a customized email message within the DocuSign program? For instance, someone adds a custom message to me, but I have notifications turned off, is there a way I can see the custom email message when I open the envelope?

I have notifications turned off because I receive a massive number of docusigns, but I don't want to miss the information someone might send in the customized email message field. Is there a place, within DocuSign, where I can view that message?

If document retention has not been set, and the account is closed. Upon the searching of related threads on this forum, seems the documents will keep with the account, is that correct? Dynamic find and replace in Word files with DocuSign

I have a Word document that I am using as the basis for a DocuSign template.There are various placeholders left in this document, such as `[NAME]`, which are meant to be replaced with the signatory's data at the time of signing: I would like DocuSign to do the following:Find "[NAME]" Replace it with the recipient's name Do the replacement in such a way that the text to the right (i.e. starting with `the "Investor"`) is pushed further to the right and down, just like if I had modified the text in Word manuallyBasically, I would like the result to be this: I know that these dynamic fills are typically done via dotted placeholders (".........") but I cannot modify the contents of the document, so I'm stuck with this format.Is there any way to do this? Maybe with AutoPlace?

Hello, We have a letter template that gets sent out to different clients, but each time we need to change name and address and some info on it.What is the best way to do this?Do we have to prepare the letter on word and upload it each time for each client, or is there a way to have the basic template which can be edited for each use.Thank you

Hello all, My question resides around sending a contract to new clients on boarding with my company. (requiring them to fill in information needed and e sign). My goal in the next few months is to obtain 150 or so new clients. I am super confused on how I am to go about this. I am having a pdf version of my contract uploaded within the next week and I am formatting it to make sure I leave space for what information the “client” needs to fill in. Since I will always be sending out the same contract to every client the only thing that I am unsure about is how I am to send it to a new person every day. Do i need to physically go in and create a new template with that clients email address or can I simply just send the same template to a new email every time. My question may sound confusing because I am confused even writing it haha but can anyone somehow clarify for me? Thank you so much.

Conditional field for a different recipient

Is there a way to create a conditional field based on how a different recipient selects their answer. We have a 3 radio button group by signer 1. If signer 1 chooses radio button #3 we would like signer 2 to initial the page. So the signer 2 initial tag would be conditional based on signer 1 radio button #3.
